“Went here for an anniversary dinner after seeing glowing reviews online. The service and waiter were amazing (shoutout Jose), the food was incredible, and the ambiance was amazing. We ended up ordering another entree to go, the food was THAT good. Overall, a great experience, and we will be coming back soon!”
“The passion fruit tea was a 10/10 it’s a good amount of sweetness and I downed it very fast. I also ordered the spicy malatang and it’s been my 5th time ordering, it’s so addicting and delicious. Reminds me of my favorite spot in my hometown. Honestly a hidden gem in davis especially for UC davis students. Come check this place out, definitely a good bang for your buck.”

“The experience here is really good! Came late at night with a lot friends and even though the staff was few and the place was really busy, the staff were super helpful and accommodating! The food tasted real good; I got the Mushroom Chicken Sandwich and Fries. Super shoutout to Wen who was super friendly and gave complementary cookies to sample!”
“The drinks and staff were very nice! My roommate loves the Coco Mango and I like the Coco Manga Jasmine, which are the only two things we get besides the Mango Coconut Twilight (which is also super tasty). The mangoes are soft and easy to chew w/ the sago. I had accidentally spilled one of my drinks right after I left since the holder broke (was great for a cute memory picture though) and the staff made me a new one which was very generous. I highly recommend trying one of the Coco Mango, especially half sweet, and it made for a great small birthday celebration”
“Stopped on our way through from Lake Tahoe to San Francisco. What a delicious lunch our family had !! Something for everyone even 2year old grandson ! We’re from Australia and this Mediterranean cuisine ranks up there with the best. Thanks so much for the complimentary baklava too !!”
“The service and food were outstanding! The hotpot we ordered was both delicious and generous, perfect for sharing between two people. Our server, with the pretty blue nails, was fantastic, super friendly and engaging. She made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing fun stories and walking us through the menu with great explanations. We truly appreciated the effort she put into making our visit to Tasty Pot memorable, and we’ll definitely be back!”

“This was my favorite spot when I attended Davis the last four years. It is by far the best burger anywhere in town. The staff are super friendly too. One of them got to know me and the people I went with on a first name basis which I really liked! It felt good to be recognized when I went in. I liked the regular cheeseburger but others really liked some of the fancier offerings. Portions are large.
Make sure you get the fries!”

“Really good food, although expensive
The staff was super nice and friendly. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it was very filling. Paired with fries and a soda though, ended up paying 20 bucks. I definitely wouldn't be able to come here often due to the price, but when you're craving a good burger this is definitely a great joint.”
“One of the best decorated Tiki bars I have seen in awhile. The drinks were great. The staff were very nice. CHEERS!”
“Can't go wrong with a restaurant that's been a part of Davis since 1977! Family owned and operated through generations. Delicious dinner!”
“I kept wondering if Mrs Craig Vanessa was really an expert trader like they say, that she is not a scammer like the others, then I contacted her and I was shocked and amazed that with just $1,500 I invested, Mrs. Craig Vanessa helped me managed my account and after 7 Days of trading, I made my first withdrawal of $16,700. I'm here to testify the good work of her after she made a good profit for me in my investment. She's reachable via WhatsApp with the number on her Facebook: Mrs Craig Vanessa”

“Tasty food that's reasonably priced! The popcorn chicken was crispy, not greasy, and has the right amount of flavoring. The Taiwanese style mince pork rice plate came with pickles, marinated egg, and veggies, which I appreciated. Tasty tea lattes also, though I wish they had an oat milk option for lactose intolerant folks.”
“Coffee, ambiance and nut butter banana toast are worth a visit! I visited Cloud Forrest Cafe from Colusa on 2/7/2019 for ‘Coffee with Cops,’ which had a great turn out from law enforcement and first responders. I wish the Davis community had attended to support law enforcement.”
“Food was fresh, hot and very very tasty!! It also has a Full bar and drinks. The lighting is a bit on the lower side. We only saw the food crowd as it was late afternoon and there was a constant stream. Service was super nice and accommodating...thanks for that! Overall, good tasting Indian and Nepali food with nice service!!”
“Delicious and very authentic food that won't make you thirsty and our clothes and hair never smelled like Chinese kitchen after having dined here several times. We much prefer it over the very popular Yang Kee. Very easy parking.”
“Casual dining experience with notable breakfast options and gluten free bread served with each dish. Customer service was great and they cleared the tables in a timely manner to make sure the next guests don’t have to wait longer than necessary. The pastry box looked extra tempting, too. We will be back for burgers next time!”

