Absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, with fresh seafood and a nice twist on traditional NOLA dishes. We came here the first visit for fresh oysters which were perfect. The food, service, and atmosphere were so wonderful that we came back, not just once more for dinner, but also for breakfast and bloody Mary's on the day we were flying out of NOLA! Do not pass this place up!
This place was a very pleasant surprise. My wife and I stopped in for brunch and bottomless mimosas. The service, food, and facilities were all top of the line. Alvaro, our waiter, was full of personality and very enthusiastic about his work and the restaurant. We will be coming back every chance we get.
Great raw oysters and warm, friendly service. It is not easy to please an entire family of five with a tween and two teens, but they did. We were not as chic as other customers, but that did not affect our treatment. If your experience is consistent with ours, you will leave happy.
Find this place, raw oyster and drinks happy hour from 3-7pm $9 a dozen... Simple menu with excellent food. Went twice during my week long trip. Once for beer and raw oysters only, and once for the menu food. Great stuff, staff is super nice and friendly.
This was a diamond in the rough. Daisy Duke's is next door but this place caught our eye. It's classic New Orleans fare that tastes like a home cooked meal in a chic new location. Service was personable and knowledgeable, and the food was hot and fresh. Excellent draft beer selection as well as cocktails. Great experience and look forward to trying brunch!

This place is a gem! Chicken Tinga tacos and chicken enchiladas were fresh and flavorful with beautiful presentation. Servers are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is neighborhood laid-back but with nice touches, cloth napkins and local artwork. Can't wait to return for another meal. Could've made a meal of the spicy popcorn the bring for the table!
The food is absolutely phenomenal! I come by myself now and just sit at the bar. I'm addicted. 😳😬Last time I got the Chipotle Coconut Shrimp and wanted to get that again. But this time I ventured out. I tried the Tamales, Platanos, and a side veggies that was SO GOOD. Two for one Happy Hour Margaritas were the best! Can't wait to come again. Great job Lindsey and Miguel. I can't go to any other Mexican place anymore.
Read about it and went...so glad we did! Our server, Liz, was awesome! The yummy food and those super amazing watermelon margaritas made this a new go-to for us!
Been there's about 5 times now and had a delicious experience each time!! Great food great service great margaritas
Great authentic Mexican dishes and fresh made tamales. Nice quiet, family friendly atmosphere.

I love this restaurant! Each manager and server work hard to accommodate each table. Jennifer has been my favorite since my first visit. Julio is a gem, he is always working hard under pressure. My husband and I visit mainly during Sunday Brunch, always bringing in new customers with us. We have tried just about every item on the menu and they do not disappoint. BBQ Shrimp, Crispy Boudin Balls, Blue Crab Bisque,Blue Crab Omelet, Benny!Benny!Benny! Shrimp and Grits.........etc etc. BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS are always flowing. Be sure to TIP GENEROUSLY NOTE: If you go for Brunch please bring patience as they usually have a lot of large parties.
Wonderful restaurant with delicious food and great service. The shrimp and grits are the best I've ever had and highly recommend the Tennessee Taste on the dinner menu. Love it that it's NOT like the restaurants in French quarter, which are packed with crowds and overpriced fried food. Great atmosphere.
Happy hour!! $9 per dozen. Awesome deal and they don't skimp with little ones. The soup du hour comes with half a French bread too. Delicious!!
loved the atmosphere. the food was definitely missing flavor, but it was enjoyable and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. thank you Julio.
Falon was our server and she was great! My 11 year old son said this about the food, "it was perfect, the seasoning," He ate his food and food from me and his Dad. This will he a regular stop when we are in New Orleans.

Good atmosphere. We had a ten minute wait but was worth it for the food which was great. Prices are pretty reasonable. Grilled vegetables option available for all entrees so good for vegetarians/vegans. The condiment bar is great for getting a of sauces to add to your taste. Only downside was the fairly limited seating, and the menu which took a bit of working out.
The food here is fantastic, made before you, and very reasonably priced, especially since it's location is so good. Definitely check this place out for a great burrito.
Visited this place for a late night "semi-tipsy" snack. The main food maker was very kind but the rest of the staff was rude. The rest would rather talk to all their friends than pay attention to the customers. The food was pretty good for the price. Not the best I've ever had by far. Still, my wife and I enjoyed the food but I'm not giving 5 stars because of the employees.
Always good for a quick bite. You can either order at the counter and sit anywhere in the restaurant (alcohol should be ordered at the bar) or you can sit at the bar and order both food and drinks there. Three frozen margaritas are yummy and they have a decent beer selection. For food good meat, seafood and veggie options.
Excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly service. If you get the munchies in New Orleans, and you want a quick bite and some nice beers, go play this pace a visit. ¡Vale la pena!!

The place is cozy and we where greeted warmly. Food came after a small wait. Bathrooms are small and unclean. Charged extra for chips after finishing the original. Meat on tacos tasted different than I'm used to. Left two of three tacos. My wife did like hers hence the three stars. Won't come back.
We had a good meal at a fair price. The tacos are large and tasty. Full of meat or chicken and lots of spice. Family run. Authentic Tex Mex food in a very informal atmosphere.
We're from South Texas, and we were looking for a place that served authentic Mexican food. And we found it here. The space, the decor and especially the food. Great, coming from someone who frequents authentic Mexican restaurants on a regular basis. Felt a little like home. It's small and a little hard to see from the street if you aren't looking, but definitely do yourself a favor and stop by.
My family and I love this place. The salsa is delicious. Pozole on Thursdays I think. So good. The only thing I didn't like is the bathrooms too small.
Everything I have had here has been fantastic - especially the enchiladas and pupusas. Always a low price and great food.
