“Beyond excellent! Anything they cook is delicious high quality, flavor(real Persian taste), stuff very friendly, clean (tables, restrooms), definitely I’ll be back, back again, again and again, price(for what the do is very affordable)”
“Hands down one of the classiest good vibes restaurants in LA! The food is excellent. The wait staff and bar staff super friendly and personable and Jill (bartender, wine connoisseur and server extraordinaire) is a great reason to keep coming back! It’s like stopping by to see one of your closest friends. Oh…and the olive oil lemon custard cake is AMAZING!!!”

“Everything about this place is amazing, always go here when im looking for a nice dinner. Good waiters, atmosphere and everything is perfect. Not to mention the food is absolutely delicious no matter what u order. 5 stars all day!”
“A super friendly team here and the pad thai was delicious! Love the robot drink delivery. It was a a hit with our youngest diner.”
“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine without the hassle of cooking, Taínos L.A. is the answer to your prayers! I recently ordered a spread for my uncle's 80th birthday party, and let me tell you, it was a hit. The Mofongo with shrimp was a mouthful of joy, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked shrimp. The Arroz con gandules was savory and comforting, just like homemade. The Pernil had the ideal amount of seasoning, each bite tender and delicious. And the Tostones, accompanied by a tasty garlic mojo sauce, were just the right size to satisfy. Now, let's talk about the Plátanos maduro - they were larger than the ones I usually find, which was a pleasant surprise! As a New York Rican from a family of great cooks, I can attest that this food is the real deal. Taínos L.A. has captured the essence of Puerto Rican cuisine with finesse. One thing to note is that Taínos L.A. is not a sit-down restaurant; they offer pickup or delivery only. But trust me, it's worth it. If you're in the mood for some seriously good Puerto Rican food, do yourself a favor and try the Mofongo with shrimp from Taínos L.A. You won't be disappointed!”

“The Turkey Club sandwich was VERY good, and the sides made the sandwich sing!!! Potato salad with just a hint of fresh dill and the tomato salad, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!”
“I celebrated Mother’s Day on the 12th of May 2024 at Joey in Woodland Hills. Very friendly atmosphere. Friendly welcoming . We had a very good and friendly service from Kavin. Good food. Nice presentation.”

“I would like to leave a positive review for Modern Bread & Bagel. This is a wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere, delicious fresh food, and excellent drinks. I especially enjoyed the sandwich and the beverage — everything was prepared with care and attention to detail.
I would also like to recognize the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The ladies at the counter always greet customers with a smile, are happy to help with recommendations, and create a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service make people want to come back.
It’s clear that this place cares not only about the quality of the food but also about the overall customer experience. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to friends and family.”

“Inside, there is only room to order food and buy bread. Their cinnamon roll is pretty good, but served cold. Their everything cookie is delicious. There is ample seating outdoors for brunch, and servers are nice. The breakfast sandwich is good, and their standouts are shakshuka (absolutely delicious!) and the chai latte. Their vanilla latte is also well bodied and just sweet enough.”
“I dare say that I have a lot of experience in ramen, I recommend this place, delicious rich fatty broth, wonderful noodles, I would say 9/10, just because the small pieces of meat and in my opinion they are undercooked to the right condition to melt in your mouth.Otherwise, it's a very decent place with good service.”
Outdoor Dining
“After reading Google Reviews, this place was on our list for breakfast while visiting Calabasas. It's really an old diner with good old fashioned breakfast. Service was really good, breakfast was great and selection on the menu was awesome. While we got lucky finding a parking spot on a busy Sunday morning, I can see where that could be an issue.”
“This wonderful Vietnamese restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The menu offers an impressive variety of dishes—from flavorful pho and perfectly balanced banh mi to fresh spring rolls and hearty rice plates—so there’s truly something for everyone. They also have a good drink selection. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional Vietnamese iced coffee, refreshing teas, or specialty beverages, they’ve got it covered. The coffee, in particular, was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. On top of the great food and drinks, the prices are very reasonable, and portions generous, making it an excellent spot for both casual meals and regular visits. The overall experience felt welcoming, satisfying, and great value for money. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu!”

