“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.”
“Great spot and one of the best pints of Guinness in the City. Stop in any time I visit Manhattan.”
“Delicious fusion meal. Soy butter bigoli and the kanpachi were our favorite dishes! Roberto our server was super sweet and helpful. Nice ambiance as well. Highly recommend”
“Curried goat patties, Snow Crab entree, best hummus dish ever and inventive strawberry short cake riff. Chill music vibe. Knowledgeable and attentive and most importantly genuinely friendly staff. Love this place.”

“Had the recommendation from the Off Menu Podcast. Great atmosphere, great service and amazing ramen.”
“Have eaten all around the world, Asian pacific, European, middle eastern, Australian, nothing compares to this place. The service is even better than the food. If you’re only in nyc for a few days this a must try”

“*Full disclosure, I do know the owner personally, but my opinion of the food etc is without bias.*
I had the pad thai with vegetables and spring rolls. The order was via delivery, so the spring rolls did lose a lot of the crunch, but still very much delicious.
The pad thai was excellent and portion size was great (if not a little too much, but just meant I had more for later)
I look forward to eating again from Plue, and highly recommend you try this quaint, authentic Thai food out.
Also, big should out to Pete and his husband!”
“Food and service were impeccable! Prices especially for wine are a little excessive! Main course could have been served with more of a vegetable although the salad was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.”
“Had a great time!! Lots, lots of fun and good food and delish drinks!!! Highly recommended”
“I was very pleased with the food, atmosphere, clean bathrooms and our wait staff. The food was excellent and also bargain priced for the location. The house margarita was also excellent. I will eat here again is I am in the Chelsea neighborhood.”
“Great service. Plenty of screens showing the World Cup football.”
“Went on a Wednesday for happy hour. Margaritas were good, had the wings ($1 wings Wednesday) they were yummy. The music was good, not sure who's Playlist, but it was a good mix. Got there like 6 PM wasn’t much of a crowd but it got filled up pretty fast!”
“Love the pad thai so much. Really authentic Thai kitchen. Thank you so much guys. I really enjoyed this!”
“Easily one of the best meals of my life! Crazy creative! Only 16 seats, very special in all ways.”

“This place is insanely delicious and the service is absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t possibly choose a favorite dish from the dinner menu but a few that were extra were the carrot cone, the eggplant corndog, and the tomato with smoked cheese donut. I love that there are some proteins in the dishes like tofu and beans to make a fully vegetarian menu very satisfying. Also, the mocktail with beet and yuzu was amazing. I cannot wait to come back.”
“Great spot and one of the best pints of Guinness in the City. Stop in any time I visit Manhattan.”
“I visited here for dinner on a Friday night. I highly recommend to have a reservation. Shim mi was our server, and she was great! I really loved the tuna tartare and the 8282 steak, and the yuzu matcha was nice as well.
Parking: Regular NY street parking
Wheelchair accessibility: The space may be a little tight for a wheelchair but I’m sure they will make it work.”

“Lively, old NY vibe with great food and attentive service. I was able to get a table for one in the middle of the day on a Friday. Ordered the Minetta Burger, cooked to a medium temperature. Slightly more red than I’m used to, but likely correct. More fries than I needed. Really yummy! Would go again.”
“This place excels in the feeling of really well made comfort food. Familiar flavors but imbues the feeling of Busan and the ocean.
The fried monkfish was a hit, as well as the fried chicken, with great textures, juiciness, and flavor. We also really loved the pork soup which was rich yet clear and light! This was the most unique Korean food I have found in NYC, having tried many other top restaurants in the city as well. Also great hospitality from the staff!”
“Recently dined here for my birthday and it was a solid experience with great service!
The Rose Tteokbokki was a standout, especially with the gimmari—so good I wish they had it as a separate appetizer!
The Soy Scallop with Gim Rice was light and citrusy, with fresh, sweet scallops. The beef tartare surprised us with its generous portion and rich gochujang flavor; we just wished it came with some carbs like rice or crackers.
The Grilled Tteokgalbi was interesting, resembling a smoky hamburger steak with rice cake chunks—good, but not our top pick.
Overall, I enjoyed this place and can’t wait to come back to try more menu options!”

“Excellent experience. One of the best meals we’ve had in the city. Portions were generous (to the point we were bursting at the seams) and every item on the menu was thoughtfully planned. Highly recommended!”
