You never really know what you’re getting with a random food truck but OMG 😳 I ordered the cast iron hash and my husband ordered the scramble! They both were beyond delicious!!! The layers of flavors were to die for!! What a wonderful experience and a grand surprise! The owners were so very nice! I would recommend this food truck and rate it a 10 out of 10!!! I want more right now! Really folks, this place has excellent TexMex BBQ. Four of us had a variety of entrees. Leroy's Nachos are outstanding, the brisket was very good. The salad was very tasty. Summary: great recipes, well executed BBQ, friendly folks, very fresh vegetables (very tasty jalapenos - it's hard to get flavorful spicy crispy jalapenos now), reasonable prices. My wife said: "Tell folks to walk around and familiarize yourself with what is offered. Take your time." There is a lot offered, not all of it is on the menu. There are so many delicious well executed items. TEX MEX at its best”

“Recommended by an acquaintance. About 6 miles North of town in an old Sinclair gas station. A small bar and 4 tables. Menu choice was a DinoBLT or hot wings. We went for the BLT. Order at the bar, no table service. BLT's came out in a paper sack. Bottle beer and canned soda are the beverage options, no water. Could well be the best BLT I ever had. $10.00. Weekends The menu changes to DinoBurger $20.00 and wings. Would have come back for that but left town the next day. While waiting around for food, wander through the service bay.”

Long story short: the best coffee I had not only in Fredericksburg but the whole of Texas was here: Fantastic coffee quality, perfect mix of coffee and milk in terms of quantity and consistency and much better than some of the places I went to down the road. Well-trained barista. However: if you love coffee in 1l mugs, much too hot, and with burnt flavours: don't visit this place.”

“A wonderful casual Mexican inspired well executed cuisine. Our party of four enjoyed lunch at this restaurant. It is very casual and comfortable. All of our food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We definitely would return visit this restaurant when we when we return to Fredericksburg. Outstanding execution in a comfortable laidback nicely restored old store. e.g. My brother in law and I had fish and chips, which were the best we have ever eaten. My wife had coconut shrimp that she said were the best she ever had. My sister in law had another shrimp dish that she said was outstanding. “I’m not sure where to begin. My husband and I ate lunch on the back patio today with our dog, Dino. We were promptly greeted by our server Jo, who must have written the manual on great service. She was attentive, witty and full of information. Our food was equally as great, we’ve eaten quite a bit of bratwurst in this town in the past 5 weeks, and theirs is lights out. Over all, our dinner was wonderful and the service was great. We’d go back again!”

“This was our second visit. The food is great. We had fajitas the first time and this time I had the Tex Mex dinner. My only complaint is that my taco al carbon was freezing cold (everything else is warm) . I’m not a complainer, but mentiomed it to our waitress as we were finishing up. Wasn’t expecting her to do much, but was a little disappointed she didn’t take a few dollars off or offer us a dessert because the most expensive item on my plate was cold.”

“Beautiful night at Casa Chloe in Fredericksburg, Texas!! The music was exceptional, and the patio is always perfect with the cooler temperatures! It would be nice if they would expand their menu, instead of fried shrimp tacos, grilled shrimp tacos and other options. We would dine there more often if there were more specials or choices. Great bar, tequila choices!!”

“Beautiful place. We got there Saturday at 7 with a party of 10 just for a few drinks. We had a great experience. Drinks were delicious, im sorry to say I didnt catch the name of our bartender but he was a great vibe. Happy and enthusiastic. We all enjoyed his personality. Will be coming back for sure.”
