“I ate at Pazzo on Wednesday and had a great experience. The restaurant is take out only. I ordered at the restaurant instead of on the phone. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The order took about 20 minutes and we had a drink outside while waiting. I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and grits. Over anything else on the menu! And I was told the gnocchi was amazing too iAnd of course the pizza is awesome!”
“Small shop with SUCH BIG flavor! My husband and I are vegetarian and the chef was so accommodating, even gave us hot and sour soup to warm us from the chilly weather. Will DEFINITELY be returning to get our Chinese food fix in soon!”
“Everyone thought the food was really good. We had the whole branzino and both the beef and chicken souvlaki. Everything seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Thoughtful service. We split two salads among the four of us, and they actually plated them individually for us. We have a member of our group who must eat gluten free. They were very knowledgeable about celiac and helpful in making good choices and making sure everything was safe with no cross contact.”
“As our company travels all over north America we find cool and fun places to eat. After a long day of work we stumbled upon Molly O's. What an absolute treat of a location. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Abigail was so sweet and attentive. When it comes to food.. im trying to convince everyone while still sitting at the table to come back tomorrow night after work again. The sheppards pie, even if not made with mutton was absolutely fantastic. The fish and chips were seasoned so well and were perfectly crunchy. The spicy Irish was equally delicious. If I get my way tomorrow night we will return again so that I can have my own shepards pie all to my self hah.
Update Feb 06 - I have managed to make my way back to Molly O's to indeed have my own sheppards pie! I also had their bread pudding which was also delicious. Our server today was Nicole and she was lovely. When our company makes it back to this area again we will be returning here!”

“Great cheap breakfast spot, the staff are great and the food is good. The food was so cheap I ordered a waffle in addition to my French toast.
They have a nice little bar for single individuals.
The only thing I would change is their French toast uses regular bread. Maybe I had to ask for large Texas toast, which I prefer.”

“I was lucky enough to get a coupon on the back of my grocery receipt, and it led me to the best pizza in San Mateo County. It is artisan pizza that truly tastes like it. The price is so much less than all of the shops with big claims and contest wins, and the taste is so much better. Highly recommended. And the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.”
“Great place to get together with friends & family. We had about 30 people for a family get together. Service was great. The outdoor patio was the perfect setting! Most of the food was outstanding. We are actually from Hawaii so we’re very critical about the food.”

“One of the two best taprooms on the SF peninsula. If you know this one, you don't need me to tell you the other one, which is about 2 miles away. Like that place, AA has been getting better and better for the last decade or so. No food here though, it's all about the craft beer knowledge and vibe. Can't recommend a place more highly. Staff, music, and TVs showing classic 70s-90s films when there's no relevant sports on. This is the best there is .”

“Best root beer Bay Area at least I think so. Enjoy their beer Fridays with food truck and live music. Their Whinsey Market nights are always on enjoyable, though need more variety or turn over vendors. Otherwise it becomes repetitive shopping
Tried their Grainbakers class, highly recommend for bread making.”
“Fried chicken wing - Don't underestimate fried chicken wing, you can taste a good one compared to bad ones and this is one of the best I've had. Good garlic flavor and crispy fried flavor.Baked Spaghetti Bolognese - I was surprised how good this is. They use the good cheese and you can smell it. Crispy cheese on top and the sauce flavor is very good as well.Baked pork chop over rice - The sauce is above average. However, the pork chop could use more marinate, garlic and sesame oil. I think the pork chop they use is pork loin. Using more fatty pork will make it more tender and juicy.Portuguese style baked chicken rice - The flavor of the sauce actually was pretty good but I thought it taste a little sourness. All in all, I'm pretty impressed because I didn't expect it's this good.”

