“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. If I could give a 10 star I would!”

“Rudra Indian Bistro on Cedar Lane is authentic as it gets. We have been here so many times and will always keep coming back because the food is high quality, healthy, and very delicious. We always start with the House Salad which is a great way to begin your meal. The Tandoori chicken is so juicy and succulent, and the Lamb Korma is one of our favorites. I highly recommend Rudra Indian Bistro! One of the best restaurants of Teaneck...”

“So, this is a very authentic place. The food is always great, and the atmosphere is just real. It still has a human feel to it because it is local and small, which is why we keep going. Great for business meetings, snacks, spot to work, best coffee around, best pastries around, beautiful/relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and I could go on and on. Just being inside settles me and reduces my stress level. Anyone I bring states that it's one of their new favorite places. Try the spinach/cheese croissant, but leave one for me. :) 😀...Oh, and for my vegan and gluten free friends, there are loads of options for you here.”

“Phenomenal. I can’t get over how sweet the lady who attended us was. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to where i felt as if the food was truly made with love. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and the price was very reasonable. My friend and I ordered the fried chicken, tteokbokki, and bulgogi kimbap. The portions were perfect, we finished ALL of it (and licked our fingers clean). Their plates are also so cute if I may add. I will definitely bring all of my friends here when they visit Teaneck.”

“My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!”

“Food was fantastic, we ordered off the vegetarian menu that uses pseudo meats, and would never guess they weren't meat. The seasame chicken was by far our favourite but it was all good. Its incredibly filling, hot and textures were right. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a Jewish Chinese restaurant. Jews at the counter, Chinese cooking. The experience alone was worth the stop! Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town!”

“Appreciation post😃 Since 4 days my freshly turned teenage daughter has been saying one thing when I ask her what you want to do on New Year’s Eve …” I want to have kudos bubble tea as the last thing I drink in 2022”. It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding. We have been Kudos patrons since it was at palisades park but now we are die hard advocating neighbors of yours. Ps: pic of the cookie treat. My son ate the red velvet on way home.”

“Easily the best pizza in Teaneck, and one of the top pizzerias in NJ. Their Drunken Grandma pie is one of the best slices I’ve ever had. The garlic knots are cooked perfectly, with nice crispy exterior and soft inside. Staff is extremely friendly. Overall a fantastic experience.”

Overall this is my go to Thai takeout spot. However since it does have some delicious food the wait time is normally long averaging 30 minutes so I always do take out and order ahead. The food is delicious, and always hot. You won't be disappointed!”

The meatloaf, yams and greens, are crave worthy and the cabbage, mac n cheese and ribs will make you wish you bought more! I have eaten Soul Food, from way South to NYC, in homes and restaurants and Maggie's rates up there with some of the most delicious, I've had. “I see a couple of reviews on here about staff rudeness, but honestly I walked in and greeted them and they were nice. They got my order right away. I maybe waited like 5 minutes in total (ordering and getting it out). Just don’t stand there like a zombie waiting to be attended to… As a Dominican and fellow Caribbean person, the food was delicious. Some Dominicans also add the bigger beans in our rice and peas (Moro de guandules), but that’s like a niche Caribbean thing. LOVE THAT. That’s how I know it’s authentic. I got jerk chicken with rice and peas, sweet plantain and cabbage, and I got a beef patty with coco bread for my son. The chicken was cooked well and was juicy and the rice and peas wasn’t mushy or overly dry. I didn’t even take a picture because it looked so good I just started eating once I got home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants ACTUAL Jamaican food. It tastes like someone aunty made it after school or something.”
