I didn’t want to pick it up as I had guest over, so she said hang on and asked for my address and said they would deliver it.We opened the door and she was apologizing like crazy I wish I had her name but just want to say thank you and great service!, mistakes happen it’s how you deal with it. Great meal and afterwards when our waiter found out it was my birthday, he brought over a menu with numerous choices for a complimentary dessert. I chose the cheesecake and it arrived with a beautiful blueberry sauce, a sparkler and message of best wishes!! 😮 It was amazing and if that wasn’t enough, he also gave me a birthday card from all the restaurant staff. Not a, "from all of us here at Chop", everyone had signed it personally!! Also included was a business card with a voucher for complimentary steak bites on the other side. “I think this place is Chinese Vietnam fusion. For pho, there are other better restaurants, but We go there for like vermicelli, and soft beef rice noodle (牛腩粉）and other dishes. I highly recommend try the soft beef rice noodle 🥺. It is sooo good.”

The drive thru moves quickly despite 15 cars ahead of me in the morning and they actually toast things properly. The woman on drive thru on Thursday morning was so pleasant and greeted us with "It's a beautiful morning at Tim Hortons" or something along those lines and it was such a nice way to be greeted.”

I recently tried this bakery for the first time, ordering a strawberry short cake and also trying some of the slices they have available in store.

Their cakes are super light and fluffy and are perfect if you prefer less heavy desserts.

We ordered for 30, and everyone ate so much, and kept coming back for more, and there was STILL enough food to bring home to fill a fridge! Day 3, and still on left-overs!

“Lived in the GTA previously and always stopped in at Second Cup but they've all but disappeared there years ago. Live in Ottawa now and it's nice the see them again. Stopped in there today after about 20 years for an amazing cup of coffee and banana loaf.

I brought in 3 cakes to be prepared by putting on the special cake toppers for the finishing touch and serving each patron in a timely fashion, as well as serving extra slices of cake each with sparklers and candles. They took control of the details and told me not to worry. Very professional, my family and friends were very impressed over the service and politeness. I am from Toronto , I did a lot of my arrangements over the phone, they made my job so easy. After the big damaging storm Villa Lucia lost there power like many other people in Ottawa and surrounding area. I thought I was going to have to cancel, they lost all there food in there fridge and freezer. In a day and a half they recovered and the party was on. “Shoutout to Tailgators for throwing me one hell of a birthday party last night! They went above and beyond for me and my large group of friends. I showed up to the lounge that was perfectly set up the way I wanted, one of the managers Ian was running around for me for the first hour trying to get my music and slideshow to work. He even let me log into my own Spotify when we couldn’t figure it out. Food was delicious and on time! Servers were so great and fun. Everyone had a blast and I couldn’t have asked for better! Would recommend this spot and their staff 10/10 times! So happy! Thanks again!”
