“One of the best meals I had this year! We ordered the soup, squash, scallops, chicken liver, gnocchi, beef cheeks, sturgeon and duck and everything was delicious. Service was attentive. I loved the Harry Potter themed bathroom”
“I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner usually is the one who picks places because I’m bad at it and he was also incredibly impressed with me and my choice to try Urdaneta!”
“This place was amazing. Great experience. Highly recommend the chefs dinner. Has some plates we would not normally order and it really was an enjoyable treat. Gotta come again!”
“The best pizza I’ve had in Portland. They sat 4 of us at the bar, two adults and two kids. Our kids loved watching the pizza being made. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The dough was perfect.”

“Food and service were both top notch. Tables are a bit close together but nothing serious, and the decor inside is beautiful and well curated, with a moody vibe and plants.”
“We sat at the bar and loved the atmosphere… service was superb (thank you Nick) and the food delicious”
“A taste of Italy in Oregon!!! Best pizza I’ve had!the crust is perfection thin, charred, and airy! I also got the ricotta garlic sauce which was the perfect dip to eat up the crust. Came here with a large group of girls and there was plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. The furniture and little accessories added the perfect touch of comfort. There were literally grape vines all round the patio and we got to slice up our pizza with scissors! Anyway, well worth your money for the quality and quantity!”

“Great food. Best Shawarma in Oregon.”
“I find this restaurant a true Portland Treasure. The food is innovative and service is always outstanding. The owner is your chef and he is truly creative. Every time we go we find something special on the menu. The prices are very reasonable and the waiters are always/chef are always willing to accommodate requests or have little add-ons that make the whole meal really special! Oh did I say, they have very good and reasonable wines! This is my go-to restaurant for out of towners!”
“I really wanted to give more stars and like the place more but the food was decent, not great. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it and The taste was definitely there... But, for instance- I ordered the braised beef and I thought there was going to be a bunch of meat in it. Nope! I seriously got like one shred of meet it was a literally a bunch of dough balls in barely any sauce. A friend of mine wanted one of the noodle dishes but without me and they told her that they would make it and add a bunch of different vegetables for her- it came out and was just a bunch of noodles came out but only had 1 vegetable in it and not much of it either. They try to get too fancy or something with their dishes and are missing the mark. It's expensive for what you get.”
“Every time we visit we go to Fishwife restaurant. We haven't had a bad dish. Highly recommend”
“Amazing place! Waffle was really good, latte was ok. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t tasty, just strong and bitter, which is not my type of coffee. But for sure try Lavender Lemonade! It’s is so tasty”
“Great service , amazing staff. Pizza the best in Portland”
“Bar food has no business being this good. The reasonably priced full menu and little things like house made ranch have made us regulars, and we love how we can tell who's bartending by the playlist.”
“This is a simple but very pleasant bar. The music is very indie but good stuff. The patrons and staff were all easy going. I've been here twice now and both times did not disappoint. Good place to relax and have a drink. Prices aren't bad, either.”
“My son and I ate dinner here on Tuesday evening, 10-01-24. The male waiter was unimpressive, and asked the young lady behind the bar to take us. I was freshly out of surgery and needed to eat something. She quickly moved us to a padded booth when I asked. She was very prompt and very courteous. An absolute sweetheart. She was professional with our orders and accommodating to our particular requests, mine especially, given the circumstances. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the rosemary chicken and a bland salad with cucumbers. The salad tasted fresh. The chicken was perfect. I would give 5 stars, but some of the other patrons seemed judgmental, and I was displeased with the young man who seemed offended by the couple of rural folks in the big city.”
“My husband and I had a delightful dinner. We ordered three different dishes and each one was fresh, tasty and fulfilling. The wine selection was extensive. Service was thorough. Restaurant is clean and cozy. We will go back and try their other dishes. We highly, highly recommend.”
“Delicious & immaculately presented, robust drink menu and Tapas done right 😋”

“I was able to take my mom here for her birthday last night. Honestly, maybe one of the best meals I've had in Portland in the last several years. The service staff was excellent. She made some great recommendations and led us to some fantastic seasonal dishes that were about to exit the menu. If you go, you need to try the peach and pancetta pizza - maybe the best pizza I've ever had. Also, the lasagna was incredible. Overall a fantastic place and worth the reservation or wait for a table.”

