“We enjoyed a tremendous dining experience here last night... We've visited this restaurant a variety of times and we usually always enjoy. Most every time we choose to sit at the bar with a view of the partial open kitchen, great people behind the bar and great conversation. This visit was special in that the meal was extra spectacular this time!! It began with a season burrata dish that was beyond excellent. BEST burrata dish we have ever had. Seriously. Added to that was the seasonal cherry focacia which allowed us to sop up the amazing sauce left in the dish... On to the Lobster mushroom and corn handmade pasta dish... the balance of flavors was beautiful and savored every bite... so so good!! We were going to next tey the seasonal special pasta dish but last moment changed our mind to the Saratoga Cut Ribeye on a bed of greens with a tomato vinegar... Wow! This cut of beef is from a small farm outside of Wenatchee in eastern Washington and it was delectable. Melt in your mouth, beautiful outside char... We loved it so much! Can't believe we haven't tried the beef here before.
We finished our dining evening by sharing a glass of grappa... try the Cleopatra Grappa... its delish!
The staff is always so friendly. We always enjoy chatting with them and getting their recommendations on the food and wine...
We truly appreciate the from scratch menu, handmade pastas and sauces and more....
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours of food bliss... thank you so much!”
“Always amazing! The atmosphere, the service, the food. My favorite place in the area.”
“The atmosphere is superb! I love the heathy option. Remember your input matters. You cannot expect same output (outcome) when you are putting bad inputs. Self-care by eating healthy food option. This is a place for those who take their body seriously. The staffs tend to be busy but it is worth the wait. I can see that they really do care about the food and its service. Btw I even saw @spencerhawes NBA player order here. Which means foods are good here. Sport players know what tastes good! Come and taste!”
“I love Sushi Kappo Tamura and Taichi!! I have a hard time eating sushi anywhere else.”
“We had the tasting menu for 4 of us, which was very good overall. The arugula salad and the corn/basil fritters were standouts, as was the salmon. Everything else was very good. Our experience was also good, although the service left us a little flat. We all felt that it was more oriented to what worked for the restaurant, from the orchestrated plate clearing to ensuring that we knew of the time limit on the table. It was like we were being managed through the meal instead of just having a really nice dinner.”

“Your food and drinks are amazing! Had a burger with a BUN for the first time in a VERY long time! I'd pretty much given up on gluten free buns. The peach sour and the beer was delish! Felt so good to know I could eat anything on the menu and not worry about any cross contamination!”
“The best steak i have ever had !! Everything was sooo good! All the salsas were delicious. Loved it ! You gotta have dessert.. arroz con leche!”
“this place is awesome. good food, good drinks, good service. dang, Seattle , you got some good food.”

“this place is awesome. good food, good drinks, good service. dang, Seattle , you got some good food.”
“I fell in love with mexican food. This place is a small scale, limited menu vegan restaurant, and they nail it. I ordered 3 tacos with rice and beans, with al pastor as the protein option. You can pick 2 sauces on the side and omg, they make all the difference especially the red one. The al pastor is crispy, mixed with pineapple you get a lot of flavor. One suggestion to the restaurant would be to increase the portion sizes. To the viewer, come here a bit early as they sell out on many dishes.”
“Pretty small place but we got a reservation beforehand and didn't have to wait too long for a table. They have really great food, drinks and service. We had the grilled sourdough, which they slice up and grill many sides of the bread, great move we had never seen before. Fried oyster muchrooms and the carrots were great also, and we had to try the roast chicken, which we all really loved, it lived up to the hype.”

“Best Ethiopian food I've had in a while, and everyone is so nice! The food is fresh and even the cheese is made the same day! I'm definitely going to come back here ❤️”
“friendly staff, great coffee. Will definitely be back for more.”
“First time here, visiting from the UK, eat at the bar as we hadn’t booked ahead. Service was excellent and the staff knew there stuff. Would highly recommend.”

“Awesome dinner! Went for the tasting menu, plus added a couple à la carte options, and shared the wine pairing. Our server, Faith, was down to earth and made the evening so fun. Loved the innovative dishes & unique wines. 10/10 recommend!”
“Sushi Kashiba will provide you a memorable meal with the freshest fish. The chef are amazing of selecting and preparing amazing nigri sushi with wonderful hot dishes for your enjoyment. The omakasa is a must while a nice glass of sake or wine will pair well with your meal. Highly recommend and will be going back”
“This was an outstanding experience! Capital Grille really cares about their clientele and goes the extra mile to show it. My wife and I were there celebrating my birthday and the staff left a card at our table wishing us well which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. To start, we got the clam chowder which was some of the best chowder we've had so far. For our mains, she got the filet mignon while I had the seared tenderloin with lobster tails. My gosh, both dishes were just amazing. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the side of lobster Mac n cheese we got was nothing short of spectacular! They brought us a dessert smorgasbord for my birthday that included the crème brûlée cheesecake, chocolate coffee cake, and some berries with whipped cream. Needless to say it was delectable! This was all topped off by our wonderful server Antonio! This steakhouse is seriously worth every penny and I highly recommend you try it out if you can!”

