“We had a fantastic experience at the Nicholasville Rd. Fazoli's. 4 of us stopped in for lunch and we were so glad we did. Jessica took great care of us down to every extra cup of sauce and just gave us great service and smiles. The stuffed shells were cheese heaven. I've never been an alfredo girly but I was converted for today! Better than the jarred stuff from the grocery store imo. All in all the food was just as great as the home cooked Italian food I grew up with up north.
Dez hooked us up with extra breadsticks to take home. We will be coming back to try the Italian donuts!“

The tall guy working at the window gave us amazing service he communicated so well, explained all the Blizzard flavors in detail, and helped us pick the best one. “Let's talk breakfast...I know that everyone associates CFA, with just Chicken sammies...but, hear me out, don't sleep on the other offerings...their sausage egg n cheese muffin.. obliterates both Mcds and Wendy's...equally proportioned...a pattie that tastes like actual sausage...fluffy scrambled egg with cheese on a nice toasted muffin ...the hash rounds are standard..but accessorizes this ensemble...“

“I had the best experience here. I ordered nuggets and was told to pull up because they had to make some. After about 15 minutes, I figured they had forgotten about me so I called. The ladies here are the sweetest and kindest ones I’ve ever met. I could not have been less upset, but they were SO sorry and went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have a bad experience. They aren’t ever super busy so although when you order it’ll take a little longer than any other fast food joint, it’ll be freshly made and hot. While waiting to get my food I could overhear some homeless dude yelling so extra points for the free entertainment.“

“At the Nicholasville Rd location- Ms. Ashley took care of us and went above and beyond. She was so friendly, so good to my son, helped him get ketchup, wouldn't let me get up because I'm almost due to have my baby, and even paid for our dessert- which was wonderful. My son said it was the best day ever because of her.“

Skilled, appropriately friendly, and super efficient employees/sandwich artists present high-quality subs with high-quality ingredients to me every single time, no matter how busy they are. They perfectly fit into the middle-class shopping center where they’re flanked by a great poke restaurant and a great ramen restaurant. Also, the Stubborn sodas slap.“

I got the chicken bacon ranch potatoe and it was not lacking in the flavor department at all! Chicken was tender juicy and seasoned to perfection the bacon was large strips cut into sections that was perfectly cooked the cheese sauce was in a league of its own. Truly a symphony of flavor. Oh and it comes with a roll if you still weren't full. If you're on the fence hop off it and come try it for yourself.“
