“On the receipt it said our server was Raul. He was awesome and made an iced espresso that my girlfriend thought was much better than Starbucks. The coffee creation was on the house… even the second one. The breakfast was very good and priced fairly. Because of it all, left a little over 50% tip and happy. Well done.”
“Food was great overall, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was prompt and food arrived very quickly. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. All the other food was delicious. We will definitely go back.”
“By far the best Italian food I have found in the United States!”
“Highly recommend Chasing Rabbits when in Vail. Very hip place with creative cuisine and a great wine program. I had Rabbit Bolognese and it was outstanding. Our server was excellent. Can't wait to go back!”
“They gave our son a digital drawing pad which he was obsessed with. The rock shrimp and tuna crispy rice were both really good. We got the udon noodles which weren't as crunchy as we'd hoped. The frosted wagyu was very odd but better when mixed in with the hot fried rice. Yummy lychee martinis. Very cool ambiance!”

“My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Every time we return to the Left Bank we remark that it's the best meal in the Valley. The staff is wonderfully attentive and so friendly, the atmosphere is one of fine dining, and the food is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. There is not a better French onion soup in town. Their seafood bouillabaisse, we feel, is the best entree in the Valley, and their dessert souffles are a true treat. Though on the high end of pricing, it is definitely worth it, and is still less expensive than other establishments in town we have dined at, though the food is better. If you haven't tried it, don't miss it.”
“Our dinner at Tavernetta in Vail was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, elegant atmosphere and the beautiful setting. It’s the perfect place for a special night out.
The service was top-notch — attentive, professional, and truly welcoming. The staff made sure every detail was perfect, and their recommendations were amazing.
The food was beyond incredible. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality and passion in every bite. The combination of delicious cuisine, amazing service, and the cozy upscale environment made the entire experience unforgettable.
If you are visiting Vail, Tavernetta is a must-try. It’s one of the places that stays in your memory long after you leave. We had a fantastic time and would 100% come back again!”
“Connor is amazing in the kitchen, I’ve been having the wings here for years and they've always been solid, but tonight it SLAPPED. Also had the Apollo sandwich and a pizza which were made with love
Sam is a wonderful little bartender with good vibes, good music and good drinks! Everything was fantastic tonight. Looking forward to coming here more!”
“I don’t think there is an institution better than 10th mountain division. Having come here for 10+ years, the drinks are great - the service is great (if you aren’t rude) - and extra kudos to Mark and Andy. Thanks for making every experience at Vail something special.”
“I have eaten out at every restaurant in vail for the last month and this was all around the best food we’ve had yet. Effortlessly classy atmosphere and service. Fantastic wine list especially the desert wines.”

“My husband met the owner on the gondola one day and told us all about First Chair. We made it out for dinner and drinks with the kids a few days later. Chris served us and it was great meeting him as a fellow East coaster! We ordered almost all of the burritos on the menu and were not disappointed! The smash burger was easily my favorite. My dad would order the meatball burrito for every meal, I swear, with how much he enjoyed it as well as my 1 year old eating half of one herself. My son did work on the nachos they were so tasty! When we get back to Vail, we'll be sure to stop in! great staff and food!”
“Lyssa and Heath served us and man they made either fun. Amazing service and a great spot for such a crowded mountain. You gotta not be scared to fight for a spot if you want immediate service or just wait for a table. But either way. Worth it. Amazing the deals and specials are sooo good for the area. They're so amazing”
“Atmosphere is like a chalet feel of wood n stone. Food was fine. Sloppy Joe was good. Chicken noodle soup was good. Pricey for the sandwich type food but we are in Vail Colorado. Daughter liked the salad. It was fine , the server was friendly. It was great to try. We were passing through to Utah.”
“This Starbucks sits inside the hospital lobby.
Don't worry; the map app is guiding you to the right place!
The hospital concierge staff is very friendly and will gladly point you in the right direction.
Audrey and the rest of the Starbucks staff are always warm and happy to recommend a good drink!”
“Located at the top of Gondola 19 in Lionshead, Eagle’s Nest has several eateries for skiers and riders. The food here is good, although expensive. Over the past two years, the menu options and quality have improved significantly. There is a good bar on the first floor, Bistro 14. This use to be a restaurant, but post-COVID, it is just a bar.”
“This little shop is an ice cream lover’s dream! The flavors of ice cream range from the trusted standby flavors like chocolate to the imaginative flavors of London fog, “oh nuts!” and Apple pie. Though our stomachs were too full to eat a sundae, we will be back to gobble one down, another day. Today, we tried a scoop of the butter pecan and salted cookies and cream. Both hit the spot! Scoop sizes are generous and staff are friendly.”

