I got the classic with the deli cold cuts, pate, veggies, and pork floss. How neat. Never had pork floss with them before. Not sure if there was cilantro but definitely would have enjoyed it.

I couldn't finish it in one sitting and ate half before work. And the other half at work.

Would definitely come here again.“

Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

He got me hot tea and banh cam to settle in with. I ordered bo bia (autumn rolls), vegan pho, and roasted pork banh mi (to go). The banh cam had a thick dough and it was huge. Two of those could've been a whole meal. Everything I ordered was delicious and they were so kind! My favorite was definitely the banh mi. It was even good after I had refridgerated it. The best part was the vegan butter and vegan pate. I absolutely loved it, best vegan banh mi I've had.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this pho restaurant! The large bowl of pho was just \\$16, and it was worth every penny. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion of meat was generous—tender slices of beef that were cooked perfectly and filled every bite. The noodles were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs and toppings added great balance to the dish. It’s clear they care about quality and flavor here. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive without being intrusive. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just the right amount. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere. I left feeling full, happy, and already planning to come back. “Let me start by saying that this restaurant is a hole in the wall type of place, so I am reviewing it based on what it is, not through the lens of the next big restaurant on the Seattle scene. The food was delicious, hot, fast, and fresh. I was craving pho on a cooler day and stopped in. I couldn’t choose, so I went with the Saigon special pho, which was just all the types of beef - tendon, brisket, steak, meatball, and tripe. I don’t prefer tripe so I asked them to hold it and it came out perfectly. Occasionally in the past I’ve asked for the same and other restaurants have just given me steak and brisket and left out the other meats. I was pleased they left in the meatball and tendon (my favorite treat in pho).I also ordered the tapioca shrimp cake per another review’s suggestion. I’d never had them before but really like it. When I ordered they asked if it was okay that it would take extra time, I didn’t mind because that means it’s fresh. However, it did come after my pho, in case you’re looking for a pre-meal snack. I wasn’t really sure what to expect so I will leave a detailed description in case you’d like to try as well. The tapioca shrimp cakes are very chewy, almost like a long stuffed boba. The filling is a mix of shrimp, pork, and some seasonings, and it’s served with a side of that light colored thin sauce often served at Vietnamese restaurants (sorry, I don’t know the name). It’s also garnished with scallion and fried shallot (yum). My initial bite i didn’t like because I felt it was too fishy and the textures were a bit new but by the time I got to the second cake, I was loving it. I did add a little soy sauce which I think balanced it for my palette. I do encourage you to try if you haven’t before, I found it delightful. I also love chewy textures like boba and tendon, so do keep that in mind if you don’t.Pho broth was delicious and hot. Brisket and tendon was cooked well, meatball tasted good and standard compared to others I’ve had. The steak was slightly thicker than I prefer and it was well done, so I think they might cook it separately instead of pouring the broth over raw. In any case it was still a delicious bowl. Medium was a good amount for dinner and with the shrimp cakes it was more than enough. I also LOVED that they served with plenty of basil. I’m often served pho with decent broth, a lot of noodles, and minimal basil but this place had a very tasty rich broth, a good amount of meat, and enough basil for my taste (which I’d hard to do). I would come again and i probably will.Delicious!P.S. good chili oil at the table.

Vegetarian options: I was surprised at how many choices they had. A full veg section on the menu, plus options for pho & appetizers. Options looked tasty but I didn’t try.“

Try the:
-Banh Uot Tower
-Loaded Broken Rice Plate
-Banh khot
And customer service absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everything is fresh (herbs, steamed rice, rice crepe) perfectly cooked proteins, delicious fish sauce and fragrant rice.

Order it all- you won’t regret it!

————
Traveling from Atlanta with my parents and American fiancé, looking for good Vietnamese food and happen to stumble upon this place after searching for Banh Uot. Let me tell you- it’s very difficult to find amazing Banh Uot and is usually a hit or miss . THIS THOUGH- hit all 3 criteria (tasty fish sauce, good protein, and fresh steamed rice crepe) I got the crispy pork and it was the crispiest I’ve ever had and didn’t need to add additional protein.

- Banh Uot Tower w/crispy pork - 10 out of 10!