“Very delicious. There was a language barrier, but the lady who helped us was lovely and sweet. You order from the table QR code. I'm not sure if you can customize too much”
“Saw it on the map and thought "wiki, cool." I saw it was in a best western and thought, "how cool could it be?" Well, very cool is the answer. Nice place to kill some time and get a mojito. I wanted to keep with the tropical theme.”
“We went and did the all you can eat hotpot for my birthday dinner and had a fantastic experience! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they really made the experience worth it (even though they ran out of some hotpot ingredients). I also enjoyed spinning the birthday prize wheel and the food itself was quality. I'll definitely be coming back!”

“This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Davis and I come here often. It's easy to access from the highway, with a decent parking lot, and ample outdoor seating. You line up right inside to counter order and they'll hand you a number stand, then they bring your food out to you when it's ready. There's a self-service tortilla chips and salsa bar in the back, and you can choose from any of the self-serve drink dispenser options (including the horchata) if you get a fountain drink (a la carte or as part of the daily special). I love how fast the food comes out and it's my go-to restaurant when I'm in a rush. I've had their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchilada specials, etc and they've tasted great every time. I highly recommend it!!”
“Great place to people watch🤣 hubby mentioned the fish had no flavor to it, like it was frozen then cooked/boiled from left over water in the fish, just very bland. My shredded beef tacos were great though, plus the rice and black beans were full of flavor. The college staff were attentive and polite, keping the tables clean.”
“On a recent visit to Subway, I had the pleasure of being served by an employee named Mandy. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness significantly enhanced my dining experience. Mandy was attentive to my order, ensuring all my preferences were met with a smile. Her efficiency and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that is truly commendable. It is rare to encounter such a high level of dedicated customer service, and Mandy's efforts are a true asset to the Subway team. I highly recommend Subway, and specifically recommend Mandy for her outstanding contribution to customer satisfaction.”
“This is a family, friendly dinner spot in Davis with lots of seating for guests. The food was pretty good, and I loved the calamari and the pasta carbonara. Overall, the portions were decent sized too and great for sharing.”
“Love this place! It needs more recognition because locals don’t even know about it. Great food, great atmosphere!”

