“Lovely spot with incredible atmosphere and food. The food was presented nicely and tasted even better. Would highly recommend the scallop/uni course and the skewers! the beef tongue was our favourite. As for the bone marrow, it was a little shallow and the miso overpowered it.Overall, I’d highly recommend n/soto to anyone looking for Japanese food around the area. Would definitely come again.”

“AOC is a culinary haven, boasting a James Beard award-winning chef whose talent shines through every dish. The Spanish Fried Chicken is nothing short of spectacular – the best I've ever had. The overall dining experience at AOC is a testament to exceptional food and skillful craftsmanship. A must-visit for any food enthusiast!”
“Everything was truly scrumptious… the service was very attentive and the staff was very knowledgeable. I especially liked the butter steamed bass and the brownie sundae!”
“Very interesting location being in KTown in a small strip mall (with parking!) and a block away from some hip bars like Lock & Key. There is also metered parking across the street but if you come late enough, it should be free. We came not knowing it was a vegetarian restaurant (our bad) but that didn't matter. The food was delicious nonetheless. Walking in, it feels boho chic with some sculptures and paintings of ancient beings (?). Menu is on the QR code where you can order and pay through your phone but the servers are there to help if anything.Squash Blossoms: Lightly battered, filled with ricotta, and fried with a pumpkin seed sauce that reminded me of satay sauce. The combo of cheese and sauce was a great contrasts. Comes with only 3 blossoms so kind of pricey for what it is but deliciousRoasted Cauliflower: Solid but I really like roasted cauliflower. Good portion and good proportion of cauliflower to sauceSpouting Brassica: Tangy and reminded me of the sweet chili thai sauce that you can get from the market. Fennel is not something I generally look to order but it didn't taste licorice-y maybe masked by the sauce.Jackfruit Barbacoa Fusili: The fusili was al dente, which is always great. Jackfruit felt like it was missing or lack the punch I usually associate with jackfruit. It's a solid dish though with the tomato and cheese sauce.Anderson Pizza: A bit too many conflicting flavors. Jalapeno + kimchee didn't seem to work for me. Pizza crust was good though but too many things going on and would've preferred a lighter pizza focusing on one flavor. They also specialize in wines. I got a cab but it was very light without much tannins, which was interesting. Tasty but unexpected.Overall, a solid meal with some hits, good and friendly service, and a cool vibe for a easy meal.”

“Great meal with the parents at Bavel - the wagyu tagine, duck nduja hummus and lamb neck shawarma were amazing. Server was great and our second sommelier was good as well - strange interaction with first som who brought a bunch of reserve list wines to us that were not anything like what we described we were interested in.”

“This is a hidden Gem. The server was a walking smile, fully aware of the menu excellent suggestions. Every single item was freshly prepared. Would highly recommend. At the same time kinda don't want to become overly popular.”

“Such an incredibly delicious and vibe-y spot. The food was incredible and so authentic. The Khao Soi noodles were amazing and this was the best Mango Sticky Rice I have ever had! Will be coming back for ”
“After living in Spain for three years, it's difficult to find authentic Spanish food in the US. However, Teleféric exceeded all my expectations! The food was authentic and delectable, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was darling. The paella was better than some I even had in Spain! Can't wait to visit again.”
“One of the very few halal restaurants in L.A. Was decent but the food trucks veggie tacos are highly recommended, so authentic and fresh! If deciding between the two, definitely go for the fresh but veggie food trucks.”
“The ambience is comfortable, the food was fresh, seasonal, cooked just right and well seasoned. Their menu changes based on what's available but highly recommended”
“My experience at this restaurant was awesome, the food was delicious and the cashier was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone..Vegetarian options: I like the fact that they have vegetarian foodParking: The parking was great and it wasn't crowded.”

“Amazing experience and food. However I deeply regret they rushed us out by presenting the check too quickly. They checked on us 3 times in 15 minutes and obviously wanted us to take care of it asap and leave.”
“What an amazing dining experience! From the minute you walk in the door- the detail in the decor, the service , the food- beyond incredible! The artwork is stunning- even the bathroom is worth visiting for the beautiful wallpaper and decor. The setting is intimate and warm. You can feel the love from the servers and the love put into the food. The flavors are so unique and delicious. There is something for everyone- vegans and carnivores which we had some of each at our table. Each dish was as good as the next. I was hesitant about ordering the trout but it was the stand out dish for me. The delicate, moist white fish inside the crispy skin. I couldn't get enough! I never knew Ethiopian food had scrumptious desserts- to die for! The food is so delicate and healthy that you feel great afterwards despite probably overeating. Can't wait to go back!!”

“Food was amazing! The service was bad! Very expensive but I expected to be better taken care of. They were fully staffed but no one seemed to be working efficiently. We were 8 and none of the food runners ever knew who ordered what. They had to ask on every plate they brought. Not just our table but others as well. I don’t know if they have busboys as our table was never cleared. Plates upon plate stacked up. No one asked if we wanted a second drink and the glasses were never picked up. When we ordered dessert we had to move the 16 empty drink and water glasses to one side, gather the bread plates, wipe everything down and wait for our desserts. It was a busy night but not too busy for bad service. I kinda expected more than diner service at such an expensive restaurant.”

“You absolutely have to dine here! Everything from the food, to the service, to the wine/cocktails and ambiance was absolutely incredible. My significant other doesn’t eat raw fish and I forgot to mention it when booking, but the staff asked at the start of the meal and they were happy to accommodate the preference despite it being last minute. The somm absolutely nailed the pairing the night I was there. My group loved every single pour so much that we asked for a detailed list of the tasting. Overall, everything was fantastic and I quite enjoyed the perfect balance between friendly and professional when it came to the service.Thank you for an incredible night!”
“Loved everything! The service was warm and friendly, the food amazing and the space is beautiful. The only thing I'd change is the soundtrack volume as it was a very shrieky hip hop rap that was difficult to listen over and concentrate with. Thank you for your hospitality.”
“I went with my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago and everything was amazing. It was our first time there, and we'll be back soon. Thank you to all the staff members from Damian!!!5 ⭐️”

“Barbara and Jofre gave us amazing service! Jofre especially went above and beyond gave us a list of places to check out In LA. We are visiting from Vancouver, don't know much about the area and he gave us a break down of what to check out and things to do. Will def come back, make this guy a manager ”
“Wonderful ambience and great food and service in a unique setting. Our server Karen suggested some dishes we shared included a great fried artichoke salad and the mixed lettuce salad was dressed to perfection. The fettucine dish with beef and pork was prepared with a lovely bolognese sauce and great pasta. Also highly recommend the stemple creek ranch steak which was cooked to perfection and enjoyed the sides of onion rings and potatoes. The drink menu is inventive and highly recommend the gimlet.”

“It's a tragedy that Manzke is closing at the end of February. A restaurant this good shouldn't have to close. Everything is fantastic. The food is rich in flavor with a cocktail and wine list as close to perfection as possible. I'd encourage anyone who loves fine dining to enjoy Manzke while you can. Oh, and the butter is heavenly...”
“The service is always the best and the food is excellent. So far, my favorite item has been the meat lovers Philly , but i've tried a lot of other sandwiches and their fries and I have not been disappointed.”
“A unique and truly special meal. First, the food is so unique, inspired, and delicious. Second, we were offered a non-alcoholic beverage pairing that was thoughtfully paired with each dish—as someone seeking to decrease my alcohol consumption, I wish every restaurant put a tenth of the thought into their nonalcoholic options as Kato does. Finally, the service is so warm and welcoming. I will be thinking about this meal for a long time.”
“After a comedy show, my boyfriend and I, along with friends, sought refuge from the rain at this charming spot. Valet parking for $7 saved us from the street hassle. Inside, we enjoyed tasty Old Fashioneds and Margaritas. The bell peppers stuffed with tuna were delicious, and the shared burger and fries were top-notch. Attentive service and a quirky horse video near the restroom added to the experience. Overall, a delightful post-show dining choice.”
“I loved this place, probably the best tacos I’ve had in L.A. the drinks are perfectly balanced. I’ll be coming back for the lomo Saltado and the Panay dropper. Bartenders were fantastic and tacos came out super ”
“Hidden away in the city of Los Angeles is this amazing bar that serves one of the tastiest omakase. Entering the bar, you see a bar top that seats approx 10-12 people, with a open kitchen vibe. My partner and I had a great time. The Sunday crew was very nice and attentive, engaging with the customers and making things fun! The selection of fish was amazing, definitely a different experience compared to other omakase establishments I've been to.Parking was very easy since they provided easy simple instructions on their website :). Will definitely visit again on a Sunday ??Parking: Easy to access garage and the elevator close by. Very nice :)”

“Had a wonderful time. Great wine choices. Food was superb, but a little pricey. Definitely can find same quality of food for less in LA, but I still highly recommend this fun and happening restaurant. If you like great food, great wine, and LA hip restaurants...this place should be on your hit list.”