“The best steak i have ever had !! Everything was sooo good! All the salsas were delicious. Loved it ! You gotta have dessert.. arroz con leche!”
“Quite simply one of the best meals I have ever had, sushi or non. The food was utterly incredible, beautifully crafted with complex and intricate layers of flavors. From the opening bowl of clam and geoduck soup, through the salmon roe, incredible barracuda, mackerel, and salmon, to the final coronet of tuna, it was a phenomenal experience.
We sat at the counter, and the Itamae could not have been more welcoming. He explained every dish in detail, including how he crafted the various flavors. He let us taste sake, explaining how it complemented the dish. He discussed how he changes the menu with the seasons, getting fish from where it is best for that time of year.
From start to finish, this was just amazing. We'll be back in winter for my birthday. I can't wait to taste the changes”
“Wow, I was completely captivated. The best part was that the server grilled the meat directly for us with expert care right at our table. He served each portion directly onto individual plates, taking care of everything for us. The variety of vegetables and side dishes made the meat even more delicious. Although it is a bit pricey, it’s worth visiting if you don’t mind the cost. For our family of three, the total came to around USD 430, including tip and tax.”

“Whenever we want to enjoy a delicious dinner without any disappointments, we choose to dine at Stateside, which never lets us down. Everything from the drinks to the quality of the food, and even the dessert, is excellent. I truly appreciate how welcoming the staff of Stateside make us feel. I love dining at this restaurant.”
“We had an amazing dinner at a specialty pizza restaurant in Seattle named Sunny Hill. It’s a little hole in the wall that has the best Pizza and appetizers in Washington. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to check it out. It was so good to be with the family and finish up some details for today’s big event.”
“Everything!! Well maybe not the licor de hierbas. I’m gallega, A Coruña, and I went to try it out anticipating it was not going to be good or authentic. I have to admit I was very wrong, I loved it! Highly recommend it and surely be back. Thank you Pilar for giving me the flavors of my childhood!”
“We love this place! Service is professional and friendly. The HH is amazing! Aside from the meat, which is SO good, try all of the other options, like the little Gem Caesar and the beets. Try everything...it's all original and tasty!”

“As an AmFil this food brought back memories of family gatherings where the Filipino food was tasty and plentiful. The chefs take on pancit was delicious and modern at least to me (there’s a lot of variations in pancit). I had the short rib and it was delicious. Good cocktails too.”
“This is one of the best places to eat. The owner is wonderful and the staff as well. The food is awesome! We love to go here and will continue to!”

The cinnamon plum tea is tasty!”

