“Best soup on the hill! Pretty decent pizzas and sandwiches too. But the beer is king. Mostly regional. The occasional Russian River including the odd Pliny. And really just a comfy local watering hole.
Mostly in the Winter, they have their Roasted Garlic soup.
Very vegetarian and vegan friendly.“

“I love Fiddler’s! It’s such a neighborhood gem. The pizza, salads, and sandwiches are delicious. They have great combos of flavors, and it’s a super chill vibe. I prefer sitting on their patio, but there’s a bar, TVs, and more tables inside!“

“White Horse Tavern was oozing atmosphere when I swung by during the week. Dark, intimate, and oddly inviting - the bartender was helpful giving me the lowdown on how things work. The menu isn't huge and the beer I tried wasn't my favorite, but I want to come back to explore more. Neat spot for sure.“

“As bar food goes, this place ranks on top. Finding anything in Seattle that isn't over priced is difficult. Good fried seafood at a great price in a small neighborhood bar.“

“Love this place!!! It’s a great neighborhood pub with everything you’d want—GREAT staff (Bekkah, Ellie, and Joe are big reasons why we keep coming back), fun trivia nights, karaoke, and special events about once per month. Wide variety of rotating taps, liquor, wine, hard seltzers, and clever Jell-O shot creations. Brunch on weekends and tasty apps/ lunch/ dinner fare with a kitchen that’s open late. This is a place where everybody knows your name. We’ll be back to see our people soon 🤩“

“We came here for lunch one day - I was especially excited to try their tuna melt and it did not disappoint. It has a kick and the bread was toasted perfectly. Absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed their burger and chips. Really cozy spot, good drinks, would be great to watch a game and enjoy some food.“

“nice staff and they have a great collection of drinks on tap, including some that aren’t normally available in the US! the cards work pretty seamlessly for self-serve and definitely save a lot of time compared to a normal bar. prices are very reasonable per oz.“
“My favorite place to grab a beer in the city. Excellent selection of imported belgians, plus some local drafts to cover most tastes. The vibe is excellent; if you're looking to drink some strong beer and have a nice conversation where you don't need to shout, this is your place.
No food, but you can grab Carmelo's right around the corner and come back with it (and you should).“

“Coo lil local bar to grab drinks at. I have a great time every time. However most of the times I have been it seemed really busy but the staff was always friendly and as attentive as possible. Food is pretty decent and the DJ is always on point. They also have karaoke from time to time“

“Good vibes, plenty of tables and obviously good cider, plus a few non ciders like wine. Great for small groups or dates to just sit and chat. There's a great coffee spot sharing the same space, too.
Bartender was super friendly and knew how to recommend dry vs sweet ciders. All of the flavors are crisp, naturally sweet and quite fruity. They have growlers, bar food and some merch too. Very cute detour from the busy crowd at pike place nearby.“

“Always a favorite of mine, albeit i live and work in Pike Place Market. No food other than snacks, but you are permitted to bring in to-go, so really no problem! The beers are ALL PNW regional, and remarkably well-curated. And, a plus to wheelchair visitors (I am one) the insurance bureaucracy of the recent electrical fire has finally been cracked, and bathrooms on both levels are once again operational. Huzzah! And, I am now enjoying the possible last nitro keg of Boundary Bay Stout since they are retiring and closing their doors permanently.“

“Classic fish and chips. Tasted and looked authentic. Loved the atmosphere as well. Very cozy and warm. A bit expensive tho. Nice to see they had a large selection pf scotches including the famed 25 year old Laphroaig that is like $750 a bottle. Service was nice and prompt - didnt have to wait too long, and found seating quickly.“

“Honestly my favorite pub in the whole city. I kinda wish I still lived in West Seattle so I could go here every week. Impeccable tap and bottle list that features not only local but many of my favorite European beers. Friendly bartenders. Coziest place in Seattle.“

“The Philly Cheese steak sandwich was hands down the best in the State of Washington! Tre's Philly Cheese steak sandwich I will travel for over and over again! Well flavored, put together perfectly and the love was in the meat, in the sandwich it self! I enjoyed talking to the staff, they are very good people, that make you feel welcomed! I truly enjoyed being there!“

“Ducked in for some happy hour fish n chips which were surprisingly delish. Flaky fish, crispy fries, nice portions - the trifecta. Great service too, and a laid back vibe (divey but not grimy); nice enough for a dimly lit pub. Beers were a bit flat though, which kinda disappointed me.“

“I absolutely love Prost! My partner and I have been weekly regulars here for several years. The vibes, food, and drinks are impeccable, and the punch card reward system makes it fun to drink there. We’ve each earned a shirt, hoodie, wall plaque, and stein, and several badges on each of our steins! The bartenders are so kind and welcoming. Sunday movie night is the best!“

“Admiral Pub does such a fantastic job of bringing people together. The Taylor Swift listening party was lively, fun, and full of energy. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community they’ve built. Everyone feels welcome, the staff genuinely cares, and it’s easy to see that they put thought into creating a space where people can connect and have a great time together. I seriously recommend it to anyone looking for a bar that’s about more than just drinks and I can’t wait to come back for more events soon <3“

“I headed to Greenwood for some gumbo at 74th Street Ale House. I have had this dish and have often cooked it many times. It is a complex but flavorful dish with many ingredients, but the key is the roux. Flour, olive oil and canola oil are sloooowly browned and thickened. When the roux is ready a pile of vegetables, meats, and spices are added to the pot with broth. The mixture then simmers on low heat for hours. When ready, the gumbo is served over rice. 74th Street is the master! This bowl was as delicious as ever. I also had some delicious, spiced nuts as an appetizer. The service was slow.“

“What a fun fun fun place. Atmosphere is a quaint, nostalgic, welcoming place. We are from out of town- but this will be our go to place when visiting !!!
Our bartender, Natalie, was so so friendly. We chatted about Seattle, the pub and other things. What a wonderful way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon!!
I will be recommending this place to anyone I talk to during our visit.
Thank you Natalie for the outstanding service and conversation !“
