“Excellent food, atmosphere and great place to eat before wine tasting! ❤️”
“What a pleasant surprise. Food was delicious, branzino, octopus were all cooked perfectly and perfectly seasoned. Service and attention to detail all excellent. Best meal of the year so far.”
“The Za'atar fries are my new comfort food! Today I discovered the lamb kofta and cucumber-yogurt salad; both are wonderful.”

“My sweetie and I stopped by for the yummy wine and the overall lovely views! We were not disappointed!”
“The best winery in California! I would like to thank Don for making the visit spectacular he went out the way to greet us and he was so friendly. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to taste wine and check out the founder and history of wine in the US it’s very intresting.”
“Another winery recommended we visit this winery in Sonoma because of it's story, culture, and quality. Six of us did and it did not dissappoint. Jimmy did a wonderful job of sharing the family history, as well as the history of the winery. He also recommended great wines for us to sample and consider for purchase. I'm glad we availed ourselves to learning about how our Mexican brothers worked the fields, learned the business and became and expert, purchased land, started his on winery, and served two U.S. Presidents (Obama and Bush) and the California Gov (Swarzenegger). Oh, the wine is GREAT!”

“An amazing gem—truly a contender for a Michelin star. The hospitality stood out right away: the team prepared a personalized card for our visit and even allowed us to split a wine flight, with several thoughtfully curated options available.
The decor of the place itself was cozy - it felt like you were walking through rooms of a house with beautiful furnishings in each. Loved the wood we sat on and its quality. The main dining area had a great view into a massive kitchen that definitely meant serious business.
The meal itself was outstanding and remarkably filling, with what felt like nearly 20 courses. Highlights for me were the venison, beautifully presented on a deer antler, and the quail, cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert was another delightful surprise, with multiple courses to end the evening, including one paired with fresh honeycomb. Each dish showcased not only exceptional flavor but also creative and memorable presentation.
My only regret was not arriving early enough to try their famous fried chicken at the bar, which requires a separate reservation. Definitely something I’ll come back for next time.”
“Went to an event here and got to meet the brewers and beer tenders and it was an amazing experience rounded out by delicious beer. The friendly staff will lead you to their great selections based on the style of beer you like. A fun crew and great beer! Visit Sonoma Springs Brewing soon if you haven't had a chance!! Also excited to find them at our local supermarkets in Santa Rosa!!”

“I have enjoyed the menu at sweet pea bakery for several years now. When I was going through some medical issues, my daughter from out of town kindly bought me a gift certificate to sweet pea and send it to me via email unfortunately, sweet pea staff was not able to figure out how to use a digital gift certificate And I was unable to use it. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use it, but more disappointed that they did not offer me money back on the gift certificate.”
“Positively delightful. The two gentlemen behind the counter were sweet, kind, and quick with a joke or humor. The galettes they have in stock are excellent, sourcing local ingredients. The avo toast is no different; changing from season to season. We got ours with the perfect seasoning and tons of tomatoes sourced right from the vine outside. It was incredible. We arrived and left with smiles on our faces, which perfectly sums our visit. Recommended; especially as a quick food stop between wine tastings.”
“Had a fantastic time here. The pinot noir selection was impressive, and the quality was exceptional. But what really made the experience stand out was the knowledge and expertise of the staff.
My host, Kyle, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines, sharing fascinating insights into the vineyards, and the nuances of each varietal. It was clear that they were all passionate about the wines and eager to share that passion.
Left feeling educated, enlightened, and eager to return. If you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a great experience. Walt is a must-visit!”
“Down to earth setting, casual and relaxing allowing for a great place to sit, enjoy wine and have a conversation. The Merlot is by far my favorite. As it has plenty of character, and an amazing finish.”
“We felt in love with this place. Food was delicious and service even better!!! Veronica is amazing!!!”

“What an unexpected delight visiting this lovely space full of tasty pastries and amazing coffee! Solid cup of drip with more than the usual fixings to choose from; everything seemed thoughtfully considered. The Cherry on Top: the Apple Pop Tart... Just. Have it.”