“Seafood incredibly fresh and service was great. There were some times where the staff forgot to get us our drinks but that wasn’t a big deal. The food was delicious but on the pricier side. Been told to reserve for dinner course experience so maybe that was what I was missing out on. For a lunch experience, it was nice but pricier than I expected.Best item was the kanpachi uni tostada”

“The tacos de tripa where cooked perfect and they stuff the tacos with alot of meat, the alpastor tacos where Excellent moist and tender, they also have good salsas..”
“The hype is fully deserved! I appreciate Villa’s Tacos so much for offering vegan options that aren’t just rice and beans, and what’s even better is that their vegan tacos are the best I’ve had in LA, which is really saying something! The agua fresca is great too ”
“Umbrella is our only choice for a cocktail bar on Melrose for a day time sip. Beautiful decor, simple food menu that doesn’t disappoint and an expansive backbar. Thank you for the hospitality George, we’ll be back soon.”

“Fantastic blend of Mexican and Indian cuisine. Kind hearted service and delicious food. Cauliflower tacos, pibil chicken bowl and jerra chicken bowl were all fabulous. Will definitely be frequenting this place!”

“Great views and yummy food. Menu is quite eclectic with an Asian and Middle Eastern twist. Our waitress Jambeth was nice and politely asked us when we sat down if we had a show at the Pantages. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. As it was we were there for my birthday and so we were not in a rush and could enjoy the skyline and cuisine. Ordered the shrimp cocktail, chicken liver and charred carrot starter. Had Cacio & Pepe, Charmoula and Duck Confit as our main. Was given a complementary dessert as it was my birthday with a candle which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely go back for drinks on summer evening and enjoy the sunset.”
“Very cozy diner with great atmosphere. Love the food with seasonal ingredients and creative flair, all very delicious. Great for friends gathering and a big menu for a lot of choices with different price point. Will love to come back if i was in town again!”
“One of the most memorable dinner of my life! This is why you save up for a great meal. Elevated Korean food dinning, you don't have to fly to Korea for. Every dish was presented beautifully, artistically and tasted as good as it looked. Even the service was top notch. I hope to come back soon, as I'll dream about this experience.”
“I love this place, and I love the people who run this place. The food is amazing, full of amazing fusion flavor. But I think the experience of sitting with your friends and chatting with Bee and Wali, the owners, is great. They have a way of making you feel seen and special. It's honestly a wonderful place and really deserves to be checked out!”
“Incredible date night spot! Vibes & music were great all evening. Service was attentive but not overwhelming… would highly recommend!Of course we had the corn bread… it lived up to the hype! Followed that up with the Meatloaf & Trout which both had very unique flavors. We ended with the brown butter chocolate chip cookies & date cake… incredible!!Also the drinks are expensive but it’s LA so it’s to be expected… we really enjoyed ours.20% service charge built into total at the end of the meal!Parking: We valeted - $15 - very easy”
“Fantastic food in an even more fantastic space. It may sound lame but the entire menu seems to be stellar, no misses here.Dietary restrictions: They were sensitive to my dairy sensitivity.”
“The initial attraction to this restaurant was simple. A Michelin star, and there's a cheeseburger on the menu?!? Sign me up. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant was modern, minimal, and comfortable. We were greeted with a delicious amuse bouche of creme fraiche and green onion with some sort of crunchy vessel holding it together. Then we moved onto the baguette, which, while delicious, I would probably pass on my next visit. Then came the onion tartine, which, in my opinion, was the highlight of the meal. Perfectly blistered gruyere cheese over caramelized onions and delicious fresh bread drizzled with a duck fat reduction tableside. Think of it as a perfectly executed inverted French onion soup. Then came the burger. Upon arrival, it was announced as a 50/50 blend of ribeye and duck, smoked gouda, and caramelized onions on an incredible brioche bun. I've had a lot of burgers, and none of them even came close to this one. Perfectly cooked, lovely char, and incredible flavor. We ordered the Madeira mushroom risotto as a side dish, and that was delicious as well. Every course was perfectly spaced out, and the wait staff never missed a beat. The overall experience was faultless, and I can't wait for another special occasion to return.”
“Nice meal. A little crowded on a weekday lunch time, but service was pretty fast considering. A little on the pricier side considering the portions and just standard service. Food is good, but not stunning. Come here mainly for the visuals.”
“This place was awesome. Best service I have had in years. I felt very welcome and they cared about my experience. Food was great and fresh.Lots of great dishes to share!Dumplings are awesomeSeaweed salad was refreshingPeanuts and anchovies was too strong for my palate. Would not order againMake a stop to experience this restaurant!!!Kid-friendliness: Casual location for the family”

Mother Wolf
“This was our first visit to Mother Wolf. We have previously enjoyed dining at Felix, Chef Funke’s intimate trattoria in Venice. Entering Mother Wolf’s grand, soaring space, one would not expect the warmth of service which smaller venues are able to provide. To our pleasant surprise, the service at Mother Wold was outstanding, with a polished and professional (and friendly) staff endeavoring to provide a level of culinary execution and attentiveness one would expect at Michelin starred venues. Our server, Julia Tanase, was superb, a highly skilled professional (with a deep knowledge of the Chef’s cooking) clearly dedicated to providing gracious customer service. It is clear that Mother Wolf has invested in an experienced management team. Roy Morales, the manager in charge of the restaurant on the night of our visit (a full capacity Saturday night), seemed to be everywhere, keeping a careful eye on each table and closely monitoring the interaction of staff and guests. It was like watching the conductor of a philharmonic, focused on every note. Mr. Morales introduced himself to our table and discreetly asked if he could be of assistance. A restaurant of this magnitude could not function at such a high level without such experienced and skilled professionals at the helm.As to the cuisine, notwithstanding the volume at which Mother Wolf operates (275 seats), the foundation of Chef Funke’s cuisine remains an obsession with the quality of the raw materials - the fish, meat, and vegetables are impeccable - the pristine nature of the products resonate on the plates. At Ms. Tanasae’s suggestion, we began with a selection of appetizers, including the blue prawns in a fragrant salsa verde, ethereally delicate ricotta filled squash blossoms and rich risotto croquettes. Each appetizer was sublime. We then shared a pizza “Quattro Fomaggi”, a thin crusted marvel with a perfect, tangy crust reflecting its slow fermented dough. We followed the pizza with two of Chef Funke’s signature pastas, a Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and a Rigatoni with Oxtail Ragu. Each was delicious. Mother Wolf’s pasta is outstanding, comparable to the renowned pasta at Rome’s legendary Roscioli and Armando al Pantheon. We then shared the prime ribeye (accompanied by addictive potatoes and a refreshing arugula salad), a richly marbled aged steak perfectly cooked.Desserts were delicious, including a refined Baba al Rum and an elegant Tiramisu.I note that the wine list at Mother Wolf’s seems out of synch with Chef Funke’s soulful cooking. There are few choices under $100 and the selections and producers are disappointing. In contrast, the original wine list at Felix was distinguished for both its producers and value. Hopefully, the wine selection at Mother Wolf will evolve to offer a wider range of price points and more diverse and value oriented selections from Italy’s artisanal producers. This was a memorable dining experience. It is a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Mother Wolf provides a spectacular framework in which the extraordinary cuisine of Chef Funke can be fully appreciated. Given the scale of the restaurant, the execution of both the kitchen and service team is nothing short of remarkable. Kudos to Chef Funke and his management team.”

