“I had a passionfruit jalapeño margarita with lime in a rocks glass with perfectly salted edge. It was delicious! Even the ice was wonderful. It was in small cylinders - rounded not shaved, not cubed. It gave the drink a perfect bubbly top. My braised short ribs were most tender with mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and asparagus, slightly crunchy, perfect and blackened. My husband’s salmon dish was also delicious. One unique feature of the dining room is all the nice nat light coming in lots of windows at 7:30 and 8 o’clock on a night in May. The atmosphere is casual. There is an area for outside dining. Somehow, they managed to be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

“Amazing Experience at Red Banjo Pizza! Today was my first time at Red Banjo Pizza, and I came for a free event hosted by Summit County’s alcohol-free social group. It was a “Make Your Own Pizza” day, and everything, including refreshments and the pizzas, was complimentary. The turnout was great, and I had such a fun time! The personal pan pizzas were incredible. I got to load mine up with Alfredo, marinara, pepperoni, ham, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños. They even included a lemon wedge on top, which I squeezed over the pizza—it was delicious and such a unique touch! I’ve never had anything like it before. I absolutely loved the crust, the crispiness, and how quickly the pizza cooked. It was such a great experience that I’ll definitely be coming back. Plus, because I’m leaving this review, I get a free cookie—can’t wait to try that too!”

“I like the taste of the soups taste good here I’d suggest be mitre consistent I feel like I’m getting overcharged at times I can explain because I have come in a few times ordered a large soup and might get like one pieces of lobster in the lobster bisque but then I order a lunch combo and half a soup and salad and my lobster bisque smaller half the size has 4x the amount of lobster than j had in my large so I think working on consistency would be good cause it’s just not cool to spend money on a large soup and get way less ingredients than I get when I get half a soup”

“Came all the way from Maryland for my sister's Bachelorette Party and it did not disappoint. It was fantastic, the vibes were great, our waitress was amazing. She had fun guessing our characters (we were all dressed up as Jim Carrey movie icons), the drinks were spectacular - a lot of us bought whole bottles of their prize-winning gin and whiskeys to fly home with us. “I went in at 10:30 AM on a Tuesday. The place was pretty quiet. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich on ciabatta. The sandwich arrived promptly and fresh. There were crispy kettle chips on the side that were pretty good. The sandwich was a 10/10. It was a little expensive but I did fill me up.
There were 3 employees that I could see. 2 of them had their earbud in and were glued to their phones while the 3rd employee made my meek and brought it out to me with a smile. No of the employees were rude but it just felt unprofessional. I would still recommend this place. Looks like they have great breakfast and lunch options as well as nice coffee drinks. The hours are very nice for the area because not much is open in that area except fast food.”

“A friend of mine is heading to Salt Lake City and asked for recommendations, and this place was the very first thing that came to mind, even though it’s 45 min away. If you can make it to Park City, it’s absolutely worth it. I lived there for a few months in the early 2000s and ended up finding this café while I was exploring town. I didn’t know many people at the time, so I started going in pretty often… and ordering the same thing every time: a chicken salad sandwich. One day Ben suggested adding jalapeños. I told him I don’t do spicy, but he convinced me to try it anyway and chopped them so small I could barely see them. It ended up being one of the best things I’ve ever had, and a go-to several times a week. What stuck with me most, though, was how kind he was. I got really sick at one point and couldn’t leave where I was staying, and he showed up with food out of nowhere. I’ll never forget that. I was young, far from home, and didn’t know anyone, and that small act meant a lot. It’s been years, but this place has always stayed with me for that reason, and to this day I still make my chicken salad sandwiches with diced jalapeños on top. :)”

“The food here was delicious! The focaccia bread is to DIE for. The pasta was made fresh and the pork was so tender. It was our anniversary so they made us a special trio dessert that was so delicious! Loved the cheesecake and berry polenta.

We tried a selection of recommended items by one of the main bakers, shout out to Sarah, and throughly enjoyed everything! We also got to have some off menu drinks that were so perfect for a rainy day, (Ask for a London Fog you wont regret it!). I am gluten intolerant and was fine having their sour dough as well, they had some gluten free breakfast cookies and carrot cake!”

“I was adamant that any steakhouse in Park City is a sham and a waste of money, but Edge has proved me otherwise. THIS is the place to go for steak, but if you can’t handle rich, thoroughly seasoned food, it’s not the place for you.

Absolutely incredible filet and rib cap. The garlic butter to top my steak was the most flavorful, amazing butter I have ever had. The truffle fries honestly didn’t look appealing, but BOY were they insanely addictive. The truffle Mac? Hilariously enough was the *lightest* thing we ordered of the night and just melted in your mouth.

Everything was incredible and it takes a LOT nowadays to say that about any steakhouse because 99.9% fall very short. Not Edge.

Our server, Eunice, was an absolute pleasure, and she brought out a freshly made chocolate soufflé for my birthday dessert. It’s really rare to rave about any meal nowadays, but I will be talking about Edge for the next week to anybody who listens.

The whole restaurant has an automotive/motorcycle theme and what decor we could see was very fun.”