“I tried the beef lamb plate and was not disappointed. The food tasted fresh and the flavor was definitely there. I think it would have really knocked it out of the park if there was some cut tomatoes and red onion, maybe. Otherwise, the sauce was great.
I got spicy on the side because I shared with my kids. I also bought a side of fries and was happy with the portion - more than enough for my two kids to share and me to pick off of.
Next time I’d love to try the dolma and baklava!”
“Jersey is the best 👌 always ready with a great joke
And mel the manager is always so awesome 👌 👏 this store is perfect 👌👌 if i could rate 10 stars i would
Edit for update ✨️ still best ten out of ten on everything ♡ mel always remembers our orders n names its always so nice goin in the store”
“Highly recommend!!Coho has many great food options, but a steamy bowl of delicious pho after classes always hits the spot! Meat here is juicy, vegetables fresh, and the broth variety allows me to experiment with different soup tastes. On certain days, I also like to grab some freshly-made sushi, especially the Rainbow Roll! The staff is friendly and very fast, rolling through a big line during regular noon rush hour in no time!”
“Delicious! Always a good sandwich here. The seasonal special pumpkin bars are my absolute favorite. They even have dolma / stuffed grape leaves.
No indoor seating, however plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is a deli counter and lots of Italian snacks & goods. Staff are wonderful and friendly but the line is quite slow sometimes.”
“Great wine selection! With our wine, we tried the delicious homemade hummus and pita appetizer, best I've had! We also tried the sampler platter, so tastful and beatiful.”
“This is hands-down my favorite sushi spot in Davis. It's the perfect combination of being incredibly tasty and genuinely affordable, which is hard to find. Highly recommend the summer Roll, Panda roll and veggie crunchy. Truly a gem of Davis!”
“Delicious, delicious, delicious!!! We had thai ice tea (free refills), satay, "drunken" noodles, and thai stir fry. Great service, too!”
“Great Beer, but your CARD ONLY policy is FKN LAMO - Cash is king... I don't liked to be track of what I do on my spare time.”
“It's unusual to find a restaurant serving high quality Dim Sum outside of San Francisco, so it's always a treat to take my family to Well Season. Although I'm now comfortable with the variety of dishes available at a Dim Sum restaurant, I grew up in New Hampshire which, to the best of my knowledge, still doesn't have a single Dim Sum restaurant in the entire state. Nonetheless, the staff at Well Season are patient and helpful with newcomers . They have times when they serve from the traditional Dim Sum carts, but they also always have have plastic covered Dim Sum picture menus available that you can mark up with a dry erase marker to select the dishes you want. My favorites are Siu Mai (minced pork and shrimp dumplings) and Shrimp Har Gow (translucent or "crystal" shrimp dumplings. The only aspect of the restaurant that strikes me as odd is the venue. Well Season restaurant is in a former Applebees building, with lots of exterior windows, so the ambiance has a distinctive American feel to go with the traditional Dim Sum menu.”

“The food was good. The waitress was inattentive. It wasn't busy but she never once checked in on us. My coffee never got refilled, once the food was served I realized we had only one set of silverware so I had to track down the waitress for more, which only left my party of four with one napkin.”
“I stopped by Canes and honestly, it was such a vibe. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, exactly what I was craving. Their Texas toast is on another level—soft, buttery, and addictive. The sauce? Straight up legendary, I could dip everything in it. The place had a fun and chill atmosphere, perfect to hang out with friends. Service was quick and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely my go-to spot now whenever I’m in the mood for good chicken.”

“Wow!! Update on this review because it's greatly improved
And is amazing. I love all the changes from the tables to the games, and the food is GREAT! I'm so happy I came back to give it a second try I love the spicy sweet korean chicken 🐔 so good and corn dogs is way better !”
“Rachel at the front is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her customer service is truly outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When she brought us our food, we were so happy because our burgers and chili cheese fries looked delicious, and she was still just as cheerful and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Wayback Burgers truly needs more people like Rachel! Highly recommend!”
“Favorite milk tea place in Davis by far! There’s various tea type (black, oolong, green-tea, etc)options available as milk tea, fruit tea, foam topped, yogurt, or just tea. Some places you don’t taste the tea after all the sweetener but here you can!
They also have some deep fried snacks that are made fresh when order too.
Last but not least store hour is inconsistent(?) or inaccurate(?), the staff was prepping to close an hour before the said closing time on Google…”
“This was my first time going to the Round Table Pizza in Davis, and I was honestly really impressed. The pizza came out hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and a crust that was perfectly crispy without being dry. Everything tasted high quality, especially the sauce and cheese. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better for a first visit. Even though it was busy, they were efficient and made sure orders were handled smoothly.”
“Glad they opened this near my job. I ordered online for pickup on my lunch break, when I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from the employee while she was taking an order mind you, love that.
The interior looked clean and organized.
My order was ready waiting for me, unlike other locations I have been to in the Sacramento area, where I have waited 15mins past pickup time.
I ordered the not so fried chicken sandwich and it smacked! Plenty of chicken, and fresh produce, it was delicious. I also ordered a lemon cheesecake cookie for dessert, and although the price was steep for the size of the cookie, it was soo good I would 100% buy it again. Overall very satisfying experience, I will be back!”