“One of rare places that serves sushi done right in the Bay area. Perhaps the only place that did not trigger my spouse’s sensitive stomach. I would get sushi over sashimi next time as their sashimi slices were on a bit thinner side to my taste. I know the server never meant any harm, but a little more friendliness would have gone a long way.”
“Excellent place to share Cheers with your friends and family. Salute!”
Takeout Restaurants
“You can tell the birria here was made by someone who cares about flavor and tradition. It’s not rushed, it’s not bland it’s balanced, bold, and beautifully executed. Portion sizes are great, the food comes out hot, and every bite feels intentional.
If you only order one thing from Ramo’s Food Truck, make it the birria.
It’s comforting, flavorful, and cooked with the kind of heart you rarely find.
10/10 Just incredible birria”
“I've had many dinners her with a group that can fluctuate between a couple folks to 8+ and we always enjoy the meal. The food quality is always solid. And though one doesn't normally expect anything special from counter order service, here the staff is always kind, attentive and generous with servings.
I'm a fan of the tostada bowl but the menu has got ample variety including limited but solid vegetarian options.”
“We came here to watch the 49ers game. What a fun old school bar with great service. Even though they don’t serve food, they brought in pizza for everyone.
Katie is a great bartender. Very kind and attentive. AND she makes THE BEST lemon drop.
There’s even a table shelf for board and a pool table available.”
“They make the best sandwiches here. I love getting either the Breakfast Burrito or the Breakfast sandwich on the way to work. The people who make my food are very nice. I love the turkey sandwich the most. My husband loves the Always Thanksgiving sandwich. They also have a great selection of fresh breads. My favorite is the Dutch Crunch.”
“A lovely white tablecloth setting. Great service and delicious food. A lot like Wings in San Jose which is out of business now😭. So yes I love that we found King Chuan Restaurant 😍”
“Best Thai place i have been too! Great food and even better owners!!”

“Quite a delicious carne asada burrito. The meat was tender and well spiced. It was as if I was eating a plate of Mongolian beef but instead of those juices and spices, it was more of a adobo asada style but Mexican. I feel like this review might not appeal to most readers but trust this local business is serving a burrito con mucho sabor.”
“Fantastic restaurant with a unique food offering of authentic Georgian food. Recommend their khachapuri and their lamb kebab. We tried their Pkhali Spinach which is an acquired taste and the beef khinkali dumplings, which had good flavor.
We also tried the assortment of drinks from the traditional Georgian soda (pear and tarragon flavors) and the mixed berry compote. The tarragon tastes like fennel/licorice.
We wanted the Chakpuri, but they stopped selling it when we arrived at 6:30, since they had run out, so make sure you arrive early to try it!
Please note that the food does take a while to arrive. We waited 30 minutes for food, but the staff are very nice and the owner spends a lot of time and effort in ensuring quality food. Generally, there is plenty of space and never too full, but they do take reservations.
Note that the restaurant is rather pricey, but it is well worth.”
“A Hidden Gem: IGuey Taqueria Delivers Unforgettable Mexican Cuisine and Heartfelt Service!
I've found my culinary home at IGuey Taqueria. This spot is an absolute hidden gem and highly underrated. If you haven't experienced the magic here, you're truly missing out! The food is simply amazing. Every dish bursts with vibrant flavors, transporting you straight to Mexico. The carnitas tacos and enchiladas are exceptional – perfectly tender carnitas and masterfully balanced enchiladas.
What truly sets IGuey Taqueria apart is their exceptional service and the genuine warmth of the owners. They're incredibly hands-on, personally ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience. This attentiveness creates the most homely experience – you feel like a cherished guest.
For authentic, delicious Mexican food served with genuine hospitality, look no further than this place. It's more than just a meal; it's an experience. I can't recommend it enough!”
“Good counter service option on Laurel Street. We’ve eaten here a few times. It’s good in that I like a few specific menu items that we tend to reorder and they are consistently enjoyable. Ambiance/location is great and good for bringing friends or visitors for a casual bite before or after strolling Laurel Street”
“(Translated by Google) Good food, the sandwiches are delicious, the place has good food, only I have a complaint and it is not for the place but for the owner, today, Saturday, January 29, at 2 or 2:30 p.m. I went to the homedepot, I went to his place and he had two employees working, a young woman and a lady between 35 and 40 years old, the young lady cooks and works very fast. What I don't like is that the older lady, while I was waiting for my food, was about 20 minutes. This lady spends talking and complaining about the owner and his Unfortunately, other employees took a lot of time for the young woman and instead of getting to work during the course I was there, she did not pay attention to the cashier's window and 4 potential clients left, the fifth person who arrived was waiting and I had to yell at him to pass the You to attend and it is not worth that the business loses money more in these times due to bad employees, instead of paying attention and paying attention to the clients, attending them, let them go, take care of your business, sir, and hire someone people who really want to work and take care of their place not people who only go for their salary thank you(Original)Buena comida los sándwiches estan deliciosos el lugar tiene buena comida solo que tengo un complain y no es para el lugar sino para el dueño hoy sabado 29 de enero alas 2 o 2:30pm fui a homedepot pase asu lugar y tenia dos empleadas trabajando una joven y una señora entre sus 35 y 40 años la jovencita cosina y trabaja muy rapido lo que no me gusta es que la señora mayor en lo que estuve esperando mi comida fueron como unos 20 minutos esta señora sela pasa ablando y quejandose del dueño y de sus otras empledas lastimosamente le kita mucho en tiempo ala joven e ves de ponerse a trabajar en el trascurso que estuve ahi no ponia atencion ala ventanilla de la caja y se fueron 4 potenciales clientes la quinta persona que llego estaba esperando y tuve que gritarle para pasarle la vos para que atendiera y no se vale que por malas empleadas el negocio pierda dinero mas en estos tiempos en ves de poner atencion y restetar alos clientes atendiendoles los deja ir cuide su negocio señor y contrate personas que realmente quieran trabajar y le cuiden su lugar no gente que solo vaya por su salario gracias”

