“Hit this place up! We got two boxes of pastries to go and they did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissants as well as the tomato danish. Scones and cookies were amazing too. Would like to go back to grab a pizza which they serve starting at 11am. The line moves quick so don’t be alarmed. It’s worth the wait!“

“This amazing pastry shop was located near our hotel, and we came here for breakfast. It was fantastic! It got quite busy around 8 a.m. on a weekday, but we managed to snag a cozy outdoor seat. The croissants looked amazing, flaky, buttery, and perfectly baked. My partner and I shared the Filled Kouign amann, and I wish we had ordered more because they were that good. Unfortunately, the tempting Little Italy eateries were calling, so we kept it light. Still, it’s a very cute coffee and pastry shop I’d love to return to.“

“This is a nice place with nice people but the baked items are so bland. We tried 6 different items and while the quality was there the flavor was lacking in a major way.

For example their double chocolate croissant barely tasted chocolately.

The strawberry ricotta Danish was overwhelmingly full of strawberries to the point that it was all you could taste.

The beef supreme tasted so bland we had to add hot sauce.“

“I love the pastries here! I have been coming here for years. On this visit I purchased two fruit tortes for a pot luck. I chose the peach torte and the Alpine Torte. Both were very delicous! They were fresh, tart, sweet, and a bit crunchy (with the crumble at the top). It's everything you want in a torte, or a pie. The customer experience when I picked them up was excellent as well. Sophia helped me on this visit. She was very helpful and answered questions that helped me make a choice. Thank you! They were extremely easy to work with and communication was great. They delivered the cake to the hotel we were staying at prior to our arrival and were very accommodating. “Nice little bakery that we recently found for a vegan cake, very much vegan friendly and other dietary restrictions. Sadly they are going to be closing up shop in August of 2026. But they do have a nice selection of baked goods, as well as selling mixtures to make their cakes at home. They told me that there are a few vendors around that sell them as well. They also do custom made cakes, nothing over the wall, semi simple with a few options of flavored cakes, frosting/filling and color as well as hand writen words“

“I tried the Coconut Cake...best I've ever had. The Mango Cheesecake was delicious! To drink, I had a Double Cortadito, so good! What brought me here were the Guava and Guava Cheese Pastelitos. I have only ever had these from Portos. Sadly, they were too rich! Not the Guava or Cheese, they were way too buttery! The amount of butter used over powered the Guava. Hopefully it's just the batch I had. I will be back to try their other cakes and sandwiches.“

“My family and I were visiting San Diego for my daughters 21st birthday. I thought of everything but the cake. I called Kona Kakes on Friday hoping for a cake by Sunday, I was told they are closed on Sunday, so they could have it ready on Saturday. We were enjoying the zoo Saturday and I completely forgot about the cake. It was after store hours but I tried to reach them by phone anyways, the owner answered and said she would wait for us to arrive. This in itself was truly amazing, but the cake! The cake was beautiful, delicious, moist, decadent, and extremely flavorful! We had the Caramel Macadamia Nut Cake. Everyone and most of all, my daughter loved the cake! If you live near Kona Kakes then count yourself blessed and try this place. I wish there was a Kona Kakes in Las Vegas.“

“I had a couple of good doughnuts and an iced coffee with oat-milk from this newer doughnut shop in Seaport Village.

I had a chocolate glaze and a vanilla glazed doughnut. They were both tasty in their own way. The chocolate delivered in the chocolate flavor for sure. It was rich in chocolate flavor. The cake portion was tasty but a little on the dry side for a doughnut. The vanilla glazed was tasty and well. I liked that it was not overly sugary.

The iced latte was very good. They put just the right amount of oat milk and ice. The coffee flavor was very good.

The young lady at the window offer good hospitality. It was hard hearing each other, given the fan noise coming from the inside, but after a few repeats, communication got through.

This place does not offer any inside seating, but there's plenty on the outside given that it is at Sea port Village. It's a nice addition to the village.“

“The mochi is so soft and yummy. We tried the mango, strawberry, red bean, and cookies and cream. Best to eat the mochis on the same day while soft. We also bought the salted caramel mini cake and the white cake with strawberries which were good and not too sweet. But I definitely preferred the mochi over the cakes.“
