“Fat Olives in Flagstaff is absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and truly authentic, and the service was amazing—especially considering we dined there on Christmas Eve Eve, when restaurants are usually extra busy. On Christmas Eve, I realized I had accidentally left my crossbody bag at the restaurant the night before. Even though they were closed for the holiday, the staff went out of their way to open the restaurant just to return my bag before we headed back to Phoenix. That level of kindness and accommodation truly meant so much to me. I’m beyond thankful for their generosity and exceptional customer service. Incredible food, incredible people—highly recommend!”

“I walked in first thing and ordered my food and since it's made from scratch, I knew may take some time. I ordered the all three savory pie flavors and sticky toffee pudding and they were all wonderful, however, by the end, my family was fighting over the steak and ale pie. Had a nice conversation with the owner and found out it's woman owned, which I am happy to support. Though it is a small place, it had a very familial feel. I highly recommend visiting this awesome little place as you cruise through Flagstaff.”

“I wish I had a sky full of stars to give for Josephine's review. They are surely deserving. 5 stars to represent the 5 senses will have to do. Visually it is absolutely beautiful. A lovely, rustic old home converted to a cozy intimate restaurant. The wafting smells of the food being prepared drew us as we wandered in. The warm, friendly greeting and attentive staff made us feel at home. The gentle bustle and buzz of the restaurant offset by a phenomenal soundtrack of eclectic music. My wife and I commented song after song about how special the ambiance was. Now to the food, although simply referring it as food is an extreme injustice. The meal was literally a work of art. Not the bougie, overly small (see what I did there?), portions with a drizzle of color to distract you from the fact that you about to "feast" on two bites of food. The portions were just the right size, completely satisfying without being grossly over or under sized. The ingredients were all extremely fresh and top quality. This makes total sense... with chefs creating such wonderful fare, why would you not use the best? Simply put, every single thing about Josephine's is absolutely perfect in my opinion. We wanted a special night for my wife's birthday and Josephine's delivered in spades. It could not have been any more perfect. Thank you SO much! If you are EVER in Flagstaff, you HAVE to make sure and try (try isn't accurate... let's say experience) Josephine's. Life is too short NOT to experience Josephine's!”

We were 8 people with 4 kids and we had an amazing time while the children played in the grass. If you are looking for a place with amazing food and a place to hang out with the family you need to come here. The cherry on top was the service! Briggs took care of us like he was hosting a dinner party, he was kind, attentive, professional and warm. If you live in Flag, or are just having a holiday weekend don’t miss this place !”

“When we go to Flagstaff, we HAVE to go to Fratelli's. Routte 66 pizza is the best thing ever. This last time, different location, but it just didnt tasye the same, maybe cheaper ingrediants? Im not sure, but it just didnt hit the spot. Its been like 3 years, but wasnt the same. Im hoping they get better for the next trip, which is why I gave a 4 and not lower. Atmosphere and people were grest though.”

“I have never been to such an outstanding restaurant. The service is truly next level — you walk in the door and are greeted immediately with a friendly smile. A live piano player sets the perfect atmosphere as you’re seated and treated like royalty.

The food was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere, and the prices were surprisingly great for the quality. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive, and genuinely kind.

All I can say is thank you for the amazing meal, the music, and the way my wife and I were treated. Don’t let any negative reviews steer you away — this place is an absolute must-visit.”

“We’re traveling from Chicago (group of 5), and is doing a long drive from Las Vegas to Sedona. Made a quick stop at Olive Garden, and would say that this location and the ambience was great, compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Food was so so, a little salty on the breadstick, but the servings were big. So if you have small appetite like my parents, I think it’s best to share :)

I would say the highlight of our dine in experience was MEGAN! ☺️ she was the friendliest and most attentive server I had in a long time. She was very kind and sweet, and her service was amazing🩷🩷 I hope she gets recognized for her service and hardwork. If you’re ever on this location and have Megan as your service, you’ll be in good hands.”

“Would definitely come back! We got the normal French toast and the hickory skillet. The French toast was perfect. It’s everything French toast should be and nothing more. Thick sliced brioche, strong cinnamon flavor, and not too soggy on the inside. The hickory skillet was also amazing. Very meaty with tender beef AND thick bacon, pillowy eggs, crispy onions and potatoes. Perfectly balanced dish.”

“Stayed at the hotel for two nights while on a bus tour. The breakfasts were included in our package - a special tour bus menu had enough variety to satisfy everyone. Our "farewell dinner" had been ordered ahead of time and the quality of all food items was excellent. In all cases, the service was speedy and efficient without being intrusive. The restaurant is large and somewhat noisy but the ambiance is fitting of an expensive establishment. Recommended - if you are staying at this hotel, it is the obvious and a good choice.”

“Always the same. I’ve eaten in IHOP’s in several states and they are consistently excellent. I ❤️ breakfast all day, so the classic eggs Benedict is often my go-to. I give it 4 out of 5 stars (would have preferred my English muffins were slightly more toasted). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Regular beef tacos are always drenched in grease for some reason so be aware. The biggest disappointment here is the red sauce. Why does it taste like straight Tabasco 😭. Bring back the original Filiberto's red hot sauce!!”

My fish bites were the best I ever had (and living in Florida, I’ve had a lot)—juicy, flavorful, and plentiful. My husband’s rainbow trout meal special was generous and so yummy! Do yourself a favor and try the Tiki Grill.”

“well......when the guy tells you the Diablo taco is super spicy and asks twice if you're sure, maybe think twice 🤣 because he ain't joking, and the thing made my lip bleed lol (I'm not mad about it. I'm happy I actually found something legit spicy/hot/flavorful/face melting in Flagstaff) anyways....the Diablo fish taco is, in fact, insanely spicy. and it is divine. the asada taco is, also, a piece of perfection and swept me back home to the taco trucks I used to love so much in Portland (honestly haven't had actual, decent, down home Mexican food in the 20 years I've lived here. this was a pure delight!) the chili relleno: I ordered it ala cart. lemme tell you. I haven't had a relleno that has come anywhere close to the perfection of the very first one I had in barstow. this one is a masterpiece! not too cheesy. but cheesy enough. and white cheese!! thank God! whoever thinks yellow cheese belongs in a chili relleno needs to quit the restaurant business haha. and then.....the batter. slightly fluffy. the absolute perfect amount of crisp. and SO MUCH FLAVOR! I can't believe it took me so long to check this place out. I'll definitely be back. and 14/10 can't wait to have my face burned off again 🤣 this was a super awesome experience 😁”

I love how gooey the cheese gets, the perfect toastiness from the bun’s edges, and the properly grilled patties. It is always consistent - you know what to expect every time you go. Consistency is important in today’s world. Only downsides may be the wait in line depending on the day/time of day. Everyone in there is working to make things flow properly and smoothly. I can bet they’ll never mess up your order and if they did..they’d make it right with you.

I eat a lot of cheeseburgers (plain just like this) from a lot of places and some may have came close but none have knocked in n out from being my overall #1 favorite burger joint.”