“It's a nice restaurant, good food (not exceptional) and a nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the onion soup, However, trout almondine was quite ordinary, missing any kind of sauce (lemon ?) to perk up the taste. We will try again, hoping for improvement. I do remember having a wonderful lamb shank, but that was when the restaurant was located in Malibu.”
“we came here on a whim after watching a movie at AMC Fallbrook. I’m so glad we did. We sat at the bar and were served by Lilly the bartender. She was an absolute joy to speak to and made fantastic drinks. The Pear elixir was unbelievable. It usually comes in a martini glass, but I asked for it in a regular glass. We ordered the cheese quesadilla to start, then we got a Croque Madame and a turkey burger. Both were absolutely delicious. The turkey burger was not dry. It was fantastic. This place offers many things to do daily. Poetry readings, music featuring local artists, R&B, jazz, soft rock, etc. They also do micro weddings and rehearsal dinners! There is a dining patio out front and in the back, but the latter is something special. There’s a little stage there where they offer all these fun nights and where someone would have their micro wedding. It is open air, but covered and retractable. The architecture and character is adorable and I loved it. There was parking in the back and some chairs and a table with an ashtray for smokers in the parking area. they have Sunday ticket and multiple TVs to watch all sports, including women sports! Just ask the and they will change one of the channels! please know the channel name in advance! plus, They are LGBTQ friendly! They do have vegan options available as stated by a sign on a chalkboard I remember seeing!”
“Received a gift card for Ruths Chris steakhouse. Decided to go for my Birthday. Hands down over all great experience. Food was good. Service was great. Atmosphere was amazing. We had our kids and our eight month old with us. She also enjoyed the food. We'll definitely be dining in there again.”
“Very welcoming and understanding. It is a very peaceful and positive environment for the most part. We as people who, also make mistakes and make poor decision's, sometimes have to overlook certain thing's that catch our attention so easily, just acknowledge the situation and keep it moving”
“I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and a big part of that was Jessie. He’s honestly dope, he really goes out of his way to make sure customers feel respected and valued. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people coming in.
One thing that stood out to me is how he remembers returning customers and even pays attention to their favorite orders. That level of attention and consistency is rare, and I respect that a lot.
On top of that, the whole staff, waiters and waitresses, are very respectful, friendly, and helpful. They make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Overall, Jessie and the team definitely make the dining experience worth coming back for. Highly recommend stopping by.”

“I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! Always a 10/10 for me and thanks for now starting to be open 24/7🙌”
“The Mongolian beef and the orange chicken were excellent. We also got the chow fun, steam fish with veggies, and shrimp fried rice. All of those were excellent and the wait staff were very attentive. Will 100% come back”

Takeout Restaurants
“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.”
“I ordered a Shawarma sandwich for my son and asked for fries inside. The lady asked the owner if he can make that. The owner sent a complimentary fries to my son. The food is good and the place is clean. As a previous Mediterranean restaurant owner I recommend this place.”
“Thank you Doan’s for providing our wedding cake on 10/15/22. It was SO BEAUTIFUL and tasty. Doan’s was my choice because they were willing to work with our budget, but mostly because : THEY ARE SO NICE! One phone call with Marina, and I knew I liked her. I knew I could trust her to do great work. She was supportive, kind, and was on my side. They provided the cake, delivered, and placed the topper and flowers on our cake. It was a two tier red velvet cake. Oh! Did I mention it was delicious? Our guest raved about it! Thank you Doan’s and Marina! If you need a delicious, beautiful, yet affordable wedding cake from good people - call Doan’s!”
“As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at Sushi Katsuya. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for quality sushi.”
“Although it’s a bit pricey (my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5), I feel like you truly are receiving quality ingredients in all of their menu items. The smoothies are delicious and the food is even better. They understand flavor! As someone who enjoys meat, surprisingly one of my FAVORITE wraps is their hummus avocado sprouts wrap. It has the right balance of veggies and their lemon dressing is to die for!!!”
“Awesome place. My family ate three of Korean-style BBQ-ribs, pork, beef. All of them were very delicious and Korean style taste. Moderate salty food. Steamed rice was very good. My kids liked and enjoyed all of them. Recommend who looking for nice Korean dishes. The price is also reasonable.”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“I found this place on Google and decided to check it out because it was across the street from where I had a couple of hours to kill. There is more than enough parking in their lot but I’m not sure if it’s because of Juneteenth of because that’s how it normally is. When I walked in, I immediately liked the place because of the interior design and the relaxing music which was at a perfect volume. I was greeted by a lady who was very friendly and told me that her coworkers would be right out to take my out. After a very brief wait exactly that happened and the lady who took my order was also very friendly. After a short wait I got my food (good size serving) which was brought to my table and it tasted delicious. If I’m in the area again, I will be coming back as this place is a perfect mix of great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere”
“I had the pleasure of enjoying their shrimp burrito at the Creep It Festive at the Heritage Museum in Santa Ana on November 23. Sooooo good!!!! They took excellent care in the cooking and preparation! I can’t wait to catch them at another event! I definitely recommend! They were so nice, too!!!!”
“Always extremely friendly team members here. Today especially I want to thank Trevor I believe he said his name was. My wife had a cup that someone threw out and he went out of his way to find this unique cup and get us one. Give this man a raise! He just made mine and my wife’s day!”
“This place is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious. I’m traveling here from Michigan and we have a lot of Indian food restaurants but I’ve never had food as good as this place in here for a week and I will be here everyday. I had the chicken 65 birianyi and it’s cooked to perfection the spices and flavor is heavenly and the rice and chicken is amazing came with two sauces one is a broth and the other is yogurt with vegetables and both complimented the dish when mix together perfectly. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it takes time for the food to come out that’s all the staff were nice and polite the place is clean. And not to forget the portion is very good for the price and you don’t see that anymore. All in all an amazing experience keep up the good work staff”
“This Subway is known as “The Good Subway” among the locals for a reason — they never disappoint. The store is always very clean, and the staff are fast, friendly, and professional. Most of them have been working at this location for several years, which really shows in the quality of service.
This place feels more like an independent sandwich shop than a typical franchise. They’re constantly baking fresh bread, using fresh ingredients, and they’re generous with the portions and toppings you ask for.
It can be a little hard to find at first since they don’t have the usual Subway sign out front, but it’s definitely worth it once you do.”