“Best upscale Filipino food on the Sunset strip! Will definitely be back.Try the lechon kawali and chicken skins! OMG! So heavenly! Our server was great and very sweet and seemed to genuinely care that our experience is nothing short of superb!”
“Excellent service in a nice ambiance in this French Japanese fusion Starters were ok - main course very good Chinese Branzino along with my Duck a'la orange - acceptable wine list good pairing - appreciated French speaking servers and desert was delightful - overall 4 stars and will return Good value and a pleasant experience overall”

“A David Chang restaurant in LA. I've been to his Momofuku restaurant in NYC and loved it so I naturally had to try Majordomo. You have to plan ahead to reserve the short rib special and it is amazing. They cut it tableside and serve it lettuce, kitchen, and radishes. Such a good balance of flavors but the prime rib by itself is very flavorful and smoky. The Bing is also a must with the cultured butter and honey. This is seriously addictive. We also had the mussels with the crispy rice which was also delicious.Overall, the vibe of the restaurants was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.”
“Absolutely loved it! Went there for my husband’s birthday in December. We ordered literally everything off the menu and everything tasted delicious!! Can’t wait to go ”
“Super!! Had fantastic dining experience at this lovely Italian in West Hollywood. Roast risotto, baby beetroot with goat cheese for starters. Both excellent. Mains of Mushroom Pinsa (with great wild mushrooms) and lasagne. Dessert was tiramisu- totally top. Good wine list. Nice to see the Nebbiolo grape well represented. The people working here are so nice. I’m sure the management know how lucky they are to have such fine staff! In summary, I totally recommend this fine establishment. Suggest you make a reservation as it’s v popular and rightly so.”
“Great Food, caring and attentive wait staff and host. Everything we had was delicious, made with care, and unique and delicious pizzas. Will definitely be returning to dine at Pizzeria Bianco again ! The friendly, sweet, and caring owner greeted every single table and customer there, thanking them for being there and, asking us how we liked the food. Pizzeria Bianco is a one-of-a-kind gem in Downtown Los Angeles!”

“Weird, but the place was dead----and i mean dead----at peak hour on Saturday night. My wife and I were the only ones in the place. The ambiance/bar was upscale but quaint. The service---by the owner and wait staff---off the charts great. Food was also very good. Had the moussaka and my wife had shrimp. Everything was tasty. Hard to explain why there was no one else there.”

“If you're from out town this place is a must, great price and food quality. Don't underestimate their spicy chicken. The food items I got were the Mild Sando Chicken Sandwhich, and their Fries that comes with crispy chicken bits, pickles, melted cheese and dressing.”

“Getting the Yang Ji Sulung Tang was an absolute delight! The beef was perfect—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, making every bite a memorable experience. It’s clear that Sun Bang Dan in DTLA places a high emphasis on quality and authenticity. I highly recommend trying it out; it’s a dish that truly showcases the best of their menu. Will definitely be returning for more!”
“I have enjoyed so much the vegan sandwich! Soo good, wow. Fries too. Big portions. And in the legendary Hollywood classic atmosphere, which is awesome combination. Melissa was really nice service to us. Thank you.Vegetarian options: 2 or 3 vegetarian, if asked, you can make it vegan to replace the cheese by avocado, it is yummy this way too!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread available for extra charge”
“First time coming to this Dennys, and it was great! My kids loved the design of the place with huge windows that wrapper around the business and seeing all the cars drive by. All staff greeted us when we walked in, food came out fast and was hot and delicious. Great place.”
“The ice cream occasions truly delivers one of the best ice cream experiences. The flavors are incredibly rich and decadent, satisfying even the most discerning palates. The texture is perfectly creamy, creating a velvety smooth sensation with every bite. The variety of flavors available is impressive, catering to both classic and adventurous taste preferences. The ice cream occasion is a delightful treat for any ice cream lover.”
“Bought 3, 3 pks at Costco. This focaccia, (Spinach & Feta, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Mozzerella Basil) lasted about 20 minutes in my house. I warmed up a baking sheet, spread the chopped garlic and olive oil and put it the oven. Within minutes my family followed their noses and were circling the kitchen island. I used my pizza cutter so everyone could sample. They all loved it so much, I looked to see where this bakery was. 70 minutes from my house! I sure hope Costco plans to carry these! They were truly a phenominal hit at my house.”
“I love Dennys but this location had a classic early morning diner feel. Our server, Chang, was so friendly even though it was quite busy for 5am and he was all by himself! Thank you for a great experience. The food was great too ??”
“This is salty? The moderately seasoned meat chili sauce is amazingly delicious. When I eat it, I feel like the portion is a little small, but I feel full after eating it.Don't believe the low-star reviews that say the taste is weird... If you can, go twice.”
“This was an amazing drink making and catering experience that was fun to watch. The mobile bartender was really a performer and had us swaying along as he made our cocktails.Waiting for drinks can be slow and tedious but this bartender was at the top of his game. There’s nothing like having special drinks at a corporate party, and this was one of the best bartenders I’ve seen. Bravo !”
“Excellent serviceMary is an excellent waitress, very friendly, she brings the food on time before it gets cold. She gives excellent service, that's why I like coming to this Denny's.”
“What I didn't like was the customer service, the person who served us was not friendly at all, first time I went and I don't think I will return, dirty tables, I asked for something to clean and everything was reluctant.Parking: There is enoughKid-friendliness: There is a children's menu”
“Just came here beautiful new Pan Asian restaurant right here heart of DTLA for my first time and was very welcomed Moa staff! This is a perfect for quick breakfast especially if you don't cook or prep food the night before. Their food selection is amazing! There is a huge buffet with a fresh of meats, salads, fruits, sushi rolls, desserts!!! Staffs are so nice and the place is super clean! This is the best Pan Asian Buffet I've been to and very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality!!! I would definitely highly recommend and will go back again tomorrow for my lunch!!”
“July 2019. So this is a small business and I like supporting the mom and pop shops. They had a local distribution at some Costos but it might now have gone well because I haven't seen the cookies there again. But I loved the so I hunted them down to that awkward plaza on Santa Monica Blvd and Bundy. I think the recipe is mom's and the girl running it now is the daughter with her boyfriend David. He's funny - calls himself Chief Momentum Officer. I've tried many cookies you get free samples at the store. The original choco chip is my fave. Bottom line - I like them.”
“Totally old school…real retro that is well preserved, painstakingly maintained with top hygienic standards. Patty ( our daily waitress) is a superstar. How this restaurant is operated is gold standard in LA. Super professional and diner food at its best.Let’s just call it a diner’s culinary delight.”
“Great food, the place is upgrading. Food taste the same. Put it to you this way. I get out of bed at 2am to come and get Some Tripes and Al-Pastor Tacos, And an Al-Pastor Combination for the next day ? ?”

