“Came in with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were warmly greeted by Ideneice and Jaire. Danny made a great dirty martini. Natalka took great care of us with wonderful suggestions. Willy and Luis were so attentive. Our steaks were perfectly cooked with hot side dishes. Natalka served a special dessert for my daughter and Amanda took pictures for us to cherish. The price lends itself to a special occasion but it’s worth stopping by even to just enjoy some great cocktails, the strong Spanish-focused wine program, or some exciting after dinner drinks. “Took a chance on Justine’s after reading about it in TimeOut. Had some friends in town from the UK. What a fantastic meal and evening we had. The food was incredible. The fusion of flavors, the delicate and meticulous work, the presentation; all truly excellent. And their wine list is equally impressive. The staff were all really lovely. The place is small, so I do advise making a reservation. Sit in the corner window table if you can! It’s delightful. The menu is seasonal, so what I posted may not be on the menu when you dine. Already been recommending Justine’s to friends. Go check it out!“

“Wow! Had an outstanding night at the Roxy and I think it’s been my best bite in JC.

Service was incredible, friendly, and attentive. We did go at an off peak time, so we got extra special service. However, I think at any time the service would be top notch.

The cocktails were excellent. Extremely balanced, delicious and amazingly seasonal.

The food was soooo good. I had the short rib special and I highly recommend it while it’s available. Absolutely delicious and the best short rib dish I’ve had.

“We went to Cecily for an event in June, and got to try some of their dishes.

The inside is a bit smaller than I thought, or it is more of an obscure dining room shape. They have a fully stocked bar, and a super friendly and talented bartender.

We had a few cocktails; Pink Panther, Cecily Manhattan, and Passenger Pigeon. The Pink Panther was not pink as I had hoped, but it was tasty. Fruity and elegantly sweet, really nice cocktail. Cecily Manhattan was strong, reminded me of Old Fashion. A nice, relaxing drink in the evening. Passenger Pigeon was aromatic and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness.

Food we tried:
Grilled Scallops had a great aroma of the yuzu. They were plump and soft, perfect texture, delicious!
Little Gem Caesar was super fresh. The piparra pepper had a nice little kick, Anchovies gave bold flavor and added texture.
Mussel Toast was divine! Garlic aioli is the bomb, while chili butter gives subtle kick that is so delightful.
Half Roasted Chicken was super moist, and packed with flavor. So tender, easy to cut with butter knife. It had crispy exterior, each bite was amazing.

For dessert, we had Mom’s Strawberry Cake. It was magically delicious. I believe they added strawberry compote into the whipped cream, making it extra flavorful and tasty. It had loads of fresh strawberry compote under the cream.

The staffs were nice, they took a really good care of us during the event. The drinks and food were great, we enjoyed them all. This is such a neighborhood gem, we would love to go back again in a near future to try more of their dishes!“

I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

“Sexy upscale, yet relaxed wine bar with neighborhood-local clientele and prices. The bar is usually packed with couples out on a casual date night and small groups meeting for an after-work drink. They don't have a full kitchen, but their food menu would have you fooled. I'm partial to their flatbreads and charcuterie board. The staff is knowledgeable and warm, and are always willing to help you find a glass of wine that speaks to you. Really top-notch service. They have a habit of maintaining an excellent music playlist, and always making sure the vibe is *just right*.“
