“Every bite was amazing taste experience! We are do happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!”
“My Fiancé and I had our first experience at Hen of the Wood in Burlington, what an incredible time we had! We just got engaged and had to celebrate. I decided to get the pork loin, and it was delicious! My fiancé loved his steak. It was perfection. Our waitress was amazing and so thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. the atmosphere was casual yet somewhat formal and we had a blast! Can't forget about how scrumptious those rolls were too! Definitely recommend !!”
“Creative menu with well designed and seasoned dishes! Loved everything we got, about 90% of the menu was vegan the day we went. All desserts were vegan as well and included their soft serve ice cream— must try if you have the chance. Wine selection was good, cocktails were tried were so-so.”
“Best pizza in all of Burlington. They also make a great cocktail. Make sure to come earlier because the place can get crowded and loud. Service is slow but very friendly.”
“Great meal, service and love being back in that building. Ryan was a great server! We started with NA drinks of Not a Negroni and Damsel in distress, added sourdough bread and a chicory salad to lead us into the chicken and green beans and a plate of homemade squash raviolis. Everything finished off with the olive cake with strawberries. This place was as advertised!”

“Our first time here to celebrate our anniversary and we’ll be back to celebrate a fine meal with great service and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere anytime and soon! We appreciated Amy’s friendly service and Chef taking the time to chat. The food is unreasonably delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant ranks as good as some Michelin restaurants we’ve been to throughout Europe and better than some! The prix fixe 3-course at $78 is well worth it. We loved everything! Super stand outs were the steak frites, lobster foie gras creme brûlée, lemon pie in a jar and the peach tart. Looking forward to our next visit!”
“Good pizza. Good service. Good atmosphere.
All the waiters were serving, both figuratively, and literally. Serving Brandy Melville realness in the best way possible.”

“Absolutely a must. If you are looking for a sweet little spot for fantastic comfort food, this is it. The people are so amazing and kind, they help me despite my health/dietary restrictions, this is a breakfast I get excited for. The food is so good, fresh, and the french toast is out-of-this-world fluffy. Looking for a meal made with love, look no further.”
“This is the place if you want the very best Pho Vermont has to offer. I've been coming here for almost 15 years and I've never had a bad meal. The food is always fresh and amazing. The staff is excellent and they offer wonderful customer service. Most of the employees have been working there for years (clearly a good sign) and they know how to take care of their customers. Love Pho Hong!!”
“We had a delightful meal tonight at Bourbon Street restaurant in Burlington, Vermont. Chef Richard is the host, chef and owner. He was a pleasure to meet, the food was delicious and the desserts were fantastic. This is a cozy little Mecca in Burlington. We felt like we were welcomed into Richard’s home. We are happy that we were able to get reservations. The food has various little twists that provided gastronomical delights.”
“The appetizer duck confit was die for! Definitely big enough for two. The entrée ossco bucco was the best I ever had. This was the special so make sure you ask! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!”
“Had an amazing afternoon at the tasting room! Both bartenders were incredibly knowledgeable and personable, guiding me through the tasting and helping me choose a few drinks. I ended up leaving with a great selection of Mad River products. If you're a bourbon or rum enthusiast visiting the Burlington area, this spot is a must-visit!”

“We recently hosted a rehearsal “meal” with apps in a private room. The food was fabulous and the space allowed everyone to mingle and move around comfortably. My only wish would be that the private room bar would as stocked as a bar….. not just beer and soft drinks. The staff was attentive and thoughtful. We had a great time.”
“Great space with wonderful staff. had breakfast and poached eggs were the best I've ever had.”

“I went there with my gf as a camping trip and a birthday trip. Kerry's awesome, her staff is awesome and the place was filled with games. Food was good too and staff was available for questions and was really kind. I couldn't recommend enough this place if you ever visit Burlington, VT.”
“We came here for some beers and there is a pizza place upfront that you can bring your pizza to the back. It’s kind of a Detroit style pizza that was 3.5/3 but the beer was five out of five and the people working there were nice enough. Felt like a bit of a local place.”
“Had a lot of fun here on our honeymoon in 2015. Highly recommend!”
“I love this local restaurant! Great burgers and chicken sandwiches. Fries are crispy and tasty. Drinks are always well made by the super friendly bartender. And they also do a great weekend brunch.”