“I loved this place, probably the best tacos I’ve had in L.A. the drinks are perfectly balanced. I’ll be coming back for the lomo Saltado and the Panay dropper. Bartenders were fantastic and tacos came out super ”
“We live down the street and have been coming here since it reopened. We've had almost everything on the menu as it's rotated through and one word to describe this place is consistent. The food is consistently good, the drinks are consistently good, the ambiance and music in the Bacari bar are consistently good. Even when service is a tad slow or something else happens, you can ALWAYS count on this place being good. It's a rare find in Los Angeles. One note - if the pork chop is still there, oh man, get that. By far the best item we've ever had on the menu.”
Takeout Restaurants
“The food is good we went for dinner last night and the place is decent clean. They have a good menu on the back .For appetizers we ordered a side of mojito Just experienced the best most authentic, delicious food of my life.highly recommended this place.”
“Always love a place with a few items that are done really well. Tried the Samgyetang and GalbiJim, both were phenomenal. Hands down the best galbijim levels above Seoungbukdong and the portions are way larger. Great Banchan too.”
“Came here before watching a movie at cgv cinema and it was totally worth it. Got sat right away and was met with impeccable service. The meat was cooked for us and the side dishes were great. Only downside was the bartender wasn’t available so couldn’t order cocktails. Would recommend and definitely will come again!Parking: Several levels of parking and it’s free with validation.”
“Absolutely, here's a concise yet glowing five-star Yelp review for Haidilao Hot Pot:"Visited Haidilao Hot Pot for the first time and was completely blown away! The service was top-notch, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh ingredients and a wide range of flavorful broths to choose from. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. Haidilao has set a new standard for hot pot dining. Highly recommend!"”
“The service was great, and the food was even better. From the outside, it's not easily noticeable that it's a restaurant. But once inside, the staff are terse but very welcoming. The tables and chairs don't have much flair. It felt like a cafeteria. Every table is close to each other, so it's an intimate dining experience. If you can get past that, the food makes you forget about the sterile like environment. Your taste buds just transport you to another place, a place where bellies are fulfilled and smiles on faces are everywhere.Parking: The parking is behind the restaurant”
“I was uncomfortable with the place down the street. It looked rowdy. Javi told us to try this place. He said it's been here over 10 years. I wish I knew about this place sooner. It's a hidden gem. They have a huge indoor seating area, cafeteria style. There's restrooms. We paid $120 for two botanas, a dozen oysters, 6 shrimp tacos, two tostadas, and three drinks. Yum. Sorry! We were hungry, forgot to take before pictures. ?”
“This was one of the two places i visited on new year's and by far the better of the two restaurants! So happy with their lu rou fan!!! Realmy brings me back to taiwan. The other dishes: dumplings, tantan noodles were on par with what I've eaten in Taipei and Tainan, and dare I say better. The only difference being the price, nearly 10x, but that's the reality of living in LA.My friends were happy as well, and it was a great way to introduce some of them to my culture as well. Thank you Pine and Crane!”
“Amazing in every way! This might have been the best Italian food that I have ever had. The service was attentive while also being unintrusive. I cannot recommend Bacetti highly enough. Such a gem!”
“Friendly neighborhood order at the counter kind of place. Go for lunch, dinner, or just a coffee it doesn't matter! Great patio and a mix of people working, meeting up, or just having a good time.”
“Lunch for 2: Got Delux Moriawase, Sunset Roll, and Soba Salad. Soba Salad was a bit small for the price but tasted amazing. Miso soup and salad (comes with Moriawase) were excellent. Sushi was great and Spicy Toro Hand Roll was good as well. Only thing we did not like was the Sunset Roll. Wasabi fraiche and smoke roe did not compliment the flavor of overpriced and ultimately just regular salmon roll with just two gimmicky ingredients. However, everything else was amazing. Tables are very close to each other and it was very loud (mainly due to the four business men next to us were really loud). Still one of the better sushi places in an area already crowded with great sushi restaurants. Certainly will revisit.”
“The cinnamon bun sells out for a reason! Great food, great vibes. Love the pastry cart. Burger was probably the favorite entree. Croquet Madame was also ?. Service a little slow, but our waiter was sooo nice and sent us home with amazing cookies.”
“A spot I am now beholden to. Every time I’m in LA a stop at GolTong is a must. Simply the best. The sauce feels fresh and fruity and the garlic chicken is amamzinh in their yellow sauce. Perfection ??”
“Went here with my wife not long ago. The service was awesome. They were on top of it all. The food was delicious. I can't choose a single plate because the whole meal was delicious. I recommend it .”
“Our server was helpful in deciding what we should order. Started with delicious arancini. We ordered cauliflower steak w/ a wonderful sauce underneath. Also got schwarma encased in homemade pita. Followed by donut holes that came to the table piping hot. We will be back!”
“For starters, I’ve never been much of a wine drinker UNTIL I found this place and now I’m hooked. The owner Ian is the nicest guy. The service, the vibe, the FOOD, and of course the WINE are all soooo good. Great spot to hang with friends for a fun night. Especially in dtla!”

Pizzeria Sei
“if the pizzas were meant to be shared, I didn't get that memo ? it's the 2nd time I've devoured the Diavola entirely - it is SO incredibly tasty, savory, juicy, spicy.. and the dough! omg.. chewy perfection ?? I've only ordered for pickup - it's a tiny space - a few barstools facing the oven & 4-5 tables as you walk in.. they always look cozy & happy! ?”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“This place is a very famous pizza restaurant among locals. The pizza here is special. It has a classic yet trendy taste. I love pizza a lot, so I've tried many pizzas. Among them, the taste of this store's pizza always stays in my memory. Also, I highly recommend trying the anchovy pickles that come with the pizza. And you can order cake for dessert; I really enjoyed the Princess Cake. If you love pizza, don't hesitate and go to this store right away.”
“We booked a reservation for inside, they were running behind. Francesca who was hosting immediately greeted us with a glass of champagne complementary and apologized for the wait. Classy and professional. The food is always outstanding. Love this place!”
“Incredible hidden gem serving up mouth-watering authentic northern Thai food in a hole-in-the wall setting. The khao soi gai might just be my favorite dish in the LA food scene. Absolutely perfect and the owner/staff are all lovely.”
“What can I say? This neighborhood sometimes doesn’t feel like home but it’s places like Joy that really help change that. First of all the cashier is attentive, the servers are friendly, fast and efficient. This place has amazing staff and food. The prices are also reasonable and their menu is relatively easy to understand. I had the joy special which came with an appetizer, small soup and a sandwich and iced tea. I chose the pork belly sandwich and it was so delicious the bread was so soft and I wanted to buy a roll of it. I also got the wonton soup which was so flavorful as well. I wasn’t a fan of the seaweed salad but everything else exceeded my expectations. I want to come back to try different menu items but this place is definitely top tier. Parking is a bit tricky but I suggest coming on a weekday when there is less people.Parking: There’s a paid lot in the back of the hardware store”
“I absolutely love MX 30-30!! This is such a gem in the heart of El Sereno. If you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant definitely check this place out. The food is great and the ambiance is also super chill and casual. I ordered carne asada fries. They were soooooo good! The use steak fries which makes it so much better. The portion is shareable. Not only was the food good but the service is wonderful. This is a small mom and pop business and they are so wonderful. High Recommend!”
“The phenomenal flow at peak hours... everyone is walking, it's crowded with people, but there are enough places with the tables outside. On the other hand, the parking lot is a bit of a victim of success...”
“Love this place! Came here the entire football season and it was such a great vibe for sports. They even have a cute patio area with TVs which I'll be taking advantage of A LOT this summer. Full bar and the food is tasty - great happy hour in general but they also have a great taco Tuesday and $10 pizza Wednesdays. Highly recommend! Shout out to Jordan and Kyla because they're always so kind and take good care of us. :)”
“Wonderful food - great menu - fantastic service. Perfect place to dine with friends. Civilized atmosphere for conversation, family reunions and such.Vegetarian options: I’m vegetarian.”
“If I'm having a rough day, splurging at Carl's Jr. helps me reset. The ingredients are fresh, and service quick and cordial. The Breakfast Burger was the exact combo I needed. The charbroiled taste is everything. It also has more bacon than expected but I took out the potato rounds to savor them individually. :) The Sourdough Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich is also very satisfying. I'm glad they serve breakfast all day but seems like they sometimes run out of eggs. Festive decorations for the holidays and the combos offer better deals if you're willing to eat an astounding amount of calories in one sitting.”
“Had one of their combo meals via delivery. Goat curry, saag paneer and a mixed veg dish with rice, naan and raita. Everything was delicious, certainly some of the best Indian food I've had close to mid city. Very much appreciate that they serve goat and have dishes on the menu that are outside the standard Indian menu you see at most places in the area. Looking forward to going in person and trying their balti dishes as well as the paya. "Very very spicy" here seems to mean mildly spicy, so if you're a chili head like me best to let them know you mean business. The cilantro mint chutney was probably the best I've ever had-so fresh. All around great food.”
“I can’t say enough great things about this pizza cart. Go and just eat a slice right on the street. They use high quality ingredients and really know what they are doing.”
“The food is pretty good, but watch your bill. I was presented one detailed bill at the table, and another one to sign for my credit card, which was considerably higher by more than just the tax.”
“The closest you can get to home made burgher and fries. All delicious and served with a professional and friendly service. The place is nicelly decorated. There was a long queue outside for the drive ir but inside the service was quick with no wait. We parked around the corner as the place has not parking.Parking: No parking in the shop. We used a paid parking in the nearby.”
“Their pastrami is the most meat stuffed I’ve ever came across. On top of that it was so delicious. The next time I’m in the area I know where to get my pastrami fix.”
“India's Tandoori Hollywood is the most popular spot for Halal Indian cuisine in Hollywood. They offer a wide variety of dishes, including tandoori chicken, curries, biryanis, and more. They also have a lunch buffet and for Ramadan they have an Iftaar buffet, Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think so there is a place in all of the Hollywood which is offering Iftaar buffetOverall, India's Tandoori seems like a great option for a delicious Halal authentic Indian dining experience in Hollywood.”

