“I come here everyday and they know my order by heart. Everyone is so friendly but my favourite is stephanie. She's always so happy and bubbly and great customer service and she's pretty. All the staff is kind and easy going. Also it's clean and fastest drive thru that I've been too“

“Definitely worth a visit if you are a tim horton's fan! Upstairs from the restaurant there is an adorable little Tim Horton's museum with the entire history of the restaurant. They had a cute little counter display, all of the uniforms, the roll up the rim cups, collector cups, etc. Such a fun stop!“

“Ah Nikki. Never have I ever met someone in a service worker job with such a wonderful personality and disposition. She’s always friendly and kind. Today there was a return in the drive thru and she came out to the cars individually and apologized for the wait. She’s lovely to interact with and the main reason we come to the Tim Hortons at Kenilworth. Weather she’s on drive thru or cash.“

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“

Parking: Too many beggars out front who bug you going in / out even after you Say NO!!

Kid-friendliness: Good way to teach a child about drug use and it's fallout of using.

“I went to Tim Horton to grab a coffee and on the front counter Ms Christina was helping customers to get their orders. I must say age is just a number the way she was working was tremendous. God bless this soul. We need more people like you who love what they are doing.keep it up.“

“I have switched to this Tim Hortons for my morning routine and drive into work… Pre-orders are always ready via the mobile app. I have never experienced a Tim Hortons to have it ready every single time and this one is ready without a doubt no matter how big or small my order is. “Most of the time I order same thing here, farmers egg wrap with egg and cheese with lettuce tomato and Crispy onions but almost 30% of time they either forget put one of the veggies or hashbrown in it but when i go back they correct it that's ok.I wish if they could incorporate more vegetarian options in their menu!

“I totally agree with Cliff it’s pathetic that the parking lot is filled with people not even consuming Tim products standing around just loitering and homeless people sleeping at tables all hours of the day and night I have read many complaints about this problem but it’s obvious that the owners of this store don't care what paying costumers have to say I spend lots of money at this location because most of the staff are awesome but might be time to go elsewhere“

“This location offers ample parking and clean washrooms, as well as fast drive-through service. It's a convenient spot for waiting for an hour or two while picking up or dropping off friends or family members in the surrounding areas, such as the children's hospital, daycare, or job locations.“

“I am a mohawk student and i regularly visit there to drink dark roast the cheeze bagel and the ladies which are there in the morning are not behaving properly with me but when i visit in the evening times there is a boy named Shahzad Deboo as he is behaving very well with customers and taking the orders so obidently with the smiling face that actually i like as the way of customer service was perfect.“

“Love my Tims! Consistently delicious! Service is not the same at all locations. But rarely do I get bad service. But definitely I find I get the best service at Mohawk Road East and Upper Gage in Hamilton. I'll drive a bit out of the way to go there if possible.“

I never have to repeat myself in the drive thru, the staff are very pleasant & the order is always right. “The workers at this tim hortons are the best tim hortons workers ever. They are always efficient and friendly. The atmosphere at the Tim Hortons makes it a place I enjoy visiting. “Customer service is pretty good and their friendly but I expect them not to make mistakes when there's no rush. Every Monday I order from this timmies twice a day and I always get a medium latte with an extra shot of espresso with a sweetener. Probably 2 or 3 times they gave me a regular latte and none of my add ons. Went to the counter and told them to be sure but never got a complimentary item. For any customers make sure you repeat your order after you purchase it.“

“Coffee is always fresh, iced capp made just right and the donuts are always fresh. Surprise box is a thumbs down mostly bread bagels and croissants. Not enough donuts.I quit buying them a waste of money.

Parking: Entrance to the drive thru is via parking lot, be aware of the traffic and people exiting the drive thru.“

“Just went there to get a take 12 and treats for Christmas Dinner.
What a great experience. Staff was so friendly. They all looked amazing dressed up for Christmas. Service was so quick. Was in and out in no time at all.

“Mall food court. Not much to brag about. Had an espresso. Reasonable price & Tim's espresso has improved. Other guys had regular coffee. No complaints. Oh yes, split a donut. “Monday August 26, 2024 around 10am, I arrived at Tim Hortons, bought a medium coffee and breakfast sandwich, unfortunately they did not have any eggs made and informed me that I will need to wait 5 mins . When it was time to pick up my breakfast sandwich, the worker was polite, apologetic and gave me a free hash brown. Great customer service..PERIOD ! (Location: Rymal and Nebo Rd, Hamilton)“

“The morning staff is absolutely amazing! Went there around 10:30am & everything went smooth & I got everything exactly how I ordered. I should have gotten the name of the one gentleman but he was absolutely awesome & on the cash was a new girl & a lady helping her out & even with my morning brain all used up by a toddler they still were super awesome & kind! Even a lady who was high-fiving & fist bumping my crazy 2 year old! I can not thank you enough.

“Hard working employees. I went here 30 mints before closing and ordered an ice capp with whip cream.I noticed it was taking a while as people ahead of me were getting there order faster. However, I realized that they actually had to open a whole new container of whipped cream just for my drink.I felt bad but I am surprised they didn't just tell me they ran out, instead, they took the time and effort to prepare a new container of whipped cream.I just wanted to say I appreciate the effort these employees put into there work.Side note but the presentation of the ice capp from here was much better than the one I got from bistro-2-go, so props to the team at MUSC tim hortons.“

“Located opposite Gore Park at Hughson and King, this is a small outlet, a grab and go venue without seating. Staff was pleasant, not always a given. My medium dark roast with milk was what was expected. What I had never seen before in a Tim Hortons was a nice display case called 'There's Snowplace Like Tims', with items for sale, including Maple Leaf toques, mugs, cup and hockey pucks. Creativity counts.“

“I placed an order on uber from this location and my order was ruined teas knocked over I was not happy I called the store and the woman I spoke to was very sweet and understanding. Despite it being Easter and only having 3 people working she took the time to take care of my issue and remake the whole order. I never caught her name but I give her a 5 star review for being amazing at her job. Thank you“

“Denny the assistant manager was a bit upset when I brought my service dog into the store. He swore at me and refused service but apologized once he understood the situation and admitted he was mistaken we shook hands and came to a mutual understanding. At first I was extremely upset but, once we spoke more we both realized why there was confusion. At the end I am happy we resolved our differences but unfortunately, I was not interested in purchasing anything after that.

“The location is not ideal for a drive thru due to space but they do the best they can. Whoever was working the sandwich station today nailed my breakfast! The space was clean and I was in and out quickly.

“I usually go there for coffee in my break in the evening. There are two workers Justin & Adin very hardworking lads. Always quick and efficient. All other staff members are helpful as well but i usually interact with these two.
