“I ordered original popcorn chicken (spicy) and a cookies and cream brown sugar milk tea (25% sweet) with boba. The boba was good, but the tea was still quite sweet, so will order 0% next time. The chicken was dry and chewy, so I got tired of it about halfway through and will save the rest for later.
There seemed to be only 1 staff member who was nice enough. Clean space and cute decor (very pink!), which I appreciated.”

“Just came back from a weekend in Manhattan where we had the best Italian dinner ever (Carmine's). Their chicken parmesan was so good. Since my daughter's favorite food is anything Italian, we thought we'd try the local restaurant. They had chicken parmesan on the menu so I thought I'd try it. Wasnt expecting much because I was spoiled by Carmines. It was good... not as big a portion but plenty ... the chicken was pounded flat, lightly battered, and covered with parmesan. And the sauce on the penne was really good. A great surprise. And even the appetizer, the calamari was fresh, on a salad with capers ... really good. great local find”

We could see the chefs carefully crafting the boat while we enjoyed some of their appetizers. Food and service was amazing!! “Tonight we our first time dining at LB Steak. We were celebrating both me and my husband’s birthdays. The food was quick and delicious but the attention to detail and service by Nancy was incredible! Everything and everyone left a wonderful impression on us and made our evening super special. “We went with another couple and ended up with two separate reservations. The host team texted and called ahead, then seated us together without any drama. That alone earned them points before the food even arrived. The pizzas were the star. The crust is light and crisp with that Roman-style snap, and the toppings were dialed in rather than piled on. We did a classic margherita and one of the spicier options, and both disappeared fast.  Pastas were well-seasoned and cooked right. Our table shared a pappardelle and a penne, both with rich sauces that didn't feel heavy. Salads were fresh, especially the beet and farro style one with plenty of texture. We also tried a seasonal soup that was warm and balanced, not salty, and a nice counterpoint to the pizza. Drinks were a plus. There is a good mix of Italian and California wines, and the cocktail list is worth a look if you like something beyond the usual suspects.  Service stayed on top of everything, water refills included, even though the room was busy. The dining room is lively and the patio looked great for a longer catch-up night.  Bottom line, Delarosa is an easy recommend for a double-date or group dinner when you want reliably good pizza, solid pastas, and friendly people who actually read your reservation notes. If you care about the style, this is Roman-style pizza, not the heavy stuff, which explains why we had room for dessert.”

Trust me, all the other ones are way over priced even for their “happy hour” prices. I only come here for drinks so I can’t review the food. “Had occasion to have lunch here recently. Good news, they offer luncheon-specials even on weekends. Food itself is good. I had the mongolian chicken luncheon/$l3.00. The pork fried rice had very few pieces of pork in it but it was tasty. The chicken was hot/taste but the sauce was a bit sweet [a little different than I'm used to for any mongolian creation]. Portions were large, I didn't finish. My only real negative was, the whole dish was luke warm, not hot/temperature. As I was the only [early] diner in the place, I suspect the food was pre-cooked/made and just warmed to serve or wasn't wok'd long enough. The appetizer/fried wonton/2 pcs, was also warm, as was the sweet sauce over it. The food would have tasted SO much 'better' if it was cooked just a bit more [I even some raw onions in the chicken]. I'll return, just to see if the food is normally served hot.......”

“Our family has known Peni, Sherry,there kids and grandkids for over 12 yrs now. Once I saw and smelled the bbq over 12 yrs ago I gravitated towards it and have been a huge fan since. Their island q is the best on the mainland and I recommend trying it all since I don’t have a favorite. You can see the passion and love that this family puts towards sharing a little bit of their heritage through their food with all of us. I highly recommend giving it a try and definitely passing the word to others. Spend some time and say hi and you might also have friends for life. Mahalo 🤙”

“I've been going to Snow Bowl when it was MandRo Teahouse and when it was only one store in Fremont so when my friends invited us for shaved ice I was pleasantly surprised it's a new branch in the Tri Valley area. Nothing more to talk about as it's my favorite place for shaved ice whenever I have a chance in the East Bay. They changed their name which is smart because it's the shaved ice that sets them apart not the tea.

Even though it's using Bingsoo (which is Korean shaved ice) I'm fairly certain it's actually Chinese but who cares when it tastes good.

The plaza is big but it's right next to the McDonald's if you have a hard time finding it. Seating is somewhat limited and I think for shaved ice it's better to eat there rather than taking it to go. Service is good enough even if it's usually just one person. Tip is optional which is good. You order through a kiosk.

My favorite is the matcha or the original milk but mango is popular among kids.”

“This is our favorite sweet treat spot. We usually come here on Wednesdays after my daughter gets out of school, just a reward to making it to Wednesday. We sometimes come on weekends, just dependent on whether we're in the area. There's one woman who works there in the afternoons, and she's so personable. She's given recommendations for toppings with certain flavors and always knows my need to sample the new flavors before adding to my bowl. We were there last week, and the young man helping us with tasting the new flavors was really kind.

They also support the school in the area which I love. Their customer service and community support cause me to continue supporting their business.”

“I saw a sign for gourmet ice cream and I obviously had to stop in. This place beyond exceeded my expectations! I got the saffron pistachio ice cream and it is one of the most delicious ice creams I've ever had. Perfect balance of sweet and mild and I can see myself craving this. The people there were so nice and friendly as well. 1000% recommend!”

“Super impressed by the hospitality offered by an 8 th grader. Food is delicious. Who makes the food maters as much as the ingredients. I would say both are well balanced here. Feeling the warmth of the host is not something you experience at every restaurant. Sitting arrangement is limited because its an upcoming place. Barring that there is nothing you may not like about the place.”

You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.

Dine-in: Dining-in was great! Friendly staff and good food (who knew bree would be amazing on a burger and the fries were AMAZING). I loved all the topping options and that everything could be altered. It was a bit expensive, but everything at City Center is, so it's par for the course.

Delivery: Not so good. In fact, the food had cooled and tasted terrible.

Verdict: If you are eating there - go for it. Good burgers and fries when they are hot. Don't order delivery.”
