“We were celebrating a birthday with a group of six and the food was absolutely delicious! My personal favorites were the Soy Butter Bigoli, Mochi Bombolocini, Scallop, Rigatoni, and the Apple Pie. Most of the food was amazing. The service was fantastic – everyone was so attentive, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is super relaxed. I really loved the Umami in the Kenmare cocktail.“

“I order the Joji Box pretty regularly—about once a month—since I work in the same building. While I used to be completely obsessed with their takeout omakase box, I have to admit the quality has dipped slightly over time. It was incredibly fresh before, and though it’s not quite the same now, I still find myself going back whenever I’m craving sushi. Plus, if you work in the building, you get a 10% discount, which is a nice perk.“

“This is a 2nd floor Japanese-Thai speakeasy in Alphabet City where the food menu leans toward Japan while the drinks are Thai-inspired with the menu designed by veteran NYC bartender and Phetchaboon native Sayparn. Her and her partners opened 11 Tigers in 2022 (year of the tiger which symbolizes success). The staff do an excellent job of mixing food and entertainment.“

“I've come to this restaurant many times and it's always a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately, this time was a child's birthday party. It was a small party only one booth for like four people, but the child was completely unruly and incredibly loud so much so we had to move to a different booth at the other end of the bank. I know that this is not the restaurants fault, but they probably should've seated them away from people and not next to people. I was on a work lunch and we ended up getting things done but only after we moved. On a better note, this restaurant is terrific hands down. They have vegan and vegetarian options and items that can be made vegan. I would give this place five stars. It's a very nice experience and great food.“

“Affordable and insanely tasty soup dumplings (xiao long bao). The scallion dumplings are a who other level too. Not sure why their overall score is mid. It’s not a high end but isn’t that the point. Mid interior. Staff are helpful and completely on bothered by hoopla over their yummy food. Chow mein and beef with scallions also memorable. Kid friendly.“

“I always had a delicious lunch special dining experience at this Thai restaurant! Not only their lunch special is affordable, the portion was generous and their service was prompt. The chicken green curry was rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The pad Thai had a wonderful mix of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, while the beef with basil sauce was incredibly fragrant and satisfying. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated with a charming, flowery decor that created a warm atmosphere.“

“A fully vegan Korean restaurant situated right in the heart of Manhattan?! My west coast heart is pounding in jealousy and longing to return once again. It's often very hard to find restaurants that serve fully vegan Korean food so the fact that this exists is truly special. A lot of items will be vegetarian at best so to be able to have an extensive menu to order from is a treat. My friends and I came here for lunch and were seated fairly quickly in their hip restaurant. I ordered a couple of things: - Combination Pancakes consisting of sweet corn cilantro, scallion & spicy kimchi offerings. This was their take on traditional Korean jeon and I didn't realize they'd bring out so many small pieces for the table. My favorite was definitely the sweet corn cilantro. - Crispy Korean Chili Tofu Lunch Special, which included a soup and salad of the day as well as two additional banchan (including a pancake!) The tofu was fried to sweet perfection and the chili sauce was top notch. There ended up being more than enough food just from this alone. I hope this spot sticks around because I'll certainly be coming back to fill my Korean cravings without needing to play around with the menu at other restaurants. Since their renovations last year the quality of everything from the plates to the whole interior design has improved. Not only that but the food is one of the best in the neighborhood.“

“Me and my partner came here for dinner before they closed, the service was the fastest i think I’ve ever experienced, waiter and waitress were really nice. California roll was absolutely to die for. The orange chicken was the best I’ve had and fried rice was fantastic. 10/10 experience I recommend. It is on the expensive side but I still think it’s worth it. If you have the money to go, don’t waste your time thinking about it.“

But please - if you come here, in order to fully enjoy the subtle flavors of the sushi, don’t wear perfume or cologne. Our last two experiences here were somewhat marred by adjacent guests’ overwhelming fragrances. Crispy chicken with cashews was a great dish a little less sweet the dish would have been even greater. Service was great by our waiting staff.
