“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

I appreciate Kimika’s creative menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Our waitress Kara/Cara was so friendly and helpful. I started with a Spritz that I think could’ve used some more bubbles, but the flavors were on point. The food was good but I felt like there could’ve been a bit more flavor. We tried the Truffle Carbonara, Soy Butter Bigoli, and Eggplant Katsu - I think the Bigoli was my favorite (think elevated lo mien). For dessert, we tried the lava cake, matcha French toast (would get it with ice cream if I were to over come again) and the Nutella Bombolocini (very creative - think mochi stuffed with Nutella).
Overall, I loved the concept of Kimika and the service, but I think there could’ve been just a tad more flavor in some of our dishes. Definitely a place to try once!“

“I’ve never felt more at home in a restaurant than Deser B. And his team made me feel tonight. He was the most authenticly kind and hospitable person I’ve met in New York and needs to be promoted to running all of the stores the way he runs this one.
This was the most authentic Mexican taco in north America. Corn tortillas made in House for each order fresh. I tried all of the protein sources and every single one of them slapped. 20 out of 5 stars. I mean if you don’t go here while you are in town you are crazy.

The toppings and salsa were the best I’ve ever had. The tacos were ready in less than 1 min after I ordered. They are obsessed with being the best and it stands out“

They quickly welcomed us in with open arms and fresh hot coffee. It was one of the best brunches I've ever had, but what made it even more special was Joey the owner overheard our story, knowing we had a rough morning, and gifting us one of his comfort food cookbooks! I ordered the honey pepperoni pizza. I ate the whole thing minus a few crusts. The sauce was delicious.

“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“I made a reservation here for a work dinner. The ambiance was super nice. Friendly, helpful service the whole time and amazing food. I think we got close to one of everything on the drink, appetizer and entree menus. My favorites were the rosemary margarita, shoestring fries, spicy sausage pizza, butternut squash ravioli, and the hangar steak. There was some kind of mint salad that was super good. I haven't ever tasted a salad like that before, so it was a cool experience. We did everything family style with a few people ordering pork chops or a cheeseburger for themselves. The total with all 8 of us getting multiple drinks and tons of apps + entrees shared between us plus tax and tip was $810, which is more than fair for how much we ate + drank and how good the food and service was. Will definitely come back or recommend to anyone looking for a location to host a work/birthday/celebratory dinner or date.“

“Had a wonderful dinner experience at Adda tonight. The food was exceptional. The chefs know what to do with the spices to create some of the best flavors in all of these dishes. The curry leaf crab is a must! All the dishes were great. But the one of the best bites we had was a simple yet so flavorful kulfi popsicle desert that was dipped in strawberry cream sauce. Also what was top of the line was the service. Our server Swayam was a delight. He was the kindest person with a great personality. He was very knowledgeable about all the items and was a great help with recommendations. Service was a 10 out of ten. It’s hard to get a reso here, but that means everyone is going here. This restaurant is a must.

“I really came fully prepared to hate on this place, most of all because C picked it, but also because it is hyped to death. Further hatred materialized when I waited in line for our reservation and felt like a schmuck.

Then I realized the line wasn't for people with reservations, I went inside, we were seated immediately, our waiter was fabulous, the food was fabulous, and the wine was fabulous. Everything was phenomenal and extra, extra good.“

“Spicy Village was a wonderful place to have a Christmas meal! Actually, I'd like to rename it "Spicy Cozy Village" if a spicy environment can also be cozy! To start with, they were very gracious by accepting a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Then they came outside and took our order even before we sat down and so the food was nearly ready by the time we had taken our coats off! The festivities kicked off with a plate of crispy peanuts, which ended up being the chosen appetizer, main course, and dessert for the little guy in our party. We then progressed to delicious dumplings, sesame chicken, spicy lamb huimei, and other delectable specialties! What was so amazing about the experience is that despite packing lots of people into a relatively small square foot area, it did not feel claustrophobic at all; rather it was comfortable and cozy, like sitting at a big table for a family meal at your house (even if it was take-out!!). Overall, Spicy Village was a terrific place for Christmas dinner - and I'm strongly considering coming back here for the 8 days of Hanukkah too!“

We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. Excellent food and service, they were understanding when part of our party was late to the reservation due to travel delays and tried their best to accommodate. They even gave me tea and crackers while waiting for my friends! Gratuity is included in the price (like how they do it in Japan) which is surprisingly refreshing and touching for NYC. The value is unbeatable for omakase and definitely a must try if you like sushi and want to try an authentic and quality omakase experience without breaking the bank.“