“Omg so delicious. Went in for a cake tasting with my best friend and was immediately greeted by amazing sweet smells. Bought some cookies so perfectly crunchy and then the chef came out; sweet funny lady that said “no American frosting” guaranteeing it’s not the same crud that other places have. Chocolate cake so great, red velvet, and wow frosting. Go now”
“I own the dance studio next door and as a business owner trying to make healthy choices and keep my energy up before and after classes, Cielito has amazing smoothies, juices and açaí bowls !! Best part is when I feel like having something special I can indulge in a churro sundae too!! 😍THE BEST! Just wish the hours were open earlier before 11am for all of our students, clients and employees plus all the parents in the neighborhood before and after drop off in the mornings at the nearby schools!! 🙏🏽All in all very grateful thank you! PS MY GO - TO drink is The Thuderstorm Smoothie “Lauren D Style”: Substitute espresso instead of coffee and add a handful of cacao nibs on top! BOOM!”
“What an amazing experience at this beautiful family‑owned winery!
Our server, Jesse, was fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and made our tasting so enjoyable. We also met Diepak, the owner, who is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet he personally stopped by to be sure we were well taken care of.
The whole place is spotless and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. You can feel the care and love that goes into every detail here.”
“Very cool place in an old motorcycle garage. The coffee shop in refurbished trailer. The barista is the reason for 5-stars. She knew her stuff and was able to specifically make a drink to order. Made great suggestions. The breakfast burritos good too. Coffee tasty. Good outside sitting. Fence made of doors. Vintage working Evel Knievel pinball machine.
Parking: You can also park in the huge Safeway grocery lot directly adjacent to the coffee shop lot.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for kids to go. Although the drive through is right in the middle of the place.”

“I liked foods here that I don’t like normally at all. The servers are friendly and accommodating to everything we asked for.”

“We had an amazing tasting experience with Andrew. He was able to accommodate a large group at short notice. The wines themselves were delicious - we took several bottles home. The merlot and pinot noir
were our favorites. Andrew’s commentary about the wines and his experiences in the industry kept us informed and entertained. The view from the top of the hill was gorgeous.”
“Very good food and service at reasonable prices. They sell Kivelstadt and other wines to take home at reasonable prices. They are kid friendly. It is better to reserve in advance because the parking was full when we went. When we left at 2 p.m. on a Friday, a guitar player started to play.”
“Wow, what a great find! We visited Ceja through Sonoma Bike Tours- and we had a fantastic time. My party is well versed in wine and well travelled- and we were impressed with our Ceja experience! The wine (especially the Chardonnay, red blend, and dessert wine) was consistently great. I highly recommend doing the wine tasting.Don’t miss out about learning about the family story, too!”
“Excellent Pinot Noirs, Neil is terrific.”
“Great food, great service and unbeatable prices. Every item on the menu is a five star. Good selection of wines and cocktails.”
“We have been ordering wine from Bedrock many years. This was our first time to visit. The tasting room is just off the main square in Sonoma. It is located in the historic Joseph Hooker House. We were a few minutes late for our appointment but we were seated immediately. Our tasting started with Under The Wire sparkling wine followed by some the Cuvée Karatas which we liked. The plot twisted in the next two pours. In each of the final two rounds we were offered 3 wines to evaluate side by side. This was super fun. We also ordered the charcuterie board and it was delicious too. We had a wine order already pending so we just added more bottles to this order. We opted to take a bottle of 2009 Griffen's Lair syrah with us to drink at the hotel.”

“Really awesome lunch spot! I got the Napa turkey panini and a protein shake. The sandwich was really good, the bread had a nice crunch to it, buy not too hard to bite into. The side salad it came with really made it a full meal for lunch. Can't wait to try more stuff on the menu!”
“A neighbor highly recommended the Red Grape for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Our waiter, Sunny, was fantastic and very attentive (my water glass never got less than half full). The special app, bruschetta, was amazing, as were the onion rings. I also really enjoyed the Glen Ellen pizza. The kids were happy with the pizza and grilled cheese, and it was very difficult for me to not eat all of their delicious potato wedges. And so, like my neighbor said, give The Red Grape a go next time you're in Sonoma, it won't disappoint! And added bonus: it's just off the main square so you can actually find a parking spot!”
“The food here was DELICIOUS! The chorizo con huevo and the carnitas plate was what me and my boyfriend ordered!! The chorizo had a unique taste with a good little kick to it! The carnitas were perfectly cooked and had a perfect texture to it! Nice and soft on the inside and a good crunch on the outside and the salsas!! QUE RICO!!”