“The bbq pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. The waiter was a little under par. He just wasn't as attentive to us as he was others. We ordered 2 beers he only brought one. And when we said we wanted 2. He had a attitude. But then apologized right before he brought the bill.”
“This is the best place to eat on the mountain. They are smoking the meat right there!
Great spot to stop in, warm up, and get some great BBQ. Get there before the lunch rush to make sure you get a seat. Tables by the windows have a beautiful view of the mountain. When the weather is warmer you can sit outside. They have picnic tables and lawn chairs.
Recommend the ribs, brisket, and Mac n cheese.”
“Check in was at 4pm, not a minute earlier. But once you arrive at your room, it is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a nice gas stove and all the amenities needed for laundry and cooking. Our family was super comfortable in a two bedroom apartment and had enough room for all their toys. The location is also the best in vail! you are seconds away from the village and all ice rink. We opted to stay on the non village side because we were worried about noise, however the other side (facing the highway) can be quiet noisy if you are a light sleeper. The pool/gym area was also a nice touch, with updated workout machines and bikes. We did have a little mishap with the concierge and our babysitter not showing up so we missed an excursion. The concierge desk was having trouble solving it, but the manager came in and handled it all swiftly to help make this feel like a five star vacation. We will be returning. xThank you!”
“Wow, one of the best restaurants on Vail mountain! For starters, this restaurant blew my mind away, especially it being 2 miles high! The pulled pork was so tender, the ribs were some of the best that I have ever had, the sauce is the bomb, and the prices were reasonable for Vail! Pro tip, use your epic pass if you have it, it will save you a drastic amount of money!
Vegetarian options: This is a bbq, so there is not many veggie dishes
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for dietary restrictions!
Parking: In terms of ski parking, there are many racks outside to “park” your skis. However, you can’t drive up to here!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are on a wheelchair and are skiing, congratulations! It is for skiers!”
“Best tasting Mexican food I have had in a really really long time. I got the Crazy Donkey burrito with a side of Diablo sauce, rice and beans: and it was perfect! The guacamole was also some of the freshest and best. It was perfect! Look forward to returning to Vail and coming here again”
“Cucina is such a hidden gem. I wish more people in Vail new about Cucina! The space is huge, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly fast and friendly—especially Salvatore and Tyler. Even with our big event, they were quick, patient, kind, and super attentive. Their customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The burger was delicious, and I can’t wait to try their breakfast menu next time!”
“If it wasn’t for the obvious snow and beautiful mountains and the creek, I would have thought I was in New Orleans. Southern hospitality and amazing food in Colorado!!! I am a fan boy!!!”

“Steven Teaver the owner was awesome! He opened up a little early to allow us Oregonians to check out Bad Kitty Lounge! Made us feel like long time friends! The suspended mirrored ski boot was a spectacular touch. Were there 08/23/21. Going through some of our Colorado vacation pics and had to comment on this place.”
“Nicest, most personable Starbucks staff I’ve ever met. Jada and Chloe were very patient with a complex order and held a lovely conversation when the POS was glitching, turning a situation which would’ve been otherwise unpleasant into a education time about the best sandwich on the menu (the impossible!). Coffee was on point and super yummy!”
“Andrea was very kind and helpful today at Starbucks in City Market Vail. This is a great place to rest and enjoy a delicious coffee beverage and a snack after skiing or groceryshopping. It's very conveniently located in City Market, Vail on the North Frontage Rd.”
“I recommend coming to the town of Vali, Colorado. I had a wonderful experience. It's absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed the delicious sandwiches from Deli & Market, their coffee, and their products. I hope to return again to this beautiful adventure. Thank you for the breakfast. I enjoyed it.”
“The staff were extremely friendly, greeting us enthusiastically as we walked in the door. This larger location is a great improvement from the small basement space I fondly recall from years back. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, latte, and a smoothly while reading the local Sunday newspaper they provided. Tim, went out of his way to accommodate us. We didn’t like the ketchup on the burrito - too sweet for our taste preferences.”
“Pazzo’s Pizza in Vail is hands down the best spot for pizza around. Dan Renner and the crew make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. Their service is top-notch—always friendly, timely, and welcoming. The pizza? Absolutely unbeatable, with fresh ingredients and that perfect balance of flavor and crust. Whether you’re grabbing a bite after a day on the slopes or ordering in, they never disappoint. If you want great food and a place that treats you right, Pazzo’s is the place to go!”

“Lively sports bar with energetic après-ski scene in a rustic pub setting. They serve American comfort food classics in hearty portions. Great for casual lunch or dinner.”

“Billy Bob’s Brain is the best slice in town. Have been coming here for 20+ years as a Denverite - and honestly, haven’t had better service than Joelle. Thanks for making three nights in a row something worth writing a review about. Also, Tomas - you have a great smile.”

“We always enjoy the food at this restaurant. This time we were a big group and had Christmas dinner. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Service was a little slow for the main dishes but I think it was the place was packed. Still we enjoyed our experience. Teens ice skated while waiting for dinner and adults enjoyed their drinks. Only thing I don’t like about this place is the ambience, it is too casual. With some table and chair update it could feel much more elegant and upscale.”
“The best restaurant in Vail!”
