You never really know what you’re getting with a random food truck but OMG 😳 I ordered the cast iron hash and my husband ordered the scramble! They both were beyond delicious!!! “Until I can make it to Texas, I’m bringing Diamond Vineyards to me in central New York! I ordered a shipment with selections of Tempranillo, Tannat, Mourvedre, and Melee and loved them all! Shipping was easy with lots of options and the wine was packed with care. I can see why the Tempranillo is a favorite with a unique flavor and warm rich feel perfect for a cold snowy night by the fire. I will replenish my stash and hope to visit the source, soon. Mr. Alexander, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his collection — he made the experience both educational and fun. Alexander Vineyards also has an amazing wine club and hosts monthly events with live music and exquisite food — definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area regularly. We also got some of their delicious baked goods to take home. Parking was easy at that time of day. We noticed that after we left, the place got really crowded. I want more right now! Really folks, this place has excellent TexMex BBQ. Four of us had a variety of entrees. Leroy's Nachos are outstanding, the brisket was very good. The salad was very tasty. Summary: great recipes, well executed BBQ, friendly folks, very fresh vegetables (very tasty jalapenos - it's hard to get flavorful spicy crispy jalapenos now), reasonable prices. My wife said: "Tell folks to walk around and familiarize yourself with what is offered. Take your time." There is a lot offered, not all of it is on the menu. There are so many delicious well executed items. TEX MEX at its best”

Order at the bar, no table service. BLT's came out in a paper sack. Bottle beer and canned soda are the beverage options, no water. Could well be the best BLT I ever had. $10.00. Weekends The menu changes to DinoBurger $20.00 and wings. Would have come back for that but left town the next day. While waiting around for food, wander through the service bay.”

All of our food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We definitely would return visit this restaurant when we when we return to Fredericksburg. Outstanding execution in a comfortable laidback nicely restored old store. e.g. My brother in law and I had fish and chips, which were the best we have ever eaten. My wife had coconut shrimp that she said were the best she ever had. My sister in law had another shrimp dish that she said was outstanding. “The ice cream at Austin Street Creamery is outstanding. My husband can't have dairy but loves ice cream. Austin Street Creamery makes a lactose free chocolate ice cream. Most ice cream places advertise lactose free ice cream, but our experience has been that they are mediocre at best. Not here. It was delicious! It was an actual treat for my husband! I had the regular chocolate ice cream and it was some of the best I have ever had. You should try this place when you visit Fredericksburg.”

“This was our second visit. The food is great. We had fajitas the first time and this time I had the Tex Mex dinner. My only complaint is that my taco al carbon was freezing cold (everything else is warm) . I’m not a complainer, but mentiomed it to our waitress as we were finishing up. Wasn’t expecting her to do much, but was a little disappointed she didn’t take a few dollars off or offer us a dessert because the most expensive item on my plate was cold.”