“Staff was friendly and attentive without being too chatty or hovering. We were there for breakfast at about 5am and the food was fantastic. Prices were not unreasonable for Seattle. Would absolutely go there again.”
“Came here one day looking for a place to satisfy my fried chicken craving and it's now my go-to spot for it. 8 pieces of dark meat for around $14 is an unbeatable deal.”
“ordered a grilled chicken sandwich via Door Dash. BEST chicken sandwich I've had in ages. I didn't get the mayo I requested, but the sandwich was so good I didn't miss it.”
“This is definitely my favorite IHOP ever. I feel like the staff is always excellent, any time of day at least to me. I've never had any issues with rude waiters or anything they are usually very attentive and nice, especially considering how busy they can be. This place has a very different vibe depending on the time of day you show up. morning had a regular morning crowd you'd expect at an IHOP in the city, but most nights around 12-2 am and later this place is crazy busy full of very interesting people who have mostly been out at the bars in the area. Capitol hills very diverse and interesting residents lol young people nowadays are so interesting lmao always something interesting going on at night. And I swear this location gets their pancakes lighter and fluffier than any I've ever gotten at an IHOP before lol they are fantastic seriously. Thank you Ihop crew lol
Parking: Small ish lot but plenty street parking”
“Always friendly and the fact that it’s open 24/hrs is great. Pretty quick with orders too which is nice!:)
Parking: It shares a plot with a gas station however there are spaces in front of the Starbucks where you can park as well as along the side of the lot on the other side of the gas station along where you enter for the drive thru”
“Loved this quaint cute , festive bar! The staff was sweet and attentive. The food was bomb! Like they give you so much meat that we made two tacos out of one. ☺️And drinks were strong , can’t get any better!”
“All the staff were both friendly and professional, and it was clear that comfort of the cats was the first priority. We were told at the beginning of our visit what types of interactions each cat might like, as well as what not to do. Overall, it was a great way to get some cat time in the middle of a work trip.”
Takeout Restaurants
“try the "Crumpets" at this nice little cafe
! next to sweet or savoury crumpets they also offer waffles and sandwiches. staff is superb friendly.
Cashless! (no cash)”
“Absolutely charming little spot serving fresh, perfectly seasoned dishes that are sure to please. Excellent and knowledgeable staff can make recommendations from the ever-changing menu based on your tastes, and it's easy to have almost any dish modified to be vegetarian or vegan. Perusing the tasting notes on the wine wall is a nice way to pass the time - great prices on the take-home bottles. If you're on a budget (and I usually am), grab a snack or two. Otherwise, try a little of everything!”
“I cannot get enough of this place, which just so happened to be near my lodging during my visit to Seattle! WOW did I luck out by having this coffee shop nearby. Everything I ordered was so high quality and delicious, the service was wonderful, and atmosphere minimalist yet inviting. The instrumental music choices while people cowork and sip their coffee really just enhanced the vibe. I LOVE this place and will always be back when I’m in Seattle. Thank you URL coffee.”
“You gotta be outta your mind if you haven’t tried their ice cream. Best in the PNW. Great flavors and it’s vegan as well! Yep I said the “V” word. I guarantee you won’t find any better ice cream then theirs. I’m hooked! ❤️”
“Great food and even better staff and owner- very accommodating and friendly!”
“The vibe is immaculate in here, they have record player with a big library of records the baristas are picking from. My coffee was delicious, chocolatey, and smooth. So far the best I've had in Seattle. Can't wait to come back and try the food!!”
“Loved this quaint cute , festive bar! The staff was sweet and attentive. The food was bomb! Like they give you so much meat that we made two tacos out of one. ☺️And drinks were strong , can’t get any better!”
“Authentic, fresh, and entirely delicious. The homemade cannelloni pasta noodles and filling were absolute perfection! Fantastic marinara! And the pizza… amazing. So much for leftovers! And I haven’t even mentioned the kindness of all of the staff. Can’t wait to come back to this gem!”
“We went there an hour before they close, they were take good care of us and gave us a really nice service. We ordered a lot of food and all of them were meet our expectation. All dishes were so good and delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Japanese food”
“Wonderful place where meat eaters and vegans can delight in a delicious meal. Great wine section and craft cocktails. Quaint wine shop to bring something home or scoop a gift for a friend on the way to the party. Be sure to try the butter pickles!”
“Stellar service, super tasty food, in a trendy / cute / comfy little spot! Went here for private event for a friends 40th and this spot lives up to all the hype. Will leave you asking "how had I not been here before?!"”
“I love everything about this café! The selection is amazing and the drinks + bites are crafted with quality ingredients. I tried the gloomy matcha, the nutty cloud, and the house cake with cheese—all exceeded my expectations!
We entered the café at 8:10AM on a Sunday (a little after opening) and there were already several customers. Service is excellent and so is the minimalistic ambiance! I will most definitely be back ☺️ ?”
“Nothing but love for a local chicken joint with nothing but love for me and mine. ❤️ fantastic atmosphere, good music, good food! Try the honey butter biscuit fried chicken sandwich, with some hot sauce, your soul will thank you. Much love to all of the staff there, y'all have saved my behind and fed my soul, more than I care to admit.”
“A very nice experience today with nice service and nice ambience. I'm not a big sushi fan but there are many other nice options too here. 5 out of 5.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“It’s all good and I would love to see more friends come here”
“We went in on the evening of August 31, 2024. The staff member on duty was very friendly, and unbelievably knowledgeable about the beers on tap, explaining the ones we chose very easily. The beers themselves were beyond amazing! The music selection was also incredible (assuming you enjoy heavy metal, like we do). Both my girlfriend and I loved this brewery, and will be adding it to our list of breweries to visit in Seattle! Holy Mountain is fully worth the trip from Calgary!”
“Superb! Had the Bristol bay sockeye melt! Deli folks smoothly & accurately described the makings. I said let's do it standard. Was NOT Disappointed. Recommend them for salmon melt. They know their product well too. Great little shop held me over for a while, stuck locked out of my truck on way to work. Couldn't get stuck on a cooler location!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently ordered a cannoli cake from Kelly Cannolis for a surprise party for my wife, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The cake was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I contacted them to the final bite, it was clear that Kelly Cannolis takes their craft seriously. The cake was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The cannoli filling was rich and creamy, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the cake, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. It was the highlight of the party, and I have Kelly Cannolis to thank for that. If you're looking for a delightful treat that will impress both your taste buds and your guests, I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Cannolis. They truly know how to create a dessert that leaves a lasting impression. I'll definitely be a returning customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Seattle, this is the ultimate fine dining experience. You know the recurring joke about eating at a fine dining restaurant and then having to go to a drive thru to “fill up?” You’re not getting that experience at Canlis.
The food kept coming and didn’t stop coming with surprises in between every course. Every plate came out looking like the cover of a magazine and the flavors were bold and daring.
A big nod to the amazing staff as well for their attentiveness and speedy service. They treated you like royalty as they say.
Such a great dining experience at Canlis.”
“If you're looking for a warm, friendly neighborhood Cafe, look no farther. Everyone who entered was greeted with a kind smile, some by name, other clients promising to return soon. This is clearly a favorite corner coffee and lunch hangout for many. Great place to meet with friends or work for a an hour or two.”
“Very cool place. A very expensive lunch and but beautiful coffee. Amazing food too. It is an amazing place to see what Starbucks has coming in a few years. Loved the visit.”
“The Chicken Tacos were perfect! Great place to grab a coffee or smoothie in the morn, then get a sandwich for lunch. when you get off, work go back and have a quick dinner with a drink! they have parking!! (tip your servers, they deserve it). Great prices & convenient if you work, play or live in the area.”
“Best iced vanilla chai tea latte ever.... Even the chicken burrito was BOMB”
“I don’t get down to Skyway very often, but when I do, my first stop is Nevzat’s Espresso, for the best iced drinks and smoothest espresso, and friendly service!”
“One of the only places to get white coffee in the area and definitely one of the best that I’ve ever had. I was a little wary of the service because of reviews but couldn’t have been happier to have met such a sweet and friendly barista! I absolutely loved my creme de menthe mocha with white coffee. It’ll definitely be my go to whenever I’m on this side of the state!!”