“Vegetarian options: There were several choices for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets.Parking: The restaurant does validate 2 hours of parking for free in the apartment garage parking structure”
Fine Dining
“One of the best meals in Los Angeles. All of the food was delicious, interesting, and wonderful to look at. I want the entire collection of tableware. Also, the service was special. The staff was so nice and made us smile the entire time. The dining room is forgettable, but hard to complain when everything else was so good.”
“Quality comes with a price if you want to treat those taste buds to great tasting very fresh sushi.... then check out Santo... When food is great and quality is outstanding, then it's worth every penny... agree!?... This place will have you making your next reservation right after you leave, lol.... (maybe not, but it's the type of place that you will be back for more... Staff is great, friendly and they make you feel at home... Original Santo is located in Mexico City, and if you know the CDMX vibe, then you know this place has that... Great vibes all around, background music playing upbeat music. Place is small, so outside sitting is available to enjoy a nice day or to people watch down Sunset Street... or sit next to a stranger and maybe start a conversation?!... Parking can be a hassle, street parking only, and silverlake can get crowded, so be patient Awsome, top of the line sushi with a unique flavors Definitely recommend this spot!! When you go... Enjoy!!...”
“Best Japanese BBQ in LA! Hands down. If you don't eat beef, you can ask Chef Masa if he can do a seafood based menu. There are other off the menu items that are amazing. For example, the lamb chops and also crab porridge are must orders. The service is great but the ambiance is very old and dark. You will need to know someone to introduce you to get a reservation.”
“Kind of a little hidden secret in the Arts District. Very unique food tastings, not large portioned but very meticulous prepared dishes. The atmosphere is very minimalist and matches the food. The service was excellent. They could use something to liven up the mood but definitely worth the ”
“Very pleasantly surprised by the meal. Ambiance is great, perfect music volume. Great looking outdoor space, but i never felt outside. The food was the real star of the show. Service seems to start slow, by design. They give you a moment 5-10 minutes to settle into your table, before the "show" commences.”
“Hidden behind stairs there's an obscure entrance. Once you are in it transforms into an edomae-style restaurant. We were lucky that a friend passed on a reservation. Given the length of the meal, you will be the only group of customers they serve for the night. We had a 22 course omakase. It was a first time experience for me and it didn't disappoint. Definitely a place for special occasions.”
“Amazing experience! I came here for my birthday dinner and the Tokyo omakase was to die for. One of the best meals I had in my life. The staff is very attentive and has great recommendations for which sake to order, you can tell that they really care about the dining experience. Each course was fresh and delicious and really highlighted the best flavors. I have never enjoyed uni before, but here it was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to be back next time I have something to celebrate.”
“Delicious evening. Many extra courses in the tasting menu, lots of extra black truffles on many dishes. Both of the servers were super knowledgeable and friendly. The table next to us was a loud couple with a dude on his phone a lot and that was the single negative part of our evening. An amazing birthday experience. Thanks, guys!”
“Pretty amazing. It's hard to imagine sushi getting any better than this.Parking: They don't validate for parking, so either pay for the structure or look for street parking.”
“I really do not understand all the negative reviews. Our server was very attentive from the outset and stayed so during the entire meal. He made sure we had our drinks at the right time, appropriately spaced out our dishes and ensured we were out in time for our show. He was excellent! Also excellent was the food. The chicken liver mousse was velvety smooth and oh so tasty! The kanpachi and Mitaki mushroom dishes were both so good and so different. Asparagus risotto perfectly cooked and the lamb shank delicious. The drinks too from the Gin and Guava to the paper plane, martini #5 and wine. Overall a really wonderful, well worth it experience!! We will be back.”
“The Little Door in Los Angeles is a hidden gem! The ambiance is enchanting, and the Bottled Spicy Margarita is a must-try. The menu offers a delightful fusion of flavors, and the service is exceptional. A perfect spot for a romantic evening or a cozy gathering with friends.”
“The best ingredients, the best technology, and the best hospitality, all of which are the best. It's not a formal atmosphere, there are always smiling faces, and best of all, you can enjoy each piece of sushi carefully! This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.”
“Quality, presentation and hospitality are beyond excellent and over the top! Super delicious, super friendly. You're gonna get the full treatment here like you would in Japan. The atmosphere here felt like an upscale but really casual place that's good for every occasion and large groups. We can’t wait to come back and try their tomahawk steak!”
“Chef Corey is a master of the modern LA culinary scene and Jake's bar program is up to par. Don't be fooled by the name... these guys can do more than just caviar. Wow!”
“Came here to try out their five course Valentine's Day dinner and it was AMAZING! The food is made with love. Every dish was neatly made like it was a work of art. The drinks were also out of this world. I had the rack of lamb and it was cooked to perfection. The service was probably one of the best experiences of my life because the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly. I'd love to come back here next year and experience the food all over again!”

Hatchet Hall
“Incredible date night spot! Vibes & music were great all evening. Service was attentive but not overwhelming… would highly recommend!Of course we had the corn bread… it lived up to the hype! Followed that up with the Meatloaf & Trout which both had very unique flavors. We ended with the brown butter chocolate chip cookies & date cake… incredible!!Also the drinks are expensive but it’s LA so it’s to be expected… we really enjoyed ours.20% service charge built into total at the end of the meal!Parking: We valeted - $15 - very easy”

“Absolute gem - food was phenomenal - highly recommend the smoked trout dip - and the team were a joy to interact with, to a tee. Recommend sitting at the bar. Great atmosphere, delightful interior design.”
“Umbrella is our only choice for a cocktail bar on Melrose for a day time sip. Beautiful decor, simple food menu that doesn’t disappoint and an expansive backbar. Thank you for the hospitality George, we’ll be back soon.”
Cheap Eats
“This is everything a Vietnamese sandwich shop should be. #1 or #3, iced coffee, a produce box on top of a milk crate for seating, and soap operas on the tele. It's a food stall. Nothing more, nothing less. Walked out of there with 3 Bahn Mis, iced coffee, and a soda for $25 (not including tip; don't forget to tip). Actually, I walked out without anything because...soaps operas. Just left with a memory of what I wish I had at home”
“STEPH JUDGEMENT: Charming atmosphere and good food, but slightly uneven service. We were staying at the hotel and decided to try it for breakfast. It had an adorable retro 1930s vibe going on, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered a coffee and their smoked salmon and latke (same as hash browns), and was pleasantly surprised by an unexpected poached egg. The hubby ordered two scrambled eggs and "cool ranch" hash browns (basically cool ranch dust). Everything was delicious, but after the server dropped off our food she was nowhere to be seen for a while, and it took some time to settle our bill. Luckily we weren't in a hurry, and I believe they had just opened, so I'm sure the service will improve as they get their bearings. I'd definitely like to try them again when next in the area.”
“It says cash only, but they do accept Zelle payments! Super hole in the wall place with delicious coconut cakes, I've tried the regular ones and the mango sticky rice ones and they're so yummy! They have other types and there's BBQ skewers as well, though I haven't tried them.”
“Great slices and great customer service. Might be the best crust in LA. I heard they use something like 27 different flours or something wild. Whatever it is, the attention to detail really shines through. You can tell it’s special just looking at it, but biting in, it’s obviously special. Incredible flavor throughout. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I’m even tempted to try some of the vegan stuff ??♂️”
“AMAZING Expect waiting outside, party of 2 was 20-25 min Saturday afternoon and cannot call in to be added to it. Everything on the menu is great but the French toast, pork belly fried rice, and strawberry tea were the best. Limited seating and one restroom but highly recommend.”
“For my fist time there it was awesome, fast and friendly service at the taco truck. Also the Tacos ? Arabes tasted the same as the ones from Mexico and the best from LA.”
“Top tier dirty chai (they make their own chai) coupled with the unique smoked salmon bagel sandwich (with cream cheese, avocado, tajin, and berbere sauce) makes for an out of this world lunch!Add the decor and friendly staff and you’ll have yourself a memorable experience!”
“Great service and the vive was amazing it just sucks that there wasn't a choice of soup. The potato salad was also on the menu but told NO LONGER available ??Dietary restrictions: Being on a restricted diet it was somewhat easy to create my own dish from the menu”
“Love Shlap Muon! Best chicken wings I’ve ever had—my favorite is the Jalapeño MSG with a side of Buffalo sauce! I first tried their food in San Francisco earlier this year and had to visit the new location on my family vacation. It didn’t disappoint as all of our food was excellent and the owners are so friendly. Best of luck in SoCal!”
“Came here for a quick bite to eat after a movie. Tortillas are made on the spot and are delicious! Sauces and extras are available to put as much or little as you like. $14 for a chicken burrito and 3 chicken tacos.”
“The best bagel sandwich I’ve had yet! These bagels are not outshined by the ingredients inside like I’ve found with store-bought bagels. They’re so soft, chewy, and flavorful. The bacon egg and cheese are also delicious and filling. Store bagels have been ruined for me!”
“Surprisingly wonderful. I didn’t know what to expect as it operates like a takeout but there is some counter space and a couple sidewalk tables to eat. Honestly, this pizza is DELICIOUS! It’s a sourdough crispy edge crust with incredibly delicious tomatoes. This will become a regular of mine and it is definitely worth a try. You will not be disappointed. You might want to ask for extra cheese. Yummy!”
“Amazing! I just moved to LA toHighland park, and I remember driving by this place and there was this looooooong line of people. So I figured I had to try it one day.Wow.I’ve been there a few times and haven’t reviewed it, so it’s about time.Tonight I went and got a chicken quesadilla (corn tortilla) and 2 queso tacos with Al Pastor.?First, they PACK it with meat. I always over order. Every. Single. Time. I should’ve just gotten the quesadilla or maybe, MAYBE one taco. Now I’m in a food coma. ?The food was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. If I could give them 6 stars I wouldn’t. I’ve been to a few other tacos spots i the area…. None of them compare.Quesadilla (corn tortilla) - $9Queso tacos - $3.50 eachCan’t go wrong with these prices either. Great price and delicious food.I’ll be back for my next cheat meal ! ?????Next time I’m trying the loaded baked potato !! Heard it’s incredible !Parking: It’s right in front of target. Park in there and walk around.”
“Some of the best fish tacos I've had in LA. Lovely staff, unique menu options. There is serve-yourself salsa station with an impressive array of house made choices. Do yourself a favor and get a crunchy fried fish taco and eat it right when it comes out!! There is limited seating out front, but you can usually snag a table in the shared space between the truck and Pine+Crane.”
“A sandwich combo for 13 dollars?! What?!! I got their Vietnamese sandwich with a slice of tres leche cake and a green tea bottle. Everything was delicious, especially the cake. Sooo goooood:p”

