I love this cart. The rolls, sandwiches and sides I have had are so good and fresh tasting. Tons of flavor and a wonderful selection. Ask for a fork and scoop up all that lovely "salsa" on their rolls and hoagies. Service is fast and friendly. They answer their phone. What more can I ask from a cart? Please eat here! Please make sure they make a ton of $ and never close. Seriously $9-$10 for this much food of this high quality is insane!
The NICEST people I have ever met, and also they make AMAZING food! I usually get the momo roll, which is a great option for those that are grain free. I'm not, I just love it, that mango salsa is to die for. They also let you have cute mini sushi rolls on the side for it and of course I get the seaweed salad. Go here for the delicious food, keep coming back for the friendly smiling faces who are always willing to accommodate. But seriously, if you have allergies to rice and crave sushi, GO HERE! Heck, go here even if ya don't, you'll understand once you bite down.
One of my favorite food carts, hands down. Extremely consistent good food for good prices. The owners are also always super friendly and accommodating.
L.O.L. Roll with wasabi salad and kimchi tempura roll is a weekly favorite. Very friendly service!
Premier sushi-maki rolls. Stellar flavors, always fresh creations which are as beautiful as they taste. Crab, salmon, snapper and other seafood tops the rolls. Personally the sides are just as good. My favorites are the nutty tasting seaweed salad and the crunchy Cali Roll, but I try to rotate through all the sides. Bobby is a splendid chef. Just ask his advice if you aren't sure what to order.

I Love Sushi, the only problem is I also love quantity. This place has both, in fact they call them Sushi burritos. This is my new favorite cart Day 2: Ordered the same thing, California Roll 🌯. It's was consistantly an equally good experience.
Quality+Speed+Great CS=Awesomeness Doesn't hurt that they're all pretty cute X3 Def coming back
Very good and near PSU's main campus. I built my own burrito and there were plenty of options to create your ideal combo. the quality of ingredients were great to my knowledge and my taste buds. The portion size was perfect and larger than a roll you would get at a typical sushi restaurant. The only issue is that it takes a bit for your order to be made, but it being a newer food cart I'm sure this is only temporary.
Really fresh food. Went few times in the last few weeks. Tried the chicken, salmon and the crab. Beats most of the sushi restaurants in town in terms quality of their sushi.
Sushi burrito!? Awesome! Going back soon to try them all.

Stop here for a bite to eat while waiting for the starlight parade. The guys in there were super nice and cool. The "Professional Sauce Mixer" (the nickname we gave him) was amazing and on point!! Place is nice and clean with a cool atmosphere. I absolutely will be back for seconds! Good job guys!
Super high-quality ingredients. Generous portion sizes. Generous portion sizes. An amazingly healthy and flavorful experience. Ordering is done by the numbers. The first choose your base pass as rice then choose your protein and sauces. Don't be afraid to ask the chef for his recommendation. He'll be able to add ingredients to complement your choices.
Tasty, fresh, with a lot of good options. Keto friendly too. It's a bit pricey, but I expect that for poke. The fish was delightful, and they have a few kinds to choose from. I just wish the menu were a bit clearer on how many items you get from which section. I ended up feeling a bit dim.
First time at Poke Bar - DELICIOUS!!! Food was fresh and such diverse options to choose from and my special spicy sauce made by one of the servers was mind blowing......
So tasty. If you love heaping doses of fresh fish protein, this is a good spot. Icy cold lime water is a nice touch.