“Had my second visit to Kaede yesterday and it was just as incredible as the first. The omakase was outstanding — everything fresh, seasonal, and prepared with amazing attention to detail. The space itself is intimate, stylish, and has a quiet, understated elegance. The couple running it are warm and welcoming, with a kind, no-pressure approach that makes the whole experience even better. Truly a gem — I’ll definitely be back.”
“The food, the cocktails are great along with the staff. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.”

“We came here for dinner on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was packed. My wife warned me that people had mentioned it was very loud inside and that was an understatement. There was a large group sitting next to us in the corner of about six or seven people. We didn’t realize until after they had left how incredibly loud they were. I feel like the acoustics of the restaurant really distract from the experience, especially if it is busy. Service was outstanding, the food was good. I think if the restaurant can work on the acoustics a little bit in the corners of the dining area it would really improve the experience. we started with the ham plate for an appetizer, I had the butter lettuce salad, both were excellent. For our entrée, we tried the gnocchi and the steak. The gnocchi was unique and appeared to be fried lightly. It was one of our favorite dishes. The steak was very good. The frites were also good as well with the steak. The wine choices were reasonable. There was no French attitude.”
“Food and drinks were delicious, with unique flavors and very well presented. Our sever recommended 6 different items to share. The Madeline's, Ratiatori, Taco Dorados and 3 cup chicken were our favorites and I would recommend to anyone who loves great food. Service was attentive but not overly intrusive. Will be back soon.”

“We ordered the fried chicken, summer salad, hummus with burnt beef tips and the corn ribs. Everything was unbelievably delicious. The summer salad in particular was refreshing and different. I can not recommend this place enough.”
“Unbelievable amazing food lobster pad Thai was unreal Annie was a great server”

“Great food, a little high priced. One thing that i have noticed is there app with the rewards system on it hasn't EVER worked. Ive tried making new accounts and logging in different ways, but still will NOT ever work. If they were able to resolve this as well as offer some different deals or specials, I would deffinately eat here more often. There onion rings are always on point.”
“Very well made food. The fries were hot and crispy. it came with the right amount of salt and ketchup packets. The drive through staff was nice and friendly and I did not have to wait long for the fresh chicken patty yum. The only thing was the trash people left around the building made it kinda displeasing.”
“This is the cleanest fast food restaurant on 82nd I've seen. Bathrooms are very clean, including parking lot. A lot of homeless people hang around out side due to the bus stop being right on the side walk near the building but had no issues with them. The service has been the fastest I've seen in a while less then 5 minutes after Ordering. Even when asked to site out front to wait for meal. Great place love their Oreo large shakes they have now they really hook it up. And the plus side is the drive thru is open 24 hours witch is great for that late night munchies.”
“The food is a great value - especially for how quick the service is!
We do wish the enchiladas were more cooked; we mentioned it and they seemed to know right away we wanted them more warmed up, but the cheese was still not quite melted.
A minute in the microwave at home finished it of super well!”
“The best!! You won’t be disappointed. Staff are clearly experts and enjoy being there. So much fun energy too! Mind. Blown.”
Takeout Restaurants
“One of my favorite bars in Portland. Perfect date spot. Beautiful interior and back patio. Great lighting. Good cocktails, I love that they have mini mixed shots for like $7.
For how fresh and delicious most of their menu items are, I was surprised at the burger quality - I’m almost certain it was a frozen patty, which seems so unlike this spot. I could be wrong, it just didn’t taste like what the price point makes it seem you’re getting. That said, everything else I’ve eaten here is fantastic.”
“This place has become one of my favorite restaurants in town. it's a 10/10 in the food department and the drinks are cheap. The flavors that they are cooking up in here are really bright herbal flavors combined with savory perfectly. It's also just a less common flavor profile among our more common Asian restaurants in town. You gotta get down here.”
“Absolutely amazing tasty food! We had the tacos and instantly fell in love. I could cry with how good it was. The hosts and staff were so friendly and accommodating all around great atmosphere and learning their story made it all the more heart opening. Thank you so much 🫶🫶🫶🙏”

“Came in on a Sunday and sat at a cozy table in the back. Received great service and enjoyed the drinks and food. Get a drink recommendation—you won’t regret it!”