“authentic! great presentations and great flavors”
“Thank you to Nina, the kitchen, and the entire team for an idyllic lunch on the patio. The service was charming and invisible, the outdoor space was as restorative as ever, the Diet Coke perfectly chilled, and the steak au poivre were a wonderfully tender piece of beef, thoroughly dressed with peppercorn. The fries were hot, and the greens were energizing. I'll be back again next week!”
“Amazing atmosphere, professional staff, food full of authentic Georgian taste )”
“We were fortunate enough to get in while visiting NYC. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had a Margarita with Calabrian chilies. The pizza was even better than we hoped it would be, it was better than many of the pizzas we've had in Naples. This really is world class pizza. It's worth the effort to visit.”
“This is a bit of an upscale tapas bar, knowledge staff, not obtrusive. It did remind me of some upscale places in Spain. Go eat tapas the Manhattans with chocolate rim omg! Food was good too!”

“Never a disappointment always delicious! Friendly atmosphere and fair prices. Sometimes there is a wait so consider calling in. Frankie is a master at sandwiches, and won’t feed you what he wouldn’t feed family.”
“Very cutesy, very demure deli! But actually it took me back a little bit. They actually sell newspapers and there’s a self-serve coffee ☕️ station which I like (for efficiency purposes - I don’t drink coffee so don’t ask how it was lol). But the actual tea about this place is the deli menu!!! Honey I have never seen these options in my life. I was so overwhelmed so I just went with a friend’s recommendation and got the Pho #1 sandwich. This is something I never knew I needed!! My friend was gagged when I told him I ate the whole thing ? but it was just so damn good. And your girl can eat. ?
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in the store but could potentially be tough to navigate inside depending on the size of the chair.”
“This is one of my favorite places to eat in HK and also hang. Great late night vibe. Open 24 hours.”
“It's New York so the rooms are tiny. No access to the bed on one side so it makes it difficult to get out of bed without really disturbing your bedmate.
Other than that, it is very nice with a great vibe to the hotel. It has its own coffee shop in the main lobby with food”
“Cannons Walk holds a special place in my heart, and I have cherished its natural vibe since my middle school years back at Spruce Street School, which is conveniently located nearby. This hidden gem in downtown Manhattan's NYC Seaport area beautifully combines the allure of nature with its rich historical aspects. As I walk along the well-preserved pathways, I can't help but marvel at the fascinating blend of old and new. The historical significance of Cannons Walk is palpable, reminding me of the area's maritime past and the bustling activity that once thrived here. The towering buildings juxtaposed with the serene waterfront create a captivating ambiance that truly captures the essence of this vibrant city. Cannons Walk is more than just a tranquil escape; it's a living testament to the rich heritage and ever-evolving spirit of downtown Manhattan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have grown up near this remarkable place and will continue to cherish every visit, creating new memories while honoring its historical roots.”
“In a world where hunger strikes like a relentless villain-sama, Subway stands as a beacon of hope, a sanctuary where heroes are forged. Today, I embarked on an epic quest to create the ultimate sandwich, and Subway did not disappoint!
As I entered the Subway dojo, the air was thick with anticipation. The Subway Masters, Johnny-San and Lillie-Chan in their signature uniforms, greeted me with the respect due to a wandering warrior. Their skills were unmatched, their knowledge of ingredients vast—a true testament to their training.
The assembly line was like the forging of a legendary weapon. Each ingredient was a sacred relic: the crisp lettuce, a shield to ward off the enemies of hunger; the succulent meats, the sword to strike with precision; the cheeses, a mystical aura that binds the sandwich together. And let’s not forget the sauces—each one a secret technique passed down through generations, adding depth and power to the creation.
Choosing my bread was the first challenge. I opted for the hearty Italian herbs and cheese—its golden crust symbolizing the strength of an ancient warrior. Then came the fillings, each layer a strategic choice in the battle for flavor supremacy. I could feel the spirit of a thousand anime protagonists guiding me, urging me to craft a sub that would stand the test of time.
The moment of truth arrived as I took the first bite. It was as if the heavens opened, and I could hear the triumphant music of victory! The flavors exploded like a finishing move in a climactic battle, each element playing its part to perfection. The sandwich was not just food—it was the embodiment of a hero’s journey, a testament to the power of customization and creativity.
Subway, you’ve done it again! My hunger was defeated, my spirit revitalized. This was no ordinary meal; it was a saga, a tale of culinary excellence that I will recount for generations. If you seek a meal that’s more than just food—if you seek an adventure—Subway is yours.”
“Recommend by my hairdresser and did not disappoint! I had the veggie burger with paneer. Fried deliciousness! Love that you can sit and eat. Lots of vegetarian options!”
