“CG is at the top of my list when it comes to a fantastic meal, flakey and so great tasty pastries. Everything is homemade my taste buds literally are screaming yummy with every bite. Whether it is a beef patty, pine tart, cheese roll, vegetable curry, pepper pot, homemade bread and black cake. Everything is super delicious! Thank you so much Chef Yonette and the Caribbean Gourmet team for your amazing service! I truly appreciate the love and joy that you have in all of your wonderfully made and delicious selections.❤️”
“The spicy soup ma la tang here is delicious. This is one the place that we will come back again. The host is amazing and always check in with us with our needs.
Will come back again! Love it”
“The food was great, meat quality was awesome and the spicy broth had the perfect balance of spiciness and flavor. Definitely worth the money! Would recommend to anyone.”
“Traditional and yunny schezuan spot. They know how to bring the spice! Theres also a side bar for you to make your own dipping sauce. Food is fresh. Service is fast and polite. All around A+++”

“Food is delicious! If you like spicy can try it. If not, you can order one for non-spicy. Many different choices!”
“The best Vietnamese Style Lobster and seafood! Always a long queue to be seated. Get here early for best parking and best seating.”
“Long Xing Ji is a beloved Jiangnan-style Chinese restaurant that recently relocated from Fullerton Plaza to Baldwin Park. Weekend waits are common, but the food is worth it. Highlights include juicy crab roe soup dumplings, classic xiaolongbao, crispy red bean pancakes, and flavorful stir-fried dishes with real wok hei. Consistently satisfying and hard to miss.”

“Most things here are not vegan/ vegetarian but the you po noodles are one of the best things on the menu and completely vegan. The cold vegetable appetizers are also vegan, as is the jelly. Also, everything I mentioned is nut free! Updated from previous review on 2026-01-21”
“Soooo good! This was my first time trying Blossom Market Hall, recommended by a friend, and i absolutely loved my experience here! My sister and I had Rolland sushi, it was the perfect meal! Delicious with the sweetest staff. We also had a great experience with the lovely woman at the bar, she made our night too! Bar prices are GREAT!
Can’t wait to come back and try more places.”
“Owner has great hospitality! We did have to wait for a bit since we went on a Sunday, but line moved at a reasonable pace and was organized. Food was warm though the xiu mai skin was thicker than we wanted. Highly recommend fried shrimp dumplings and steamed BBQ pork bun :) would consider go again!”