“I visited this place recently and overall had a good experience. The location is nice, with a beautiful outdoor view that really adds to the atmosphere. Parking is limited though, with only a small space available, including a small bike parking/locking area.
The burger was juicy and very good in taste, but it seemed like it was prepared a bit in a rush. The ingredients were falling out between the buns, giving it a slightly unfinished look. With a little more attention to presentation, it could have been excellent.
The best part, however, is the ice cream – it’s high quality and makes for a perfect treat after the meal.
Overall, the place has potential, and with the good food, ice cream, and great view, it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“Great spot, great beers and friendly service. A nice place to enjoy a drink by the lake front in Burlington. We’ll be back next time for sure!”

“Wow! We've been loyal Tiny Thai customers for years, but decided to try Suvi's because it's so much closer. The rice is fluffy, the vegetables are cooked perfectly. Very fresh tasting. Love the yellow curry dish, the stir fried chicken with cashews and pad thai are sooo good. And the spring rolls and crab ragoon are just lightly fried. Deelish. Husband wife team are super nice. New favorite place for take out.”
“My spouse and I order meals from Belleville Bakery at least twice a month. Shelley’s meals, including sandwiches, are unique and delicious, full of flavor. Her pastries and baked goods are exceptional. Sooooooo yummy! A few months ago, Shelley started offering Saturday brunch at the bakery: “bring friends and meet new people.” I’ve been curious about the brunch since its inception, so when Shelley announced a brunch in late September, I decided I’d celebrate my 76th birthday at Belleville. I was lucky enough to snag all ten reservations. I, my spouse, and eight of my very good friends enjoyed a glorious brunch at Belleville Bakery. We loved every bite of every dish on the brunch menu—not one flaw. Shelley is a superb chef and baker. She’s gracious and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at home. Thank you, Shelley, for one of the best birthday celebrations EVER! My birthday cake was beautiful. We had a wonderful morning. Thanks so much, Shelley and staff, for a memorable meal and morning. You’re the BEST!”
“We had bluebird cater our wedding this past Saturday and it was perfect and delicious l!”
“The food, wine, latte, and cannoli were fabulous! Lexi provided exceptional service — her menu suggestions and insights were spot on. We’ll definitely be back!”
“They are the best! Truly the neighborhood car rental people. Personal service, extremely good prices, and a great assortment of vehicles. Majestic Car Rental is an amazing community resource!”
“A-mazing. Some of the best flavors I've had in a long time. deelish”
“Some great cider options including several non-alcoholic options and everything between very dry and sweet. Over a dozen cider styles. Our favorites were the Juicy Hazy and the Unified. The fried cheese curds were exceptional and made from local Vermont cheese.”
“kind and accommodating staff willing to give food suggestions to an out of town visitor looking for a tasty but affordable meal after shopping!”

“We have been coming here since 1986 when it was a tiny spot that let us teenagers sit and drink coffee all day. They are one of Burlington’s oldest and most loved restaurants, known for their early bird Bistro dinner that serves French classics like Beef Bourgignon, Steak Frites and even gluten free Cavatappi Carbonara. Tonight it was snowing hard and the restaurant was still full and the service was terrific. It’s our go-to place for the last 35 years and I’m grateful they are still around.”
“I’ve never craved a specific dish that is worth writing a review on but you have to understand. Burlington VT is about 2 hours away from me but when I’m desperate, I am willing to make the drive JUST for a bowl of chicken shoyu and gyoza dumplings with lemon water. The lemon water has the perfect ice to water ratio with the perfectly sliced lemon wedge on the edge of the cup. The gyoza dumplings? It’s ALWAYS at the perfect temperature and the dipping sauce? It’s amazing I don’t even know what it is but I could drink it, it’s that good. Let me write you an essay on the chicken shoyu ramen dish.. for starters the bowl is huge, I find the portion to be well worth the money. There’s the perfect amount of broth to complement the noodles very nicely. The toppings? It’s placed on top to perfection, I always ask for extra mushrooms, corn and I always ask to make it spicy because what’s a good bowl of ramen if your nose isn’t running? I absolutely love mixing the egg in the soup and chewing on the onion and just enjoying everything I’m inhaling. This place is 10000%% a hidden gem and I’m so thankful this girl at the mall recommended this place to me when I asked if there was any good spots to eat at. This IS the spot, this is the place you want to be at. This place is worth the drive from NY!! coming from someone who’s afraid of driving in their 2WRD car especially in the winter. The minute I have my days off you know where to find me because it’s been a long awaited 6 months without my bowl of ramen and the cravings are driving me insane enough to write a review. Please just try it out if you are considering this place, it’s so worth it!! You’ll soon catch yourself writing a review explaining how much you love this place like me🤗”

