It's amazing we have this in Canada so I don't miss the fried chicken in East Asia. The fries are very good too! With the promotion it's only 7$ for a two piece with fries, amazing value. Very nice service as the staff deliver it to your table. It's also great that when you pay, it does not ask for tip. The washroom is very clean and plenty of parking too. Great location next to the cinema.”

“We ordered from skip and my meal was missing, so I called and spoke with I think the manager? Not sure who it was but she said they can’t order skip back and said I could come pick it up . I didn’t want to pick it up as I had guest over, so she said hang on and asked for my address and said they would deliver it.We opened the door and she was apologizing like crazy I wish I had her name but just want to say thank you and great service!, mistakes happen it’s how you deal with it. The drive thru moves quickly despite 15 cars ahead of me in the morning and they actually toast things properly. The woman on drive thru on Thursday morning was so pleasant and greeted us with "It's a beautiful morning at Tim Hortons" or something along those lines and it was such a nice way to be greeted.”

In my last three pre-orders I pre ordered a large coffee for a meeting (the take 12 ones), set a time to pickup, and each time I got there they would ask me to pull aside and wait for an additional ten minutes or so. They should call it take 12 minutes.My message to upper management:Adding machines that keep beeping when an order is late is a proven method in increasing employees' anxiety and customers annoyance. Nothing else. Please invest more in your employees so they feel intrinsically motivated to fill those cups faster.As to the branch manager, I know the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you picked this job, so please do your best to improve the service and don't hold yourself to the resources (or lack thereof) you are given.”

We had a pad Thai and red curry with chicken, red and green peppers, peanuts and green beans, with rice, and spring rolls. -Spring rolls were FRESH and so crispy on the outside. Music by Alex Lopez was very entertaining and fun. The service was top notch, my family and friends raved about how polite and how accommodating they were. Claudia and Georgia where very organized. I brought in 3 cakes to be prepared by putting on the special cake toppers for the finishing touch and serving each patron in a timely fashion, as well as serving extra slices of cake each with sparklers and candles. They took control of the details and told me not to worry. Very professional, my family and friends were very impressed over the service and politeness. I am from Toronto , I did a lot of my arrangements over the phone, they made my job so easy. After the big damaging storm Villa Lucia lost there power like many other people in Ottawa and surrounding area. I thought I was going to have to cancel, they lost all there food in there fridge and freezer. In a day and a half they recovered and the party was on. “Shoutout to Tailgators for throwing me one hell of a birthday party last night! They went above and beyond for me and my large group of friends. I showed up to the lounge that was perfectly set up the way I wanted, one of the managers Ian was running around for me for the first hour trying to get my music and slideshow to work. He even let me log into my own Spotify when we couldn’t figure it out. Food was delicious and on time! Servers were so great and fun. Everyone had a blast and I couldn’t have asked for better!