The portion sizes are very generous and every dish at the table was delicious.

-Banh Khot had coconut cream and the bean paste blended so well together with the crispy base , (10 out of 10) Most Banh Khot you get turned off by the dripping grease. Again- best I’ve ever had.

I saw their specialty menu board and is very impressed by the authenticity and varied selection.

-Broken Rice plate was loaded with all the proteins and dad loved it! The meats were cooked just right, rice was fragrant, and fish sauce was delicious. The portion was huge. (10 out of 10)

From a family of foodie travelers, we were impressed by the quality and our satisfaction of everything dish we ordered. Really looking forward to frequently visiting this gem each time we are in town. The parking situation was also very convenient and easy to access.

I left a personal belonging behind mistakenly and they went above and beyond to go out of their way to get it back to me. Customer service here is impeccable!!!“

“I’m super picky about my pho broth after spending so much money on flavorless white broth (especially for chicken) around cap hill but this place does not disappoint!! Large portion of meat for the price and the cream puff is always appreciated :) they’re also very fast and efficient with to go orders for anyone looking to grab and go!“

“Hands down, the best pho you’ll find in Seattle! This place is killing it! I’m incredibly lucky to live in the neighborhood and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! If I were qualified to give food awards, this place would win my 2024 Best of Seattle award! 🥇👏🏻✨ Ps. They do not accept reservations - it’s first come first serve. Around 6pm, they go on a waitlist and a line starts to form outside. Don’t bother calling to get on the waitlist - they won’t even do that for me! You have to show up in person to get on the list.“

“I stopped by here for some quick food before a Seahawks game, and I was incredibly surprised by how good this place was
I got the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi, and what surprised me the most was how cheap it was. Compared to how expensive everything around me was, the fact that I could get this for as low as $10 instantly drew my eye. Considering this price, I honestly wasn't expecting much, but this actually turned out very good

I've had a bunch of pork bahn mi's in the past, and this definitely ranks up there as one of the best.
The baguette is super crispy on the outside, yet it didn't feel chewy or hard to get through like you'd often feel with bread that is too hard. Despite the crispiness it was still not too difficult to bite through and get through both sides of the sandwich
I loved the amount of mayo slathered across both sides of this. When making a sandwich like this, sauce is exceedingly important because the risk of making the sandwich feel dry is high. However, in this case, it added to the flavor a lot

The vegetables as a part of this were really good too
The highlight of this sandwich was the pork. It was in relatively large circular pieces scattered throughout, and was abundant throughut the sandwich. This pork was cooked really well, super fatty and flavorful, and you could tell it was recently grilled because of the char marks on the outside - which just added to that grill flavor. It was fantastic

For the price, you really can't beat how good this was, and it was pretty filling as well

Overall, a tiny place that offers an incredibly good version of this classic sandwich. 9/10“

“We ended up here at 5:20pm Sunday afternoon after we were at another place where the fire alarms went off before we ordered. This place was small but had 75% of their tables occupied. We were seated right away. The waitress was very prompt and friendly. The food was a little more expensive compared to the restaurant we left. $8.50 for two summer rolls cut into four pieces, $7.50 for two small eggrolls. But...the food was so good!! And it came out quickly. We ordered two noodle soups, one with the spicy broth, chicken curry with rice, two orders of rice dishes with beef short ribs, chicken wings, summer rolls and eggrolls. I can attest to my soup only, and it was perfect. My kids finished every last bit of their rice and short ribs. My 10 year old ate a good portion of the chicken curry but it might have been on the spicy side for him, and he's an adventurous eater. Hubby loved his spicy broth soup. Portions were good.“

“I like everything I ordered ranged from a bao, pho and others (see photos).

The bao (with a piece of stew pork belly inside) is surprising good. I think I will copy.. hahaha.. never saw this dish before. The bun is really soft. The spring onion and cilantro and a slice of green apple make it very refreshing.

Spring roll is quite good.“

“This place has my favorite veggie pho. It's so good, so fast, so nourishing. Super reasonably priced. Their chili oil is AMAZING. Can't recommend enough. The owner is super nice as well.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pho and tofu banh mi both excellent, this is the spot :+)“