TOOK 40 MINUTES TO GET OUR FOOD AND OUR SERVER, GALA, SAID NOTHING. Went on a Sunday at 4:00. The place was mostly empty and the dinner rush hadn't happened yet. There were two sushi chefs working the counter. We ordered 3 rolls and 4 pieces of nigiri. From the time we ordered, it took 40 minutes to get our food. Our server, Gala, never came to apologize for the wait. She never apologized once she brought our food either. I asked her what took so long once our food arrived and she said they only had two sushi chefs. She should have told us after 15 minutes of waiting. She could have brought us free drinks or an appetizer, said it would take a bit longer, took 10% off our meal, given us the heads up when we arrived, or said something like "Sorry that it's taking so long. It will probably be another 20 minutes. Our lobster roll was delicious. Our other two rolls were dull and over-priced. Horrible service. 2 out of 3 rolls were over-priced. Won't be back.
It was 100 degrees outside when my friend and I decided to grab a bite to eat. We were seated immediately and given a glass of nice, cool water. Our food came in fairly quickly and was delicious. For a sushi place, it's more on the spendy side, but it's not a bank-breaker and the food was worth it. The servers were professional and friendly. I hope to go again soon!
The food was ok, but service took forever (literally, hours). Seen people come and go, groups of the same size as ours, and we were there waiting. Order had mistakes on it too... Would not go there again.
We arrived and were seated pretty quickly. It's a super small eating area, so be prepared to bump elbows with your neighbors. Great for eavesdropping if you're into that because the tables are so close. The food came out rather quickly and was pretty tasty. After we got the bill, my friend and I were wrapping up our conversations - we were there for no more than 5 minutes when the waitress came over and asked us to leave so she could seat someone else at our table. I think that would have been a reasonable request had we overstayed our welcome by say 30 minutes or more, but 5 mins after receiving the check? I've never been asked to leave a restaurant so abruptly like that before, it was really uncomfortable/awkward and for that reason, I don't see myself coming back.
The Flaming Jack is awesome. Reservations are recommended, as this place is pretty popular and reservations for less than 5 people mean you are reserved for at the sushi bar- which is fine by me! Hooks for your purse, awesome Saki selection and the sushi chefs appeared to be actually Japanese. Really wonderful atmosphere, great service, excellent food, beautiful neighborhood and even gave me a little to-go-bag for my leftover Saki. Definately my favorite place.

06/05/17: 4.5 out of 5 - Came in and took its to go to eat in Happy Valley. The packaging were hefty with great lids. Definitely a kind of to go container that can be reused. Our Poke choices, one with Tako and other with Big Eye Tuna, still tasted great! It's was a "take home/to go" winner! 02/12/17: 4.5 out of 5 - Came here with my wife and mother-in-law a little before 7:45pm. The place has stool seating against the wall. There isn't much room to eat, but QuickFish preps all orders as if you're taking to go. The staff are quick to make your order with a smile and are nice about it. Otherwise, their customer service is on par The bowls were prepped, as previously stated, quickly and with good portions that are weighed out. The ingredients are fresh as can be and quite delicious. My wife and mother-in-law are the picky eaters, but they thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered so much that they both wanted to try the Poke Nachos...which was very tasty. Overall, it's delicious eats that beckons you to come back and try the other bowls. Which only states that we are coming back for more. So, definitely try QuickFish Poke Bar out once and decide for yourself. Enjoy!
Limited seating. I liked their poke bowls. I really liked the medicine rice! I wish they had better seating options. Portion size is very generous!
I would have loved to eat here, I paid for parking went inside and built a bowl, it looked delicious.. then I'm told we don't accept cash??? Bad business move for sure, they literally had to throw it away and I couldn't eat because I had a 50$ bill.. I personally don't charge frivolous things to my card like shopping, or eating out.. so I was very unhappy..
This place is great. The food is super fresh and beautiful and filling and exactly what you want and expect. Rice, fish, nori, etc. The staff was very friendly. It was a little pricey, but you've got to pay for quality fish. And they give you plenty. When I first saw the serving I prepared, I was slightly underwhelmed, but it actually turned out to be more than enough. I almost couldn't finish. I would say that this is a very small establishment with only about six counter top stools inside and a lot of customers who were finished but sitting there talking, disrespectfully taking up all the seating. I was disappointed I couldn't order a beer. I recommend expecting that you'll have to take your food to go.
I eat sushi a lot! I feel for the price you get a very appropriate amount of fish! And the quality of ingredients are there for sure! Will be my go to spot when I don't wanna wait/pay for bamboo.
