“This review is way overdue! Stopped here on a day trip gathering supplies for my tea shop with the hubby! Owner was really kind, fish was crunchy and fresh! Would recommend highly! Living in Port Angeles on the water with fresh fish I am very particular about my fish and chips, these fit the bill! Moist fish, crunchy batter! Could use a tad more spices but I lived in the south so I just want extra spice. 4.5 out of 5 stars! Check them out!”

“I don't normally rave about restaurants, because let's be honest, most around here are simply not that good. This place is absolutely delicious! Got the gyro plate. Meat was tender and moist. Salad was fresh and delightful. Rice was out of this world! Absolutely loved it! HUGE portions. They also use the compostable takeout boxes. We will definitely be back.”

“Had an amazing experience at Renton Bistro! I came specifically to try their Vietnamese food and ordered the grilled pork chop with broken rice (cơm tấm đặc biệt), and it did not disappoint.

The pork chop was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and slightly smoky with that authentic Vietnamese taste. The broken rice was soft and paired so well with the pickled veggies, fresh garnishes, and fish sauce. Every bite felt balanced and comforting, just like a true Vietnamese home-style meal.

The crust of the pie was a great mixture of crisp and soft, and the texture and consistency of the apples and berries were perfect! The cinnamon rolls were moist, had a great blend of cinnamon and sugar, and were iced to perfection. I highly recommend TheBakeLab, they definitely did not disappoint.”

“Best brewery I’ve been to in Renton. I got to talk with the owner/brewmaster Ross. I was very impressed at how much they’re able to produce within such a compact space.

He gave me a tour just cause I asked if he ever gave them. His concept of creating modern German beers with different regional flavors is amazing! And their recipes are spot on! If you’re looking for a legitimate Bier Gärten this is the closest you’re going to get to being in Germany yourself, so if you don’t feel like flying to Munich, definely stop by here for something truly special!”

However, I reheated in the oven and they were tasty.”

“I desperately want to give the Renton restaurant five stars, but cannot.Red wagon has some of the best burgers I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I continue to bring lunch clients to this restaurant because the food is delicious and prepared well. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I did run into a negative policy today; in that they don’t allow outside food in their restaurant. There were three of us and one person wanted to grab something else and then join us and they were not allowed. So the third in our party had to eat somewhere else alone. I understand if you are using a restaurant as a hangout to eat your food and not spending any money it’s not courteous, but when the majority of the patrons are eating in your restaurant, to have a steadfast rule that doesn’t allow for such a concession left a bitter flavor in my mouth. Is it possible to allow for exceptions based on the circumstances in order to allow for a positive experience for everyone? The next time I have a group of people, and one person doesn’t like burgers, I will unfortunately be forced to choose to eat at another restaurant.”

“In a city full of coffee shops it’s hard to stand out and this one this really manages to do it. Their standard drinks are solid. I usually just get a latte or a dirty chai. If I’m feeling saucy I get the evergreen energy drink which is excellent. They have a creative menu that’s fun for those that like the more sugary stuff. The rotating monthly menu of themed drinks is borderline psychotic, but I mean that in the best way. I can’t wait to see what kind of insanity they come up with. I usually just make coffee at home, but every other week when my kids have dance in the same complex we leave early specifically to build an RVC run into the schedule.”

“8-bit Arcade said they were wheelchair accessible and guess what?! THEY WERE. Not only could I get through the aisles, but the bathroom set up was an example in inclusion!! The door was easy to open and lock, the sink was easy to get under, the doorway was absolutely wide enough to get in and out of and there was enough room to maneuver for my wheelchair inside the bathroom!!!! It was amazing. Plus the staff was kind, courteous and even gave us a warning when the loud speakers, near us, were used!! Absolutely recommend!! 🫶”

“I used Christies Catering to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. This was my first time using a catering service. I lucked out by choosing Christies. They walked me through a menu which included a cheese, vegetable, fruit and meat tray, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, rolls, cooked vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and braised short ribs. She made everything we had agreed on and more. My wife and our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend Christies catering. Christie and Teanna are the nicest people to work with. They have a wide variety of food options, the kids menu is every 5 year old’s dream, and the golf play price is very reasonable. Costs way less than dinner and a movie for much more interactive fun. The past few times we’ve come in, we have requested Natalie as our server and she is fantastic! Very attentive, great with kids, and super friendly. Coming to TopGolf has become a monthly outing for our family and we’ll continue to request Natalie if we can :) Yolina at the front desk was very nice and accommodating as well. Took our order and let us know it would be a short wait to make sure it was hot and fresh. Very personable. All crew interactions were really friendly and Jaylen made sure we were taken care of.

I ordered a Mala Chicken sandwich with side of coleslaw, a jasmine tea with brown sugar Boba and a Dubai chocolate strawberry. My tea was very good and the fried chicken. I've never tried Mala flavor before and thought it was just alright. I usually like spicy sandwiches but this wasn't for me. Also, this was my first Dubai chocolate dessert. “Stick to the grill, sandwiches, pizza, salad bar, and some of their other rotating hot foods and youll be fine. The grill orders you can see them making. The pizza slices are large and thick. Salad bar has variety. Very above average cafe with fantastic offerings that will surprise you. Avoid their more experimental offerings like “pho” and use your better judgment. If it looks like they completely winged it, they did.”

“Heard this place changed owners recently and the rumors are true, it’s way better now. The drinks actually come out fast and they don't skimp on the toppings anymore. Got the new Ube coconut Thai tea and it was so good, not too sweet, and more importantly, it pleased my taste buds. Super nice staff, too. Will be back!”