“They added too much nutmeg and cinnamon to the cappuccino, I couldn't drink it, it's just that they talk too much to each other and don't pay attention to what they're doing.”
“Average Taco Bell food. Place is kept clean and service is very good
Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids. Didn't see any homeless inside the place”
“3rd time visiting this location for a hot sandwich, and this time and I had the chicken Parm New York style… and WOW! Flavor, price and service get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️definitely coming back soon…!!!”
“It's the best place to eat a good attieke and their potato leaf sauce is so sweet, it looks like it's a Sierra Leonean woman who makes that, it's so sweet.”
“Fast, good, affordable, open very late and the icing on the cake, a member of staff speaks French and who, beyond being very friendly, did research on the presence or absence of lactose in the products offered for our intolerant son . (Which really helped us a lot!) We were staying next door and went there several times, always with pleasure!
Papaya was part of our trip”
“The food was awesome. Located very close 1 mile from battery park. We tried chicken and potato sanosas, which were really tasty. Also, the tea was great. Quick service. It is a very small place though. Would recommend a pickup or to-go”

“Ricoooooo los tacos y quesadillas! Se hizo poca fila. Atienden rápido. Nos encantó!!!”
“Absolutely amazing food was delicious and the attention of the staff unique.”
“Ricoooooo los tacos y quesadillas! Se hizo poca fila. Atienden rápido. Nos encantó!!!”
“Absolutely love this place. Been many times. Consistent quality food and service. This is a one of a kind gem in Manhattan”
“This was our first fine dining and first Michelin-starred restaurant experience. It could not have been more comfortable and easy for a first-timer to this scene. We both got drinks, the pull-apart pistachio bread, and the 3-course prix fixe restaurant week menu. Value was great. Quality of the food was top-notch. Service was excellent. The place was probably too refined for us and our palate, but it delivered even to us from flyover countryside. Really happy with our experience here.”
“Second to none! The ingredients are fresh and chef skills are world class.”
“If you are a fan of omukase and barbecue, I highly recommend this Michelin star yakitori omukase. The unique course consists of different parts of the chicken on skewers as part of a 13 course menu with a delightfully unique charcoal flavor from Kishu, Japan and combined with traditional Japanese hospitality, respect and craft, this place was certainly worth the price. The meatball and chicken oyster skewers were absolutely delicious, meanwhile the broccoli and sweet potatoe were pleasant surprises, and the herbaceous, flowery yet refreshing shiso sorbet was simple and amazing. Absolutely exquisite on all the senses and an exceptional dining experience. I will certainly return. Reminded me so much of Japan. Well done!”
“Really good rice noodles and rice rolls. They have bar stool seating. Owners are very friendly. Previously operated a rice noodle cart since 1986 until opening this restaurant in 2023.”
“if you love SE Asian food lady Wong is the one to follow”
“Great authentic food with more of a modern day atmosphere! Loved it!”
“The food here is amazing, and the staff are great. I can’t recommend it enough. Unfortunately, the Facebook rating system for restaurants is focused mostly on the wrong things, likely due to poor algorithm design. Curbside pickups? Daily specials? Takeaway menu? Grow up, Facebook.”
“The menu is the most delicious and authentic of Thai menus out there. I mean the sausages are all HOMEMADE! The best food by the best chef, Chuck. He is already a famous private chef and now you will be spoiled any day of the week! Just go and see for yourself or get delivery!”

“authentic! great presentations and great flavors”
“Great omakase for $70! The last course which was the banana unagi dessert was surprisingly a pleasant pairing. But the course felt too fast-paced (which makes sense for NYC) - I wish I had more time to fully appreciate the experience of each bite.”

“I great food and service. High quality land authentic.”
“Great place and very friendly staff highly recommend this place”
“Absolutely one of the best spots I've been to for breakast! I got the belgian waffles with berries and it was uneblievable. The price reflects the quality, everything was perfectly done and service and staff were exceptional to me and the other guests. It's a spot I recommend to everyone when they travel to nyc.”
“I don’t know if I came at the perfect time or what, but this food was official! My friend and I both got their popular, The Box Combo. My order came out in less than 5 minutes, and was piping HOT! My favorite thing had to be the Texas toast! It was so soft, and fresh. And it had the most perfect garlic butter taste! Only thing was that it was a little crowded, but I didn’t mind because I took my food to go.”
“My wife and I were in NYC for our anniversary choosing Ramerino based on previous recommendations. Our dinning experience was exceptional with outstanding food & service. We would highly recommend this restaurant as will make Ramerino one of our stops on future trips to NY.”