Everything from the drinks to the quality of the food, and even the dessert, is excellent. I truly appreciate how welcoming the staff of Stateside make us feel. I love dining at this restaurant.”
Fine Dining
“Sushi By Scratch in Seattle is quite an experience with each and every bite more amazing than the next. It's like a Speakeasy for sushi. Reservations are hard to get, and you walk up to unmarked doors and ring the bell. If you like sushi, you will never be happy with "belt sushi" ever again. From all the fish, wagyu, caviar and mystery ice cream to the teas, Japanese whiskies and hand-crafted cocktails. All of it pure art, I highly recommend!”
“Service is ON POINT !!!! Food is amazing and our waitress is amazing ! We had to bring our little one last min because child care wasn’t available. But they kindly accommodate my little one and gave her some cooked sushi !!! We really appreciate it ! We definitely will come back for a different menu because their menu changes every month ! I recommend anyone coming over to try it if they want an authentic Japanese meal in Seattle !!!”
“Atmosphere is fantastic, so so surprised by how great the location experience is. Food was solid, get the dumplings, more like gnocchi but super good. Lamb maybe a bit over cooked but I would still get the dish again. Not many places in Seattle like this.”
“My family and I had wonderful time celebrating our son's 18 birthday as the place was perfect for both generations. Enjoyed the good food and the kind attitude helped keep the wonderful memories of the special day.”
“An exquisite and memorable meal. This is easily the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s definitely pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I can’t stop raving about our experience. Thank you, Chef Suzuki and team!”
“We have been coming to Copine for years on a regular basis, and believe it is one of the best meals in the region. Many times when traveling we eat elsewhere, and think “it’s fine, but it’s not Copine.” The weekly changing menu includes a rotating set of exciting flavors. In particular we love the foie preparations, soups, and the attention to presentation and detail seldom found at other high end restaurants in Seattle. This is not rustic cuisine and we like that. Highly recommended.”
“I've experienced Teatro ZinZanni in my 20s, 30s, and now in my 40s, and I must say, what a consistently beautiful, unique, and fantastic show. I'm thrilled that they're back in Seattle! The performance was amazing, and the service was excellent, making my night and year. A big thank you to all the performers for putting on such a great show. Bravo! Bravo!”
“Great personalized service and Japanese Fine Dining experience!!! Love the card Sai prepared! This is the best Omakase experience!!! Also with limited seating for each night, we finally can dine out without fear of Covid! Definitely will visit again!!!”
“According to the chef, the menu is updated on a monthly basis. I can understand why as they incorporate quite a few seasonal ingredients ranging from seasonal veggies (corn, wintermelon) to fish ( fried fish, clams) .
The seafood I had were black throat sea perch, tuna from Spain, uni, Toro, mackerel,Hokkaido scallops , oyster bites, abalone, monkfish liver, alaska king crabs bite. A lot of the dishes were steam and or marinated with sake.
The pacing here is quite fast despite one person making the sushi and another chef prepping the plates. The whole experience took a little more than a hour despite waiting 15 minutes for late people.
They have a restroom that is up a small ramp. The building also has a restroom that was much dirtier.
The homemade ginger is less spicy than usual.
Other omakases I been to had more nigiri and things like miso soup and salmon .
Reservations were hard to get, it took us two months to get one. Might have higher chances choosing a weekday than weekend.”
“Fantastic experience at Samara. I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Everything we ate was executed to perfection: cooked to the perfect doneness/temp/texture, flavorful but balanced, perfectly seasoned, just the right portion size, and beautifully presented. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Interesting cushion of Asian spices/flavoring with western dishes.”
“We went there an hour before they close, they were take good care of us and gave us a really nice service. We ordered a lot of food and all of them were meet our expectation. All dishes were so good and delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Japanese food”

“First time here, visiting from the UK, eat at the bar as we hadn’t booked ahead. Service was excellent and the staff knew there stuff. Would highly recommend.”