“Kate’s all vegan and gluten free ice cream is an inclusive dream for many people with dietary restrictions and a sweet tooth 😜 Everyone working there has been accommodating when I’ve asked about other food sensitivities, too, like oat. It’s ridiculously delicious and I recommend the ice cream sandwiches if you can have oats!”
“Everything about this place is phenomenal. The food is so delicious. We tried several things off the menu and couldn’t decide what our favorite was. They were all that good. And the staff are on top of it! Friendly, helpful, and happy. And we had the most sensational cocktails ever! Highly highly highly recommend this place. Great vibe and energy too!”
“I came to Silk Road after seeing their food online, and it totally lived up to the hype! I know it’s more known as a bar, but the food is seriously next-level. I tried the chow wow noodles and they were incredible, and my drink was amazing. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re in the Portland area!”
“If you're searching for the best Haitian restaurant in Portland, look no further than Tap Tap. This vibrant spot isn’t just about incredible Haitian cuisine — it’s a full cultural experience that blends delicious food, stunning Haitian artwork, and energetic nightlife. This is easily one of the best Black-owned restaurants in Portland that offers an authentic taste of Haiti’s rich heritage right in the heart of the city.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by colorful, eye-catching Haitian art that sets a unique, welcoming atmosphere. The menu features traditional Haitian dishes crafted with fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making it a top choice for foodies like myself who are seeking something different and unforgettable.
What truly sets Tap Tap apart is its lively nightlife, especially the Kompa Haitian dancing nights. This energetic music and dance scene invites guests to immerse themselves in Haitian culture while enjoying great food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Whether you’re out for dinner, a night of dancing, or both, Tap Tap is the best place to experience Haitian culture in Portland.
For anyone looking to support Black-owned businesses while enjoying exceptional food and an unforgettable cultural vibe, Tap Tap is hands down the best restaurant in Portland for a genuine Haitian experience.”