“Good experience and easy to order (kiosk or at the counter). Staff prepare drinks quickly and they do have good options.
They pride themselves on fresh ingredients that are house made. Not sure if this extends to their toppings, but I've appreciated their fruit drinks in the past.
On the more expensive side for boba and they do provide quality cups and the option between plastic and bamboo straws.”
“Amazing tea with great variety! Accidentally stumbled across this place, have returned since, and am never disappointed! The milk tea boba is great, but the Super Fruit green tea with passion fruit popping boba is next level. The fresh fruit slices mixed in with the tea are a refreshing surprise and the fruit is always ripe and delicious. I tried the grapefruit fruit tea today as well which hit the spot! Would definitely recommend checking out Tea Juice!”
“The best pizza on the peninsula 💯 I am a big fan of Blue Line Pizza. I hope their restaurant will expand statewide!
Their deep-dish pizza was just amazing. The addictive texture of the cornmeal pizza dough can only be found here!
We visited last night. The two ladies' table services were great, especially the Asian girl, who was just amazing. We wish we could come back to have more different flavors 😊”

“Always great food & service! Clean, friendly & fresh food! Thank you again!🤗♥”

“Bubble Yum, Pop Rocks and Chico sticks. KC & the Sunshine Band crackling from the AM radio of an El Camino parked out front. This is The Little Store as I experienced it circa 1974 in 4th grade. Groups of Arundel and TL kids in and out all afternoon . My friends and I sharing snacks (as much as our pooled change could afford that day) while sitting on the stairs before our brutal treks up the SC hills home. No cell phones. No rides. Lots of fun memories & great friends. Decades later I’m back in the neighborhood and while much has changed, the Little Store hasn’t (it even smells the same). Still friendly owners, and still a convenient stop when driving home or on neighborhood walks for sweet treats, a six pack, or essentials. And for many of us nostalgic touchstone.”
“Amazing, delicious, flavorful, I love it, I want more; those are the words that my little child used to describe the food he ate. He is not wrong, everything we had to eat was delicious and well prepared. We all know children are the hardest to please when it comes to food.”

“Always like a place where the windows open up to the street, and there are a couple tables in front on the sidewalk you could use with your pup. The decor is simple but nice. The service a bit on the slow side, but nothing to complain about assuming you're not in a hurry. Food is very good and flavorful. But being Burmese don't expect your pad thai to be like in Thailand (here it is a little sweeter), nor your curry like India (not as spicy). We came for lunch midweek, and it is a bit expensive for lunch (because all they serve is off the same menu used for dinner). So your better value may be dinner. Our bill was $60 for two without tip or any alcohol.”
“This fast food place takes foodstamps if you're homeless, so don't think if you see anyone in a bad way there that they are just loitering or begging people.
Mainly Spanish staffed, they treat everyone with respect that I have seen & experienced myself.
That actually says ALOT, especially in fast food businesses here in CA.
Jack in the boxes are becoming few & far between. Keep em alive 🫡
God bless you guys 😁”
“The food is amazing here especially their rajasthani chaat and home made paneer! We had ordered a few mocktails and they were good too. Staff is extremely nice; they go out of their way to give you a great dining experience.”
