“If you are interested in old school burgers where you can still order medium rare, and the burgers actually come medium rare, this the place. The burgers are huge and of high quality beef. The price includes fries, but I like the fact that with a very small upcharge I was able to sub 1/2 sweet potato fries and half onion rings, also very good and made to order. Finally, their milkshakes are great. I took one star off for atmosphere, but that’s because there was a basekball game going on and was a bit loud; however the other patrons were watching the game so I can’t really fault them. The guy that runs the place is always so friendly and appreciative of my business.“

“Sparky's is a great quick lunch option. They've stream lined their systems during there busy times to get their customers in and out quickly. You can expect the same food quality every time. I got the teriyaki plater. I've changed my eating habits and have become sensitive to salt. Unfortunately I'll have to explore their menu to choose more healthier options. I haven't given up on returning.“

“The people working there were really nice and friendly. I ordered a grilled cheese & fries. A little over $6 -not bad these days. And they were good, too. Atmosphere is not great -it’s right across from the Coliseum BART station -but it’s the only place in the immediate vicinity. I was running late to a NIN concert so hadn’t had time to grab something beforehand. There are only two sidewalk tables, so I sat on the fire hydrant. Perfectly fine for a quick bite before a show. They also have a really large menu. I’d stop by again.“

“Ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger with a mango shake and curly fries. It's a short walk around Anh's to sit with a view of the lake while eating a tasty burger. The burger patty was well browned and full of flavor. The curly fries had a crispy crunchy bite and a tiny bit of heat. The mango shake was nice and fruity. Overall, a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

There is no dine in seating. There is some outdoor seating, or you can walk to Lake Merritt.“

“My husband and I love the melt! Shout out especially to Gabby and V. Gabby is always on top of her game, she even remembers our order when we pick up and happily gives our extra pickles and ranch:) V is always outstanding in her customer service, filling any request with a genuine smile.

The owner was Very friendly and made my food exactly how I wanted it. I’ve been craving a chicken Caesar wrap for weeks and haven’t found one the way I like it and they did a perfect job. I can’t wait to come back with my family for breakfast.“

“Amazing kebabs for a great price! For $18 you get enough for two people with leftovers. We tried the chicken and the lamb and they were both amazing. The kebabs come with a large serving of delicious rice, a pita, a cooked tomato and a salad.

Takes about 20 minutes to come out and there is no seating inside, but it was completely worth the wait!“

The walls are decorated with the murals of local artists, there's a few pinball machines and two fire pits. They have a rotating selection of frozen cocktails (and an NA cocktail), a cocktail menu, and beer. You cant go wrong, unless you're a square ;)“

Service was very good with just the right amount of attention. My wife had their Barney's salad of which she ate her fill then brought almost half of it home. I had the French Burger that was cooked beautifully medium-rare and needed no condiments. The 4 of us shared an order of steak fries which was more than enough. As a long-time resident of Pittsburgh, PA, I especially appreciated the Heinz ketchup for the fries. We will be back.“

“Pupusas are made fresh. Get your revueltas, or jalapeno y queso here. Takes 15 minutes or so to make so come ready. 2.50 for any pupusas. Tacos here are also delicious, comes with a lot of meat and very well flavored. 2.00 each. Horchata isn't super sweet which I like but cost 3.00 each.“

“One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants. The Diggery Inn has everything you need for an amazing meal at a reasonable price.