Fine Dining
“A friend and I went for drinks and did not eat. The ambiance is great, the place has a nice vibe. There was music, but it was in the background and did not make conversation difficult, as it should be in this kind of establishment. Service and drinks were good. We will go back soon!”
“Going to Astera is not just going out for dinner: it is a whole different dining experience that goes beyond food and service. Don't get me wrong: the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! But to reduce a dinner at Astera to only this would not do it justice. The atmosphere is carefully crafted, from the lighting to the music, creating a space not only to eat, but to celebrate the art of cooking. Dining here feels less like a meal and more like a journey, one that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.”
“One of the greatest joys in visiting Portland for the first time is having excellent food and outstanding service; this place definitely deserves above 5 star rating and I’m grateful for the excellent service and food quality here . Connor was literally one of the best servers ever. Very professional, providing great hospitality and handsome for sure”
“Everything. This is not just going to dinner. This is a dining experience. It’s a small reserved venue. Yes it’s spendy, but worth every penny. You’ll try food you never thought you try. The mostly seafood menu it so well prepared. Plus you can watch the prepared each course. A fun night.”
“Went there last night for a date night with my fiancé. We were very pleasantly surprised with everything. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the prosciutto was to die for. The service from Leon made everything better and brought the whole night together. We got the Prix Fixe Menu (4 course menue), prosciuttowith fresh mazerella, and assorted oysters. An expensive night, but every cent was worth it, we walked away very far and happy. We look forward to another date night here in the future.”
“Amazing food! We did the 7 course option and it turned out wonderful. The staff is sooo super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Portland. Also holds a special place in my heart since we got engaged there. :)”
“Langbaan’s Thai-Muslim–inspired tasting menu was incredible! We started with delicate bites like the Miang Som (shrimp, pomelo, betel leaf) and the Kanom Krok (scallop in coconut cream, crispy rice cup), Gang Kahri- venison tartare which was delicious! For main we had a rich lamb curry, and even a standout Thai-Muslim curry rice. Dessert including a Roti Sai Mhai and cake khing was a perfect, surprising finish. The kitchen handled my food restrictions gracefully and without complaint, and each dish was as thoughtfully prepared as the regular menu.”
“Service was horrible. Food was undercooked managers upset at us because we told him to re-cook our food and then he tells me to leave my table on the night of my anniversary cause he's mad. I told him me and my wife would share a steak because he told me his kitchen is closed. He can't cook my wife another steak and he didn't like that the way I presented to him that me and my wife will share so he decides to tell me rather see me leave his restaurant and tell me his conversation is over. Terrible experience. Don't recommend them at all for a manager to treat us that way disrespectful five star restaurants his food was not cooked properly and he tells his customers to leave. Can't believe it wish I never choose to go to his restaurant and ruin my anniversary.”
“We really enjoy this restaurant and do come back whenever we are in Portland. We return for the food, and usually get the Steak Fritz. This visit i had the Oxtail Bourgeon, which was full of flavor.. Unfortunately, it took us nearly 3 hours to complete our meal. We were informed our order was put behind a large table which delayed everything. Had we been more time pressured this would have been a disaster. Our bread ($8) was credited, a small gesture for the inconvenience.
They have added a curtain to the entrance. Its an improvement when you are in the restaurant (less cold as the door opens etc.) however asthetically its not the best. It also makes the initial arrival experience feel very compact and almost clostrophobic.
We have been sat on the tables in the middle of the restaurant a couple of times. It does feel a little like you are in the way. Its a small place so hard to avoid. I would recommend one of the side tables if you can get one.
The servers are always polite, informed and want to help.”
“Our large party was sat next to the window and front door, it was extremely disturbing because we kept getting hit with the cold air every time the door open. I asked if we can move to another section of the table and the staff kindly accommodated it! Can we fix the front door situation? Overall, amazing food, experience is always wonderful and staff was great. Gorgeous restaurant, always. Thank you!”
“Per the usual - food, service, atmosphere for dinner tonight was beyond exceptional! Our server - Chad - was perfect! Thank you for another wonderful dinner.”
“Their lamb Shawarma seasoned with, I believe, cardamom and other things, was the most astonishingly delicious meat I've ever eaten in my life. And it's in a very nice part of town!”
“My wife and I come here for special occasions and last night we celebrated her birthday! As always, the service was excellent, food was impeccable, atmosphere was cozy, and a very enjoyable experience. It is a small place which only adds to the intimacy of service and atmosphere. The owner is a great guy who is very knowledgeable in all his dishes and wines which were incredible as well! We love C'est Si Bon and will continue to come here everytime we want to celebrate something at a special place!”
Cheap Eats
“I picked a lunch spot on a total whim after flying in from Texas, then discovered the best comfort karē outside of Japan. Absolutely incredible, rich flavors that speak for themselves. Nothing is hidden or muddled; the recipe is full bodied, served insanely quick, and with the hospitality of an old friend you haven't seen in years (big shoutout to one-man army Mr. Makoto Yoshino). If you're a veteran that's ever been stationed in Japan, pair this up with Jinro and a Page 11 and it's like you're back in Oki! Seriously though, food was so good I had a borderline religious experience. 11/10 I'll always come here when I visit Portland.”
“It seemed like a small family owned restaurant with authentic korean home cooked meal. I ordered the pork fried gyoza & spicy soondubu soup which came with japchae (glass noodle salad) and rice. Their 'spicy' is a level 7 and the added 'special pork' in the soondubu was the highlight of the dinner.
The place is small, maybe max capacity 20 and the servers was hospitable.
I'd recommend this place for the flavor & its simplicity when you want to grab a peaceful bite on a busy day!”
“One of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile.Size was worth what I paid for the area as well. Curly fries were well seasoned and crispy. Cheese curds were also on the money! Loved it. Staff was excellent as well. The atmosphere is laid back and fun with some killer music. Definitely making the most of the space they have. Really enjoyed seeing them work and quality shows.”
“Absolutely incredible food. Homemade, and ingredients sourced from their raised garden beds outside, this place has to be one of the best food carts in Portland. Wonderful ladies working there as well, and you can tell they are passionate about the food they make.”
“Paul the bartender was amazing! Couldn't decide between the biscuits/gravey and corn beef hash. Ordered 1/2 portions of both, both were good but the biscuits and gravey was amazing. Great services and loved the atmosphere. Free wifi for those needing a works space”
“My wife and I were in Portland for a quick weekend getaway from Vancouver, BC, and decided to try Lilla on a whim. No reservation, so we ended up waiting about an hour for a table.
Totally worth it!
We shared a pizza and the bolognese, and both were fantastic. So good, in fact, that if we’d been in town one more night, we would’ve come back again the following night.
Our server was warm and friendly—and based on the hospitality and generous use of “y’all,” almost certainly a southern transplant.
We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Portland. Thanks, y’all!”
“One of the best brunch spots in Portland. Everything is high quality, and they even have delicious mocktails! The seasonal veggie hash was a clear winner for us. The fried chicken was so juicy and tender. Highly recommend- come early because it’s crowded and there’s always a line!!”
“Excellent! Fast, friendly service and absolutely delicious food. We had the tempura udon and curry plate. We also enjoyed the sake flight. Cannot wait to go back.”
“I have been here twice. Both time have been absolutely fantastic. The food is amazing and service is great. The cakes are amazing too. Really recommend getting a reservation.”
“Tusk is great. Especially for a nice date night. The food is exquisite and the service is AMAZING.”
“Excellent whiskey bar. Good selection of whiskeys and full bar options with attention to detail and balance on cocktails. They take their cocktails very seriously which is appreciated. And atmosphere is unique— old library feel with brass book shelf wheeled ladders (for liquor though), leather seats, and large wood slated floors. Food was so so, but highly recommend for drinks.”
“Had dinner for the first time at slide inn tonight. The service and food was simply excellent and we could not recommend this place enough. Everything is made from scratch and tastes like it. Will definitely be frequenting this place on a regular basis.”

