“We ate at Pochino today for the first time. WOW. Let’s start with the fact that they have a health score of 100. The restaurant looks like it opened yesterday, but they’ve been in business for over a year. Adorable shop. Love the decor. But the food…amazing. We had the Formaggi Pasta (best ever Alfredo ever), the Caprese sandwich (loved every bite), and a pizza. BEST CRUST EVER!!! We met one of the owners, Jennifer, who was so sweet and told us a lot of background. They bring over a lot of their ingredients from Italy. It makes ALL the difference. And yet the pricing is still reasonable. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. And let’s not forget the made when you order cannoli. We will definitely be back. Often! So impressed!”

We had a 6:30 reservation and showed up early and Mr Staten, the manager, came out and seated us and others personally. Our server Elijah was great as well. Even more they were not satisfied until we were. I'm sad that Darden is closing this chain.”

“We ate at Prince Palace for the first time today. The food was excellent! We had onion bhaji for appetizers, and they were really delicious, especially with the sweet brown sauce and the onion relish. I had a chicken vindaloo, and Lara had palak paneer. They very politely asked what spiciness levels we wanted (from 0 to 10)... I said 7 and the waiter raised his eyebrows, but nodded. Lara said "Zero!" Their freshly-baked naan was superb, and they had many varieties of it. Lara ordered a chai, and I tasted it. She had a hard time getting it back from me! We highly recommend Prince Palace Indian Bistro!”

“Delicious. Two of us ordered the 4 course meal for 2 persons. Gruyère cheese fondue was very good with breads, fruit and raw veggies to dip. Server offered more. Caesar and strawberry almond salads. Each chose their own entrees, a make your own option chicken, shrimp and filet steak for one and the steak lovers option for the other, with the burgundy "boil" cooking option. We did not like the QR code cooking instructions but it did work. Yin and yang dip for dessert was a mix of dark and white chocolate with fruits, baked goods to dip. The other two went à la carte - one a salad and cheese fondue (Gruyère) and the other a salad and make your own grilled salmon, shrimp and filet steak. All food was delicious. Service was ok - initially great but then disappeared for a while. Overall an enjoyable experience”

The mahi appetizer was the highlight of our dining experience, 10/10 would reccomend. The steak was a little under done for medium rare and the lobster was a little overcooked. The brussel sprouts were solid. Great experience and it was made even better by Travis.”

I visit frequently wanting to purchase the basic cake flavors, like vanilla/white/chocolate, and they hardly ever have it available. I have left empty handed at least 5 visits because I don’t eat carrot cake or red velvet cake. I would love it if I could consistently find vanilla cake here!! It’s delicious but hard to come by apparently. Thanks!”

“Last week stopped by Big Shanty Smokehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia. I’ve been going here for years and always has been one of my favorite places in Georgia. Paul Holden of Willingham's World Champion BBQ recently took over as the new owner in August and excited to see what he continues to bring. He’s top notch pitmaster in the competition world but also has been in the restaurant business as well. I got the brisket which was amazing and also some of their signature Turkey ribs (Friday Special) and of course some Brunswick stew and Mac & Cheese. Everything was very good and will be back soon. Currently they are open Wed-Thursday 11am-2pm & Friday-Saturday 11am-7pm. (So stop by and see them.) You can just chill there and do work there and eat because the atmosphere is so chill the music is good the conversation with staff ends up reeling you in. It’s overall just a great place to go to and try out. Keep up the good work!”

“H Town Wings is similar to alot of food places that pop up like this, practically serving everything. But, the food quality and services is good, and always consistent. Phillys are packaged nicely, wings are good, and they give you good portion fries, place always looks clean, and I get my orders to go, and it's still hot and good bout time I get home. H Town is not the closest to me with its food category, but my preferred place, when I want that food style.”

While I enjoyed it, the flavor was a bit one-note (salt-forward), but that is to be expected with a fried buffalo-tossed breast and ranch. Next time I'd rather have something with more depth, and some veggies (LTOP). That being said, the quality of the chicken was great, and the fries were top-shelf, and dealt in a very generous portion. My wife loved her tenders, and the fried pickles were great too!
