“I am happy with my experience at this location. However when I spent $253.65 and find out my rewards card did not scan properly until I got home. I thought maybe it was because of what I had purchased.
I went back, a couple of weeks later, and purchased the same thing plus another item and it worked, I was told to call the head office. When I called the head office I am told if it didn't scan at the time of purchase there is nothing they can do. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!“

“I visited Tim Hortons on Monday, October 20, and experienced exceptional customer service. During my visit, the points scanner and debit machine were not working. A staff member kindly informed me about the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.

Even though I only had $3.50 in cash and needed to pay the remaining amount by debit, she told me not to worry and insisted that I could take my coffee without paying the rest. Her kindness and generosity truly stood out and made my day.

“There is a lady that works most mornings when I come in and she always fills my yeti! I like that she uses the pitcher to make my coffee because it is less wasteful. Some other workers at this location make it in a disposable cup, pour it in, and then throw the cup out which defeats the purpose :( but there is one particular lady that never does this and she is also so sweet. “The team is amazing, even if the drive thru is PACKED full, they do their best to have everyone through on time. The staff and managers were ALL on the floor working like crazy to meet my expectations and made sure all of my food was exact as i ordered. Friendly staff, clean place“

“This is a great Tim Hortons location, don’t get me wrong, but they hardly keep their showcase stocked up, and every time I am in this Walmart Tim Hortons location, only seems to have 1 person behind the counter working and other employees are MIA? When there is a line up of 4-5+ customers waiting almost 10 minutes for a drink

I feel like this location would benefit if it had 2 people working at all times, while 1 is on a break? But that’s my opinion and review of this location.“

“The employees were treating so bad. There was an Indian girl and an Indian boy.. I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . I felt bad please tell them to not repeat this behaviour.“

“I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.“

Parking: Entrance to the drive thru is via parking lot, be aware of the traffic and people exiting the drive thru.“

“The line can be really long at times but once you order, you dont have to wait too long. Generally mobes pretty fast too. They dont skimp on the drinks at all. Note that they do not have basixlaly any lunch items (no wraps, sandwiches, bagels). Its just drinks and pasteries for the most part.“

“I LOVE Tim Hortons soooo much! It’s my favorite place to go, especially after school or on weekends. When I walk in it always smells like warm donuts and hot chocolate and it makes me feel super happy.
My favorite thing is the Timbits because they’re small and you can try lots of different flavors. I really like the birthday cake ones because they taste like sprinkles and frosting in a tiny ball! I also get the hot chocolate because it’s always warm and yummy and it makes me feel cozy, especially when it’s cold outside.
Sometimes I go with my family and we all sit at a table and talk while we eat. It’s fun because the people that work there are always nice and smile a lot. I also like that they give you your food fast so I don’t have to wait forever.
Tim Hortons is the best because it feels friendly and the food always tastes good. If you’ve never been, you REALLY should go!“

Please know that I frequent this Tim Horton’s location (503 Main St E, Wentworth S x Main St E) on an almost DAILY basis.

Not once have I ever experienced poor customer service by Amber. She is ALWAYS very pleasant, positive, respectful, and overall a great employee who is never not smiling when I’m greeted by her at the drive-thru window. While I can understand the concern in professionalism based on a video of her circulating on the internet, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a major gap in which the original poster is lacking to include in the post — something is not adding up.

Again, I can understand why others would be concerned based on her behaviour in said video, but at the end of the day, this specific location deals with so much when it comes to homeless individuals, panhandlers, etc. I’m not saying the original poster is any of the sorts, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the employees were most likely provoked and baited, in which then a cellphone recording them was shoved in their faces.

It is also possible that perhaps this individual caught Amber in a moment of stress or frustration, or perhaps she was experiencing a hard day in general — even though I saw her yesterday, and she was her usual smiley and cheery self. I understand that while you are on the clock and in uniform, that you are expected to act at a level of professionalism and represent the company, but at the end of the day, we are all human. Rather than shove a cellphone recording in someone’s face, if the individual was truly upset about something, they could have easily confronted the employees in a mature, professional manner as well, in which he did not.

What this individual has neglected to understand is that this is potentially someone’s job on the line, their livelihood and source of income. Again, I do not condone what Amber did and yes, she could have acted in a more professional manner, however, the things that these employees deal with on a daily basis cannot be easy.

Please do not let one persons rage-bait post influence your decision on impacting someone’s livelihood.

“I was here on Wednesday afternoon about 4 or 4:30. I was very excited that the baker came out specifically to tell me she had just made fresh bacon because she knew I was coming in. I have not been able to get food here for about 4 months. Most days there is NOT even buns when I ask. Please keep Kat close she is good for business!
