I was first introduced to pho when I was 22 and working at a Korean law firm. For the past 11 years, pho has been my go-to meal for everything: hangover, common cold, emotional comfort. I'd not be exaggerating to estimate I've been going to different pho restaurants at least once a week for 11 years. This is the very first one where a waiter or staff member has suggested something and said "that's the way we eat it in Vietnam." Our waiter suggested a sauce mixture (the base of which is his homemade recipe) that had my husband saying the two quotes at the beginning of this review. And he added "it's like a Vietnamese holy water, purging the demons from my sinuses" before we left. I'd highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back - hopefully we'll get more "back in Vietnam" recommendations too! It adds so much to the experience when someone shares their passion and homeland experiences with you - it is obvious food here is cooked with love. I took the picture when we were almost done because it was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture at the beginning.”

“My daughter and I have been eagerly counting down the days until Okiboru opened. What a treat it was to enjoy lunch there today! We arrived about five minutes before the store was supposed to open and were prepared to wait outside. Nope! The door opened for us and we were happily ushered inside to the beautiful new eatery. We were pleased with many choices on the menu—truly something for everybody—and enjoyed all of the dishes we tried today. We ordered spicy ramen, Tsukemen, and two different smell plates to ensure we got to taste a variety of menu offerings. Everything was delicious and brought us back to sampling ramen on a trip to Japan several years ago. Customer service was also excellent. The restaurant may be new but the staff already have everything down perfectly. A shoutout to our waitress Cassie who made sure we knew all about tsukemen, guided us when we asked for some pronunciation help, and made sure we were taken care of well for the duration of our visit. We will be back time and time again. Okiboru is a welcome addition to the food available at the mall!”

We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....”

The server was very polite and quick, as soon as we pick up the menu to order more, she was already at the table. The meats were savory but the vegetables were very fresh, we order the spinach 3 times cuz tasted so good. I have to mention the chili blue crab and it was so delicious and has a nice spicy kick. Only thing we didn't like was the mashed shrimpball paste, was too much starch added and tasted like jelly. There so many items on menu it's impossible to eat all in one settings. We will definitely be coming back for more.”

“A hole in the wall restaurant nestled at the back of an unassuming gas station, Taquito Potosino is a must try. Don’t let the location fool you - the food is fresh, cheap, generously portioned, and delicious. My favorite item is the steak burrito - it’s massive, the meat is tender, and somehow it’s only $9. Don’t come here expecting a decadent meal - the food is simple, a bit greasy, and the atmosphere is well… gas station, but I still find myself coming back for more.”

“EXCELLENT BBQ! I Stopped by for a quick lunch. Being a huge bbq connoisseur, I enjoy going to every bbq place i can find around North GA. Tom was smoking the brisket at this location and it absolutely is the best brisket ive had! Tender and juicy, with great seasoned flavor. Most places that claim to have good bbq just have dry brisket.
I also got some pulled pork, smoked turkey, and smoked sausage.
The pork was good, and the seasoning added a nice flavor. The turkey was great! I expected it to be dry and it was also tender and moist. The smoked sausage i expected to be spicy, as is most, and its not very spicy, but also not overly juicy like most.
Lastly i got the banana pudding which comes topped with a caramel glaze and some cinnamon whipped cream. Excellent dessert!
10/10 recommend City BBQ in Buford!”

I have eaten here with my husband, and again with my girl friends, and another time with coworkers. The attentiveness of the staff never changes. We always feel that we are the only ones there. Enough about the amazing atmosphere and staff. The food is to die for. The quality is above par, fresh and flavorful no matter what you order or the time of day. The amount of food and quality far exceeds the price. I would never hesitate to bring anyone here for an affordable and memorable meal. “I ordered takeout and got the pork intestine in dry pot, along with some hot and sour soup. The food was delicious! The dry pot was very flavorful, hearty and aromatic, perfect for a rainy day. I believe they use Szechuan peppercorn with this, as I had that nice mouth-numbing sensation. It could have been a little spicier for my liking, but that is my only remark (and I understand why they might take it easy on the spice to be safe).

The hot and sour soup was also yummy. It is one of my favorite dishes to order at a Chinese restaurant. I am pleased to say this is one of the better ones I've had! We'll definitely have to come dine in at some point in the future.”

The flavor on the chicken was amazing: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the galbi sauce was perfect without being too heavy. The dumplings were super good too—crispy, hot, and full of flavor.

On top of that, the hospitality and patience from the staff made the whole experience even better. It actually felt worth paying for the food, which is rare when so many spots serve overpriced, low-quality stuff.

I don't remember the Whataburger of my childhood even tasting this good. For a fast food burger, you ain't getting much better than this. Their boneless wing sauce on the tenders packs some good heat, and their spicy chicken sandwich blows Wendy's out of the water. Go ahead, indulge.