“Very happy 😀with order. Charles the barista 👍 very accommodating to my order, noticed he called some customers by name and knew their drink!! Tried the Thanksgiving blend - drip, it was great! So glad they don't charge for Alt milk now. I come more often! Great vibe. Good music. Nice seating. 😎😀”
“We are long-time regular customers & I thought I should write a review. We love this place! The food is always good. We eat here regularly (every 3 weeks or so…) We are always super happy with the freshly prepared food. We have been eating here for 5 years & we used to do take-out (which was always good too) but now we eat inside.
Mu Shu vegetable is fantastic. Mu Shu anything” would be excellent. Egg Rolls are always fresh & crispy. Honestly, everything is good here.
My husband is not vegetarian & he loves Mongolian Beef, General Tao’s Chicken & Mu Shu Pork.”
“Hey! Great stop on our trip to Sacramento! Glad we read the fine reviews here ok Google. We stopped spontaneously - and weren't disappointed! 🤩 Great chicken, nice guys, and even the restrooms were perfect. Great stay, greetings from the chaotic family from Germany. 😉”
“Every time I go to Santa Rosa I pass by the El Gitano Taco Truck, and every time I pass them by, I tell myself...Next time I'm stopping!
Well, today I stopped and got 4 plain tacos de cabeza without any condiments so I could taste the meat for itself. They were Amazing!
5 stars all day long ☆☆☆☆☆”
“Had to kill some time before a winery tour. We ordered two drinks oat milk latte with a hint of vanilla syrup, and a caramel macchiato both hot and delicious. Nice chill environment. Busy with people, but quick and friendly service. Great space to hang out and sip on your morning coffe.”
“We were very happy with the service provided by Los 3 Hermanos at our recent company event for 150 people. The food was great, and orders were filled swiftly.Erika and her crew were very organized and friendly. We definitely hope to use Los 3 Hermanos for future events.”
“The wine doesn't taste good.
Probably because of European Italian wine, the taste is very bland, without layers, and very dry.
Except for the first glass of sparkling rose, which was okay, the rest of the red was not good.”

“I was going here every day with my husband, both of us getting a large every day for about 2 months after discovering this new gem... and probably still would be except that we both realized that we were putting on the pounds. ? Everything in moderation I guess, but we love these boba drinks! My husband's favorite is the brown sugar milk one, and I don't really have a favorite, but I recommend the blended dragon elixir, the tropical blended, the strawberry dream, the peaches 'n' cream, or the strawberry matcha! You really can't go wrong because you can control the sweetness of the drink, you can control how filling it is due to the types and amount of boba that you get...”
“A watering hole for the locals, it's a charming place with a jukebox to select your music. Dan, the bartender, is a nice guy who can provide a helpful ear if you wanna unburden yourself. Dan also makes a mean blood mary, which is described as the best in town on the directory board. I agree with that ad, twas a bloody good bloody mary ! You get a shrimp with it !!!!It's a small place with about 3-4 booths and easy to miss when walking in Sonoma downtown. We found it only coz it was 9:30pm and this was one of the few places open. FYI, its open till late night. Preferably, walk to this place. The locals are friendly and provide good stories you can sit and provide half an ear to when watching basketball or ice hockey. If you are interested, you can even watch star trek TNG.No food is available here though except for packaged chips. But deftly a lovely place to end your day at.A for sure return visit for me next time I'm in sonoma downtown.
Parking: Parking is on the street around the town square which can fill up pretty quickly. And its only a 2-3 hour parking.”
“Love Mary's. My grandson and I each had a meal that was new on the menu. Mine was the Fried Clams and his was the Chicken Picata. Both were outstanding. The batter on the clams was very light and crunchy. I also tasted his chicken and it was outstanding. Of course, we also had an order of the plain breadsticks. So happy I live in a town with two Mary's Pizza Shacks.”
“I can't say enough about Round Table Pizza, especially this location where Kiara went out of her way to be accommodating (thank you Kiara). I now live in Arizona where there are lots of incredibly great Chicago pizza companies there but round table is still and will always be my favorite. I would be especially grateful if you brought one to the Peoria, AZ area. Yuma is so far to drive for great pizza.”
“Had the best time at Tin Barn when visiting from Portland! Danielle gave us a tour and was such a great host all throughout our tasting. We will definitely be back ❤️”
“Delicious Japanese cuisine including sushi, sashimi, rolls and bowls. Cozy seating with rustic decor; reservations are recommended on weekend nights. Plentiful, easy parking adjacent to Lucky Supermarket.”
“really good and tasty food, live music on Saturday night, vegan friendly ❤️”

“Had lunch there today with 3 of my friends. We are all locals. It was such a lovely experience! Food was delicious…. I’m a vegetarian and had no problem choosing my dish…. There are also Vegan dishes available. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was excellent. I must mention the French Fries…. There are several restaurants in Sonoma that serve delicious fries but these are the best. I’m looking forward to many more enjoyable meals there!”

