“We are not from Joplin, we’re on a road trip and our home base is in Wisconsin. I’d give this place 10/5 if I could. No fuss crab shack but has everything you could want from a casual seafood joint. Here’s what really stood out to us: when we got there it was just us, a small family of three and then a younger man who appeared to be a single dad with his daughter. The manager Ryan was running food out and said he overheard the little girl mentioning she wanted to try crab so he included a small portion of crab on the house to try, which was awesome to see! We shared the crab and shrimp plate. Food was awesome, crab was the perfect cook and was easy to eat. Prices are reasonable and they have a patio for the summer which looks like a fun spot for eating dinner on a nice night. Great service and I hope this place stays for a long time - with service like that I believe it will!”

Slow and boring is the experience I had.”

The owner made time to not only visit, but connect with each table. We ordered a crab platter and it was exceptional. Just as if we had purchased it from the gulf coast! Turtleheads is a definite must if you are wanting to have that beach/ gulf coast feel. We will definitely be back!”

“It's in the malls food court. The meal size is big enough, and a nice size for the cost. The meat has fabtastic flavor. The Tzaziki is a bit on the weak and flavorless side IF you had real Tzaziki, but it was still good. One meal plate had enough food to share for lunch. If it wasn't in the mall, I would go again.”

My husband had an Americano as well and also said it was the best he's had. Besides the amazing espressos we also had a cinnamon roll, chocolate croissants and chocolate chip cookies that all are amazing. Lastly, and best of all, was the service. I am so particular about how I like my drinks and the sweet lady helping me took it in stride with my 50 questions and was SO helpful. It felt great to experience such great customer service. “We eat dinner at crackerville, quite often. And we also order to go orders, it's always been great service. Great food. Usually no complaints, but our last visit 3/23/2026, ,there was a lady, I assume the manager in the dining area. This is at Joplin, Missouri, and she seemed to be barking out orders, no smile, not very courteous to servers, very abrupt to staff at checkout, speaking with a tone of irritation. She could use some retraining. I had not observed this at any other visit. The Cracker Barrel crew are usually welcoming, friendly and accommodating.”

The Miami burger was probably their best, with plenty of ham and mustard, and the Eggnog ice cream is probably their best frozen treat.

“Found this place while on a road trip to Chicago. Since the we stop at this place to pick up food for any trip. It felt so good to find a place with good Punjabi food. The parathe are so good and freshly made, a must try! Their curries are also really good. We tried their saag aloo, peas paneer, yellow dal and aloo gobi. They were all so good - not too spicy, rightly spiced and flavourful. We loved the saag aloo! Had saag without any cream in it after a long time.”

It seemed to have one man running the whole place from cooking to checking out customers. I got my order to go. Realized I was insane for ordering two pieces of naan. They are much bigger than I expected. But the food was fantastic!! The garlic naan being my favorite part. Next time I will order a spicier version of the tiki chicken marsala. I always go middle ground my first time somewhere to understand their definition of spicy. But the garlic naan alone would have me circling back.”

Was in a hurry, walked in ordered, and was in and out in less then 5 mins. Lady even opened the door for me to leave. Lots of space in what looks like a small building. I had started taking photos of my shaken espressos because it was consistently made each time I ordered it at this location, and consistently delicious! I love strong coffee, and this is a great drink! Highly recommend.

Oh how I love that Starbucks incorporated UBE in a drink. The ice ube coconut macchiato is amazing! I do like to add an extra shot, my photo reference reflects the original recipe of 4 espresso shots in the ube drink.”

She never acknowledged our presence, although she made direct eye contact with me at least twice. When she was done washing that tray, she picked up another one and continued washing. We never even got so much as a "Be right with you". After about 5 minutes of standing there with repeated eye contact, it became obvious she had no interest at all in helping us, so we walked away and got some nuggets at Chick Fil A instead. 0/10 for Auntie Anne's.”