“I can't recommend this place enough, it's a must for anyone that likes to eat. In addition to delicious food and drink it has the friendliest staff in Seattle!! You can tell the owners are passionate about food, they're constantly innovating and improving the menu seeking to bring a new and delicious experience for their customers!!”
“Best Thai food down town. Family owned, caring staff, lovely presentation, deep complex flavorful food. I'm so excited they're around the block, I've been working my way thorough the menu. More of a lunch-in atmosphere over formal date, but clean and cute.”
“DELICIOUS! Cookies were fresh and soft, ice cream was great!”
“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!”
“This place was a 10 out of 10! Everyone working there were so nice and wanting to talk! I got the oklahoma burger and fries with ones and sauce on top and it was amazing!”
“pretty good. they just can seem to figure out how to do mac and cheese. macaroni is chewy. either undercooked or they reheat their noodles”
“Amazing food! Definitely returning at some point. Bring an appetite, but leave behind those silly pre-conceptions about what health food looks like.”
“I’ve been wanting to try this place and there’s no better reason to when friends get to celebrate a birthday together.
Firstly, parking is on the street, which I luckily didn’t have trouble finding a spot onto the side of the building.
After you enter, you order in the front and then they’ll bring the food out to you. Service was good, presentation was good, and food was even better.
Food portion was decent, it was enough to feed you. Food tasted flavorful and fresh.
Overall, good experience and will be back.”
“As this was my first time visiting. I can say I will definitely go back again and again. The very delicious donuts. Thank you for all your hard work in creating this staple in the city.”
“I went to their Seattle location for Cinco de Mayo. I had their mango margarita and their breakfast burrito with carnitas. Both were delicious! They have artwork available for purchase and I saw a couple I’d like to buy for myself. I will have to go back and do that.”
“Best fried chicken ever! The chicken was perfectly cooked, it was juicy on the inside and the batter was thin and crispy. We tried the stick (chicken breast) and the drumstick. We went with the spicy option. It was not too spicy and the banana ketchup complemented it perfectly.”
“The food is sooo good! I’m addicted to the original chicken sandwich and my partner always does a build a plate. Every single side dish is great, but we’re partial to the greens, the beets and the Mac salad. We always do take out, but the mural repping west Seattle and the wooden details on the building are always fun to drive by.”
“We look forward to a return to normal so we can enjoy this place more!”
“Easily the best hoagie in the PNW. Don’t sleep on the slices either.”
“Fantastic eats, lovely vibe, stellar service. Highly recommend.”
“Best Restaurant in Seattle! Cocktails, Apps, Pasta, Protein ♥️♥️♥️♥️”
“This is a great Seattle bar. The atmosphere is great for conversation and to enjoy some delicious, very well made drinks and some tasty food. The place is small and intimate, very inviting and cozy. The staff are very nice and attentive. Even though, we didn't have any food, it does look very good.”
“Really good BBQ!! We will be back to try the whole menu!”
“Overall the food was mediocre. Went there seeing their ad on Instagram. There was a line to get in. The appetizer we ordered was more than the entrée. We liked the appetizer. Two meal, appetizer and one beer was over 100 dollars. Wouldn't recommend it unless you really like pork or chicken. They don't serve any beef.
Parking: Be sure to be there early as parking can get full quickly.”
“Awesome dinner! Went for the tasting menu, plus added a couple à la carte options, and shared the wine pairing. Our server, Faith, was down to earth and made the evening so fun. Loved the innovative dishes & unique wines. 10/10 recommend!”
“We love this place! Service is professional and friendly. The HH is amazing! Aside from the meat, which is SO good, try all of the other options, like the little Gem Caesar and the beets. Try everything...it's all original and tasty!”
“This place has the best broth amongst all the Pho restaurants I have visited. Tasty and healthy, did not make me feel thirsty afterwards.”
“Amazing food, myself and all my non-vegetarian friends and family love it! Great cocktail menu, amazing service, cool vibe. If you like great bars you have to check it out.”
“Customer service was really good, the prices are also great?? $36 for everything (not including the Cali roll, that was on the house bcuz they ran out of rice for my katsu). Menu is pretty big, seating is a lil smaller compared to other places. Ordered the creamy chicken katsu, it was so good. Definitely will come back one day. Also they have an early and late happy hour, for drinks and sides.”
“Pizza was great! So was the pasta Fagioli. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Very cute restaurant with cozy atmosphere.”
“We just popped in for a beer, the service was great! Very upbeat and welcoming atmosphere and such a great place to just enjoy the sunshine. Zoe was our waitress and was very friendly!”
“Superb food and staff! Excellent cocktail game and I love their Moroccan wines. Brothers Khalid and Aziz are top shelf people and owners. Every time we take guests there for the first time, they love it and often say it was one of their best meals ever! Get the harissa veggie, squid Steak and tenderloin for sure. Great specials always!”
“This place is so good, food and drinks are on point! Definitely recommend for a romantic couple or a get together with friends.”
“I absolutely love everything about this place! From the moment you step in, it's clear why so many people make reservations—this spot is popular for a reason. If you're planning to visit, definitely book ahead because it fills up fast, and once you experience it, you'll understand why.
I've seen some reviews mentioning the prices, but let's be real—you're paying for local, fresh ingredients. This isn't just a meal; it's an investment in high-quality, flavorful food, beautiful presentation, and supporting local businesses. You truly get what you pay for here, and it's worth every penny.
Some people complain about the wait time, but I say take a moment to watch the kitchen in action. It's like a well-choreographed dance. The chefs are constantly preparing, creating magic with every dish, and the other staff are incredibly attentive. They're aware that diners are there for a complete experience and not just quick interactions. If you need something, just catch their eye and wave—they'll be at your table promptly, ready to assist. They're courteous, professional, and never intrusive. I appreciate that they don't ask how your meal is 20 seconds after it arrives. They give you time to savor each bite before checking in.
The food? Simply amazing. Every dish bursts with flavor, and the presentation is always top-notch. We’ve recommended this place to countless friends and family, and everyone has come back raving about their experience. To those who claim the food isn’t flavorful, I suggest they reconsider their taste buds—maybe stop smoking, because this restaurant is a flavor powerhouse.
In summary, this place is a true culinary gem. The food is incredible, the staff are outstanding, and the overall experience is one we look forward to every time. If you're looking for a dining experience that's about savoring flavors and enjoying impeccable service, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!”
“This place is a hidden gem, one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants I've been to in the state. The owners are extremely friendly and make sure to let you know what the highly recommended dishes are as well as what's fresh. The Carne Asada (with marinated ribeye) was the best tender Carne Asada I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be returning.”
“Hands down best BBQ in all of Washington there rub is fire and if you call ahead you can get a half hog or pig face smoked to perfection with some of the best cocktail ever amazing BBQ amazing g drinks a true gem gastro pub and a must try in the pikes market place reservation advised”
“love sitting on the patio on a warm day and enjoying a cold delicious cocktail. The wings are tasty, the sunday cheesesteak is dynamite. they serve a terrific smoked old fashioned and many drinks on the cocktail list are spectacular. throw in friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere and you’re all set! love this place.”
“Their food is some of the best in Seattle. If you haven’t been there, you need to go and experience 84 Yesler. On par with the finest dining around.”
“A gem of a place for French wine and charcuterie boards. Try the fish baked in parchment paper, it’s heavenly. Always an education from the staff and the owners on French wine. I’m a fan. Favorite date night place.”
“Great food and friendly service. Love that all seafood options are sustainably-sourced!”
“The burger here is probably the best burger I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of burgers. The truffle fries and the unique sauces to go with were ? ? ? and the staff were all so nice and welcoming! would highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options available