“I probably spend half of my paychecks at this truck lol. The food is that AMAZING. Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. The guys are friendly. Try the breakfast sandwiches or tacos/quesadillas. Honestly can’t go wrong either way. Highly recommend!!”
“I don’t write reviews.. like ever. I stumbled on this place on the walk home and wanted a quick bite - blew my mind. Food is incredible and the price / quantity / quality makes Joa Kitchen worth visiting.
Had the fried chicken bites and spicy tofu soup and it’s as good, if not better, than a lot of places in ktown.
Will come back again!”
“The food is good and service is excellent. We had the price fixe”
“The highlight dining experience of our stay in New york. Fantastic in all respects. Food was amazing, staff were brilliant, beautiful rustic atmosphere.”
“Too good and tasty!! Thank you very much the three Bs: good, nice and cheap! ❤️
Vegetarian options: You have the option of not eating meat or chicken”
“Delicious Miso, Spring Rolls, Dumplings and Hibachi!!! Really nice to sit down and eat a hot meal after a long day!!!”
“The flavors were sublime, I can see why so many chefs recommend it!”
“Absolutely love this place. Been many times. Consistent quality food and service. This is a one of a kind gem in Manhattan”
Fine Dining
“Strongly recommended! Perfect meal. Every dish was perfect mixed of flavors; and portions. And the service added on the amazingness of this place. We are looking forward to next season’s menu.”
“Excellent, kinda under the radar spot. Found this by personal recommendation, not by any ABSOLUTE BEST EVER or TOP 25 PLACES TO LINE UP ALL NIGHT AT sort of list. Though they have earned some well deserved recognition I since learned.
Great food and perfect sake recommendation. Ginger dressing house salad was fresh and lively. XO grits were as rich and complex of a comfort food as you could hope for. Trout, bluefin, and wagyu nigiri all well prepared, high quality meats with delicate seasoning.”
“This is a real gem of place. The food and wine is perfect. A beautiful and unique menu. Staff are friendly and efficient. Gorgeous venue, loved the rock music. Highly recommend.”
“Go to appreciate a wonderful neighborhood meal, and you will get the best Noortwyck has to offer. Classy, tasty, friendly, and elegant. The Noortwyck delivers all of the delight without the stuffiness. Perfect for a date or a small group of friends.
Enjoyed the tuna, duck, kale, and LOVED the clam linguine. Drank cocktails and wine and love it all.
Service was excellent.
Can’t recommend any more!!!”
“Hopping vibe here at Forgione.
Aged Tuna Crudo starter special very good.
Halibut on cauliflower purée absolutely excellent.
Lamb Roundhouse with lamb neck croquettes soooo unique.
Highly recommend.”
“The food was excellent and so was the service.
The plates are small and they recommend ordering several due to their size. We shared an appetizer (buñuelos) and ordered two main dishes, the chocolate cake plus a wine and it was good in quantity. My boyfriend was delighted with the pasta stuffed with chicken liver.”
“Wow. The food was exceptional - I cannot recommend enough the frogs legs and the duck. Absolutely first rate - what a chef. And the bar staff were charming and made us feel included. Really a great night which - honestly- on a Tuesday in Manhattan is amazing!! I have to call out future music star CLANCY (that’s all CAPS) who ran the bar, bloody brilliant and what a talent!!”
“Loved everything about it! We sat at the bar, Justin was fantastic. Friendly people and great food!! Highly recommend.”
“As a fellow raised Austrian this incredible food. The combinations and the dishes are true Austrian flavour meals. I have had a luxury to eat there 3 times for breakfast. Hopefully my next New York visit will be dinner. But overall this is a fine dining experience and I am always happy to return there. You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes or drinks. I might add it’s in a trendy neighborhood and definitely works for a romantic date or have friends/ family with you to celebrate a milestone. Will be visiting again and again! I was so distracted by the food I didn’t take too many photos.”
“Wonderful staff, they were extremely attentive. The menu is exciting, we enjoyed many plates family style. Delicious & highly recommend this lovely restaurant in west village.”
“Loved everything about it! We sat at the bar, Justin was fantastic. Friendly people and great food!! Highly recommend.”

“Final full day in New York City and I needed a taco fix. Found lostacosno1 nearby where the food is fresh, prepared quickly and staff are extremely friendly. If you speak Spanish, even better.
Although there is often a queue, today only around a half dozen people were in front of me.
Once I placed my order, I waited in a line where your food is made fresh in front of you. You’ll be asked if you want flour or corn tortilla, and then you’ll be asked if you want the free toppings: onion, cilantro, guac, salsa.