“Even if the environment and location are a turn off, the food was worth it. I had the double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. You are handed a heavy plate of food. The burger was hefty and the fries plentiful.
I'd definitely do the burger again, but skip the fries.”
“Love the yogurt, but the shop is filthy which is concerning. The woman who works there is so rude and unfriendly and she does NOT give you what you are paying for. I actually brought the yogurt home and weighed it and I was cheated! The gentleman who works evenings is super nice and definitely does his job.”
“I have been in LA for 15 years, and I see my self as a Kabob sommelier. The hardest kabob to get right is Koobideh, so much so that I rarely order koobideh in America. Got their koobideh tonight. I'm extremely satisfied.
Shoutout to Faraz for helping me with my order. Sweetest guy!”
“I am low key mad that I did not know this place was two lights away from my house!!!! I drive to the one in Marina Del Rey once a week. I did not want to go to the one in Porter Ranch. Now that I found one right around the corner from my house, I will be going daily! The management was super amazing!”
“Been coming here for years. You not only get a delicious selection of coffees and teas, but kindness and positivity. The owners are wonderful and make you feel they care about you even with a long line behind you. My favorite is their matcha latte. If you are at Kaiser stop by. Thursdays are Farmer’s Market days open to the public.”
“Pascal Patisserie & Cafe is the best cafe I found in 32 years of living in San Fernando Valley!!! Their croissants with pistachios are simply incredible and so is barley and mushroom soup. The vegetable pastry with avocado 🥑, asparagus, bell pepper and feta crumbles is simply incredible”

“Food was burned and service was horrible and the place was very dirty specially our table and they charged more then menu's was showing and when I asked her explanation was it's a old menu and she forgot to tell us. Not recommend it at all waist of money and time.”

“First time visiting and I was really impressed. The place is clean, bright, and has a warm, friendly vibe. We tried an assortment of pastries and enjoyed every single one. Our fav was the colorful layered one. I also had the Korean milk iced tea, which was absolutely delicious and something I’d come back for.”

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.”
“While visiting California, we had one mission, find really good tacos. Mission accomplished.
It was Tuesday, so tacos were non-negotiable. We decided to walk from our hotel to Zamorales Grill, and I’m so glad we did.
I ordered a fish taco and a shrimp taco, plus a burrito bowl, and wow. So much flavor. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and honestly way more than I was expecting. Every bite delivered.
This place checked all the boxes, great food, worth the walk, and absolutely worth a repeat visit. If you’re craving tacos and nearby, don’t overthink it. Just go.”
“I tried to spicy pepperoni and I have to tell you it’s definitely spicy be prepared to order that lemonade but when I walked in, I could see the place was busy.
They have a variety with different things to try, but I was definitely trying the spicy pepperoni first bite definitely woke me right up and got a jar of lemonade…
Excuse me a bottle and it was delicious, but I had to try the regular pepperoni next because it wasn’t quite finished I love sitting in this place.
It’s comfortable. Well there’s two TVs. There’s a lot of history here. The flavor of the pizza is incredible!”
“It’s a different kind of place and a fun one too. The setup actually reminds me of the old Darband style restaurants in iran, and if you’ve ever been there, it’ll definitely ring a bell. I really like this spot. It’s conveniently located in Woodland Hills and they serve some great kebabs. I ordered the Koobideh Kabab and Joojeh Kabab ( chicken Kabab) both were flavorful, juicy, and cooked just right.
It’s a casual, easygoing place to enjoy Persian street food. They’ve cleverly used the back lot of the building for seating, and there are rugs under every table, which gives it a cozy, authentic vibe and music. It’s unlike any other street food spot I’ve tried—definitely worth checking out! Check their hours before heading this way.. oh, forgot to say Kabab is made the old fashioned way on actual charcoal”