Majordomo
“This place has been absolutely incredible since the moment I made the reservation. When I called to reserve a table for my first anniversary, I mentioned it to the staff, and they assured me they would provide the best table in the restaurant. I booked the table three months in advance, and upon arrival, I was greeted by polite and welcoming hostesses. True to their word, they escorted us to one of the best tables in the restaurant. I was delighted that they remembered and fulfilled their promise. The food was exquisite - every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The drinks were also fantastic. I must extend my gratitude to Paco for his exceptional service; his professionalism truly made us feel special. Overall, our experience at this establishment was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.”

Violet L.A.
“We found Violet's from another yelp review. We arrived just in time to secure a table on their lovely patio. The ambience is great. We had attentive service and the food was well prepared. It is a limited menu for lunch. We found their Nicoise Salad and burger very tasty and fresh. The dinner menu offers a few more options. We will definately be back..”

Camphor
“First time coming to HLAY with my two cousins and IT WAS AMAZING! The customer service was 10/10, the food was delicious 1000/10 and the atmosphere was lively, fun and everyone was in their own world living, laughing and loving. I would come here again with my Fiance, my primas (cousin's in spanish lol), and other friends!! seriously amazing- a homey feel. GREAT food!! the STEAK WAS DEVINE!! and the peppers were WOW no words! I cannot wait to be back!! parking on the side valet. almost forgot ! the drinks were GREAT!!”
“Nice quiet place, me and my boyfriend are foodies so we decided to try it out & we fell in love with the place good vibes, great customer service as well. The food was delicious, not a huge fan of the Mac n'cheese but overall the food was great , the flavor Nashville was extremely hot, but the original crispy chicken was the best! *chefs kiss*”
“My favorite Korean spot in Los Angeles. Did some research online for good kimchi and discovered this place. Their kimchi is fantastic, but then I also discovered this entire meal. This is perfect comfort food. Sunday mornings. Rainy afternoons or pretty much anytime you need something soupy in your life.”
“I pass by Yama a lot on my way to and from the Santa Monica Airport. I typically drop by the Chipotle next door to pick up something quick but decided to check out Yama. And am I glad I did! The 5 pc nigiri Bento Box was exactly what I was looking for in a medium/light lunch. I was especially impressed with the karaage. Even after my 10 minute drive home, it remained crispy and reasonably warm. The sauce it’s soaked in is incredibly tasty and satisfying. The cold noodles were a nice simple side and the nigiri was solid. Expect to wait about 10 minutes for them to make the box freshly for you. I will definitely be coming back here and telling my friends about it.”

“A next level dining experience. The ability to deliver dish after dish that could stand alone as signature dishes at nearly any other restaurant while combining the refinement and attention to detail that comes from years of experience in fine dining with a fun energetic atmosphere is truly special. I wish I could have tried even more. Well worth a trip. I will certainly be back again and again to share this experience with many friends.”

“Memorable! Excellent service from setting up reservations to actual day to celebrate my Dad's 89th Birthday. It wasn't an easy task to find the right setting for us, 13 guests with elderly parents plus two babies. They anticipated our needs which we so appreciated. They were welcoming, accommodating & flexible. They rocked it & we will always remember that. Thank you Jade, Vanessa & Juan.”

“Incredible food, atmosphere. Wine list and sommelier were incredible. Our waitress was so kind and knowledgeable. And we met Curtis Stone! How can you beat that?Wagyu was incredible!Bread is to die for - we got seconds!”
“We booked a reservation for inside, they were running behind. Francesca who was hosting immediately greeted us with a glass of champagne complementary and apologized for the wait. Classy and professional. The food is always outstanding. Love this place!”
“We ordered the fish and waffle (cinnamon roll style) and the fish and gritz, with fried green tomatoes.Everything was excellent! Service was friendly and attentive. Location is a bit tight and not the greatest, but I would definitely go back again!”

Enjoy!!...”
“The food and drinks were BOMB!! I loved the potato tacos. Yeah, there basic but they put cheese, or something, in theirs and they're so good. Everything here is good. I'd def eat here again. It's located inside a corner shopping center so might be hard to see from the street but you'll find it.”

“Great place with a great atmosphere! This is the best pizza in LA in our family’s opinion!Cam and Luke are the best! The whole staff is super friendly and makes us feel at home.”

“The pan fried mackerel was just OK. The fry on it was great but the pickled veggies were way too salty for the dish. The side dishes like the snap Peas and the potatoes were delicious. Mostly the space is gorgeous, and the service was great. Great people watching.Parking: There is valet. There are metered parking but it's hard to find. There are lots that are quite expensive. If you're willing to walk a few blocks during the day you can park in Little Tokyo and either walk to or scooter over.”
“Delicious bbq and craft beer. The place is a vibe. They play the jams. Friendly staff and bar tenders. The food was excellent. You have to try the brisket and ribs. I can't wait to come back and try their burger.”
“The first time we were in a restaurant, the place was just at the entrance. We ordered pasta (it was very tasty), bruschetta (not tasty at all, the tomatoes were cheap, no taste). And for dessert we ordered tiramisu (they prepare it themselves), a lot of cream, cloying, you can’t taste the coffee. Service very ”

“Best upscale Filipino food on the Sunset strip! Will definitely be back.Try the lechon kawali and chicken skins! OMG! So heavenly! Our server was great and very sweet and seemed to genuinely care that our experience is nothing short of superb!”
“The owner is very helpful and friendly.Food is super flavorful. You won't be disappointed.Special shout out to the cucumber kimchi. It tastes wonderful and fresh.”
“Tried the Margherita and Burrata. I'm not even a huge fan of prosciutto but felt like i ate half the pizza. Which by the way are larger than expected. My wife and I would've been fine with just one between us both.”
“Bit of a pricey spot, but so worth it! Got the intestine hotpot, gyoza stuffed wings, and oysters. Hotpot comes only with intestine, cabbage, chives, and noodles, so we ended up adding tofu pork meat. Such a good choice for a cold night. Fattiness of intestines was umami and not overwhelming, especially when paired with the yuzu kosho. Noodles were thick and the perfect texture. Wings taste exactly what the sound like and had a nice grilled flavor. Oysters were very fresh and refreshing.”