I ordered a corn taco and a corn quesadilla “with the lot”.
I also bought a #horchata which was soooo tasty. Can’t put my finger on what the ingredients were but don’t care. Soooo good.
There is only standup benches to eat at or you can takeaway. There is a bench with serviettes, cutlery and extra toppings.
Great concept and happy to know they are spread across the country.
Would dine here any day of the week.

“Great and delicious pizza, excellent friendly customer service and cool space.”
“Yummy. Our reviews got 36 million views last year. Best bagels on UWS. Always fresh, made on site, great coffee too. Line moves fast so be sure you have your order ready. They give you a LOT of cream cheese and the prices are right. She normally gets her bagels toasted but not here because they are always hot from the oven and super soft. We love this place. They have a couple of tables and chairs inside but they are not in my photos. Check out all of our reviews. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. We had over 36 million views so far this year and we thank you for that. We don't get paid, we just love to eat. Be sure to click on "RobH" at the top of this review to see all of them and to follow us if you like good food and FUN. If we do a review it is because we love it.”
“Vibes are great, makes me jealous I am not behind the counter working with them instead of my dumb 9-5 corporate job. Pizzas are experimental and tasty. Not the best straight cheese slice in the city but their variety and creativity on others are unmatched. Fig jam and bacon slice is one of my favorites slices of all time. Get the cantaloupe gelato with olive oil and salt.”
“Delicious gelato! All cone AND cup options come with a lining of roasted or unroasted hazelnut, and I think roasted raspberry. Staff is super friendly and patient when it comes to giving samples. Sammy gave our group great recommendations on flavor combinations and gave us chocolate samples as well”
“OMG I have to say this is probably the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever had! ? When I arrived I thought it would just be yummy food. But my goodness it’s such an amazing unique fresh experience, they give you a variety of the best lunch. WAOOO WAOOO My favorite was the Wagu with Mushroom, Cacio and Pepe, Fluke. But I can assure you everything is divine unique fresh! If I could give them a Michelin star I would without a second thought! Any dollar I pay will be worth it! I’m going to share some pictures because really as soon as I started trying bites I forgot everything! Thanks guys Great job!♥️”
“I came to this place on the recommendation of a friend, but the price wasn't bad and I personally really enjoyed the meal. I had the banh mi sandwich with spicy sauce, ham and pate. It was crispy on the outside and full of fresh ingredients on the inside, and the spiciness stimulated my salivary glands so I kept eating it. lol”
“Great, Great everything delicious. Outdoor eating area only 4 tables.”
“Got the pumpkin bun $1.75 and the da bao $2.25. pumpkin bun was light, fluffy, sweet with a soft filling inside. Da bao was also fluffy with a meat center of ground chicken, a quail egg, and a piece of sausage. The bun though is kinda thick. Pumpkin bun 7.5/10. Da bao 7.7/10.”
“Nikola was amazing. Atmosphere and cocktails out of this world.”
“Overall rating: 4.6
My friend went here a few years ago and have been wanting to come back for awhile. Apparently it was a lot cheaper a few years ago and now it’s inflation. I thought the food was good, CASH ONLY, and the serving size was amazing. The decor is chinatown and the staff is in and out.
Definitely not a buzzing place but the food is good. I liked my friend’s dish more than mine. She got the beef noodles. A place you go just for food and then leave. Definitely takeout vibes. Recommend giving it a try!”
“Chicken, duck, pork, rice and cabbage—oh my. Super tasty. Out does everyone in the zip code. No exaggeration.”
“I always order birthday cakes from here. They have a great selection and the staff are very friendly. They offer inscription services too. Haven’t dined in yet but plan to in the future!”
“I’ve dined here with my wife and 12 y.o. kid. The atmosphere is easy going and the food excellent (we shared an aubergine salad to die for, and an excellent duck and Masaman).
We’ll be back.”
“Great experience across the board. Great food always helps but loved the service even more than the food! We had roti massaman and the pad mhee korat. Both were excellent flavors. Also had the fried rice for our younger daughter but she ended up eating all of our food it was so good! The fried rice was also very good. Kan was our server and he was great! Wait staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Checked in regularly and my water cup was never empty! Every employee made sure to say goodbye to us on our way out, maybe about 8-10 employees.”
“Was so glad to see they're back. Always a great experience.”
“Amazing food, service, and ambience! The braised pork belly was delicious, and the staff both friendly and professional!”