“Wow! Yum! This was a wonderful and pleasant surprise. We stopped in after Happy Hour, which I am sure would be amazing! We ordered two craft cocktails - a Whiskey Sour and a Watermelon Margarita which had some heat to it. Our server Marco recommended it. It was the best! You were definitely right Marco! We also had ordered the nachos. These aren’t your ordinary nachos! These nachos have birria and every topping you can imagine! Very clean, high end type of Mexican food- not heavy and greasy! So happy! I only wished I was more hungry so I could order other dishes. This restaurant has other dishes to accommodate those in your party who may not like Mexican food (I know! How could that be?) So don’t worry! There is something for everyone! We met the owner Kina who was busy expediting the orders to the various servers. She did take the time to speak with us. We were highly impressed with Kina and the way the restaurant and staff was operating. The only bad thing we could say is, we are so sorry we don’t live in Sonoma as we would be able to enjoy this restaurant all the time. We will definitely be coming back before we return to our home in Ojai. As it is, we are up in Sonoma a couple of times a year and plan to make Kina’s Kitchen & Bar a regular stop for us!”
“Review I am on a flight returning to Nashville and already longing to return to Sonoma. Not for the wine, weather and topography, although all of these made for a lovely trip with my husband. No, I want to return for one reason only - so that I can experience Animo one more time. The unusual combination of flavors and ingredients, expertly cooked and beautifully presented were nothing short of remarkable. I’ve never had a meal like it and suspect I’ll never have another without returning. This husband and wife team cook and serve with all the spirit and commitment required to create this kind of wonder. We started with the lobster, shared the ribeye and ended with the cheesecake. Each dish was not as expected. All were perfection. If you only have one night in Sonoma, this is where you should go.”

“We dined here on a late Sunday night, got lucky to be seated and served even after they closed. I ordered the lemon ricotta and spinach ravioli. The flavor was delicious, if only the mushroom were left from the equation (in my opinion of course) the combination while different and unique, was overwhelming and I felt the ravioli had enough going on and would have rated it 10/10 if not paired this way. I also had a salad with feta and apricot which was the perfect anti pasto. Here is a photo and mocktail that I couldn’t finish”
“2nd time here in 2 weeks Excellent service upon entering and throughout our dinner. Drinks ended up being great with the help from our server. Order Martini dirty ( with olive juice) Came out without- Server immediately caught it (said Bartender is lazy)... this happened before! Our food was fantastic; ravioli with spinach and cheese in a perfectly made cream sauce and I ordered mushrooms for topping. Wife had Cesar salad and clams that were excellent! Great quality food!”
“Fabulous, delicious food from the appetizers to the desert. A huge shout-out for the excellent service. In this day & age even classy, expensive restaurants often offer mediocre service. The waitstaff at the Depot Hotel was highly efficient, observant, attentive, and courteous. It was a delight!”
“The Sante' at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn was delightful. There doesn't seem to be a strict dress code so you may see very casual attire or you may see a more dressy attire. We like to go there on special occasions so we dress a little better to enjoy the experience. The waitstaff are casual but professional. The menu did not list the items I saw on their website, so I was a little disappointed but what I did order was delicious! The Branzino fish was great. My husband shared it with me as we had ordered the Charcuterie platter and it filled us up. We ordered a split bottle of wine at $30.00 and one martini at $21.00. A little pricey but worth the elegant dining experience. JLS Santa Rosa, CA”
“My mom and I had a great time at Viansa winery on Friday 9/19. We loved all the wines and our sommelier was great at explaining everything and we really enjoyed learning about the whole process. Just wish we could have gotten to enjoy our bottle of prosecco at home. TSA ruined our bottle.”
“Must stop location! Kent and Lucy both helped make our time there very enjoyable.
Lucy greeted us as soon as we walked into the property, making us feel at home while Kent, our wine educator, prepared to show us around the property.
Kent is a phenomenal story teller and just a genuinely kind human being. Hearing the history of the property through his words was a great time.
After our tour, Lucy was very hospitable and helped us get set up with a cheese board (highly recommend) and a bottle of our favorite wine from the tour.
Both of these wonderful people made our time out at the winery very enjoyable and something we will look back fondly on.”
“Intimate and cozy atmosphere with a great energy- the Bar felt like the spot to be. Our group were wowed by the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan and the modern spin on a margarita. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially recommend the ceviche, the Brussels sprouts and shishito peppers, the smash burger and fish tacos. A gem of a spot!”
