Amazing food and great staff. The restaurant was clean!!! I placed my order and not even 2min later it came hot and fresh!!! It was the Taco Salad but it was D E L I C I O U S!
Great place, friendly staff. Very quick service, usually takes around 5-10 minutes. I would recommend the burrito platter.
Awesome food and customer service is awesome as well. This is a must go to eat place for anyone and everyone. The atmosphere and environment is awesome too.
When I first visited Chicken Fiesta, I was sold. The fresh grilled chicken and rice with salad as a side, perfectly seasoned was a winner. My next visit was equally impressive. Today, however, my combo quarter chicken did not include rice. The chicken was rare, showing pink and the fries were hard. It was disappointing that another business' popularity has led to poor customer service.
Chicken Fiesta is a paradox. From the outside, cheap fast food. The inside, incredible rotisserie ovens with well thought out and seasoned food. Amazing.

Good rotating tap selection and my burger (the Dynamo) was very tasty. Although if you're going to give me the option to order "pink" or "no pink" it better be pink all the way through like a true medium instead of med-well. The fries were decent, but not anything special. The craft cocktails looked good, can't comment on the taste since I didn't have one.
I really enjoyed the food here. Everything I tasted you could tell was fresh and made of quality ingredients. The reason this is not a 5 star review is because of what I thought was an absurd charge on the whiskey I ordered. I ordered a Buffalo Trace on the rocks. Buffalo Trace on the menu was $6.75 When the bill came it said "Buffalo Trace $6.75 + $2 on the rocks". They charged me $2 for ice! If I want a good sandwich in a casual environment I'd probably come back here. If I want to have dinner and drinks I would definitely go somewhere else.
Sandwiches were interesting and delicious. Everything else was wanting. Chips we're stale and we waited 25 minutes for it food. Yes, it was a busy Friday lunch, and they reported a large take out order in front of us. IMO they should be staffed and prepared for something that acknowledged they expected. Worse, no one came by during that 25 minutes to let us know what to expect.
The service was wonderful and overall the place had a nice vibe! It's very nice inside and the best part was the food! Everything is homemade and just tastes wonderful! Their flavor combinations are so delicious! They were also very accommodating to our family that had a baby and stroller. They sat us at a nice roomy table.
Have been here 4 times and food tastes the same and great always. Their house made chips are very good. They get busy during Friday lunch time, but worth the wait. Service is good and interior is also good.

Best non-traditional Italian grinder (and potentially best overall sandwich) in Richmond. Great atmosphere and space. Get there before noon.
I had dinner here last night, have actually been several times for both lunch and dinner since their opening. The food is uniformly excellent. You order at the counter and they bring it to you at your table, or you can get carry out on most anything. This is not fast food, however. For instance, last night I had a great risotto with fresh peas, parmegan and prosciutto, with a pear and blue cheese salad, while my wife had a ragout of beef with seared mushrooms over pasta. Plenty to take home too! There is also a type of deli counter, where you can purchase meat or veggie-based salads, house made breads, cookies and pastries, wine and beer and other tasty items for use with your own cooking. The staff is friendly and helpful, but again, remember--not fast food. Grab a beer or a glass of wine and enjoy the great views of Grace Street while your dinner is being prepared. You will certainly be in for a treat.
Excellent!! Amazing sandwiches... The Chicken Caprese is a must try. Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Big, open space with a relaxed vibe.
Lovely little market and bistro. Great breakfast and lunch selections, and the portions are hefty too. Definitely a place to go
Always friendly staff, almost always busy...they serve good food...and always satisfied when I leave.

Hands down best chicken Tenders and Fried chicken in Richmond. Wedges are great and staff is always freindly. Eating area is a little small but that does not take way from this place my friends call the chicken shack !!!!!!!
Simply the best fried chicken and traditional southern sides in Richmond. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Love this place!
Wow ! Fried chicken as it should be. Fast service. Good food. Low prices. Can't ask for much more.
Lee's Famous Recipe is the best fried chicken in Richmond. During the lunch hour, the service is also surprisingly quick. The staff is great!
Chicken is so good and the Mac and Cheese is to die for. And I'm not a Mac and Cheese guy. Lots of choices for sauces, not 12 different kinds. Thx Lee's!

Clean, cool and modern! Very accommodating staff! Food was delicious, drinks were made to perfection! The only reason I gave 4 stars was becaus my food didn't come out as hot.as it should've. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night, but that is my only complaint. Come check this place out!!
It was a nicely put together place. The food was good, the service was good. $5 margaritas are always a plus. It is ranked #4 on my top 5 Richmond places to eat calamari. The General chicken burrito was delicious. Fajita Bao'it was great as well. Check it out if you haven't already.
The tacos I had were *great*; I'm sorry I can't remember more details about the type that I got. I just know they were chicken with a mango salsa and mole sauce. I also had the house margherita, served extra spicy (for a dollar more), which was very tasty, but I swear it was the smallest one I've ever gotten at a restaurant, so that was annoying for a $9 drink. I'll go back, but I hope they consider a larger glass for some of their mixed drinks, the ones you'd think are staples. It makes them seem stingy.
What a fun and creative menu! They do a decent job of making "mexinese" dishes, but the plates tends to be more of one than the other. Plenty of dishes to share...or hoard. Your choice. And the cocktails are killer. The pricing is super fair. Would totally go again.
Went there for the first time today and my waiter was polite and always checked up on us. The hostess as well as other servers provided us waters and cleared our tables so the teamwork is really appreciated. I was apprehensive about the kind of tacos offered but might I say I loved them. Had the crab tacos and they were amazing. Would definitely go back.