“Service was excellent however the food was not. The dishes were interesting but not well executed with what appeared to be a lack of care on seasoning and temperature control. Thre decor is well done although it could use a refresh.”
“Casual, friendly atmosphere, eclectic menu, looking forward to my next visit”
“Grabbed brunch here recently for the first time and it was such a great find! Our brunch was delicious, mimosas were great and the servers were friendly. Busy restaurant and can be a bit noisy but definitely a fun atmosphere! We will be back when in NYC again!”
“Amazing Dining Experience, Delicious Food, Private space with lovely Staff!!!”
“Another fantastic dinner at PS Kitchen. Highly recommend the Thai Chili wings, crabby cakes and Brussel Sprouts. Our table also had the Linguini Alfredo, Cesar wrap and the Thai Sweet Chili Sandwich. We didn’t like the pretzel bun but otherwise everything was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are friendly and we did not feel rushed. Will definitely be coming again and highly recommend.”
“Loved our dinner. Sat at the counter and completely enjoyed the experience.”
“Everyone on staff was very nice & accommodating. The cocktails were tawdry in great glasses. The food is delicious; especially the crab fried rice & charred octopus. The restaurant itself is beautiful & more spacious than expected. Great experience overall. Will return soon!”
“This is a bit of an upscale tapas bar, knowledge staff, not obtrusive. It did remind me of some upscale places in Spain. Go eat tapas the Manhattans with chocolate rim omg! Food was good too!”
“The FOOD is fabulous. Great flavor combinations, beautifully plated, unusual but tasty food, perfect portions. I loved everything we ordered.”
“Food and drinks were amazing. Only complaint is waited too long, over 30 min, for our food. Watched as people who sat after us finished their food and left.”
“Strongly recommended! Perfect meal. Every dish was perfect mixed of flavors; and portions. And the service added on the amazingness of this place. We are looking forward to next season’s menu.”
“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.”
“One of the best places for brunch in NYC. Everything was fresh and delicious.”
“Excellent service, and the food is fantastic! I'd recommend a reservation on weekends as they get very busy. And note that they close at 3:30 and reopen at 4:30pm. We tried some appetizers, and they were all so good! But the branzino dishes and the braised beef were so delicious. I'm definitely coming back to try something else. The only thing is that the noise level in the restaurant is rather high, in terms of people talking over each other as it is such an open space.”
“The dining experience is unique and the melding of flavors and ingredients imaginative. We enjoyed the Corn Bread, tar tar, crudo, scallops, seafood pasta and branzino. The only tasty but predictable dish was the crab cake salad. The next time we go it will be the Chef's Choice Menu.”
“My friend brought me here for some drinks and we loved the ambiance. But specially we loved the manager Joshua! This place is 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!!”
“Best Japanese lunch special in Fidi - lovely ambience, tucked away from the busy streets of Wall Street. Food and service is amazing! Even the music choices are great….always a worthwhile lunch time here!”
“Delicious & great service! We loved Esca but this was also v delicious & v healthy. Room is pretty. The bar is not as cozy & stylish as it was in its former iteration but overall we will be back & wish them great success! Great space & option including while in the theatre district, Sony Hall, etc;))”
“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!”
“The food, service, and attention were all outstanding. From the leader/manager/owner to our waitress Robin all were eager to help and to do an outstanding job. We highly recommend it.”
“By far our favorite restaurant we visit in the city. Have been here over 500x and the tagliatelle with sheep’s cheese cabbage and shrimp will never get old ! Carmine runs a beautiful establishment on the UWS”
“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!”
“I great food and service. High quality land authentic.”
“Great place to chill and enjoy the lovely autumn weather this time of the year! Love This place”
“Food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the staff was lovely! So patient and attentive, would definitely go back again.”
“This is a real gem of place. The food and wine is perfect. A beautiful and unique menu. Staff are friendly and efficient. Gorgeous venue, loved the rock music. Highly recommend.”
“Restaurant Manager Natalee Spotswood helped make our 25th Anniversary so special last night. USQ is still the best restaurant in NYC. We love celebrating here!”
“If you want a steak that is cooked to perfection, with gorgeous ambiance and top-notch service, this is your place. The manager Albert was so accommodating and wonderful. We had a fabulous time.”
“Elegant but cozy decor and vibe. Excellent service. Great food. A bit pricey (but maybe just NYC prices )”
“Absolutely amazing food was delicious and the attention of the staff unique.”
“I have their cookbook so wanted to try them. It was a solid ramen place but compared to other options in NYC I wasn't raving about it.
