“This is the place to go if you love hot pot. Good quality food, tasty, and flavorful broth. Good service and friendly staff.”
“Despite the very long wait, me and my family thought the food was very good and I loved how some meals came with sets and desserts. The atmosphere looked fairly new and nice and despite the lack of service, I thought the workers were pretty nice. We should come back one day.”
“A friend recommended Menya Hanabi to me, and this was my first time trying mazesoba, which is basically brothless ramen.
I ordered the Deluxe Mazesoba, which comes with chashu and a hard-boiled egg. I really liked the deluxe version because it felt more filling and had a good amount of protein from the minced pork, chashu, and poached egg. The bowl had a lot of flavor, and I ended up finishing the whole thing, so I didn't even get a chance to try the free scoop of rice at the end.
The mazesoba was a bit on the salty side, but it wasn't something that bothered me. The seaweed and fish powder added extra depth and helped give the bowl more variety, while the green onions added a nice texture and freshness.
I came on a Wednesday night and didn't have to wait at all, which was a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my first mazesoba experience here and could definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm in the area.”
“The Sour Cabbage Fish features a distinctive flavor profile, characterized by a delightful acidity and subtle notes of chrysanthemum. However, the accompanying dried tofu was exceptionally tough. Overall, the execution of the dishes was merely average. The Braised Tofu Pot lacked the savory depth typically provided by cured pork or mushrooms. The pairing of brown sugar mochi with ice cream was a brilliant creative concept; however, the mochi itself was poorly prepared—having been deep-fried, it was overly greasy and had become saturated with oil.”

“this definitely deserves the michelin recommendation. every piece of meat was so tender and every dish was just so flavorful. i really liked the braised beef noodles. it had a cilantro taste and the bok choy was so soft. my family really liked the texture of all of the noodles - especially the fried ones. the scallion pancakes were very good and the food came very quickly. the staff are very nice and the water hits hard 😁. definitely come here”
“A place that inspires nostalgia. I saw a couple of kids in there doing homework and people in the area going there for some lunch or early dinner. The kids art on the wall was so sweet and it really made the place feel like home. The soup was so fragrant and I could easily change my noodles for something I wanted. I love this style of noodle, I got the knife cut and it was so chewy, and the beef was so tender I could pull it apart with my chopsticks. I recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Because it was a lot slower I was sitting at the booth with an empty bowl for a minute, but since I wasn’t in a rush I didn’t mind at all.
I recommend the b7 (or d7 I can’t remember) in their house specialties. The broth was delicious!”

“This restaurant has all the qualities of an exquisite Szechuan cuisine. The typically fragrance of the famous dishes will inspire you surrounded by the authentic Chengdu ambiance is a highly recommendation.”

“Love the vibes of this place. For those that grew up going to Ace Yogurts, this place is very similar vibe. This place has different variety of flavors to choose from and very unique but so worth it. The flavors are occasionally different from time to time but it’s nice to come back to try something new and fresh. They always give samples of the flavor if you’re feeling curious about the taste they will give you a detailed explanation about it.”
“I had to update my review because this place just got a serious glow-up! They finally got rid of those old picnic-style checker tablecloths, and the dining room looks so much more upscale and sleek now.
We came in for dinner with a group and ordered one of their set menus for 6 people. It's honestly an incredible deal, it comes with a whole Peking duck and a bunch of great dishes, including the shrimp with vermicelli, beef in soup, broccoli, salad, sweet and sour pork ribs, and a 6-item appetizer platter. The food tasted fantastic, though the portion sizes for the set felt a little light for 6 fully grown adults. To make sure everyone was full, we added an order of their famous braised noodles with pork ribs, which absolutely hit the spot.
The service was highly impressive and completely matches the new elevated vibe of the restaurant. We had such a great experience that we’re actually coming back again next week for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend checking out their new look!”
“Today the sauce it was sooooooo bad 👎 sooooo horrible sooooo nasty this sauce supposed be special sauce for the burritos 🌯 they did something different that test sooooo nasty 😤 please go back to the regular flavor or you better close down because it's horrible!!!!!!”
“When got to drive-up the guy couldnt gueas which order was mine. i had to remind him. Fries were cold and soggy. The size of the burger was the smallest than I've ever seen before. Same was true for the fries. My first visit for a long time. Disappointing. Wayne Weaver 6262622068”
“what i like about Cabreras 1st the awesome service. 2nd the best mexican food that is made with love. and what makes so good is the great music they have it's like eating at home which makes feel like your with family. keep up the great family feeling. oh and when I asked for something that's not on the menu you make it just like eating at home..”
“😁Since I was a little girl we have been patroning The Shrimp House when it was in El Monte and now here and the Jumbo Shrimp have always been our favorite. It was my mom's favorite food so now it is a great reminder of our wonderful family times and the food and all the sides continue to be delicious!! Thank you!”
“I like this place. $13.99 per pound of food. You get to choose all your toppings. I recommend going heavy on the meats and light on the carbohydrates. That’ll be the best bang for the buck. They also have frog meat if that’s your lingo. I tried their beef bone broth and I like it a lot. I’d come back again.
**UPDATE**
Just a heads up. If you can’t eat mild this place won’t be for you. They can’t alter the broth. The only option is the tomato broth which is no spicy.”
“Capital Seafood is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. We live more than an hour away, but we gladly make the trip every time because the food is excellent. However, what truly makes our experience special is Mia’s exceptional service.
As Mexicans, we deeply value warmth and hospitality, and Mia makes us feel at home every time we visit. Her approach is genuine, kind, attentive, and always accompanied by a sincere smile. Not only does she provide impeccable service, but she also creates a memorable experience that keeps us coming back again and again.
In an industry where great service makes all the difference, Mia stands out for her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for others. People like her are hard to find and represent the very best of hospitality.
If you have the opportunity to visit Capital Seafood, I highly recommend requesting a table served by Mia. Without a doubt, she is one of the best servers we have ever met and one of the main reasons we continue to return.”
“Arcadia location... we went for the Monday pizza deal, it was delicious, Marco provided great professional service, would definitely recommend!”

