“Every morning I get my coffee from this location and it is always hot and fresh. Marilyn and her coworkers are always so friendly. A lot of other locations should take note at how you are supposed to serve customers and keep them happy

“I come here everyday and they know my order by heart. Everyone is so friendly but my favourite is stephanie. She's always so happy and bubbly and great customer service and she's pretty. All the staff is kind and easy going. Also it's clean and fastest drive thru that I've been too“
“Definitely worth a visit if you are a tim horton's fan! Upstairs from the restaurant there is an adorable little Tim Horton's museum with the entire history of the restaurant. They had a cute little counter display, all of the uniforms, the roll up the rim cups, collector cups, etc. Such a fun stop!“
“Ah Nikki. Never have I ever met someone in a service worker job with such a wonderful personality and disposition. She’s always friendly and kind. Today there was a return in the drive thru and she came out to the cars individually and apologized for the wait. She’s lovely to interact with and the main reason we come to the Tim Hortons at Kenilworth. Weather she’s on drive thru or cash.“

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“
“I purchased a coffee down the street from this location and it was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. I don't know how they made it so horrible but it was putrid. Anyways, I came to this esso Tim Hortons and explained my situation and the wonderful employee gave me a fresh new coffee. No hassle, no irritation. She was friendly, efficient and made a wonderful coffee.“

“Coffee is always fresh, iced capp made just right and the donuts are always fresh. Surprise box is a thumbs down mostly bread bagels and croissants. Not enough donuts.I quit buying them a waste of money.
Parking: Very hard to park when busy not a big parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They can sit at a table and eat. Patrons are friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and handicap buttons for the door's to open.“
“The employees were treating so bad. There was an Indian girl and an Indian boy.. I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . I felt bad please tell them to not repeat this behaviour.“
“I was just looking for a quick coffee and ended up at this Tim Hortons location in downtown Hamilton. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm vibe.

“Most of the time I order same thing here, farmers egg wrap with egg and cheese with lettuce tomato and Crispy onions but almost 30% of time they either forget put one of the veggies or hashbrown in it but when i go back they correct it that's ok.I wish if they could incorporate more vegetarian options in their menu!

“This Tim Hortons is located inside a mall and while the location is convenient inside the mall, I do find the service to be kinda lackluster depending on what you order. I find if you order just a hot chocolate or something somewhat basic like a bagel, they are fairly fast. But often when I order steeped tea here, they'll say they need a few minutes... and so, it's clear that you take a gamble ordering steeped tea at this one. Also, they often run out of bagels easily.“

Parking: Entrance to the drive thru is via parking lot, be aware of the traffic and people exiting the drive thru.“
“Love my Tims! Consistently delicious! Service is not the same at all locations. But rarely do I get bad service. But definitely I find I get the best service at Mohawk Road East and Upper Gage in Hamilton. I'll drive a bit out of the way to go there if possible.“

- meat stack: soft, warm, chewy breads embrace a stack of shreded meat and cheese, you can't go wrong!

“The workers should wear hair nets when they are working with food and not play with there hair and that goes for all the Tim’s and also there French vanilla hot beverage taste like water did not enjoy it. You should get more sterder paper cups your cups are not very safe they are very on safe especially for people that have only and I mean only one hand to used it is very on safe my girl friend got burnt a few times you need to do something about it what wood be cheaper to fix it or be sued and you should not change for other cap you need to change your cups try putting the the hand you use more be hind your back and see what people go though every day“

“I totally agree with Cliff it’s pathetic that the parking lot is filled with people not even consuming Tim products standing around just loitering and homeless people sleeping at tables all hours of the day and night I have read many complaints about this problem but it’s obvious that the owners of this store don't care what paying costumers have to say I spend lots of money at this location because most of the staff are awesome but might be time to go elsewhere“

“I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.“
“Denny the assistant manager was a bit upset when I brought my service dog into the store. He swore at me and refused service but apologized once he understood the situation and admitted he was mistaken we shook hands and came to a mutual understanding. At first I was extremely upset but, once we spoke more we both realized why there was confusion. At the end I am happy we resolved our differences but unfortunately, I was not interested in purchasing anything after that.

“Monday August 26, 2024 around 10am, I arrived at Tim Hortons, bought a medium coffee and breakfast sandwich, unfortunately they did not have any eggs made and informed me that I will need to wait 5 mins . When it was time to pick up my breakfast sandwich, the worker was polite, apologetic and gave me a free hash brown. Great customer service..PERIOD ! (Location: Rymal and Nebo Rd, Hamilton)“
“Great place had what I wanted. Drinks and donuts were nice and fresh. Very quiet in the store and was clean inside and out.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's are allowed in staff are friendly towards them. And they can sit and dine if they wanted to.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are buttons to push at the door's to open the door's both ways and a spot where you dine they can be at a table.“

Please know that I frequent this Tim Horton’s location (503 Main St E, Wentworth S x Main St E) on an almost DAILY basis.
Not once have I ever experienced poor customer service by Amber. She is ALWAYS very pleasant, positive, respectful, and overall a great employee who is never not smiling when I’m greeted by her at the drive-thru window. While I can understand the concern in professionalism based on a video of her circulating on the internet, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a major gap in which the original poster is lacking to include in the post — something is not adding up.
Again, I can understand why others would be concerned based on her behaviour in said video, but at the end of the day, this specific location deals with so much when it comes to homeless individuals, panhandlers, etc. I’m not saying the original poster is any of the sorts, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the employees were most likely provoked and baited, in which then a cellphone recording them was shoved in their faces.
It is also possible that perhaps this individual caught Amber in a moment of stress or frustration, or perhaps she was experiencing a hard day in general — even though I saw her yesterday, and she was her usual smiley and cheery self. I understand that while you are on the clock and in uniform, that you are expected to act at a level of professionalism and represent the company, but at the end of the day, we are all human. Rather than shove a cellphone recording in someone’s face, if the individual was truly upset about something, they could have easily confronted the employees in a mature, professional manner as well, in which he did not.
What this individual has neglected to understand is that this is potentially someone’s job on the line, their livelihood and source of income. Again, I do not condone what Amber did and yes, she could have acted in a more professional manner, however, the things that these employees deal with on a daily basis cannot be easy.
Please do not let one persons rage-bait post influence your decision on impacting someone’s livelihood.

“Hard working employees. I went here 30 mints before closing and ordered an ice capp with whip cream.I noticed it was taking a while as people ahead of me were getting there order faster. However, I realized that they actually had to open a whole new container of whipped cream just for my drink.I felt bad but I am surprised they didn't just tell me they ran out, instead, they took the time and effort to prepare a new container of whipped cream.I just wanted to say I appreciate the effort these employees put into there work.Side note but the presentation of the ice capp from here was much better than the one I got from bistro-2-go, so props to the team at MUSC tim hortons.“

“Tried the Marshmallow Cold Brew today in this branch and it was a surprisingly good combo! The cold brew itself was bold and smooth, with just the right amount of bitterness to wake me up. The marshmallow flavor added a sweet, creamy twist that balanced it out nicely without being too overpowering.