Tiki-Ti
“Absolutely must go to bar! Everyone should visit at least one time whether you're a local or visitors!Tiki ti is one of the original tiki bars that started the entire tiki movement in cocktails. The bar is cash only, it is tiny, and the drinks are strong and amazing. It is a destination spot worth it!”
“The sandwich is just perfect! The Italian sandwich is a must try!I wish it came with a pickle without having to pay an extra $1 for it. The sandwich is pretty pricey to come without any pickles.Black sesame dessert was also good but it would have been so much better if it was warm or fresh. Very hard to cut through.”
“The place is gorgeous, especially if you love a nice terrace. The food... Is it because it's the only middle Eastern gluten free place, or is it because the ingredients are fresh, or is it because the preparation is perfect, or maybe it's all the small details... I think it's all of the above, one of the best middle Eastern places in LA, and the best gluten free one :) enjoy their manahish!”
“The mediterranean bowl is incredible. It breaks my heart that they've taken the cauliflower off the menu. I never eat cauliflower anywhere else but it's the most delicious part of this meal and I can't say I really want the bowl without it.That said, the employees are all super nice, the food is clean and delicious, including the cookies and brownies! Please put the cauliflower back so I can enjoy the mediterranean bowl.”

“Amazing in every way! This might have been the best Italian food that I have ever had. The service was attentive while also being unintrusive. I cannot recommend Bacetti highly enough. Such a gem!”

“Absolutely loved Cabra! The empanadas and hot chorizo & queso dip were flavorful and delicious! The Yuca fries were thick, crispy and loaded to perfection. The rooftop served a stunning landscape with beautiful views. My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender was sweet and helpful. Will be back!”
“Our kids’ band was playing at the Paramount upstairs and we had time before the show to eat - O M G ? the Cherry Bomb pizza, lemon pepper wings, DILL ranch, hibiscus margarita- were all incredible! It was so good that we came back the next day and ordered the same items to go. Great atmosphere and delicious food - thank you!”
“I've been here 4 times. Everything is good, every time. Eggplant Parm and Kale salad this time. Try the Crispy Provolone, anything with vodka sauce, like rigatoni or the pizza.”

Bar sawa

“This little sleeper of an Italian restaurant which has such good food. I'm always surprised by how few people are eating at the restaurant. If food quality like this I expect the place swarming with hungry people who live good food.”

Park's BBQ
“Lovely meal. The menu being "pick a meat and get the sides we give you" is a blessing and a curse. Was a bit sad to not get ssamjang, lettuce, rice etc - perhaps our meat selection didn't pair with those bits but would have liked to know when ordering.Staff and atmosphere were lovely, much fancier than would appear outside. The parking is $4 for a valet to park you car about 5 feet from where you give them the keys, which is madness to a Brit, but maybe normal to the yanks.Overall a positive experience.”
“An outstanding evening - great food, excellent, informative & fun Server (Thanks, Maria!). Nice vibe. Cozy space. Counter is fun. AND - who would have ever imagined we'd try “Orange Wine” (don't be a chicken like me - it's actually a whole new experience) ?. Really nice.”

“The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my parties birthday. They had incredible music playing all night, everyone had a warm and welcoming attitude, and the food was great. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.”
“I'm a Georgia girl and this is the best soul food I've had outside the south. I would post a picture but the plate didn't make it home. I ate it while I was driving . So good!”
“absolutely amazing french restaurant. all the staff that engaged with us were so impressively kind. we initially came for the french onion soup as we heard absolutely amazing things about the dish, but later came to find it’s only served in the evenings.the inside of the restaurant is so extremely homey and cute. i love the feel of this place.the food however. i cannot believe how great it was. we dined for brunch and it was fantastic. the soft scramble and the rene’s burrito were both incredible!!! perfect restaurant with high quality ingredients that you can taste the first moment. cannot wait for the opportunity to come back and try more of the menu. i absolutely recommend this wonderful place!!! 10/10.”

“The reason I gave this wonderful restaurant 4 stars is how the pricing escalates if you come with a group larger than 7. The first time I came with three, the cost was approximately $50.00 each w drinks ($147.00). Last night I came with 8 and the pricing increased 100%. For 8 people our bill came to $853.00, which came to $100+ per person, a 100% increase! I love this restaurant but the sticker shock at the end dampened our enjoyment.”
“This place had a great ambiance and I loved that it had an outside option for a big group so everyone could talk. Though it was chilly there was a heater that made it even more cozy. Nice hangout ”

Antico Nuovo
“This place is cute. The vibe is cute. The food is not as good as I expected. However it is fresh. If you like flavorful tasty food this is not the place. The blends of flavors in this food is bland. Blander than I expected and I would have love to have more textures to the ice cream.”
“Fun atmosphere with some confusing elements. At its core, this place feels like a typical sports bar. But you'll soon realize, with the disco ball, many event nights, and random food items, that 33 taps is trying to stand out by reaching its local and diverse population. It succeeds in being functional. Fast service due to online ordering via QR code. Chicken was pretty decent, the beer was wonderful. It fails in style in my opinion. The vibe is random- disco, surfing, drag.... what? And the bathrooms are absolutely filthy. And while I LOVE banh mi and LOVE fries... you guys gotta let those Banh Mi fries die.Overall a solid place to gather for drinks and bar food.Dietary restrictions: Had vegan options”
“Truly can’t wait to come back here. As a gluten free person, I love how many options their menu has to offer that are specifically marked GF. Food was AMAZING. We ate there for lunch and I honestly wanted to go back for dinner on the same day lol. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who enjoys Thai food! The Green Chili and Pad Thai were incredibly flavorful. Service was also super friendly!Dietary restrictions: SO MANY options for gluten free people! :D”
“Wonderful little spot in the heart of the neighborhood. Fully vegan and their drinks have a default base option of soy milk. Food is made to order and pastries are awesome— also based on availability. There is a small dog-friendly patio outback in case your furry friend wants to join you on a chill morning on the town.”

“Really great spot for families and folks looking to have a relaxed casual meal or watch the game.Kid-friendliness: The environment is Kidd friendly and they have a great kids meal options like burger, hot dog, or grilled cheese etc. for $12 that comes with a side, a drink and a scoop of ice cream for dessert.”

“This place is amazing and the owners/workers are very honest and hard working. I got the burger and the buns and both were delicious. I will definitely be coming back.”
“I had the honor of having my birthday dinner here and the place did not disappoint. Excellent dishes and wine - highly recommend trying to order one of everything on the menu. Sasha and Maha were gems. Thank you!!”
“Best Peruvian food I've ever had! Their ceviche mixto is insanely flavorful!! I like to get it with no spice and get the spice on the side to add to taste, but if you can handle spicy then get it spicy and enjoy!! The fish is so soft and all the other seafood compliments each other well with the yummy sour lime taste. The mini sides of choclo (sweet corn), cancha (corn kernels), and sweet potato add so much texture and flavor to the overall dish. Definitely a must try! Lots of their other dishes are really delicious as well, so feel free to try them as well. Plus the bread the serve while you wait for your food is freshly baked and warm, and their green aji verde sauce is phenomenal!! ?”
“What can one say that hasn't been said. The #19 is hands down the best Pastrami Sandwich. One might think there is too much going on, but you'd be wrong. Try it and enjoy the symphony of flavors that your palate will enjoy. I was skeptical myself and proven very wrong. My only response to my wife was: I think I could cry right now. There are many other items to choose from and various forms of the Pastrami Sandwich, so have at it.A side note, I thought maybe it was too good to be true, so we came back a few days later. This time no tears just taste buds of pure enjoyment. I will now make every excuse to head down for this fluffy soft Rye bread sandwich & bring friends to share in the experience. Thank you for 76 years of hard work and continued service. I'm very sad I did not know about this place sooner.Parking: If your eating at Langers you get 90 min of free parking. It's a block away but your best choice with a very hard-working attendant watching your vehicle while your stuffing ones face with a #19”
“Delicious evening.

