“It’s a modest place in a small strip mall that I’ve been visiting since I was a teenager. Franco’s is a good place to enjoy fine Italian food. I really enjoyed the “Franco’s Special” stuffed chicken breast. Service is great, prices are reasonable. Plenty of free parking too.”

“You know sometimes the stars just align. It's my birthday and Olive garden is running a free delivery promotion. I also just so happen to have a $25 gift card so I ordered myself a little something something for dinner. In my notes I asked if I could have some extra breadsticks because it was my birthday. (Because obviously we know that two breadsticks is never going to cut it.) In addition to giving me four breadsticks, they also wrote happy birthday and drew on my bag! Sometimes it's a little things in life that really mean the most. Thank you Olive Garden for making my birthday dinner awesome.”

“Had AYCE sushi. Pretty high quality sushi. The fish to rice ratio was very good. The speciality rolls were also very good. AYCE was a little on the pricier side at around $33 but you’re able to order regular menu dishes that were cheaper ($15-$20)”

“This is our comfort food goto place for 25+ years. It's sad to say but the quality has gone down a bit. The menu has pretty much stayed unchanged.

Favorite dish: Mushroom salad, Uni Pasta, Beef tataki, Scallop tataki, Fried calamari (it's a hit or miss), Omurice, Osso bucco (sometimes too salty), Fried prawn appetizer, Spaghetti with meat sauce.”

“It was good. I give it a 7/10. The sauces were fantastic, service was good, and restaurant was nice/clean. I didn’t like that there was no onion, no plain white rice 🍚, and only one type of noodle. That’s my honest review. I’d still go again.”

“I have been coming to Sojuya for several years. At first, I was a little intimidated because there’s lots of options on the menu, but the staff is friendly and willing to help answer any questions you have. We come here at least one a month, more times if we have family coming in from out of town as it’s a great spot to to take them that I know will be different than they have in their home town. This place is my go to for great food, awesome service and a fun atmosphere. It is also my go to if I have a larger party. Anytime I have come here with a party of 6,8 or even 10 people, the host doesn’t even bat an eye and space is found for us. I love the ability to get great Korean comfort food along with the best yakatori. We love the vibe, the people and the food here. Thank you Sojuya! It is always a treat to come.”

“Loved this hotel. Staff were courtesy, always helpful and the hotel (both in and outside) were being cleaned nonstop. The only downfall of this stay were the rude guests who were there and the nonstop partying they were having at the pool. My recommendation to the hotel: shift the pool hours from 10-10pm to 9am - 9pm. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 9pm, but when you have a pool open until 10pm, you invited unruly guests to stay there until 10pm. Staff tried to quiet them down, but to no avail. Again, not the fault of the hotel for having rude guests, but there is a solutions to prevent this from happening again. Future guests - do NOT stay at a ground level room next to the pool if are an early go to bed type of have young kids whose bedtime is at 730pm (like mine are). I recommend staying far away from the pool as possible just in case you have the same rude crowd I did during Labor Day weekend. I still give this hotel five stars though!!”

“Small minority Asian owned business serving banh mi and coffees.
Right across Cypress community college.
Very friendly gentleman takes your order and very helpfully offers to bring it out to your car.
I get the house special banh mi : cold cuts, liver pate, crunchy daikon and radish plus jalapeno peppers. Very excellent bread holds it all together.
I always leave with a complementary tea and fruit or other sweet dessert.
No indoor dining.”

Teokbokki was really watery so if you like urs thicker prolly not from here. But the rice cakes were really nice and soft.

“I thought the restaurant was beautiful and the atmosphere was relatively quiet as we went during a windy afternoon, the service from the cashier was great and she was very friendly. :) the pho was good, I have a favorite spot that's now a bit out of the way since I've moved to OC, but this had a nice a suble flavor profile, and the Bahn mi was good as well, a bit too oily if I'm being honest. Flavors were good though :)”

The music and overall vibe were great, but it was a bit too cold inside, even with my jacket on.

Delicious 3egg omelets served with your choice of breakfast fries and toast or biscuits with gravy.
Coffee is refillable but they come in those petite cups. $3.50 charge.
Pancakes are generous and come with your choice of fruit plus butter and syrup!
Friendly waitress assured me that I could stay to finish my meal past closing time.

“I can't say anything better about this place. A really nice waitress, or cashier girl whatever you want to call her, the food is outstanding, and they have a huge variety. It's super small, it only seats maybe 4 two top tables, but they have a little bit of tiny outdoor seating.

“Eaten at Chaba twice and it’s been a very good experience. The curry and rice is very tasty when mixed together and good quality. I highly recommend mild spicy as even the medium is pretty hot. The Fried Wontons were pretty good as well as the Thai Cold Coffee. The Customer service is excellent. You definitely get bang for the buck when it comes to lunch price. If I had one recommendation for improvement is the restaurants is a little dated and could use an upgrade inside.”

“The chicken sandwich I had for lunch was the best I've ever had! The slaw was perfect and I'm not a slaw fan. The bread was soft with a slight butter taste. The chicken was crispy with just a touch of spice like I asked for. The fries were excellent. This is my new go to for chicken. I'd post a photo but it was already gone.”

“I was in the area for work and decided to stop in for breakfast. There was no wait—I was seated right away and had my drink in front of me within minutes. I ordered the Hobo Omelet with home fries (topped with onions and peppers) and white toast.

Service was fast and friendly, which made for a great start to the day. The omelet was delicious, with a nice, even mix of ingredients throughout. The home fries were a generous portion and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges and flavorful peppers and onions. The toast was nicely browned, buttery, and served with both strawberry and grape jelly—though strawberry is always the clear winner in my book.

Overall, it was a great breakfast spot, and I definitely plan on coming back to try more of the menu!”

The server provided a narrative for each plate. The total time for this great selected omakase was 1.5 hours. The ambiance was lively, and the servers were polite, friendly, and prompt. It's definitely a recommended restaurant!”

Vegetarian options: Very happy w/ the veggie bowl. Fresh broccoli and cannage were really good with the curry and salad on the side.

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces right in the front. A few 15 minute spaces to if you're on the go.”

I'm from San Diego and we joke that you can't get a great burrito north of the I-8 freeway. 😂 HOWEVER, you can if you travel up to Buena Park's Athenian Burger! I got the machaca. Tons of flavor, nice meat to egg and potato ratio. And the tortilla...whoa! Usually it is my experience that the tortilla is an after thought...considered just to be the edible vessel holding the contents of your burrito, the tortilla can often be dry and heavy. Most of the time I leave a large portion of my tortilla uneaten. This tortilla, though, was very good!!! Thin, light, soft and the perfect chew. I tried to capture it in the photo to give you an idea of how great it was but you really just need to get in here and have one. We'll be back the next time we're in town! #burritosarelife 🌯”

“The addition of self-ordering kiosks is actually a nice service option. The food here is always top chef! The atmosphere does a nice job matching with their menu, a very simple minimal ocean vibe. Servers may also come by your table to ask if you need anything, and it feels very restaurant-like as you leave your dishes on the table when you've finished dining in. Some things to keep in mind include; you must pick up your food when they call it out, and you must ask if you want napkins, utensils, and sauces. One issue we did encounter is that they didn't remove some ingredients when we selected it in the kiosk.

“Food is delicious and reasonably priced. I got the Charbroil Hamburger no cheese combo which came with fries and a drink was about $10. I would def go back and the service was great. Smiling workers and saying hello when you get to the counter. You don’t have to bus your table but it’s nice we did since the trash and all our right before you exit and we know it helps them out. Go try them out. You wont be disappointed”