Parking: Free street parking in the neighborhood behind the restaurant. Close enough that you’re never walking for more than 5 minutes.”
“This was, without a doubt, the best sushi I have ever had in my life. I would go here every day of my life if I could.”
“Stellar service, super tasty food, in a trendy / cute / comfy little spot! Went here for private event for a friends 40th and this spot lives up to all the hype. Will leave you asking "how had I not been here before?!"”
“We shared the burrata, chicory salad, and classic tomato pizza and everything was delicious! I was really impressed. This feels like a hidden gem. The service was great too! Was strangely smoky inside the restaurant, but overall the atmosphere was warm and pleasant!”
“Delicious food. Vegetable Korma was excellent. Attentive, gracious service. Pleasant atmosphere with many booths for comfort. James offered suggestions that perfectly matched our preferred ingredients and spices.”
“As an AmFil this food brought back memories of family gatherings where the Filipino food was tasty and plentiful. The chefs take on pancit was delicious and modern at least to me (there’s a lot of variations in pancit). I had the short rib and it was delicious. Good cocktails too.”
“Wonderful place where meat eaters and vegans can delight in a delicious meal. Great wine section and craft cocktails. Quaint wine shop to bring something home or scoop a gift for a friend on the way to the party. Be sure to try the butter pickles!”
“We celebrated my wife’s birthday. The whole staff took amazing care of us. The food was absolutely amazing, everything on the table was a win! 10/10 would recommend!!”
“Great food, service, cocktails! Totally worth the money spent! I recommend.”
“Very nice small bar in the neighborhood, perfect cocktail bar, official occupancy is 28 people. Very tasty cocktails and bites, the wings were pre-marinated and were very tender. They have wine, beer and mocktails by request. Amazing atmosphere, will be back!”
“Oh wow! How did I just find this place out? Its amazing!!! Everything was simply incredible. The food was perfect. Roti Jala very tasty as a starter. Then we ordered the chicken which was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. We also ordered the laksa noodles which was heaven and we also got the ribs. Please order the coconut shake and the passion fruit green tea. Wow wow wow! We will be back for my birthday with our friends!”
“2 years ago due to health I became a pescatarian and look for quality vegetarian, vegan options. Of the many things I miss at the top of the list was a good pepperoni pizza. I have tried all vegetarian, vegan versions. Last night my son and daughter-in-law brought me to MOTO. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza. The first bite made me literally want to cry. This was the best pepperoni pizza of ANY kind I have eaten in my considerably long life! Thank you Lee, Nancy, and the entire MOTO crew! I cannot possibly provide a high enough recommendation, this is the alpha and omega of pizza!”
“The food was delicious. The service was great. And the happy hour has great prices! Will definitely plan to come back. I got the quesadilla and the pastor was amazing.”
“La semana pasada tuve la oportunidad de conocer el restaurante, fue una experiencia buena, el servicio, la comida el ambiente, pero hubo algo que si me gustaría que lo consideraran, yo tenía ganas de probar el chile en nogada y me encantó pero para mí no fue suficiente como porque el chile no va acompañado de nada creo que ese arroz que tienen estaría muy bien para acompañarlo porque para mí no fue suficiente comida, de ahí todo lo demás estuvo excelente.”
“The food is exquisite and Chef William is a gem. We can always count on a great meal and having a wonderful night out. We love Violet! We also love sitting at the bar and chatting it up with Kevin. If you want a fun night out, head to Violet! You won’t be disappointed!”
“Reliably good Szechuan food right on the Ave. Don't miss the string beans or hot oil noodles. Nom.”
“Amazing, will go back in the next trip to Seattle”
“Had an amazing 1st experience here. The sushi nigiri just got better and better as the night progressed.
Items to note: Miso Clam soup , wagyu Nigiri and uni nigiri
Great service. Reserve early as it get noisy later in the evening.”
“Fun, trendy atmosphere with a different live act every night. Unfortunately, the music was very loud (bordering on too loud) in the front room and not audible in the back. The mushroom pasta was a little too salty for me, but I highly recommend the lasagna, which was light and airy and topped with a thin layer of tomato sauce. The bread pudding and crème brûlée were also great”
“i loved the dining setting here in the summertime, with the outdoor patio area and the tiffany blue color scheme. the interior is well-lit and beautifully decorated with wine bottles.
friendly and attentive service.
the ingredients are primarily locally-sourced and the menu is cohesive. i loved the chicken pate as well as the summer squash, ur was not the biggest fan of using chips as the vehicle for the halibut dip.
the pork shoulder was fried on the outside, which i was not a fan of, but the inside was juicy and tender. while it paired well with the nectarine, there was honestly as much nectarine as there was meat.
indifferent to the clams, which could’ve been more flavorful.
in my opinion bread should be served without asking.
overall, appetizers were great but i thought the mains could be better, given how high my expectations were.”
“"is there a minimum amount of wings I need to order for $1 wings?""do you have a dollar?"came here on Wednesday for $1 wings and they were great. no minimum, can mix and match any sauces.they also had a fun selection of jello shots including root beer float and french 75.neat spot, definitely feels like a fun local bar”
“Amazing staff and Tommy Patrick is a wonderful host.”
“Always amazing food and the bartender can make anything you want perfectly. It’s my go-to spot for a casual but fancy dinner.”
“Best restaurant in the greater seattle area, friendly service and great food!!!”
“Grilling is n art Issian has mastered . This is why we- my family and friends- love this place.”
“Our waiter today we had for lunch was Amazing, friendly and entertaining!! Thank you! and the vegetable crudite was so fresh & the homemade chips and guac were really good!”
“Got there just before 5 on a Saturday and able to get a table for 4. Highly recommend the medjool dates, the sole, and lamb ragu for main dishes and the burnt cheesecake and soft serve for dessert! The nectarine hibiscus was really refreshing and the roasted sweet corn sundae was also very pleasant! Overall not a bad restaurant but they could do better about seasoning the dishes, all were a bit too salty and would have liked to eat more of the whipped garlic sauce if it wasn’t so salty”
“The "Crushed Marbles" potatoes are next level! Actually, everything we tried was amazing! I especially enjoyed their "Lonely Sangria", it was a delightfully refreshing yet incredibly complex drink.
Certainly a big step up from typical Seattle fare. Their chef apparently understands what flavor is... which anywhere else in the country would seem mundane, but in Seattle is an exceptionally rare treat.
If it weren't for the oddly sticky floor throughout the establishment, I'd definitely rate at five stars.”
“One of my new favorite pizza spots in seattle. Excellent crispy crust that didn't get soggy. Perfect crust/sauce/cheese ratio. Good size pizza to share between 2 or 3 people. Cocktails were great and a good price. The space was big and airy. Service was attentive, pleasant, and quick.”
“We each had the Rigatoni with beef and pork Bolognese, bread crumbs, parmesan. It was some of the best I've ever had, and we've spent time in Italy. Next time we'll try the pizza, which looked very tasty. The staff was very nice and very attentive.”
“An exquisite and memorable meal. This is easily the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s definitely pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I can’t stop raving about our experience. Thank you, Chef Suzuki and team!”
“Amazing Thai food in the heart of Seattle! Fresh, flavour and overall fantastic. Great service too.”
“Fabulous food, fun atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back to try other food on the menu.”
“service is great, food is delicious and the price is reasonable!!! highly recommend”
“Super friendly staff great prices and delicious food.”
“Came here from Vancouver Washington to enjoy some top shelf single malt whisky. Was not disappointed. The atmosphere is appropriate, the display of bottle is overwhelming, the wait staff was attentive and accommodating. They even let me have my picture taken with the bottle! We were pleased that our daughter, who came from Atlanta, really enjoyed her mixed cocktails as well.
We will definitely return when we comeback to Seattle. My only suggestion would be to have a separate sipping room for those of us who want to contemplate the fine whisky that we are imbibing in silence.”
“I’ve been meaning to pop into this place. Finally had the chance to carry out this afternoon, and I wasn’t disappointed. The person working the register was so friendly while also being incredibly busy. The food was exceptional. So fresh and delicious! I’m only sad that I didn’t check it out sooner, as my partner and I are relocating back to Chicago. Such a great place!”

