My husband and son ordered a calmelized onion and red pepper version and I tried the vegan veggie pizza. We were thrilled at how delicious each slice was and we loved everything, from the taste of the dough to the generous amount of toppings and how incredible the vegan cheese on mine tasted so amazing...yes my husband and son both swiped slices of mine... it was that good. “My family has been going to Little India for years now and it’s been a staple for us. We would always go here around Thanksgiving/Winter Break season growing up. The food and staff are amazing. Everything on the menu is good and the buffet is amazing. We always tend to get the chicken tikka masala, sag paneer but most recently we went and got the fish pakoras and fish masala and it’s become a new favorite. Please, please, please keep this place alive and well. It’s worth a spot checking out.”

“I have been going to Grassfields for many years and have been very pleased. The past few times I have been there I ordered the broiled scallops and have been disappointed. The muscle on the scallops are not removed which are very tough to eat. Also I feel they are gritty. I am hoping that someone reads this and corrects the issue because Grassfields is a lovely place.”

Just like the reviews said there is as paid parking lot right next to it and you may find free street parking around.

Quiet with plenty of seating and very authentic Chinese food, not the Americanized Chinese food. They also served us water right away and kept coming around to make sure our glasses were always topped up.

The friend who wanted Chinese asked the waiter for a shrimp recommendation and talked with the waiter about what he would like and when the food came it was exactly what he wanted. Everyone lived their dishes and the prices were very reasonable.

We even agreed that next time we do the escape room in the area, we are going back to eat there again.”

This restaurant is a Hidden JEWEL, Immaculate, Classy, Beautiful Bar & MORE! They gave us everything we needed in a timely manner. The restaurant was on a smaller scale but we got a table pretty quickly without making a reservation. We even had the dessert of the strawberry shaved ice which had a bowl that was big enough to easily feed the two of us and it was very delicious!”

The scallion pancakes, beef and cabbage dumplings, vegetable dumplings and crab rangoons were some of the best and most fresh I’ve ever had. The drinks were exceptional (we had the lychee martini and a French martini). To top it off, the service was excellent, staff was super sweet and attentive. “I recommend anything but the calzones. I’ve ordered food a bunch of times from Franco’s, a few times in person and 3 times via Grubhub. All 3 times I ordered through Grubhub I chose a calzone. The first time the calzone was cooked fantastically, but the last 2 times it was raw dough in the middle where the folds are. The last time I ordered a calzone which happened to be raw in the middle I just threw it away because I didn’t have time to make a complaint. I ordered another calzone tonight hoping it was just a fluke (New cook? Just super busy and overlooked? Whatever, we all make mistakes NBD) since everything else in my order was perfect. When it arrived I checked the calzone and it was raw again. I made the decision to call the restaurant to let them know and to see if I could send it back for something different. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and that he cooked it himself and it wasn’t raw because “he checked”. I told him it most certainly was raw and that I was hoping for an exchange. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and I’d have to call Grubhub about that. He said I’d have to go in person to exchange it. I said “okay fine I guess I’ll call Grubhub” and then he said something I couldn’t understand and hung up on me. I’m really disappointed. I frequent Franco’s for karaoke and spend money at the bar and restaurant often enough to expect a fair exchange and some decent customer service when I need it. I asked for his help and he offered me nothing. Order anything else but the calzones unless you like your dough to be raw, I guess? I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño poppers though. They’re always perfect and a surprisingly good size.”

“I hadn't been to Sweet Basil in a while and my friend and I decided to give it a go. I had forgotten how beautiful the decor and ambiance was. We sat at the bar and were warmly greeted by the host as well as Caroline, our bartender. She made us two perfect martini's to the rim, and brought us out a complimentary dish from the chef which was fantastic (I think it was fried chickpea flour in the shape of a very think fry. They also brought us out complimentary bread and focaccia as well as home made pesto. We ordered the meatballs (the best I've ever had, and my wife is Sicilian). We then shared the Chicken Parm which had the most amazing chunky sauce packed with flavor along with homemade rigatoni! This by far was one of the best meals I've had in a while! Sweet Basil will now go in our rotation of weekly restaurants to visit.”

The pizza was absolutely incredible. We tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken bacon alfredo. Both had a fantastic balance of flavor and the burnt edge crust was perfect. I worried it might have a burnt flavor but the sauce, cheese, and toppings were baked to the edges which made the last bites with the crust absolutely choice.”
