Spring Rolls: Small crispy and tasty. They are the typical rolls, but well done.

Sushi: Dragon Roll. The outside tempura was too thick. The inside was good and tasted fresh, it just needs less breading.

Hibachi Steak & Chicken: Steak was cooked as asked ( medium), Chicken was tender and seasoned.

Pros: Good food, prices, service

Cons: Limited seating, limited parking

Vegetarian options: You can order tofu and vegetables on most dishes.

Parking: Limited parking because the lot is small.

“We went there tonight for the first time in a while. The place is nicely updated with the addition of a new bar and outdoor seating. The food menu was nicely updated too, the menu stood out compared to other local Mexican restaurants. The food was great and everyone at our table raved about it.”

“Golden Oak is about like all other Chinese buffets. A wide variety of selections and a desserts area. It does a better than average job of keeping the pans full and they do enough volume that the food never gets an opportunity to start looking like it has been out there for a while.

The restaurant is large with most seating being booths but also has movable tables and chairs to accommodate large parties. The decor is rather generic but everything is well maintained and clean.

The service is top notch. I’ve never had my drink get close to empty before being asked if I’d like more. Used dishes are promptly removed from the table.

The taste of the food is like all other buffets; it’s never bad but sometimes you wish it had more flavor. The desserts area has the typical assortment of pudding, cakes, cookies, and jello. I can’t remember if it has ice cream available.

Payment is different from most places as you pay for your meal before you are seated. The price is about 10% more than other buffets but is still a good value.”

My waitress was very friendly. and the cook was very clean and very fast with what he did. I left all three employees that were working a hood tip. It’s Christmas time and that’s what everyone should be doing this time of year. Giving . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the OAK RIDGE Waffle House! Especially the evening and night crew!❤️”

Now having a child they had the experience to parties and iconic pizza Ed brought to The Secret City and greater communities.”

The cafeteria is busy and Sandwiches are a pretty good option too. The cashier's are awesomely friendly. I tend to skip the hot options sure to the line and it's typically less healthy.”

“It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !

My Apple Maps & Yelp both said permanently closed. A quick google said open with hours being updated 2 months ago. Almost everything else pointed to them being out of business… The FB page doesn’t have any recent activity. There’s no reviews from this year. It’s easy to assume that maybe they closed their doors for good sometime between last summer to fall. Just saying, because I’m sure we can’t be the only ones that have (almost) skipped out on this place due to the above. Glad we didn’t! The outdoor setting in Jackson Square is cute & the kid loved the pigsss… getting ice cream is always a fun little activity. I’m sure we’ll return. Onlookers… THEY ARE OPEN! ♥️”

“Went I was much younger, there were Baskin Robbins everywhere in Knoxville, TN. Now all these years later, they are scarce and difficult to find. That said, I was in Oak Ridge, TN last weekend, I found a Baskin Robbins there so I decided to stop by the Drive-thru and make an order. I looked on the menu but it did not see any mention of the Baskin Robbins famous World Class Chocolate Ice Cream. So I became disappointed until the voice came across the Speaker asking if I needed a minute or if I had any questions. I asked if they still carried the original World Class Chocolate Ice Cream? They said that they do. I became excited by the response and I order 1 scooped on a sugar cone. We drove to the Window and paid for our order, I could not wait for that taste once again, a taste that I remember from my Childhood. Then it the Ice Cream and Cone were handed to me. The moment I taste it, I remembered this Ice Cream from my childhood so vividly. It was tasty and yummy too, the Velvety Milk Chocolate & White Chocolate flavored Mousse Ice Creams mixed together. I will make it a point to go back to Oak Ridge and have more of this since it cannot be found in Knoxville, TN anymore.”

“I love Wendy's and I'm really happy to have one in my city. The food is great and ordering online is really easy. Recently I've had issues getting the correct items in my order. The person in the windows always seems frustrated that you're there. Also, their posted hours aren't correct. It says they're open until 1am Saturday but the past 2 times I've went there after 12am, nobody answers at the drive through. I think this is more down to the people they have working there that won't be there long than the management but it's still something the customer has to put up with.”

“This is a clean, friendly, quick, reliable McDonald's. I don't see them often; and as a result i don't go to McDonald's much.. This one was walking distance from my hotel, and I wanted a Coke. Once I was inside, I saw how clean and nice everyone was. There wasn't a line of sour people waiting for their orders. So I ordered some fries and coffee, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised that I decided to write a review. I will give them another visit. If I'm wrong, I'll fix this review.

“Since Panera discontinued the Italian sandwich, I have been ordering the same thing for 10 years: a deli turkey sandwich with only deli turkey, fresh mozzarella, and mayo. However, they recently discontinued that sandwich too. I asked if they could ring it up as a turkey bravo or the new Italian and substitute ciabatta for the tomato bread. Despite my specific instructions, 5 times might I add checking to make sure he got it correctly. they gave me a regular bacon turkey bravo with tomato bread, which made me very mad. I also did not receive the chips and drink I paid for. And he also did not give me a receipt It's litterly White bread, Turkey, and you can throw some mayo packets at me I don't even care if it the country white bread I even went in and ask if they could change it they refused because it was dinner time even tho I said I don't mind waiting I already waiting an hour The only item worth buying on their menu anymore is the bagels the reason I cared so much is because I have alergys to certain foods so it wasn't like I could just take it and eat it So, i will not be going back after today”