“Ever since some of my favorite restaurants have closed down, I have been looking for my next regular place to get some lamb and pita soup. After a long shift at the hospital, I Decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint
Their lamb and pita soup is really delicious as well as their crispy, spice intestine and their cumin lamb burger
Their staff is friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner”
“Sushi is delicious here and always fresh - this is our fave spot in Blossom Market Hall! Great quality food, friendly service, and decent prices given the portion sizes and quality.
I’ve tried the Dragon Roll and the Tiger Roll and loved them both. The Tiger Roll has plain cooked shrimp, shrimp tempura, crab and cucumber with a lovely mix of sauces over the top. The Dragon Roll has spicy salmon, shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber and onion also with delectable sauces on top.
The Dragon Roll was the winner for sure - the spicy salmon on top was some of the best I’ve had - not surprised it’s one of their best sellers.
Their rolls are quite large - more than enough for one person per roll and the prices are very decent. Their combos are pretty huge and an excellent bargain. We got my FIL a combo C and a Blossom Roll to go on our last visit - I was impressed by the presentation and he loved them both. Will have to try one next time!
Service was efficient and very welcoming. Order at the counter and they’ll give you a buzzer. The vibe in the market hall is lively and inviting - with lots of seating options and promising dessert choices once you’ve finished your dinner. Sushi Rolland is right inside the main entrance and there’s plenty of free parking on site.”
“This new location seems smaller than their previous spot. Doesn't seem they're fully set up yet as we got disposable bowls for rice and individual disposable cups for hot tea ($1.50 per person).
Food is still consistent though! Mushroom in brown sauce ($12.95), vege fish in brown sauce ($12.50), and tofu pumpkin hot pot ($12.95) are still good choices and they're all on the lunch special menu!
Surface level parking in the plaza gets congested very easily, so try the 2 levels of underground parking for more spots.”
“We drove from Orange County to the restaurant from a Facebook Ad to try the Peking duck and the spaghettI shrimps. It was a delightful experience as everyone was very nice and courteous.”
“Came here recently and really enjoyed the hearty, flavorful soup—it had the perfect amount of spice and richness, with fresh ingredients like tofu, green onions, and tender shredded meat. It felt like true comfort food and was definitely the highlight of the meal for me.
I also tried the bossam (steamed pork with tofu and veggies). While it was presented beautifully and came with generous portions, the pork itself was on the dry side for my taste, so it didn’t quite hit the same level as the soup.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely come back for the soup again!”
Outdoor Dining
“My partner and I went to Blossom Market Hall to grab a coffee and couldn't help but be intrigued by the delicious smells coming from Ish's stand. We've been there a few times, but the first time we went, he had made a pumpkin scone that is absolutely one of the best pastries I've ever had. The texture was exactly how a scone is supposed to be: an initial crunch, but soft and pillowy on the inside, not hard and crumbly like many scones at other bakeries.
We have tried a total of 5-6 different items now, and every single one of them has been a delight to eat. None of his pastries are overly sweet, honoring the flavor of each, whether ube, pumpkin, or another. My only complaint is that he hasn't had the pumpkin scone the other times we've gone; it appears he changes up the menu day-to-day, which is great, but I've been really wanting that pumpkin scone again! If you are looking to indulge in a sweet treat but don't want to end up in a sugar coma, Ish's is the way to go, trust me.”
“I googled "best Chinese in LA" and then this popped up as the #1 place. So we drove - and had a very good meal. However, if you expect the classic Chinese dishes, you will be disappointed. This is Shezuan, "a different animal". So no rice, no sweet-and-sour-this-and-that. So be prepared for very spicy Szechuan food. Noodles. No rice. Try the dumplings, they were delicious. We ordered mild (1 out of 5 spice degrees) and we were burning inside (we had two separate orders of dumplings - but spice grade 1. There is no consistency, so be careful). So if spicy is what you are "in" for, you'll love it. The ambiance is sort of authentic ;-) - the sign on how to use the toilet (outside the restaurant in the alley) says more than words. But then, it was $100 all-in for the four of us only. My advice: I could barely understand the service language. Better check the menu before you go. As we were first-timers, I wanted to share three starters and three mains among the four of us and leave it up to the waitress to make us explore - she did not understand. I asked if they served beer. The answer was "noodles or dumplings". :-)”
“Absolutely phenomenal ! And the food is absolutely delicious I couldn't believe I spent under $20 for such a wonderful design of takeout box it was beyond expectation like seriously, the only problem is probably the portion is not as much as I want . But overall it is worth it ! I would definitely coming back soon”
“For a microbrewery this place is dope! Hospitable staff, delicious tasting brews, about 15+ options and a decent size capacity for indoor space (77 ppl) with an outdoor space that holds much more...this place is solid as a brewery. Definitely will be coming back 🙌🏾 Thank you, Reyes the Mayor for assisting my family and I!”
“This Taiyaki + Ice Cream place is at the level of other giants such as SomiSomi. The soft serve has a perfect texture (I tried the Pure Milk flavor with a Taiyaki on top, the Taiyaki being filled with Nutella), the service is quick and efficient, and the store was crowded when my two friends and I went on a Saturday evening. The ambiance is great too, there are so many pictures showing what the options are like, and there are clearly-illustrated menus spread throughout the restaurant. The toppings are available for the customers to grab and add to their ice cream as they wish, and everything, from the Oreo crumbs to the Banana chips are great. You can truly feel that every single item in this store is, indeed, made With Love.”
“I had the Spanish latte hot w whole milk. Really enjoyed it. Smooth and flavorful. Will ask for it extra hot next time. Son ordered an iced banana latte (sorry, can't remember the exact name of the drink), and he thought it was great, and he is incredibly picky when it comes to coffee. Also tried their ham and cheese croissant extra toasted. Flaky, fresh and yum. A big win for STCL!”
“Stopped in for a boba after visiting my favorite Indian restaurant next door.
I ordered a chrysanthemum, oolong tea with boba, 50% sweet, lite ice.
The boba is delicious and the tea was so flavorful.
Coincidently, the owner’s wife, Cleo, owns Sharp Tea in Little Tokyo, another tea shop that I go to all the time. Sharp Tea is delicious, too, if you find yourself on the Weller Court.
I will return to Why Thirsty again. Everyone here is super nice and have positive spirits.
Thank you, Why Thirsty and Cleo!!
P.S. The air conditioner works very well!! (:”
“Renardo and andrea greeted me and my wife as I walked through the door. I'm leaving a review because I believe I was served the perfect pizza. It was the perfect mixture of sauce , cheese and veggies. The crust was cooked perfectly. The cheese was brought out to the edges. The vegetables were scattered evenly from rim to middle. I don't know if you will find the perfect pizza here , but I did.”
“The sushi here is solid. You get lots of pieces and thicker pieces of fish for a good price. My favorite roll was the sunset roll!
My family and I also ordered the tempura ice cream for dessert. It wasn’t the best tempura ice cream we’ve ever had. It could have had a crispier exterior and the ice cream didn’t have a strong matcha flavor.”
“Food 4/5 - Ordered typical dim sum, everything tasted good and was nice and hot (except egg tarts). Siu-mai was delicious, good size packed with lots of pork (soft with no chewiness). Shrimp in har-gow is good size and cooked perfect (nice bounce texture). Shrimp/leek dumplings have soft skin with good filling portion. Turnip cake has nice char on the outside and soft inside. Rice noodles are very soft. Sponge cake is soft and moist. Egg tarts were definitely baked earlier in the morning as it wasn’t warm, crust could be more flaky but it’s fine. Squid w/ black bean sauce, the squid wasn’t stir-fried long enough to absorb any flavor. Poached chicken was fine.
Service 5/5 - Service is good, servers pass by consistently to pick up empty dishes and refill the tea pot without flagging someone down.
Atmosphere 4/5 - Interior is good with Chinese themed decor.
Overall - Had a pleasant experience and would visit again.”

