“After a day at the dream mall, we chose this spot to have dinner at, it’s mainly Szechuan style and the dishes we got were delicious, highly recommend the pork shoulder, it was fall off the bone tender. The beef and tripe dish was ok for an appetizer.“

“We were hungry when we arrived at the American Dream Mall so we promptly made our way up the Coca Cola Eats food court on the 3rd floor in Court C of the vast Mall.
There were plenty of different food cuisines available in the very quiet food hall and after a look at all the options available I decided to go for some Chinese food from the King Kong Ecpress stall. I opted for their 2 entree and 1 side Combo A deal for $12.99 and had the General Tso chicken, chicken with brocoli and fried noodles. The food was very tasty and very good value.
The total bill for the food & a bottle of water came to a very reasonable $16.83 including taxes.
In the USA prices are quoted before sales taxes, which is 6.65% in this mall in New Jersey and alot higher in NYC!😤
My wife fancied the food from The Geman Doner Kebab stall, but she didn't realise it was located in Block A, which is a long distance away and came back without being able to find it☹️“

Also, the loving workers here treat you like family. Nostalgia to just see them talk to the locals in toishan and Cantonese.“

“Antidote was such a great spot to have dinner on my visit to NYC. The wait was not too long considering there were 7 people in my party. We had so many items off the menu and the staff was very attentive to allergies and other food preferences. The tea smocked duck was incredible, the cucumber was amazing, the wontons were delicious! Everyone loved their dish it was absolutely a great dinner. The only downside was that some of the fish dishes were made with tilapia which is not a fish preference for most of the friends I was with. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant“

“Spicy Village was a wonderful place to have a Christmas meal! Actually, I'd like to rename it "Spicy Cozy Village" if a spicy environment can also be cozy! To start with, they were very gracious by accepting a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Then they came outside and took our order even before we sat down and so the food was nearly ready by the time we had taken our coats off! The festivities kicked off with a plate of crispy peanuts, which ended up being the chosen appetizer, main course, and dessert for the little guy in our party. We then progressed to delicious dumplings, sesame chicken, spicy lamb huimei, and other delectable specialties! What was so amazing about the experience is that despite packing lots of people into a relatively small square foot area, it did not feel claustrophobic at all; rather it was comfortable and cozy, like sitting at a big table for a family meal at your house (even if it was take-out!!). Overall, Spicy Village was a terrific place for Christmas dinner - and I'm strongly considering coming back here for the 8 days of Hanukkah too!“

“Quite different than what I had expected, it's more of a fusion with some Chinese influence. Loved the open kitchen, the ambience was nice and fairly quiet. Was not too crowded, so not sure how it would've been if there're more people. Overall I liked most of the dishes and the price point is really good for the quality delivered. definitely recommended“

“This spot has an extensive menu, fantastic prices, large servings, and an inviting atmosphere! Some of the more American style Chinese items (Kung Pao, General Tzo’s, and fried rice) can be ordered and come out extremely quickly (our table neighbors order some of these items and they came out in under 10 minutes!). We ordered the Garlic Sauce Style tofu, Scallion Style chicken, and Chili Oil Pork Dumplings. Everything was super delicious and we would definitely order it all again!“

“Went to Twilight Lounge yesterday as a group of 4 - we had a great time. When we got in, we immediately noticed the atmosphere - it wasn't too loud, and the decor was nice.

The surpassed our expectations though.

We ordered several things, the cucumber and wood ear appetizers, braised fish, crab and egg tofu, pork belly, bok choy, stir fried potato. I was surprised when all of the dishes were good - when ordering so many dishes usually there's something that's not well seasoned etc.

I enjoyed them all but was surprised by how good the bok choy was - tons of garlic, very flavorful and cooked just right.

“Although I rated this as 5 stars, it wasn't quite what I expected although the food was quite good. Anthony Bourdain among others called the food amazing and gave innumerable accolades. I find the food to be excellent, however its on par with any decent Xian style food in other American cities. Its just better publicized. Its worth eating at if you're in the area, but its not worth a special trip.“

“Forgot to take photos of the food but everything was so good. Steamed Pork Dumplings were massive, soft, and delish. Chicken Soup Dumplings had a really rich broth. Beef Lo Mein was flavorful and cooked well. Sesame Chicken was super crispy and the sauce was incredible but not spicy as it shouldve been. Chicken Fried Rice was standard but good.

The free jasmine tea was a nice touch and great throughout the meal!“