“The food is delicious . Everything is made with pride . It’s all fresh and made in house . Since it’s fresh and made to order , you will have to wait . It is worth it . I highly recommend the Greek french fries , amazing. Also I would not skip the chai tea or baklava, both so good. Friendly family business that appreciates its customers. The only thing I did not like was not their fault . Customers constantly talking loudly on cell phone , incredibly annoying ringers going off from multiple phones, some very loud voices . It’s a tiny place with close tables so hear everything. It has lovely lighting from beautiful lamps and is nicely decorated. I just wish some of the customers more considerate .”

“I loved this small place on Beacon Hill. I was visiting from Detroit and saw it as I walked from the train to where I was staying. I went in an hour before they opened without realizing it, and the friendly owner invited me to come back at lunchtime. I'm glad I did. The owner greeted me again warmly. I had veggie pho with tofu and a Vietnamese coffee, both absolutely delicious. The servers were friendly as well. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Not much atmosphere, but very friendly, satisfying food, and reasonable price. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely go back.”
“We ordered from DoorDash, and I crossed my fingers that it would be good. It definitely was! The noodles are delicious: thick and just the right amount of chewy. The dumplings were incredible: soft and pillowy with perfectly seasoned fillings. We will continue to order to go and also be making a trip to the brick and mortar location ASAP!”

