Every detail was accommodated in style and with class. When Alicia said not to worry, they will handle everything, I left it in their capable hands and didn’t give it another thought. The event of about 30 family and dear friends was an astounding and resounding success. One word: Delicious! The presentation was wonderful. The service was timely, accurate, professional, and nearly invisible throughout the evening. Everyone is still raving about the menu variety, service, and the General sumptuousness of the event. “I found this wonderful little spot in Utica today and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had in a while. The service was wonderful. Two amazingly sweet women conversed with me and even recommended a delightful bakery across the street. I took a good while to stare at the menu as I don’t have much exposure to Dominican food and it was hard to narrow down what delicacy to choose. I ended up ordering the Pernil, the pescado frito, and beef empanadas. It was DIVINE! Each dish was cook to perfection and filled with so much flavor! I will definitely be back.”

Then I got an order of fried pork wontons. First they never put broccoli in the bourbon chicken combo, the egg rolls where old as well as the wonton. The wonton seemed as if they were just reheated and old. Then while eating my hushed finds a bone in his chicken. Disappointed in that because had he took a bite with the bone in it he could've broke a tooth or choked on it. I never usually have any issues with this restaurant they're usually very good, but this time a little disappointing. Although there were a couple of issues with the order, no1. Chinese made it right with me and I am satisfied with their customer service. Very polite and glad they made it right! I will definitely be ordering from them again real soon! Thank you no1. “Everytime I come here I get amazing consistency in product I love love love the cannoli cookie it always is perfect snd soft and fluffy and the cookie is soft and delicious honestly the best cookie recipe I’ve ever had in my life. The cannoli part is always such a delight. The other morning somehow the ones I bought had a harder cookie than usual and the cannoli parts were very odd. Not fluffy, harder than usual to the point I almost went back for new ones but there were only a few in the case so I just sucked it up that day. Kind of tasted like it’s been in the fridge all night and was not fresh. I highly recommend any of their cannoli and cookie products , lemon/chocolate meatballs are amazing, almond cookies are to die for.”

“I had read several reviews on Jamaican restaurants in Utica. THE name Simma was mentioned twice in comparison to the restaurant being reviewed. IT was recommended over the reviewed one!! I decided to try the place. My gf and I went during the week. She had the jerk chicken, I had the ccurry chicken . You get a dish with the main entree and a generous portion of seasoned rice and steamed cabbage. It was enough to warrant a to go container. She had fresh baked coconut pound cake made with coconut water or milk. I normally can't stand coconut, but the cake was flavored with just a hint of coconut. It was amazing! The owner a d hostess is a sweetheart and very proud of her cooking and the business. We talked as if we were old friends but had just met!! Ive been there 3 times so far. The interior is essentially concrete blocks painted green. I wouldn't go there trying to impress your date!! However, the food is quality and quantity above the competition! There are certain restaurants that you know and rank them in comparison to a new place; becoming your own reference point! So far, Simma is my reference!!! Good luck and God bless!!!”

Also they are touching their faces, noses one was sniffling like she had a bad cold but blamed it on allergies. “Second oldest pizzeria in the United States, not your typical pizza, it's upside down, toppings and cheese underneath the sauce. Absolutely love it, every time I'm passing down the Thruway I do my best to stop and get myself a nice pie from this place. Reasonably priced, old school atmosphere, I usually get it to go, you get plenty of pizza for a large, rectangular shape, cash is cheaper than card, had a little problem getting through to them on the phone, that was my only issue. If you want a really good old school pizza, this is where you go. Often imitated but never duplicated. Even though it's almost 2 hours away from my house, I get by the area two or three times a year, and it's always on the top of places to stop at on my journeys. Pizza is really filling, I usually have a quick slice or two with a friend when I pick it up, then I bring the rest home and reheat it as needed, and tastes just as good. It would be great if they were a franchise, but honestly I don't know how that would go over and I don't think it's something they'd really want to do. I also Saw somebody order some wings, and I've never had them but they looked right, they looked correct and well made. Might try them next time. Props to all of you that work there and bring this great pizza for over a hundred years to Upstate, Central and Western New York.”

“I was here twice and tried new dishes both times. The Ramen style soup was very good and decent sized. The spring rolls were good and crispy not soggy! The bubble tea was delicious however Im diabetic and there was no sugar free or substitute option. I shared the drink with my friend because of this. Food is a little bit expensive for the portions but good quality. A fun place to go , whether you dine in or take out.”