“I'm so happy this place opened. All of the dishes we have tried are excellent. Currently fixated on the samosa, and samosa chaat, the veggie pakora, and chicken chow mein, but they've got an impressive variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries too. Everything is super flavorful. Excellent prices, convenient parking, and a friendly staff make it a no brain'er. Do your taste buds a favor and go get some of the best Nepalese food ever.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exquisite Culinary Experience
Rogue Rabbit in Burlington is nothing short of exquisite. I rate places by their category, and this one earns my highest marks in the three most important categories: food, drinks, and overall experience.
The pizza was a masterpiece. Thick, insanely fresh dough was complemented by a decadently sweet-savory tomato sauce and topped with a perfect combination of savory sausage, sweet onion, and ricotta. Simply scrumptious.
The drink menu is tight but brilliantly creative. I started with the Good Catastrophe (Brandy, Italicus, Lemon, Turbines, Orange Bitters)—exquisite. I followed it with the mind-blowing Via Con Dio (Rye, Ramazotti, Honey, Strawberry and espresso).
Topping all this off was the wait staff and Mary, a wizard/artist at drink mixing. The staff and the patrons made this, along with the food and drink, one of the best holistic dining experiences I've had in years.
Astounding and exquisite.”
“We arrive half an hour after opening on a Saturday night and the place was packed. You have to be patient for seats, but can enjoy a beverage from the bar which includes local beers, spirits, and sodas. Our family enjoyed the fries (spiced with a unique flavor) and garlic dipping sauce, mejadrah (Lebanese lentil pilaf) to start. For main course we had the chicken shawarma in a wrap, and beef kofta on top of fancy rice (chicken flavored rice). We closed out with the maple konafa; a single serving that could easily feed three. It was light with a slightly salty cheese covered with shredded buttery philo and maple drizzled.
Overall nice atmosphere, but be prepared for crowds and folks looking for seats at the bar, by the kitchen, windows, or picnic tables on the main floor. Staff was helpful and cooks did their best to get food out amid the crush of folks. Definitely will try ordering for pick up next time.”
“Really delicious hibachi served super fast. Fun atmosphere with Japanese art and bopping music. Highly recommend seaweed salad, but not the edamame (seasoned but too starchy). Low-key, no reservation needed. Service was considerate; they instantly brought us a water pitcher, and towels when we accidently spilled some : D - double check your order as they took it by memory and forgot our appetizers until after the main courses”
“Stopped in today with a delivery, and Ana hooked me up with my first latte! And OMG was it amazing! When she offered a drink, I said absolutely! I asked for light, sweet and strong! She whipped up an iced maple latte that was literally the best iced drink I’ve EVER had!”
“Went here for the 1st time today and I was not disappointed!! Upon walking in to the store, I was greeted by smiling faces and the most amazing fresh baked cookie smell ever! We got the Deluxe Confetti, classic Snikerdoodle, and the classic Chocolate Chip. By far the best cookies I've had in a while, in fact was 100% more satisfied than I was with Crumbl. Insomnia Cookies is the place to go for a great sweet treat!! Would definitely recommend giving this place a try. I will be going back MANY times!”

“Disappointed. The food was mediocre and a little pricey. Husband and son had the steak burger which was small and not very well seasoned. Wait staff was very nice. Ambiance is pleasant.”