“I love the gummy bears that fall from I don’t know where and the little pancakes\nThis place is worth way over 5 stars definitely infinite or more. :)\n\n—Sebastian S.”
“Quiet dining spot with interesting menu. Our bartender Griffin had a friendly warmth that made me and those at the bar feel welcomed. Loved the drinks and food he recommended.”
“Cute little place with good portions and flavor. We got the poutine spring rolls, “shrimp” Rangoon and pad Thai. They were very crowded but service was fast and we didn’t wait long.”
“Everything about this place is phenomenal. The food is so delicious. We tried several things off the menu and couldn’t decide what our favorite was. They were all that good. “Absolutely phenomenal. The best dinner of my life, and I've been to many restaurants. The flavors just wowed me and my partner. It was the perfect anniversary dinner”

“I make it a point to visit Canard Burnside on all of my trips to Portland! The unique flavors and presentations on their menu keep me coming back for more. Had the roasted beets last night for the first time and the flavor was out of this world.”
“The food was fantastic! I had the ganh-jang steak (coulette steak topped with mint butter served with rice over seasonal vegetables) and my husband had the maneul ox-bone soup and both meals were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the cozy, casual atmosphere and the person who served us was super sweet.”
“We walked right in and were seated immediately on a Friday night. Enjoyed the ice cream specials and wine! Everything was perfect!!”
“Excellent teas. Steven Smith is a renowned Master Teamaker. Remember Stash Tea and Tazo Tea? He was responsible for those. I highly recommend any of the teas. You will not be disapointed.”