Very nice atmosphere and vibe however. The spicy wasn't very spicy and I'm not the biggest fan of heat.
Kid-friendliness: It was very low key, though there's not a lot of diversity in the menu. It'd be great for kids as long as they like the food so check the menu first. There was no kids menu.”
“I wouldn’t call Katana a dive bar, but on a Tuesday night it felt like a great neighborhood bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Was surprised at how small it was but that added to the chill vibe. I bet on a Thirsty Thursday and the weekend that all changes, but the bartenders and the craft cocktails will be just as great.”
“Uma experiência fantástica, com ótima música! Fui do Brasil a Nova York para conhecer! Show!!”
“We had a wonderful evening. Great food and great service. The waiter was very attentive and outgoing. Made great food suggestions and all were right on. Enjoyed champagne and cocktails, clam chowder was the best I've ever had. Will be back when in town again. Glad I picked this location, great area!!”
“Too bad there aren’t more stars to click on. As a Sicilian/Italian every time I go to an Italian restaurant I have to always settle for the close enough. Not this time at Piccola Cucina Estiatorio, 71 Thompson Street NYC. After seeing their extremely authentic Sicilian menu online I knew that it had to be the real thing. After easily reserving a table online we showed up with yes our hopes being very high. For the first time the food was everything I had hoped for. 1. Arancini: nicely crunchy and flavored. Not oily or old at all. 2. Grilled veggies: although simply presented they were really tasty and fresh. 3. Involtini: out of this world. Exactly made like in my town in Sicily. A Moist, tender, flavored with some really tasty mozzarella cheese, served on a nice bed of caponata. 4. Maccheroni alla Norma: finally my very favorite dish. I almost cried. Besides a fantastic pasta, rigorously cooked al dente, there was a more than generous amount of diced eggplant, obviously, with basil leaves, olive oil and everything the Mediterranean has so generously given to Sicily for thousands of years. It’s worth mentioning the more than welcome grated “ricotta salata” as a testimony to the high attention to detail of Chef Gioele. That was a dinner I will not easily forget. The last thing I want to say is that, according to the highly professional and attentive staff, almost every single ingredient in this restaurant is flown directly from Sicily including the very tasty cannoli filled with ricotta cheese. (The cheese flies frozen during shipping). Sorry for the long review. I only wanted to show my super happiness with this restaurant. ANGELO.”
“One of the best UES Thai food restaurants! Food was delicious but a bit pricy compared to similar quality food and the similar location. Great service. Highly recommend!”
“The food here was excellent. I got the Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had. Their appetizers are all very good. I'd highly recommend going here on a date or family dinner. Menu is a little pricy but worth it.”
“Trust Kat for her recommendations! Some very creative dishes with excellent flavors. They just need to get some Jinro Fresh Soju and theylll automatically increase to 5 star.”
“The ramen at Meijin always hits the spot. I was here when it was cold outside. Amazing. I’m here this summer, and still amazing.
Would recommend to a friend for sure.”
“Friendly staff, we were not rushed and were made to feel welcome. A perfect spot to pass an hour in a soggy day! (Though skip the Apple tart for dessert - super soggy)”
“One word to describe everything about Sushi Yolo - phenomenal!! Amazing in every way, Alex is the absolute best and the staff is incredible. As soon as you walk in you are greeted quickly, kindly and you feel immediately welcomed into this gem of a restaurant. Every single dish is delicious, flavorful, fresh, and the chefs are stellar. By far the BEST omakase experience! We will be back soon and have already recommended to family and friends.”
“Tasty food with superb prices as well as attentive, friendly service. delectable soup dumplings with juicy tender meat wrapped in a chewy doughy wrapper are so appetizing.... I also love the location of the restaurant.”

“We recently had Vicky Vij catering the wedding of our daughter. All I have to say is they are exceptional in all ways-- service, food quality and taste, hospitality, price. Vicky went the extra mile to make sure that every thing was perfect. All the quests appreciated and the compliments were endless. I wish Vicky Vij the best and wish that his name is not tarnished by others.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Fushimi Restaurant! The food was delicious, from the appetizers we ordered to our main course. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks, which perfectly complemented our meal. What truly made our visit exceptional was the incredible service provided by our waitress, Ohmie. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Her warm demeanor and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. We strongly recommend Fushimi Restaurant, especially because of the outstanding service we received from Ohmie. We’ll definitely be back!”

“My fave restaurant in the city. Their Thanksgiving dinner was divine!
Revisited my review to add that it also has the best gazpacho I’ve ever had (last pic). It has watermelon balls and cucumber pieces in it, which is delightful. I’d eat it all year if they offered it. I think they offer it June - September.”
