“Definitely worth a visit if you are a tim horton's fan! Upstairs from the restaurant there is an adorable little Tim Horton's museum with the entire history of the restaurant. They had a cute little counter display, all of the uniforms, the roll up the rim cups, collector cups, etc. Such a fun stop!“

“Coffee is always fresh, iced capp made just right and the donuts are always fresh. Surprise box is a thumbs down mostly bread bagels and croissants. Not enough donuts.I quit buying them a waste of money.

“Most of the time I order same thing here, farmers egg wrap with egg and cheese with lettuce tomato and Crispy onions but almost 30% of time they either forget put one of the veggies or hashbrown in it but when i go back they correct it that's ok.I wish if they could incorporate more vegetarian options in their menu!

“This Tim Hortons is located inside a mall and while the location is convenient inside the mall, I do find the service to be kinda lackluster depending on what you order. I find if you order just a hot chocolate or something somewhat basic like a bagel, they are fairly fast. But often when I order steeped tea here, they'll say they need a few minutes... and so, it's clear that you take a gamble ordering steeped tea at this one. Also, they often run out of bagels easily.“

“I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.“
“Denny the assistant manager was a bit upset when I brought my service dog into the store. He swore at me and refused service but apologized once he understood the situation and admitted he was mistaken we shook hands and came to a mutual understanding. At first I was extremely upset but, once we spoke more we both realized why there was confusion. At the end I am happy we resolved our differences but unfortunately, I was not interested in purchasing anything after that.

Please know that I frequent this Tim Horton’s location (503 Main St E, Wentworth S x Main St E) on an almost DAILY basis.
Not once have I ever experienced poor customer service by Amber. She is ALWAYS very pleasant, positive, respectful, and overall a great employee who is never not smiling when I’m greeted by her at the drive-thru window. While I can understand the concern in professionalism based on a video of her circulating on the internet, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a major gap in which the original poster is lacking to include in the post — something is not adding up.
Again, I can understand why others would be concerned based on her behaviour in said video, but at the end of the day, this specific location deals with so much when it comes to homeless individuals, panhandlers, etc. I’m not saying the original poster is any of the sorts, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the employees were most likely provoked and baited, in which then a cellphone recording them was shoved in their faces.
It is also possible that perhaps this individual caught Amber in a moment of stress or frustration, or perhaps she was experiencing a hard day in general — even though I saw her yesterday, and she was her usual smiley and cheery self. I understand that while you are on the clock and in uniform, that you are expected to act at a level of professionalism and represent the company, but at the end of the day, we are all human. Rather than shove a cellphone recording in someone’s face, if the individual was truly upset about something, they could have easily confronted the employees in a mature, professional manner as well, in which he did not.
What this individual has neglected to understand is that this is potentially someone’s job on the line, their livelihood and source of income. Again, I do not condone what Amber did and yes, she could have acted in a more professional manner, however, the things that these employees deal with on a daily basis cannot be easy.
Please do not let one persons rage-bait post influence your decision on impacting someone’s livelihood.

“Hard working employees. I went here 30 mints before closing and ordered an ice capp with whip cream.I noticed it was taking a while as people ahead of me were getting there order faster. However, I realized that they actually had to open a whole new container of whipped cream just for my drink.I felt bad but I am surprised they didn't just tell me they ran out, instead, they took the time and effort to prepare a new container of whipped cream.I just wanted to say I appreciate the effort these employees put into there work.Side note but the presentation of the ice capp from here was much better than the one I got from bistro-2-go, so props to the team at MUSC tim hortons.“