“Located inside Sheraton hotel next to the bar area. We tried seafood tasting menu. Food was good but nothing to rave about. Most of the dishes used crab meat for the main or for garnishment: It was overdone. Service was good, nice ambiance although lights were turned off in some part of the restaurant.”
“First time dining here and had a great experience. The steamed chicken was tender and moist but my favorite was the flavorful grilled chicken. It was well seasoned and not overcooked. The stir fried Ong Choy veggies were the best I've had in awhile. Very reasonable prices. Excited to come back and try more dishes.”
“The Pozole was very good, but you don't have much say in what you get because they have the portions already premade. The chips were good and the soup was very yummy. Not the nicest place and parking isn't that great, but the service was excellent and the cook is really kind and likes to joke around, so you might get a dad joke.”
“Fun place to celebrate a birthday. We just celebrated our daughters 16th bday here and it was great! Food is good, their drinks are good, Karoke was fun! My favorite drink is their lychee red bull drink soooooo good! The employees are great! Sooooo helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!”
“The review was long overdue and wanted to get this as soon as realistically as possible but I have to say this institution of boba is one of the better ones in SGV! First and foremost, you get house made boba they make in house (which is rare). The owner does it herself from the front. 2nd I had a drink that was made too sweet. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to exchange so I had to go the next day and well, I got offered for a replacement no issue from the owner. The front staff are always good to me and modifying drinks and taking care of boba business. Cheers to Tea Maru!”
“Like this spot and it’s consistently good. The cold pot fish isn’t actually cold — the fish and broth are hot when served, just not kept boiling, which keeps the fish super tender. Lots of fresh black fish slices, very clean and flavorful.
Also loved the golden soup tofu beef — rich, tangy, and generous with the beef. Service was friendly and patient as always. Solid spot in SG that never disappoints.”
“Really nice environment… staff is really respectful and always on top of things… food is really good.. I’ve never had a bad experience here.. I highly recommend”

