The food was beautifully presented& it was very well seasoned. “I'm not a great photographer and I won't be doing their delicious sushi justice.
However, pictured is the Lion King roll, Cali roll and takoyaki. I also enjoy the hot dream and tiger eye roll. Their ingredients are always fresh and the sushi is consistently good. For years I frequented Newcastle. Good to have the same rolls closer to Seattle.
The employees are also attentive and kind. The ambiance is nice and the environment is clean.”

“Had an amazing experience at Renton Bistro! I came specifically to try their Vietnamese food and ordered the grilled pork chop with broken rice (cơm tấm đặc biệt), and it did not disappoint.

The pork chop was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and slightly smoky with that authentic Vietnamese taste. The broken rice was soft and paired so well with the pickled veggies, fresh garnishes, and fish sauce. Every bite felt balanced and comforting, just like a true Vietnamese home-style meal.

The crust of the pie was a great mixture of crisp and soft, and the texture and consistency of the apples and berries were perfect! The cinnamon rolls were moist, had a great blend of cinnamon and sugar, and were iced to perfection. I highly recommend TheBakeLab, they definitely did not disappoint.”

“Bigfoot on Bronson is my favorite coffee stand. I have been to many. Specifically Cassie goes above traditional service. She is warm and no matter how busy, makes you feel like you’re the only customer in line. I just love her, but the entire team is amazing. Airyn, Holly, Liam, and so many more, names are evading me right now.
The lines may be long at times, but getting coffee is a choice. I’ve seen many customers get upset for this reason. Patience is a virtue and know they are working as quickly as possible.
I’ve seen many employees come and go over the years, some I have personally gotten departing for. They also were wonderful, unfortunately the high up management doesn’t always value what they have.
You guys are great, keep up the good work! I will continue to be a loyal customer ❤”

“Best brewery I’ve been to in Renton. I got to talk with the owner/brewmaster Ross. I was very impressed at how much they’re able to produce within such a compact space.

He gave me a tour just cause I asked if he ever gave them. His concept of creating modern German beers with different regional flavors is amazing! And their recipes are spot on! If you’re looking for a legitimate Bier Gärten this is the closest you’re going to get to being in Germany yourself, so if you don’t feel like flying to Munich, definely stop by here for something truly special!”

“I desperately want to give the Renton restaurant five stars, but cannot.Red wagon has some of the best burgers I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I continue to bring lunch clients to this restaurant because the food is delicious and prepared well. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I did run into a negative policy today; in that they don’t allow outside food in their restaurant. There were three of us and one person wanted to grab something else and then join us and they were not allowed. So the third in our party had to eat somewhere else alone. I understand if you are using a restaurant as a hangout to eat your food and not spending any money it’s not courteous, but when the majority of the patrons are eating in your restaurant, to have a steadfast rule that doesn’t allow for such a concession left a bitter flavor in my mouth. Is it possible to allow for exceptions based on the circumstances in order to allow for a positive experience for everyone? The next time I have a group of people, and one person doesn’t like burgers, I will unfortunately be forced to choose to eat at another restaurant.”

“8-bit Arcade said they were wheelchair accessible and guess what?! THEY WERE. Not only could I get through the aisles, but the bathroom set up was an example in inclusion!! The door was easy to open and lock, the sink was easy to get under, the doorway was absolutely wide enough to get in and out of and there was enough room to maneuver for my wheelchair inside the bathroom!!!! It was amazing. Plus the staff was kind, courteous and even gave us a warning when the loud speakers, near us, were used!! Absolutely recommend!! 🫶”

“I used Christies Catering to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. This was my first time using a catering service. I lucked out by choosing Christies. They walked me through a menu which included a cheese, vegetable, fruit and meat tray, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, rolls, cooked vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and braised short ribs. She made everything we had agreed on and more. My wife and our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend Christies catering. Christie and Teanna are the nicest people to work with. That being said, I would make this a 5 star review but every single time we come, without fail, we are incredibly rushed through the customer service experience. I’m not asking to have a full blown conversation or anything, it just literally feels like sometimes we forget to ask for something because we are being rushed so much. I would understand if this happens when there’s a long line. But it really happy every single time, and 75% of the time we’re the only car at the whole stand, so I’m not sure why it feels like we can’t get our order out of our mouths fast enough to make sure we don’t forget anything since they will immediately move onto payment as fast as they can. Definitely recommend this place to others though :)”

“I do not yet have experience with their food, but I was on a long walk and the 7 Eleven doesn’t have filtered water so I stopped in here. Even though I was not a paying customer, they gladly refilled my ice and water while giving me with the respect and attention of a paying customer. This was 30 minutes before closing. You all definitely have earned my patronage in the future. The employees clearly enjoy working there and exceptional interactions like this point toward a quality business.”

“Stick to the grill, sandwiches, pizza, salad bar, and some of their other rotating hot foods and youll be fine. The grill orders you can see them making. The pizza slices are large and thick. Salad bar has variety. Very above average cafe with fantastic offerings that will surprise you. Avoid their more experimental offerings like “pho” and use your better judgment. If it looks like they completely winged it, they did.”

“Heard this place changed owners recently and the rumors are true, it’s way better now. The drinks actually come out fast and they don't skimp on the toppings anymore. Got the new Ube coconut Thai tea and it was so good, not too sweet, and more importantly, it pleased my taste buds. Super nice staff, too. Will be back!”