“Make a reservation if you go here! We came on a Saturday afternoon and even though there were tables open they asked us if we had a reservation & when we said no they made us wait which threw us off a little! That being said, it's a gorgeous location and the ramen is amazing. The broth is absolutely divine & love that they gave an abundance of toppings. I will be back!”

“I just want to thank you Mr. Jerry for all you do, very amazing. I was very skeptical at first, never heard of someone fixing low credit score on excellent reports. After being turned down for a home loan, I filed for my credit report to see what was on it. To my dismay there were duplications, misinformation as well as things that weren't even mine. No wonder I couldn't get the loan. A friend from work said to me that good day, my friend look out for JerryLink Credit Group on the Internet and so I did. After going through and I saw some positive reviews, I decided to contact them. I’m glad I did. It took only 15days to erase negative information, and push my score to 790s from the initial 550s across all three bureaus. You too can testify like me by reaching out to them”

“This place is great for anybody who is a fan of Beetlejuice, Tim Burton, or even just horror movies in general. The prices are great considering that it includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. “Quality location for fine goods and services. Highly recommend the gormet tejuino which the churro chef expertly prepared on a daily basis. No need for extra lemon or salt because, you guessed it, it's perfect from the first sip. Parking is properly priced at only $3 and the attendant will help you find a space and direct your every move until you successfully find your way out of your space. Which I appreciate and can't recall there being such excellent guidance anywhere else. Whatever you do, please don't miss out on acquiring a bag of freshly prepared and expertly seasoned churros.”

“Best damn chicken around town fool! My favourite place. The fried chicken! Outside golden, crispy goodness and inside succulent, juicy heaven. Pair it with an adult Kool-Aid. Your choice with either vodka or Hennessey. My go-to sides are collard greens and red beans and rice. My girlfriend gets the mac n cheese which is too delicious. Like I feel guilty. We have also tried the smothered chicken and gumbo. That gravy. With their hot sauce. Chef's kiss! Highly recommend ?”
“I would say that this place deserves 6 stars if it was possible!! I’m thankful to the entire staff especially Rosalind, Karina, Bella and Hakeem!! We arrived after last call, and yet they served us well and with a friendly face and attitude, unlike other places where you get a frown for being the last customer. From the quality of the service and the quality of the entire menu, I will be making this one of my usual places!!! Keep up the good work!!!”
“Hidden place in an alley. Best to do small plates to share. We loved the bone marrow and pasta, the lamb, the raw scallops, and everything else on the menu haha. Very professional atmosphere and you can’t go wrong.”
“Loved it. I just simply loved it. The food was amazing, and food was just cooked right. When the food came out, it was still hot and just came out. The servers are some of the nicest and happiest people I've met. Even though the price for 1-2 people go over 100+, I would definitely go here for an important date again!”

“This Michelin-starred Italian restaurant is famous in Los Angeles and easy to book a table. The decoration is a bit retro and old-school. It is also suitable for celebrations and dates. However, the business is too busy and the seats are too close, so it is a bit noisy~The appetizers were very good, and I highly recommend ordering the Nancy's Caesar (picture 5 looks ordinary but is super delicious!)There are many blind spots in pasta items, but there are no mistakes. The only thing I didn’t recommend was the fish steak❌For dessert, the tiramisu is very special and has a different appearance and texture than anything I have ever tasted before. “Don't be fooled by the lack of online table bookings; we were unable to book any tables but showed up anyway and to our surprise there were dozens of empty tables. The food was absolutely amazing and the pastries were possibly the most delicious I've had in my entire life. Highly recommended and living up to our expectations!”
“First 5 star rating I believe I have given. This was truly a great experience. You may have to wait a little and parking is tough but it's all worth it. Also everything is spice forward. As long as you understand that this is the right place to be.”
“Hi guys I am back with a wonderful restaurant I was in the mood for asian cuisine so I made reservations at Tao and let me tell you the receptionist was pleasant. The host was amazing. The waiters and waitresses look like they should be in a movie. The atmosphere and ambience is to die for food drinks and Desert was wonderful, I have nothing but praises for this place. This is in my for sure one of my Top 10 best restaurants in Los Angeles.”
“I got the combo 7 which is a soy marinated crab and a small sea urchin. The food was good but i tend to like my raw crab with more garlic and ginger in the marinade. The sides were really good. I liked the rice cake the most. The tea they served with the meal was a good addition flavor wise to the meal.”
“The food was outstanding: we had the insalata mista, the burrata with grilled asparagus, the pappardelle with funghi, and the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms.Wine pours were skimpy.Notably, the restaurant needs to install a major new ventilation system to get the smoke out of the dining room. Anyone with COPD or asthma or other respiratory ailments should be forewarned—the dining room is very smoky.”
“Fantastic food in an even more fantastic space. It may sound lame but the entire menu seems to be stellar, no misses here.Dietary restrictions: They were sensitive to my dairy sensitivity.”
“Make sure to never ask for help on the 70th floor because the concierge (two women) were the worst type of help I have ever had to experience. They made fun of me and my son when we asked how to get to the 73rd floor. One of them told me it's not that hard, ma'am, . if they wanted to be helpful, they would walk you to where you need to go. I was waiting for my boyfriend, and one of them continually repeated that I needed to go down the stairs when I had already gotten the directions from her the first five times. She kept laughing with the other attendant because she thought I did not understand directions. The only people that were super sweet were the people on the 73rd floor. Overall, the experience was amazing at the bar and the food was incredible.”

“I've been here 4 times. Everything is good, every time. Eggplant Parm and Kale salad this time. Try the Crispy Provolone, anything with vodka sauce, like rigatoni or the pizza.”
“We had the gigante beans, the miso pasta, and the brussel sprouts - outstanding flavor and textures. Vegan friendly. Service was prompt, charismatic, and great thank ”
“If I could give a 6 star or more rating, I will certainly do it. We have a party of 4 friends in the restaurant for dinner last night. The dining experience was amazing. We had a 5 course set dinner plus a bottle of wine to share. One of us had a vegan set dinner too. The restaurant is cozy and relaxing; the food is far beyond my expectations. The master chef Debbie is an food artist presenting us the beautiful experience of her interpretation of Asian and American fusion food. Incredible.. a must try... One more recommendation: it is difficult to find a street parking spot in this busy restaurant strip. There is a valet parking right in front of the restaurant.. just take it...”

“OMG, everything there - just perfect! There wasn't a single thing here that I didn't like. From the pizza, to two different pasta dishes, to all of the sushi, slider, and bang bang broccoli - it's mouthwatering! Loved the dragon roll, crispy rice, and basically anything with unagi is absolutely fantastic. Wasn't super thrilled with the orange wine (I think that's what it was?) but the house white was good! This place is a total vibe, for a sexy little vegan dinner date night! Service is incredible, everyone is nice and attentive, and quick with delivery and clearing out plates. Music selection was great. Overall, loved loved loved it! Recommend to everyone and a place I'll definitely be coming back to!”
“Went to Kingyubu for lunch today and it did not disappoint! I got the spicy chicken and torched salmon yubu and both were delicious. My friends got the other items and they enjoyed those!”
“"This is the best place I've ever been to. The tastiest coffee in all of Hollywood is served here. This morning, I lost my wallet with all my cards and money, including my driver's license. The staff returned it to me, and I'm immensely grateful. You're not just coffee professionals; you're people I can trust. Thank you so much. I'll definitely come back and recommend your coffee shop. I'm a stylist from Beverly Hills, and I'll recommend you to all my clients." Thank you.”
“Doner Turco in North Hollywood is a hidden gem and offers a delightful ethnic food experience. I had the chicken wrap and it was an exceptional quality experience. The restaurant's cleanliness is noticeable, creating a new options for the locals and visitors. Highly recommended!”

“The food is delicious and their prices are more than reasonable. The presentation of the food shows the Chefs are highly trained. Before we left, one of the chefs brought out a pop tart for our 18 month old. This is one of my favorite places to grab a bite.”