“This place is now owned by a couple who is very nice and honest to customers. They make great chicken deli takeout and chili pepper and garlic paste which I never tasted or even knew both before!
Bouncy chicken skin and flesh and even savory bones... Chicken savory is given back to chicken to the most by pretty simple ingredients which I only tasted salt...
However the specialty Beef rice noodle didn't meet my suppose I'd like to try braised beef rice noodles and zongzi takeout next time”
“We always like to explore new restaurants. Yelp on this one and try it out. Some dishes were on the salty side, but overall we really enjoyed the flavors. Pretty awesome pot of Jasmine tea for only $4. Other drinks were also available. Free parking on the lot and street parking on the residential streets. They were too busy so we had to flag some of the servers for services.”
Takeout Restaurants
“Back in October, my friends and I spent a month vacation in Vietnam and we were introduced to Com Tam. We wanted to see if King Com Tam Vietnamese Restaurant is as authentic as we had in Vietnam.
Com tam - Vietnamese broken rice is rice that was broken during the milling process. If you're unfamiliar, broken rice has a couscous-like texture. The broken rice plate options might seem extensive, but it's just rice with various combinations of pork chop, beef, pork, fried bean curd with shrimp paste, egg roll, sausage, shredded pork and skin, and steamed egg loaf. All served with veggies, a small bowl of broth, and fish dipping sauce. The plates run from $12.99 to $20.99 for the 10-item plate. If you don't see exactly the plate combination you're looking for, you can just tell the waiter which items you want and they'll charge accordingly. Just ask if you can swap items.
Not Vietnam authentic, but then again I am no expert but definitely satisfied our cravings and brought back memories of our month long trip. We loved it so much that a month ago during the rainy weather that we went back so we can try the noodle soup/pho. The portions were generous for around $13.99 a bowl. I was craving Bun bo Hue, Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup and my friends ordered beef pho and hu tieu, a Vietnamese Phnom Penh-style seafood noodle soup with pork and shrimp. It was good but I've had better.
Service was good. The ambiance and presentation is spot on.”
“Nice little place. Drinks are pretty decent. Very minimalist: Seating is only for waiting for your drink. This isn't a place to sit down and have a conversation. You order, wait, pick up and go. Pretty simple. If there isn't anyone at the front, off to the left wall from the entrance is the tablet to order.”

“Was around the area so decided to grab lunch and it wasn't as great as before. We ordered the seafood egg noodle and seafood white noodle, both lacked flavor. I had to add satay sauce to make it taste a bit better. The ice water glasses were dirty as well. I don't know if it's under new owners or new chefs but it wasn't that great. Good thing it was a cheap lunch.”
“The sushi here is solid. You get lots of pieces and thicker pieces of fish for a good price. My favorite roll was the sunset roll!

“I grew up in SF and I remember my parents always bringing home dim sum back to family who do not travel. But now I’m grown and I have to bring stuff back to family who do not travel anymore and now I’m more regularly in SoCal but I think I’ve found my go to place. The cha sui baos, sesame balls, the shrimps/chives dumplings, the fried stuff rice balls with pork were so good. Price was very fair. My family all enjoyed the dumplings and baos. I will be back here again.”
“You know a place is great when the veggies are some of the best dishes you’ve ever had. The rice roll was so flavorful and full of meat, the green beans and eggplant in xo is just wonderful. The dumplings are stuffed with filling and I can’t wait to come back for their special dumping and to try a congee and braised chicken. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Super cute spot, with goldfish in pond outside. They take care of their customers… but the best part was THE FOOD. High quality sushi (compliments to the chef) - well curated rolls. Just plain awesome spot.
Nice place to hang and watch the game, or drink with friends.”