“Consistently delicious food and friendly, professional service in a cozy atmosphere. We’ve enjoyed Cabezon for the past decade and it never disappoints. Tonight, as always, fresh ingredients: perfectly crisp romaine in the Caesar salad with just the right amount of zesty dressing. Scrumptious fries on top of plump mussels in a lightly smoky broth. Beans and chorizo elevate that dish to a meal. The Cioppino is the go-to I look forward to. At a time when restaurants are following food trends and throwing anything out there, hoping it will stick, this tortoise vs the hare restaurant wins every time!”
“I can't stop thinking about the celery salad and the warm olives”
“This place is not too big, but I was impressed by the food flavor. I got beef golden soup and intestine skewers. Loved both of them, and would definitely come back!”
“Came to Parallel for an early dinner before a movie at Hollywood and couldn't have had a better experience. The service was top notch, the food was fantastic, and the half-off happy hour bottle of wine was delicious and a great value! This is a perfect spot for a date night with the light fare, long wine list, creative cocktails, and an elegant cozy interior. It was busy but quiet and we loved the music selection. Can't wait to return to this awesome spot!”
“〇Papardelle ($26) 〇Foccacia ($12) 〇Cream Brulee ($12) ✨Review✨ I had the Papardelle which is a wide, flat pasta with a rich, lasagna-like meat sauce. It was piquant and so delicious!😋 Foccacia came with a bright citrus tang and garlic and I loved it! For dessert I had the Cream Brulee and it was like the creamiest custard ever. I am obsessed.😍 They even lit a candle for my birthday and it made me so happy!🕯 We also ordered fries on the side for a baby and they were so friendly and accommodating!👶🍟 Updated from previous review on 2025-12-19”
“Second time we've eaten here and we live 2 hours away. So many delicious dishes. Loved the chrysanthemum greens, the coconut shake, the albacore appetizer, the black pepper tofu. Haven't had a bad dish here either time. Look forward to the next time.”
“Very nice and toasty heated outdoor seating, colorful and flavorful food, friendly staff.”
“This hands down is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland OR. It the same quality of other top spots in the US like Nobu , O-Ya , and Morimoto . The location is perfect located in the Pearl district. The chefs are high quality and the fish is extremely fresh. They have a great but simple flavor approach. The service is warm, helpful, and appreciative. I always ask for Joy as she is a true professional and loves providing an exceptional experience on every visit.”
“A friend and I went for drinks and did not eat. The ambiance is great, the place has a nice vibe. There was music, but it was in the background and did not make conversation difficult, as it should be in this kind of establishment. Service and drinks were good. We will go back soon!”
“Came here for a work gathering so price wasn't a factor. That said, the charcuterie was great. One of my favorite things olympia provisions produces is their sopressata salami. I get it all the time from new season's.”

“Vegan noodles and tea leaf salad need work. I was disappointed by them especially for the price point. Noodles were just noodles, a little bok choy and mushrooms. Looked like something I would cook myself when I was running out of groceries. Carrot salad and beef curry were great though!”
“Have loved the observatory for many years. The cheese platter and fry bread never disappoint!
Wonderful bar in the back to grab some cocktails and enjoy an evening out.”
“I've been eating here since 2015 and ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Top notch sushi with a wonderful staff. This is my 1st choice place for sushi in Portland Oregon”
“Had such a delightful evening at this cozy little wine bar! Perfect spot for happy hour or a rainy afternoon with a book and glass of wine. Will definitely be back :)”
“Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere. We really enjoyed our dinner and the flavors were marvelous!”
“The owner is super nice and friendly. I love the decorations. Very warm and inviting. Feels like you are in HaNoi. Food is authentic. Good place to go to for special occasion or hang out with friends.”
“Fantastic quality and great and friendly service. Highly recommended!”
“Bar none the best pizza. And because it is the best, there is often a line. I stood in line for 20 minutes before they opened and was about 10th in line. I stood next to a couple from Ashland who makes sure they eat at Ken’s every time they visit. Yeah, it’s that good. Crispy but light and thin crust. Sooo perfect. Worth breaking my GF pledge to eat. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. And yeah, I ate the whole pizza!”
“Absolutely yes! Loved the space and ambiance. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching them make all the cocktails! Best way to see which one looks like the next drink to try! Great service! Friendly staff!”
“Went here as a early Mother’s Day treat with my daughter. Had the sample plate…. So delicious and we learned we liked it all! Also got a sundae….. totally recommend. For take home I got the cookies. This place is a gem! Stop by and check it out for sure if you are ever in the area.”
“Had a very special time with our group of five. Adam made the whole experience easy and fun!”
“You cannot say anything bad about please place, sorry. They are one of the best kept secrets in Portland.”
“Awesome place for kids. Tasty menu. Friendly staff. Picky as hell? Just go here. Can't decide? Just go here. There are tons of amazing places to eat in the area so you can't really lose, this is one of them.”

“First time eating Ethiopian food, trusted the waiter to choose our food and wine pairing and he hit it spot on! Everything was absolutely delicious. So fresh and spicy and flavorful. We will definitely be back often!”
“The Elk frybread is amazing. Looking forward to come here again.”
“80th birthday 🎂 was a SUCCESS - thank you all and you have the best servers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the food was great!👍”
“Honestly, best tasting experience I've ever had! And amazing service! Thanks so much!”
“I recently attended an event catered by Kabob and was delighted by the variety and quality of the dishes they provided. The choices I made were all vegetarian, but from the comments I over heard everyone enjoyed their non-vegetarian meals as much as I did my plant based one.”
“Sincerely impressed, I will recommend to anyone visiting”
“Nicholas’ did a fabulous job providing food for an event I am at. Everything was wonderful!”