“We were traveling this weekend and wanted a beer and wine between flights at Seatac. We noticed Salty's was new on the main concourse. We were treated well but the star was Robert. He was kind, cheerful and a joy. The manager was also working the floor checking in on customers, always a nice touch.”
“At first I was a little skeptical about going. I thought I would be better overpriced coffee then I met a manufacturer named Susan. She explained to me how the coffee was made and how she had been working for the company for 28 year. She is an amazing person and a wonderful employee I will be coming back.”
“Service was really good. We got mala dry mix noodles, curry chicken dry mix, popcorn chicken, pork and chive dumplings. The dumplings were flavorless and so was the sauce :(. The sauce tasted like it only had turmeric.
Most of the mix noodle plates were not very good. They were ok at best. Lots of carbs and not too much meat. Popcorn chicken had a lot of breading.
Service was very fast which is good and their kitchen is very clean”
“Katie was awesome! Great food and service.”
“Pedí un steak medium y me lo trajeron medium well. Ya no lo quise cambiar, se tardan casi 15 min, así que ni modo, así me lo comí. Cabe decir que NO me lo cobraron, pero yo justo iba saboreándome mi steak!! El mesero muy amable, pero se desaparecía y los demás no te ayudan por no ser su mesa, esperan a encontrarlo. Cené bien, mi esposo mucho mejor. Su carne estaba perfecta!!”

“Delicious food. Vegetable Korma was excellent. Attentive, gracious service. Pleasant atmosphere with many booths for comfort. James offered suggestions that perfectly matched our preferred ingredients and spices.”
“The decor is so beautiful, the drinks are delicious! We shared appetizers and really liked them. We had the salsa trio, chicken flautas and carnitas tacos. Everything was very fresh. What I really like is how we were treated, like family! They genuinely took care of us with such special attention. We went to KoKos out in Seabrook and because of how we were treated there (and the food and drinks) is why we went to the one in Seattle. So worth it! Highly highly recommended. I can’t wait to go back for chilaquiles for brunch. This place is unique and so good!
Parking: It’s Seattle, what can you expect? But the area isn’t that busy so you do have a better chance to find parking.”
“This place is amazing, we prefer it to din Tai fun. Prices are better food feels more authentic. If you enjoy spicy they have it. Amazing drinks like Boba and milk tea and very affordable.
Parking: We parked across from the aquarium, however the pike is a block behind you amd this location is a 2 min walk from the parking so we just do a big loop starting at aquarium, the up to the pike amd down to this location and grab lunch.
Kid-friendliness: Our daughters a noodle conosure, and they exceed her standard.”
“The best pizza in Seattle !! What a find , this place is just SO good, by that.. I mean the plates are beautiful, the ingredients are fresh and well chosen, flavors are on point and service is pretty enjoyable ! Go enjoy some real pizza . And grab a fresh burrata for appetizer !”

“Beautiful decor and great food, so far. And they have all-day happy hour on Sunday. I think this will be a great addition to Belltown.”
“Stopped by here on a late Sunday afternoon and didn't regret it. Their food was simply amazing, I had the steak bites with green beans and pho tacos. Their drinks are unique and very tasty! I believe I had the ooo babe and was impressed with the flavor. The view was also amazing. The staff were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable about the food & drinks which was helpful for us as first timers. It was also very clean, from our table to the bathroom, nice vibe. We're definitely coming here again and may have found our official stop when visiting Alki.”
“Food was absolutely impressive, flavors were bold and complex, a little spicy for those with a mild taste, we ordered the grilled chicken and the Domoda Peanut Butter Stew, both fantastic!”
“The guys at Kite Cafe helped me by providing vinegar to handle a jellyfish sting that I got while swimming; they were generous and very kind about it. Also, Kite has reasonable prices and fudge bars, a perfect treat for the beach!”
“It took awhile for us to get any part of our order- from the drinks to the appetizers to the main course- even though the restaurant was not totally full of patrons - but had plenty of staff. There were 2 times that food orders were delivered to us - that were not ours. Overall - once we did get our orders- it was very good.”
“Ate here when I was randomly in the area. Very good barbacoa burrito. Loaded with everything but still stayed intact. The mango habanero had a very unique flavor, but I liked it. Small clean area beside the street to sit and eat, but I would probably recommend getting your food to-go if possible. Will go back to try out their asada tacos/tortas.”
“Had dinner here. I got the Grilled octopus, and it was just incredible! Dude, this thing had two sauces, some sweet potatoes, and a vinegarette salad. It was more than enough food! I'm a fiend for sauces, and there was enough octopus to consume all my sauce. They also had a really fun Trivia thing going on. This place is awesome!”
“The food here tastes great, but they are pretty stingy with the proteins they add to dishes, which is annoying when you order one of their advertised "protein bowls." The service is great and they manage to move the line quickly as this place gets pretty busy at lunch time. The place has some tables inside, but you are nect to the line of people waiting to order. There is a small outdoor seating area that is a better choice if the weather permits.
I stopped using the app to order ahead from this location as twice now my order was not there when I arrived, even though the app said it was ready for pickup. It is too easy for any random person to walk in and grab any order.”
“The food was just amazing! and the service? 5 star from Maki! She's amazing!”