“Price is right. They serve quick and dependable powder based boba tea drink that reminded me of college days. They have some other boba drinks too but I kinda like their non-lactose milk teas! I’ll go back and try for the other ones.
What really got me in the door were the pastries! I found the aroma, texture and flavors to have been a good quality!”
“Omg, hands down the best tacos in the 626. And trust me, I’ve had my fair share from TJ Tacos to Tacos El Gordo in San Diego and even Taco El Franc. This spot is legit. The line every night says it all.
This time, I ordered the baked potato with cheese and lengua (tongue). Absolute perfection. They serve it with handmade corn tortillas that take everything to another level. The meats here are packed with flavor. My usual go-tos are the al pastor, cabeza (cow’s head meat), and tripas (beef intestine). Next visit, I’m eyeing the sausages, stomach, and carne asada.
And their salsa? To die for. It’s fresh, spicy, and ties everything together perfectly.
The team here is friendly and clearly takes pride in what they do. You can taste the care in every bite.
They’re parked right on San Gabriel Blvd with a solid setup. The ambiance is just right, and honestly, the only thing missing is some outdoor dining space.
Parking is free and easy on the street.”

“Very nice small restaurant selling specialty noodles and some side items. The potato noodles have a firmer texture, kinda like soba, the soup was delicious. Chicken bone was also very good. There was an old couple working there, very friendly. Price was reasonable, highest it goes was $13 for the house special noodle. Overall a great place to try something new and unique.”
“do not let the casual exterior of this building fool you - they're serious about food here. came on a Saturday night and it was packed, but they managed to seat us almost immediately! win. we ordered their lobster supreme, roasted duck, and some scrambled eggs with shrimp. rice and soup came with the meal. the lobster? fresh. delicious. chopped for easy eating ( true lobster monsters know how difficult it can be to eat this crustacean when it is improperly prepared! ) duck? delicious and toasty and very flavorful. and the scrambled egg and shrimp is a good, not too salty, meal balancer. very fluffy and soft. the tea they served was also brewed very well, very fragrant and none of the burnt taste. 10/10 would visit again and maybe try some of the other special meals (I gotta come back for the garlic crab)
edit: they have a complimentary little mango pudding for us 🥹”

“The meal I had here was simply delicious! The chicken was tender , the steak was juicy , the humus savory , everything was great and I learned that all Baklava’s are not created equally . This Baklava is top tier! Definitely recommend and will eat here again.”
“Popped in because its always time for meat. Loved tge atmosphere, and the language lessons in the bathroom. The food was great. The only downside was lack of my favorite banchan and the high prices of solutions. I'll be back.
With my own bottles. ;)”
Cheap Eats
“You can’t beat the price! Affordable and pretty good quality for the price you pay.
Favorite- passion fruit green tea with tea jelly and most of their fruit teas cost under 5$.
You can add a few toppings for free which includes- tea jelly, coffee jelly, boba pearls and pudding. Very popular so be prepared to wait in a line to place an order but the service otherwise quick.”
“Recommended to us by a local restaurant owner, we took a drive over to try them out. They have an amazing fresh fruit selection (including persimmon, which I hadn’t seen before) like strawberry and watermelon (which is one of my favorites).
We like them so much we’ve made the 20 minute drive several times already during our short stay. The drinks seem to run a little sweet so I make the less sugar option. They seem to automatically add a jelly to the drink (at least the several we’ve ordered).
Overall this place is great and highly recommended”
“I been dying to visit this boba place years. I'm not from the SG area so it took some time but the interior place was 😮 it's was like space 🌌. And I love the design of the menu. I ordered a rose and lychee fried yogurt and it's so delicious n pretty. Each has rose petals as decorations and it's sweet and tangy. Next time I need to try their jasmine yogurt and their drinks 🤤”
“The food's not bad, and is decently priced. Place is small, but it's not like you're cramped. If they were on DoorDash, I'd order more takeouts from them, but sadly they're not on there. Also, even though their OPEN light stays on, you should look at the sign and the lights to see if they're actually opened. 😅”
“garlic bread was amazing! took it to next level w creme cheese”