“What a great experience, everything was perfect.”

“One of the best UES Thai food restaurants! Food was delicious but a bit pricy compared to similar quality food and the similar location. Great service. Highly recommend!”
“Excited that Mission Ceviche opened a location in Union Square so my friend and I made a table reservation to check it out but the vibe at the bar was great so decided to eat there instead. The bartender, Richard, was funny, knowledgeable (gave great recommendations) and talented (made a mean a Pisco Sour). The food was delicious and the ambience was wonderful; beautiful decor, large bar and welcoming staff. The energy was lively but still at a level where you can actually speak and be heard. We shared the Papa a La Huancaina chips to start, then the Seafood Mixto Ceviche and finished off with the crab leg special which was very rich and flavorful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.”
“Very spacious restaurant. Large selection of sauce powders. Large and delicious selection of appetizers. Many variety of instant and other noodles (rice noodle, glass noodles, etc). The ingredients were stocked and very fresh.
Because it was our first time, they walked us through the whole process, from getting the sauces to introducing us to which bowl is for what purpose. And they also helped us cook the first pot.
Lack of napkins, infrequent water and ice refills were the only issues with service. The food was overall okay”
“Went here for my 21st birthday. The food was absolutely phenomenal, the head chef Alvin was super friendly, and the ambience was wonderful. Would come back here in a heartbeat, until then I'll be dreaming of that toro truffle caviar piece”
“We had a wonderful dinner there recently! The food, service and atmosphere were great for a birthday date for 2. We had two of the crudos (char and wahoo), gnocchi norma (gluten free), antipasti special (fried cheese with marinara and sungold tomatoes) and black bass with cous cous. Everything was prepared well, the staff was helpful and accommodating and we walked out full. Can't wait to go back again.”
“I ordered the Greek Salad with Gyro Meat and it was so fresh and delicious! This little place is tucked-away on the second floor by the checkout lanes of the Food Bazaar grocery store, so don’t give up on trying to find it. They have a clean marble counter seating area overlooking the corner of 125th St and 3rd Ave with a nice open view. The owner/manager even came over to check in with me. Overall, a great experience!”
“this has become one of my fav korean restaurants in the city. every dish was so amazing. you must get the galbi jjim! the meat comes right off the bone. the sauce goes so well with it. everything was so delicious. definitely come with a group of friends so you can try more dishes! their cocktails are also delicious. if needed, some can be made into mocktails. can’t wait to come back!”
“Place service and food was phenomenal. I went with my boyfriend and had their mozzarella squares and they were to die for. It was so nice and crispy and had a great kick to it with chili oil and a nice creamy ranch to dip with was also so good. Will be back for more definitely.”
“Great service and friendly staff. Went with family after week of trying to get reservation. The apps were delicious but the main course didn't follow. We ordered 2 vegetarian curries, one was paneer which was disappointing and second Achari Aloo, which was good. The Daal Bungalow with rice and roti was good combo. Overall the experience and the ambience was great but the food selection and taste didn't hold the high standard. Definately worth visiting if you're able to get a reservation.”
“I am SO excited that Din Tai Fung opened in NYC. I've had the pleasure of dining at the location in Taipei (Taiwan). The food was just as good. Only difference was in the quantities you can order.”
“Great food the line goes pretty fast but kinda hard to grab a table last time I ordered 2 horchatas and they were amazing but they brought only one and I forgot to ask about the other one until my food was done and I was leaving but other then that was great better then majority of the other tacos places in Tampa”
“To say I’m a bit obsessed with this place would be an understatement. The vibes are sublime, the drinks are delicious and the staff is wonderful. I’m a sucker for a craft cocktail and their menu is unique with adventurous takes on classics. To top it off the playlists are always what you need after a long day in the office and an even longer week.
Edit: There were some changes made recently that negatively impacted the staff and thus the atmosphere, thus my opinion of the bar has changed, and my obsession has waned, unfortunately. The cocktails are still wonderful, but I had to decrease my rating.”
“Visiting Rosemary's was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made a great choice. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal.
The atmosphere was truly captivating, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. The decor and setting perfectly complemented the rich cultural heritage celebrated by the restaurant.
The food was incredible, bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to the heart of Hispanic America. Each dish told a story, making our dining experience not just a meal, but also a fascinating history lesson. The attention to detail in every dish showcased the restaurant's dedication to preserving and sharing the vibrant culinary traditions of Hispanic American culture.
Don't miss out on this wonderful dining experience!”