“Food! Service! Atmosphere! And Feeling the immediate homey comfort by staff and customers, was just what two weary travelers needed. Met our niece there for breakfast and totally a joy of a cross country trip. Have been in many places across the U S A; and this one is one of major memorable treats. BTW my niece talked me into to trying your Fabulous (Homemade) Green Monster Sauce on my egg omelette and I havent stopped talking or looking for a duplicate since visiting Portland and I live in Ohio! If any one is reading this as a world traveler, believe me when I tell you If you live, or travel in this area, you gotta treat yourself to one of their fabulous stomach filing delicious entries. Really!. Bravo, I never write any kind of reviews in the possitive, I'm old, so I bitch alot. HAHA; But this place so worth the time, the price and contributing to a small family business. Which I totlally look for in any area I visit. I totally believe in supporting family owned local businesses...not the big Guys! Bravo Midpoint. If I lived in the area you'd know me by name as a regular! God Bless. And hope this will inspire the owner into marketing her Green Monster Sauce. One of the best out there. “I have read some of the trashy comments in the 1 and 2 star reviews. Most of the lambasting comments I find fault. Are they as fresh as Mizumi in Tigard, probably not, but neither are 99% of the restaurants in Portland metro. I find the seasoning quite authentic. I find the food variety unmatched in Portland. I would love some of their recipes! The ***clown that faulted them for selling produce and other fare near the check out, obviously have never been to a Chinatown or to China. The trolling is totally uncalled for. This is a nice, appearing to be, a family operation with love and care put into the restaurant. We frequent this location and do not find any of those horrible comments to have any truth.”
“It's been getting really cold here in Beaverton and I decided to try pho for the first time. I tried the combo beef pho here was amazing! I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. With great employees and great service, I could tell that there were intention and care put into this place. Will be coming back soon.”
“I've. eaten all over Southeast Asia including street amrt I've eaten at many Southeast Asian restaurants, including in Cambodia, Malaysia and Laos, and can unequivocally say this is one of the best meals I've ever had. Starters to dessert, the food was unique, inspired and full of multiple flavors. Bravo and five stars!”
“I was introduced to Bridge City a couple months ago by a friend who raved about their menu variety, quality of food, and the service. Walking into the restaurant was much more appealing than I had imagined. Meaning that it's a good balance of sports bar and family restaurant. Natural light from the north, west, and east windows enhances the vibe; and the interior isn't plastered by sports memorabilia. I also appreciate that I didn't have to raise my voice to talk over the media volume. The staff are friendly, attentive, relaxed, and welcoming. Most of all, the menu offers a long variety of fabulous options. Something for everyone. The first visit, I was blown away by their Californian Grilled Chicken Sandwich. (My eyeballs rolled back in my head as I savored the in credible flavors.) The second visit, I had the Strawberry Chicken Salad: a generous portion that I happily polished in entirety...down to the last tiny piece of candied walnut. Their alcoholic beverage menu offers a long list of specially selected NW brews, craftt ciders, and more. The prices are very reasonable for the exceptional quality, creativity, and service that blows away other restaurants in the sports bar/family restaurant category in the area. I am looking forward to trying their brunch menu to celebrate my upcoming birthday. I'd love to see the property owner spruce up the exterior's landscaping and a bit of a facelift to attract attention and draw in more customers. So, get y'er buns in there and give Bridge City a try! You'll be very happy that you did.”
“I know, nobody is perfect BUT our experience was perfect in every way. From our greeting at the bar as we arrived to our exit. The burger and fries were perfect as was the beer on tap. If we had not stopped at another place earlier for Burger Week, we would have stayed longer and drank more. Sad Valley is our new favorite place in the neighborhood. Such an original & creative theme for a bar. Love the decor, the original art is spot on. You either get it or you don't. Sadly I did not have a fabulous cocktail, but looking forward to it on my return.”

