“Atmosphere, good drinks (yes plural) and pleasant accommodating wait staff is what makes Posada one of my favorite high-end places to eat. The phenomenal sauces combined with items cooked perfectly make this one of (if not THE) best restaurant in Livermore. Latin meals are their wheel-house; no doubt, Full-stop. With that said, what’s not in their wheel-house are steaks. Don’t get me wrong here, preparation was unparalleled, quality of the meat was another. Quite sub-par for the price. Over all thought, a terrific place to go.”

Upcharge for bread is quite a bit imo but it is still delish.

“It’s small, neat and clean place, which is located in downtown. We have took pistachio, hazelnut and mango sorbet. We like all three flavors. It’s creamy and flavorful. And we noticed it made with no artificial ingredients which was win win for us as we always mindful of the ingredients in the food. Only thing I felt like it can be little less sweet as we eat less sweet comparatively. Overall I highly recommend this place, it has small outdoor seating too…”

“Been here 3 times now since a family member is a wine club member. This is just a small tasting room, but their usually not packed and have both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a section in the back that is for members only. There is only 1 bathroom though so plan accordingly.

They always start you off with a welcome glass of sparkling wine then you choose your tasting. There's 2 teasing options, a normal $20 or a higher end $60 one. Each with 4 normal sized pours, which are all given at once in little caraffes so you can taste at your own pace. Their wines are high quality, more red heavy, but they have a variety. Their style is more earthy, bold, barrel aged reds.

Service is always good. They allow outside food. Street parking is not too difficult. Check them out”

The fries were the double-fried kind, so they were extra crunchy. The cole slaw we also got was very good. Cute place, but only 6 tables. Friendly service. A must-go to place!”

But the star was the bun rieu, super fresh ingredients and really balanced, rich flavor. Easily the best bun rieu I’ve had in the area. The service was also quick and great. Quick to fill waters and offered napkins.”

I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome by the barista and checker.

They sadly didn’t have their espresso machine working those 2 times I came in 2 days in a row but good thing they had matcha with lavender. Yummmmm 🤤.

I ordered the spinach pastry as well and the size and price was just right. I spent less than $13.50 and normally that would be $17 elsewhere. They had plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

We order drinks which were nice and cold. I order the kids a bento box. The kids really enjoyed the food the kids express how good the flavor was with all the food in the bento box and they're picky eaters too. My wife and I ordered sushi which we all agreed it was delicious. Overall great place to eat even if you're out of town.”

Been there couple of times and it always a pleasant experience.

First & foremost the best part of this place is the love, politeness and hospitality. The staff is lovely. It feels like home. They feed you like you are at home.

It’s a very basic hole in the wall, mom n pop restaurant. The bright vibrant yellow color of this places makes it stand out.

They have a good extensive menu of all the essential Mexican food.

The portion sizes are HUGE so order accordingly.

We have tried, burritos, taco’s, quesadillas etc, everything was delicious.

The salsa bar is also yummylicious. They have fresh nachos, nice n warm.

The carne asada enchiladas were delicious & flavorful.

Forgot the name of the fish dish, that was a heck of dish. The fish was cooked to perfection.

The shrimp plate was yummy

Difficult to say which one was my favorite. I love everything here which I tried.

They have decent size indoor and outdoor space.

It's under $20 and comes with miso soup, salad, a roll, and five pieces of nigiri sushi. I have tried other menu items and they are good too. There is better sushi in Livermore, but sushi zone has prices that are noticeably more affordable without sacrificing taste or quality.

On top of that, it's a bargain. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. Mongolian Beef is also very tasty. By coincidence, I visited at the same time as another truck driver, there's unlimited parking in the neighborhood, there's no problem at all if your truck is 60 feet long. He had the delicious large bowl of Wonton soup, another favorite. We could have eaten anywhere but of course we both chose Ming's Garden knowing it's a hidden gem. This is a place for those who appreciate healthy food expertly prepared. Wishing them all the success in the world.
