The food is always amazing and the staff never fails to be friendly and welcoming. The cart also looks like it was designed by Pinterest.
Top notch food and top notch owners. Drop by and say hi to Chris and Holli. You can't go wrong here for breakfast and lunch.
Amazing food, including some traditional English stuff. The couple that run this cart are lovely people, as well. This cart also offers French press coffee, and they do breakfast til either 10:30 or 11am.
Only thing better than the food is the friendly service!
That was the finest Full English I've had outside of London - and it was probably better than that too. The black pudding is like dark magic, eggs were cooked perfectly, and little pockets of brown sauce await within that ponderous pile of heart palpitating madness. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

If you are in a hurry or hate to wait, stay away. But there's a reason there's a wait - the food is delicious and amazing. We had the cheese board and it was quite delicious, then fish tacos and a burger. It may have been the best burger I've had in my life. The bun was homemade and every flavor rocked it out of this world. The fish tacos were no less amazing. The fried fish was crispy and flaky, but not dry. The cold pickled veggies on top complimented the hot fish. It's on the pricier end of things, but the food rocks.
Found this my first day in Portland. VERY worth the wait. The food is amazing, I'm very happy with my decision to eat here. I want to come back every day to try out the whole menu. The Steak and Cheddar Eggs was probably the best brunch item I've ever had in my life
**Happy Hour Review Only** The hubs and I were in Portland for the July Canada Day long weekend and decided to eat here for the first time. As usual, we try to take advantage of the Happy Hour (runs from 3-6:30). We firstly ordered a cocktail each - an Improved Whiskey Cocktail ($7) and a Brown Derby ($7) from the HH. It was a bit crowded at the bar when we arrived at 5pm. So we said at the low table beside the bar. The server was quick to serve
I know they're a fusion spot. But I was left a little confused as to what to order. They Korean inspired item, ceviche, bone marrow, pasta and more. Wait is long and no RSVP. Would I go back? Maybe if they start offering RSVP. I do not like going to a place to wait over an hr to be seated. I could have been doing other things while waiting for my RSVP time.
The food is good, but I honestly don't think it is worth the massive wait you have to deal with. Family style "tapas" service was interesting, but to me resulted in a series of good dishes and not a good meal. Price was surprisingly reasonable and their venison biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've had in the city (like top 3 level). But their coffee waa some of the weakest I've had in the city. I'd say if you can get there early (no later than 10) they're worth checking out, but they'll never be a go to brunch spot for me.

Always a wonderful taplist. Cozy seating. Great service. The Upper Lip is nice when open. Love the use of technology to keep a customer informed of the latest keg levels. Get it before it's gone! No food, but you can bring in your own. Taco/Mex shop next door won't blow your socks off, but serves late night. Get you some.
Always a great selection of good beer for cheap! Good music indoors, good seating outdoors for people watching. Getting Santeria delivered to your table is the cherry on top! Love this place.
Super funky and incredibly small spot. Easy to miss and maybe hard to find but damn it smells great in here. The pies, homemade are great from what I can tell and a selection of beers and spirits. Wild eclectic music mix being played by the two petite employees who spend a lot if time visiting. Pretty funky and very memorable
The best tap room in Oregon. Hands down. Great, fresh, unique beers you often can't buy at the store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Great beer selection and friendly staff. I really appreciate the menu that shows tap levels!

Had a fantastic dinner here with a big group. Siobhan the event coordinator helped set everything up and it went very smoothly. We chose a preset menu and all the food was delicious! The chocolate torte was a big hit. Staff was attentive and made the experience more fun. The decor of the restaurant is the only thing that wasn't quite as nice as we expected. Will be back!
This was my first experience with South American food, so while I'm not able to say if it was authentic or not, I can definitely say the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend trying the "What the chef is eating"; a seven course meal that is brought to your table either on personal plates, or family style. The restaurant is a little small and loud, so I wouldn't rate it highly on the romantic factor, but if you just want to have an enjoyable night out with delicious food, I highly recommend Lechon.
Good vibe. Good service and food with variable flavors between different dishes. We'll worth sharing plates. Above average wine list with local and a light smattering of international and out of state offerings. Prices are more than reasonable.
Stopped in for some wonderful tapas, I didn't even get to the entrées because I stuffed myself with cheese board, crevice, bone marrow, trout toast. The place was packed but we were able to get a table outside. The inside of the restaurant was very chic, I hope to make it back soon!
Stopped in here during a long layover and was not disappointed. Happy our food was great and service was excellent. I'm a huge fan of great service and their recommendations were awesome and food and drinks came out quick as well. Not to mention it was beautiful outside and the ambiance and give of this place is awesome as well.

Amazing and creative food, impeccable service! Fresh mango and avocado salad was super tasty and repressing. Hanger steak was tender and delicious! For dessert - the chocolate souffle was good but expensive. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for an upscale dining experience
Went to this restaurant on a lark and sat at the kitchen/chef table area. We were blown away by the food but even more so, the service. The overall experience was top notch. This is one of the top establishments I've been to in terms of its foody-qualities. I'm not always in a mood for fine dining, but, damn.
STELLAR service!!! Beautifully designed restaurant, but we could have been sitting on concrete blocks in the dirt and the manager and server (and food) would still make this the most special restaurant in the city! I've never experienced more sense of ownership and pride in product before. Congratulations to you all. Warm spinach salad is a MUST! You'll want to share it... But you won't :)
This place is even better in their new digs on Second Avenue. I knew them when they were the Veritable Quandary on First Avenue, top notch food and service there, yet has gotten better as Q. The food is great, the staff is seasoned and sets a bar for all Portland eating establishments. None of this "who had the soup" lazy server remarks from common restaurants. The food is great.
This is my new favorite restaurant downtown. I was a big fan of the Veritable Quandary for many years (now closed), and I was excited to hear much of the crew started a new restaurant here... Brand new space, larger kitchen, and the food is still excellent. I recommend the pear salad, and grilled cheese sandwich options (see my pictures). Hard to go wrong with any of the entrees here, and cocktail menu is solid.