Thank you!”
“I had a memorable dinner at Higgins Restaurant. I ordered their Oregon Mushroom Set Menu, and each dish reflected their respect for local ingredients. The wild mushroom bisque was particularly delicious, with a smooth texture and rich aroma. The waiter was very professional and attentive, explaining the background of each dish. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere was perfect for a leisurely meal with friends or family.”
“One of the best brunch spots in Portland. Everything is high quality, and they even have delicious mocktails! The seasonal veggie hash was a clear winner for us. The fried chicken was so juicy and tender. Highly recommend- come early because it’s crowded and there’s always a line!!”
“A truly classy, upscale bar downtown that offers a wonderfully diverse selection spirits and cuisine! It's definitely the place to be for a sophisticated evening. The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and always attentive to your needs. I felt so well taken care of during my visit. You absolutely must check it out if you're in the city. As a bonus they have great views of pioneer square from their rooftop patio.”
“I got airsickness post a long flight, so sick even water was hard for me for a while. This place's Phó Ga (chicken) is literally medicine for the soul, stomach and tastebuds. I cannot recommend them highly enough! p.s. uber eats does 50% off deals sometimes and you can get 2 "orders" (almost 4 meals worth) of phó delivered for under $40 including tip if youre on the vicinity and the quality is unparalleled to places I've been to in NY.”

“I ordered the shrimp omelet, and it had a unique Vietnamese twist- something I’ve never tried before. The flavor combination was so special and surprisingly delightful.
I highly recommend this dish, especially with their signature ginger sauce. So comforting and flavorful. 🦐🍳
Paired with a warm cup of coffee, it was the kind of brunch that quietly makes your day better.”
“The poke was absolutely incredible—just like what you’d get in Hawaii! We tried the Furikake, Hawaiian, and Spicy Avo poke, along with the mac salad, crab salad, spam musubi, and ube cheesecake. Everything was delicious and super fresh. The only downsides were that the rice was mushy and I probably wouldn’t get the mac salad again, but overall the meal was outstanding!.”
“Diego made my experience. Been so long since I’ve been to a bar in fopo with the full customer service experience! I was having a bad day and he turned it around. I never leave reviews but had to because of him! He’s fast, efficient, and still found time to sling me some of the best drinks I’ve had in Portland and cheer me up with his kindness!”
“Too Soon is a much-needed addition to the Portland scene. The perfect place to relax with friends or even actually meet somebody new worth meeting. Looking forward to checking out their awesome menu! Plus the bartenders can make anything and everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“My number one “fast casual” gluten free restaurant in Portland! I’m celiac and this place ROCKS. Get the dumpling and you’ll be flabbergasted. Fried chicken is quite yummy, cocktails are delish, vibe is awesome, service is wicked fast, and priced very reasonably for Portland. Worth a visit!”
“Our party of 5 had such a wonderful experience here. The delicious 5 course French and Italian inspired meal was lovingly prepared by George. It was a true farm to table adventure. Rose provided some lovely wines to enhance the entire meal. Both George and Rose welcomed our family into their intimate restaurant as if we were family. We got to meet some of their wonderful children as well. It was truly a very special culinary treat.”
“where to start, we are big good truck goers. A family of 5. makes it great when everyone can get what they want. This place is beautiful, they had a handful of trucks (more coming) but the options were definitely a mix. Something for everyone for sure. The Cuban food truck is a 10/10 highly recommend! The Cuban sandwich was the best sandwich ive had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. My husband and kids had burgers, corn dogs, and chicken strips. The burgers were huge. super great flavor, (adding lamb burgers to the menu soon) super excited to come back to try those. Lets talk drinks, I like a good spicy cocktail, however most "full bars" offer Tabasco to spice up my drink. I hate that. I prefer a spicy tequila or a muddled jalepeno. This place has bitters. This was hands down the best spicy margarita (the house margarita with spicy bitters) that I have had since I've been out here. They have have a changing station in the bathroom. a pinball room, and a kids toys section. For families like us, little kids, picky eater, the FULL bar. This is by far the best food truck place we have went to.”
“Came here to celebrate my friends recent promotion. Place is very cozy and eclectic in a great way. Lovely wine selection, plenty of options without being overwhelming. Champagne list was great and reasonably priced. Staff was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming.Kept our champagne chilled for us and made sure our glasses were never empty. Will definitely be back!”
