“A gem at on Diamond Head side of Waikiki. We sat the bar and enjoyed a fun selection of drinks and plates to share. All of dishes looked and tasted great and had twists that made the stand out from other menus - bbq fries with sour cream and chive dip had of the flavors and more of a baked potato. The bartender was knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. Would go back again, immediately.“

“I am foodie from Japan, enjoy once or twice a month hotel buffet in Tokyo. But Orchids Sunday branch menu was the best ever. Not only does it taste good, but it also tastes good, fine scenery, number and placement of staff and their diligence noteworthy.“

“Food was good quality and decent. I was expecting a bit more of an Asian flavour. Service was super friendly but I gave it a 3/5 because we had four people dining and all our meals came at different times. My meal came after the first person finished. It didn’t look too busy. Atmosphere is great. Good vibe.“

“Make sure you triple check your oder. Today we ate at the Honolulu Bistro for the first time. The guy at the register claims he didn't rung us up for 2 sandwiches. At checking out he did say back our order. The recipe is not detailed either. The amount we paid was definitely for 2 sandwiches. We ended up sharing 1 sandwich and left.“

“Absolutely our best meal in Hawaii. The right choice to celebrate a special occasion. Our experience was so wonderful, food, wine, atmosphere all made for the best evening. Our server, Julian was absolutely top notch, extremely friendly, attentive, and was just so happy to engage ensuring the celebration was more than we expected. Kudos he deserves it. “So good! It’s a quick way to get some food at the Bishop Museum. We ordered at the counter and while there was a little bit of a line and a wait, the food came out quickly and was delicious. We loved the poke bowl, the saimin and the lilikoi cake.“

“First time trying Zippy's and im glad I came to this location. The service and food was a 10/10 😁 There was construction happening but that didnt get in the way of enjoying my meal. I got the mini korean fried chicken plate and everything came out perfect. If you do plan on visiting a Zippy's come to this location!“

“My first time here after seeing them on tv. So glad the worker tied the bag of my 3 plates tightly and that they use strong plastic containers. I took a sharp turn and my bag flipped to the side. My food shifted a little in the container, but at least it didn’t spill out or leak out of the containers. Love the hamburger steak with crispy onions! Omg, the special parmesan chicken was huge!! This was ono too. Will definitely go back there again. ❤️“

“Delicious and huge portions! Had Grilled ahi and Teust Us Special with shrimp and ribs - all super flavorful. Would prefer potato or green salad over their long mac. Will definitely be back, perfectly located for pre/post airport stop. 3 picnic style tables (not fancy, but clean) and most were locals doing takeout with easy parking.“

“The food was so good! Ok, there's no indoor dining and the outdoor dining is really rough but during our meal there the locals seemed to love it and for good reason. This is what I imagine authentic Hawaiian BBQ for the working man is like. When you go to a BBQ place and see the orange construction either shirts, is probably going to be good and it was. The girl at the register recommend the beef short ribs and they were amazing. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and it had amazing flavor, though a bit overcooked, I still finished it if for her gladly. My only warning: one dish is plenty for two hungry people! We were getting ready to head to the airport and didn't want any to go to waste, so we have half to a mother with four teenage boys. They were 😊. Definitely will return next time we visit the island.“

“Paradise poke is a clean and inviting poke/local foods spot. I would put them up with the top dogs in terms of poke. I didn’t get a chance to taste their plated food but everything sounded amazing. I ordered the 2 choice poke bowl. I got the Hawaiian Alaea style with the Ginger scallion combos with the yuzu cucumbers. The bowl was so refreshing and the fish was amazingly fresh. This won’t be the last time I’ll be visiting.“

“Wow I drove past this place many times, shame on me for not stopping by for a bite. Today I was just looking for breakfast and maaaayyyynnnn the breakfast combo!!!

$9.59 bucks in ward is awesome, which included 2 eggs, 1 spam, 2 pocho sausage, 2 links, and 4 bacon.!!!. Most places would probably cost 15-20+ bucks for that.

Not to mention, it was only after my order was almost done I see a sign for $1 adder for fried rice, shucks. Definitely going try that next time. I forgot to ask for over easy when I grabbed my bag and was like oh no don't be scrambled haha. We'll it seems to be standard as over easy it was, so if u want scramble be sure to ask.

On top of the deal my food was out in a few minutes behind one small order and a large order, so gray job on quick time.

Inside is your normal plate lunch seating area. There is also metered street parking along the north bound lane of Cooke St.

They have a good size menu, and I definitely will be back to try some of their other food. For now I found my go to breakfast spot in ward area haha!!!“

“We used to be regulars here before covid and afterwards, it seemed the food quality had deteriorated, so stopped going. But we recently attended a party there and everything was back to great! So much so that my husband chose it for his birthday dinner earlier this week. The whole experience is wonderful, so make a reservation without hesitation!“

“Da Ono Hawaiian Food is a great local spot to try traditional Hawaiian food. It has a very casual, local feel, and the food was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything we ordered was satisfying and flavorful, and it felt like a nice way to experience authentic Hawaiian comfort food.

“We ate at Hula tonight for the first time and Levin took care of us! He went above and beyond and made the experience for myself, my mom and daughter absolutely wonderful. His suggestions for entrees were on point and his customer service was the best we had since arriving on the island! Thank you so much!“

“I've dined at many L&L restaurants in Hawaii but this was my first visit to the location across from Whole Foods. There are lots of tables for diners, many are hidden around the corner from the drink dispensing station.

I ordered something I get at a number of L&Ls ... BBQ Cheeseburger combo (a deluxe BBQ cheeseburger, a LARGE bag of fries, and a drink); all for $12.50.

The burger contained lettuce, a thick slice of white onion, and a slice of tomato. Yum! The fries were crispy ... None were soggy ... Yay!

“The staff at Cafe Kaila are so warm and welcoming. They also have best breakfast whether you choose to eat an eggs Benedict or a banana bread French toast. Always fresh fruit there so pile it on everyone and just enjoy 😉“

“Love this L & L location. This is always a must when we are here on vacation. This location is conveniently located in the Safeway parking lot. It is to the right side of the longs drugs store on the corner. The service is always great here and it is always fun to come here. We love the chicken katsu and kalua pork plates. The Mac salad is always a nice treat!“

Yet the only thing I didn't like much the service, our server wasn't the best, I know its busy but everyone should be treated nice, when we arrived she was nice then took forever to come and check what we need to order, I asked for couple things multiple times so she can bring it, I typically tip at least 20% but because the bad service is tipped 15% which is not bad. Yet she was giving us a red eye which i didn't like!! If i visited again will only visit for the food not the service!“

“I absolutely love Kona Brewing and hope this place never closes.

What is there not to love, you’re sitting on water of a boat Harbor, drinking the best tasting beer I’ve ever had “Kona Light” and eating the most delicious Sirloin Steak with mashed potatoes and veggies, topped off with a super delicious green house made sauce of some kind!

You can ask for more veggies less mashed potatoes for no extra price, it’s never a problem.

And after you’ve had your 5 star steak you get the bill and it’s only $28 if you live in hawaii and $32 for visitors. You simply cannot beat that.
