“I’ve never felt more at home in a restaurant than Deser B. And his team made me feel tonight. He was the most authenticly kind and hospitable person I’ve met in New York and needs to be promoted to running all of the stores the way he runs this one.
This was the most authentic Mexican taco in north America. Corn tortillas made in House for each order fresh. I tried all of the protein sources and every single one of them slapped. 20 out of 5 stars. I mean if you don’t go here while you are in town you are crazy.

The toppings and salsa were the best I’ve ever had. The tacos were ready in less than 1 min after I ordered. They are obsessed with being the best and it stands out“

“It's easy here to become desensitized to fantastic food when you live in Greenwich Village. But every simple meal at The Little Taco House is still magical. Order three or four tacos -- carnitas, chicken tinga, shrimp, and al pastor are the best, in that order -- with spicy salsa, and a tamarind Jaritos. Talk to (and tip!) the two kind, hard-working people behind the counter, and let them know you'd like your food to stay. Eat immediately, at the small metal chairs outside. Each bite will slow time just a little bit even though you are having an extremely efficient meal.“

“My best friend and I have been eyeing this place for a minute. We appreciate it when nothing goes to waste. This restaurant does not disappoint. Fresh slow roasted meat with simple decor like you are in Mexico enjoying an ice cold beer on a scolding hot day. Seating is minimal and gets crowded fast. The spicy is really spicy. Not speaking as just a native New Yorker , but an Indian who puts chilies on everything. We got a mixture of lean to fatty tacos. Great experience. Not too costly either.“

She was super friendly and fun to chat with. We went again the next night to watch Monday night football. Ended up at the bar with the owner and a few of his friends. We had a blast! My Perfect order is as follows : 2 Carne Asada Tacos on Corn tortilla with all the toppings minus the guac ( cilantro onions salsa and guac 🥑 ) And 1 Pollo Vamipiro ( THANK ME LATER )“

I've spent time in Mexico and grew up around homemade Mexican food in CA, and NYC usually misses the mark. But this place does everything right. I finally found my NYC hookup.“

The salsas were spicy and filled with flavor, the meat was tender, and the maíz tortillas are hand made on the spot making them fresh that with every bite your not just tasting the meat, you are tasting the taco as a whole.
