“TLDR: Be prepared to wait on Fridays!
This place is popular: Drive-through is jammed from 1pm onwards (that’s from an employee) every weekend. The back crew keep it moving well. I should’ve chosen that option this visit.
The owner asked us last week why we don’t stop by as much as before. Today it took 25+ minutes to get two drinks and a muffin on a mobile order. The flatbread pizza was ready in 5, so it was cooling in the box while we waited for the rest. Had to go back in the regular line to inquire about the rest of the order after 15 min. Had a nice chat with another customer & off-staff in the line while waiting: friendly atmosphere. I know the other crew member was working on two delivery orders & doing another crew member a favour, but maybe that’s the norm?
The pizza was lukewarm, but still tasty. The drinks were refreshing once we got them. The muffin was a muffin, our usual order. So kudos to the sandwich station crew: she beat the clock.“

“Definitely worth a visit if you are a tim horton's fan! Upstairs from the restaurant there is an adorable little Tim Horton's museum with the entire history of the restaurant. They had a cute little counter display, all of the uniforms, the roll up the rim cups, collector cups, etc. Such a fun stop!“

“Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window. Despite being busy, he remained calm and professional. I noticed his name tag said “Ayush,” and I politely asked him if he could personally prepare my simple cheese pizza.

He smiled without any sign of frustration and kindly agreed, saying, “I will make it for you.” While other staff members were engaged in conversation, Ayush took full responsibility and ensured everything was done properly.

The pizza he made was excellent, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer service. He is an outstanding team member and I will come next time for sure to take this kind of service from him.“

“Most of the time I order same thing here, farmers egg wrap with egg and cheese with lettuce tomato and Crispy onions but almost 30% of time they either forget put one of the veggies or hashbrown in it but when i go back they correct it that's ok.I wish if they could incorporate more vegetarian options in their menu!

“I was just looking for a quick coffee and ended up at this Tim Hortons location in downtown Hamilton. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm vibe.

The customer service was excellent – the staff were friendly and efficient, making it a smooth and pleasant experience. Perfect spot for a quick caffeine fix when you’re in the area!“

I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . I felt bad please tell them to not repeat this behaviour.“

This review is for the stand alone Tim Hortons at 863 Upper Wentworth, right by Lime Ridge Mall. Don’t confuse it with the one inside the mall at 999 Upper Wentworth! It’s super easy to mix them up on mobile orders, and the last thing you want is to have to walk into the mall when all you really wanted was drive thru pickup. ☺️“

“Pretty busy location. They are 24/7 now but you won’t find all the items there, they often don’t have some of the meals or products. Pretty small location at the gas station with the drive through. Service is average meaning check your order before you drive off. Staff is keep changing but I haven’t had a terrible experience there, just an average as we use this location very often.“

“This Tim Hortons is located inside a mall and while the location is convenient inside the mall, I do find the service to be kinda lackluster depending on what you order. I find if you order just a hot chocolate or something somewhat basic like a bagel, they are fairly fast. But often when I order steeped tea here, they'll say they need a few minutes... and so, it's clear that you take a gamble ordering steeped tea at this one. Also, they often run out of bagels easily.“

Please know that I frequent this Tim Horton’s location (503 Main St E, Wentworth S x Main St E) on an almost DAILY basis.

Not once have I ever experienced poor customer service by Amber. She is ALWAYS very pleasant, positive, respectful, and overall a great employee who is never not smiling when I’m greeted by her at the drive-thru window. While I can understand the concern in professionalism based on a video of her circulating on the internet, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a major gap in which the original poster is lacking to include in the post — something is not adding up.

Again, I can understand why others would be concerned based on her behaviour in said video, but at the end of the day, this specific location deals with so much when it comes to homeless individuals, panhandlers, etc. I’m not saying the original poster is any of the sorts, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the employees were most likely provoked and baited, in which then a cellphone recording them was shoved in their faces.

It is also possible that perhaps this individual caught Amber in a moment of stress or frustration, or perhaps she was experiencing a hard day in general — even though I saw her yesterday, and she was her usual smiley and cheery self. I understand that while you are on the clock and in uniform, that you are expected to act at a level of professionalism and represent the company, but at the end of the day, we are all human. Rather than shove a cellphone recording in someone’s face, if the individual was truly upset about something, they could have easily confronted the employees in a mature, professional manner as well, in which he did not.

What this individual has neglected to understand is that this is potentially someone’s job on the line, their livelihood and source of income. Again, I do not condone what Amber did and yes, she could have acted in a more professional manner, however, the things that these employees deal with on a daily basis cannot be easy.

Please do not let one persons rage-bait post influence your decision on impacting someone’s livelihood.

“I visit this store every morning for a coffee run. Every time I visit this store, I’m warmly greeted by an employee, Parvati. She is a very hardworking employee who always delivers on time with perfect taste. Harpreet, what a great guy, always welcoming and offers great service!“
