If you sit outside you need to go inside to order which was no problem at all. They can get very busy so be patient. It’s worth the wait. Kevin is so kind and helpful. Makes you feel like family. ❤️”

The phenomenal sauces combined with items cooked perfectly make this one of (if not THE) best restaurant in Livermore. Latin meals are their wheel-house; no doubt, Full-stop. With that said, what’s not in their wheel-house are steaks. Don’t get me wrong here, preparation was unparalleled, quality of the meat was another. Quite sub-par for the price. Over all thought, a terrific place to go.”

“This place our family’s absolute favorite restaurant. Even though it’s about a 50-minute drive from our home, we try to come at least once a month.
Everything we’ve tried has been amazing — especially the Chicken Katsu, which is our 8 and 5 year old kids’ all-time favorite, the Korean Chirashi, and honestly, every single roll on the menu.

“This is a bar that has a fine dining element without the fine dining prices. Chef was the former sous at Range Life which has a Michelin bib gourmand, so the small plates have a fun and eclectic but elevated feel.

I probably wouldn’t recommend here if you are a “steak and potatoes kind of person”, because they dont have “basic” food like the other places in town. They keep the menu pretty small because they dont have a full kitchen, but everything has been top tier so far!

I actually like coming here on slower nights (thursday and sunday) because it just has a very familiar and cozy vibe, like im at some secrete club where the staff knows my name. Friday and saturday are very fun with high energy in the dining room, but it’s almost impossible to get a walk-in table for inside since they only have 5 tables and a small bar. Definitely make a reservation!!

If you come for their “after dark” menu they have different drinks and spam musubis, and you just feel very “cool” hanging out here because of the ambiance. This place definitely has SF, Oakland, or even New York vibes which is unique to the area.

They also have a photobooth, cute back patio, and a vinyl dj twice a month!

“It’s small, neat and clean place, which is located in downtown. We have took pistachio, hazelnut and mango sorbet. We like all three flavors. It’s creamy and flavorful. And we noticed it made with no artificial ingredients which was win win for us as we always mindful of the ingredients in the food. Only thing I felt like it can be little less sweet as we eat less sweet comparatively. Overall I highly recommend this place, it has small outdoor seating too…”

Don’t be fooled by its exterior. Longevity Wines are located in an industrial building in an unremarkable location. However, one step inside, you will be transported outside with its barn theme and spacious tasting space! Our jaws were dropped and we vowed to never judge a book by its cover again LOL

We got a Groupon for wine tasting for 2 with 2 charcuterie boxes. That’s why we drove to Livermore to visit this tasting room. We were blown away for sure!

As soon as we walked in, staff Tammy greeted us and let us pick our seating spot. This tasting room opens at 1pm and we were their first customers. However, it was filled up fast. Tammy greeted everyone and it seemed like they were all returning customers. Though the tasting room got crowded later, we all had our own spaces and privacy and the entire experience felt very intimate.

We love the outdoor and barn vibe! Occasionally we forgot that we were inside.

Tammy slowly introduced us to a flight of 6 for our wine tasting. She explained the wine itself, how it was made and its origin. Out of the 6 wines that we tried, we loved the Cabernet Franc from Dublin the best! It’s so light, oaky and has a nice finish :)

Each of us got our own charcuterie boxes which were made fresh and delivered the day of from Pleasanton, according to Tammy. So everything felt extra special because they were sourced locally.

One thing that touched us the most was that Tammy, though being very busy herself, took time to sit down and chat with us. She told us about the history behind heart logo and the touching story of the owners Phil and Debra. That Phil had the tattoo of the heart logo on his arm so that he felt Debra’s presence with him. Debra passed away due to cancer a few years ago.

Our pup Butter also had a wonderful time being at home here at the tasting room. We will definitely be back soon!”

“Been here 3 times now since a family member is a wine club member. This is just a small tasting room, but their usually not packed and have both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a section in the back that is for members only. There is only 1 bathroom though so plan accordingly.

They always start you off with a welcome glass of sparkling wine then you choose your tasting. There's 2 teasing options, a normal $20 or a higher end $60 one. Each with 4 normal sized pours, which are all given at once in little caraffes so you can taste at your own pace. Their wines are high quality, more red heavy, but they have a variety. Their style is more earthy, bold, barrel aged reds.