“Went to Floor & Decor to look for some tile flooring and had the best experience! The customer service was amazing. One employee Oscar F. went above and beyond to help us find what we needed for our house project. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained with great detail the types of flooring for indoor and outdoor projects. Highly recommend asking for Oscar F. if you ever go there.”
“I spoke tonight to the guy in charge paolo such a nice gentleman. I’m filling a complaint against David the manager. Treats his employees so bad he disrespects them in front of customers. What kinds of business is this. He shouldn’t be in charge in fact he should be under supervision.”

“Let's get the not great out of the way; it's an undecorated banquet hall, and it's very chinese. Just take a Chinese friend with you so the people pushing the carts can communicate with your table, and cope that the drab interior keeps the cost of the food down, because you will be ordering a lot of it, because it's all great. We ordered 14 different things and they were all delicious. I've had bad dimsum before but this restaurant has restored my faith in it. I'm ready to get hurt again, but it won't be by this restaurant.
Would eat again and recommend.”

“Great find in San Gabriel!
3CAT Handcrafted Bev has a cool, modern vibe and a solid menu of creative drinks. The flavors are fresh, not overly sweet, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient, even during a busy hour. The shop itself is clean and nicely designed — a good place to hang out or grab something to go.
Only reason it’s not a full five stars is the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but overall definitely worth it. I’ll be back to try a few more drinks next time!”
“Food is always good, however the server wasn't good...at all. Mature women thin dirty blonde hair and tattoos on her upper shoulder. Never brought bread to the table, never asked if we needed anything and drinks we had flag the bus boy to refill our empty drinks. It's a same some that mature, should know better, no common sense! Customer since 1978 worse service ever.”

“This is really good! Despite the name, I think some of their best drinks are actually the taro ones. The drinks have fresh taro paste with taro balls. I especially recommend the taro mochi drink. Really delicious. The mochi is soft, not too sweet, and has a milky taste. They have a tablet to order at. The parking lot is a chaotic mess but you can easily find street parking nearby.”
“This is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in SGV. I’ve lived here for 25 years, and this place has been my go-to for a long time. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is super clean. I always get the dry vermicelli — the lemongrass beef is packed with flavor, and the shrimp rolls are crispy and so good. They’ve got a nice variety of beers too, which makes it a fun spot to hang out with friends. The owners are always around, super friendly, and you can tell they really care about keeping the place in great shape.”
“A mi familia y a mí nos agrada mucho la atención la comida y el lugar pero especialmente la atención de hoy fue excepcional Don Moisés nos atendió demasiado bien le agradecemos por sus atenciones y su carisma para atendernos apreciamos el tiempo que se toma para realizar su trabajo y nos alegra que tengan muy buen servicio al cliente en esta locación aquí en La Marina del Rey gracias Sr Moisés gracias El Torito”
“To all Filipinos and Filipino food fans out there! Do not be deceived with the name! This is not your ordinary bobba shop! Tim's Thai Tea/Mags Matamis serves the best halo-halo in SoCal! This will be my go to place from now on whenever I crave for halo-halo.
The place is perfect. You should visit Blossom Market Food Hall soon!
Tims Thai Tea - I hope you sell your ube and buko pandan ice cream in a pint🙏😉”
“super cute bakery!! loved the decor and also pretty good food from the ones ive tried. i tried their pork floss which was pretty good and satisfied my hunger cravings and also their egg tarts were very good and light and baked well! they also sell cake shavings for 99cents which i think is a great idea!
staff were nice too and prices are fairly affordable”
“Owner has great hospitality! We did have to wait for a bit since we went on a Sunday, but line moved at a reasonable pace and was organized. Food was warm though the xiu mai skin was thicker than we wanted. Highly recommend fried shrimp dumplings and steamed BBQ pork bun :) would consider go again!”