Service is always good. They allow outside food. Street parking is not too difficult. Check them out”

It's tasty, comes with salad, rice, pita bread etc. I also tried the iskander schwarma which was more of a tomato infused schwarma. Pretty good too. There are some desserts as well like baklava and Turkish delights. I tried both and they are quite decent. If you love Mediterranean food you'll love this place. Reasonable prices too.”

The place did not disappoint! We had the carnitas super burrito and the taco plate with al pastor and chorizo tacos. Yummy! My carnitas burrito was huge! And delicious - meat was tender, and the fillings were equally distributed along the length of the burrito (pet peeve of mine when the ingredients are clumped on one end of the burrito!). Thr tortilla has a nice crust from being grilled. The tacos has good flavor. Chorizo was spicy without being overly hot. Pastor meat was excellent.

It's under $20 and comes with miso soup, salad, a roll, and five pieces of nigiri sushi. I have tried other menu items and they are good too. There is better sushi in Livermore, but sushi zone has prices that are noticeably more affordable without sacrificing taste or quality.

The staff is friendly and it has a laid back atmosphere. Quick service too. There is a huge parking lot so you can easily park and walk in.”

Been there couple of times and it always a pleasant experience.

First & foremost the best part of this place is the love, politeness and hospitality. The staff is lovely. It feels like home. They feed you like you are at home.

It’s a very basic hole in the wall, mom n pop restaurant. The bright vibrant yellow color of this places makes it stand out.

They have a good extensive menu of all the essential Mexican food.

The portion sizes are HUGE so order accordingly.

We have tried, burritos, taco’s, quesadillas etc, everything was delicious.

The salsa bar is also yummylicious. They have fresh nachos, nice n warm.

The carne asada enchiladas were delicious & flavorful.

Forgot the name of the fish dish, that was a heck of dish. The fish was cooked to perfection.

The shrimp plate was yummy

Difficult to say which one was my favorite. I love everything here which I tried.

They have decent size indoor and outdoor space.

They have different menu for different days. We went on a Saturday night. The night manager is amazing she was so patient to explain all the drinks and give her guidance.

Desserts melt in the mouth, they were out the vanilla passion cake but both desserts we tried were top notch.

What impressed me is the service and the quality of the coffee. As crazy busy as they are, the service was excellent and the coffee is delicious!! I had a cappuccino with oat milk and lavender syrup. Their staff was so efficient yet patient explaining to me the difference of dry and wet cappuccino, and for dine in, it came in a mug !! Most importantly, the coffee tastes great!! There are many milk substitute Abby a huge variety of syrup to order from. They also make custom adjustments to your liking. I also had a bagel with turkey cheese absent egg. It’s warmed up but not from oven. My guess is microwaved. The vegan tasted soft instead of toasted. There are plants of seats inside and outside . Overall, it’s a cute coffee shop with lovely atmosphere and staff that love their job !”

“We randomly came across this amazing ice cream shop while strolling in Livermore Downtown and decided to get a classic mint chocolate icecream in cone.

I later discovered its a 75-year-old brand, originally started in the Bay Area. The variety of flavors they offer is so vast and interesting. I will have to come multiple times to taste other unique ones.

If you sit outside you need to go inside to order which was no problem at all. They can get very busy so be patient. It’s worth the wait. Kevin is so kind and helpful. “I met one of the owners here. She’s a very likable person and cared about the clientele. She was standing outside of the restaurant in the courtyard. I started a table where we met with a bunch of classmates from the 1970s. The food was healthy, tasty, and good the service was excellent. I’m just surprised that so many people are missing out because the place was empty. Anyone who does not make use of this restaurant is foolish because it’s a great place.”

The weather was perfect, and when the sun drops behind the building, it was so much nicer than hosting the dinner in a hotel meeting room or cramped private dining room.”

Came by at 11am on a Saturday with my mom and baby and grabbed a shaded table on their front patio. Their front patio overlooks main Street and is a great spot to people watch on the weekend.

Our server was friendly, efficient and gave recommendations when asked. I ordered the sunrise sandwich with country potatoes and a latte and everything was yummy and thoughtfully prepared. Servings are quite generous too!

We sampled the Cookies and Cream and Manila Mango before settling on the Pink Salted Caramel, which we preferred. However, the other flavors are also good. Be sure to give them a try! You can taste samples before making your choice. The staff is friendly, and the line moves quickly.”