“We stopped by to check out their new menu after shopping at the Santa Anita mall, which is just down the street.
The Crispy Skin Roasted Duck Breast was juicy and tender. It was different than what I expected, but in a good way! Another highlight was the braised beef wide noodle soup. The pot was huge and could fill 6-7 small bowls. Definitely worth ordering if you're with a large party.
The absolute star of the night was the Truffle Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake. The earthy truffle flavor paired well with the fragrant Earl Grey notes. So unique!
Beyond the food, the service was excellent throughout the meal. The staff was attentive and always came to refill my water.
I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.”

“Excellent Food! Excellent Service!!! I was having a stressful day and decided to get some delicious Pad Thai from my favorite restaurant, Srisiam Thai Kitchen. The cashier delivered the food to me while I was in my car and I was gifted eggrolls! Thank you so much for ending my stressful day on a good note! I truly appreciate your delicious food and superb customer service! Thank you so much!”
“Loved going to this place as a first timer. Was a little scared coming in by myself as this was a new experience for me and the cafe was all alone with no customers. But thankfully the maid on duty made me feel very welcome. She was really friendly and sweet. I asked her questions about certain food items and she answered back in a friendly way. They had some cute kpop and jpop music playing in the background that helped me relax and unwind for the day.
The food was amazing and flavorful. I ordered the katsu chicken curry and the tiger milky tea and both were delicious! The katsu chicken had some crunch to it and was served hot and fresh. The curry reminds me of my favorite gravy sauce used for mashed potatoes on thanksgiving and it was really good! The tiger milky tea was ice cold, sweet, and savory just how I like it.
Overall the environment, food, and hospitality was awesome! I loved this new experience and will definitely be coming back to try some fresh foods and desert items from this little cafe :)”
“Walked in here randomly after seeing it was very busy early in the morning. So glad we did.
Restaurant and bathroom are clean. Open decor with good natural light.
Serve shanghai dim sum, egg sandwiches, noodle soup. Star for me was the noodle soup. The noodles were perfectly cooked and brought me back to China. Prices were fair
You order from the table via QR core and the food comes quickly.

“I have been frequenting hotel Le’Meridian that has Longitude 118 bar lately. I specifically want to give a shout out to Erik who works the [early] a.m. shift at Longitude 118. He is always accommodating and VERY customer-friendly! I enjoy our conversations when I’m sitting at the bar. He always has a smile on his face and he’s very down to earth. I feel like he is a great asset to the company! There are others in separate reviews that I would name specifically as well, but in this one I want to especially highlight Erik! He truly goes above and beyond! @Longitude118 #Logitude118Ar Asia”
“I was trying to take the godfather to the Vietnam kitchen down the street but they were closing up at 8:00 (!) and they told us that we could only get to go. Well. We wanted to talk and eat at a table. So we had both noticed this place on the way to VK . A very low-key restaurant with some high-grade beef noodle soup. Very tasty and there's a whole homemade feeling about the place which is very charming to me. A solid cucumber appetizer, the Szechuan vegetables were weirdly a little bland, or at least not as spicy or a sour as I was expecting. However, the Price is Right, the service is outstanding with it being what feels like a true mom-and-pop joint ( Bobby is the chef, and I suspect he's the pop, and looks much younger than his age), and I really like the fact that the menu was very simple. Even so I was tempted by other things on the menu, including the chicken curry, but they were out of chicken so I'll have to come back for that. Still I went with a specialty and I've been going to a lot of beef noodle soup places so I feel pretty strongly to judge that the broth was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and the meat was very good, if not as much as I wanted there to be. Overall the experience was outstanding and they were extremely hospitable, especially when we paid at 845 and I asked if they closed at 9:00 and they told us. They had closed 45 minutes earlier yet had hung around and gave no indication that we were to do anything, but enjoy our food. Very genteel and civilized. Thank you!”
“Loved how fresh the noodle rolls were—the texture was so delicious! It’s really cool that you can pick and choose your meats and add-ons. The stir fried udon noodles with black pepper beef, chicken abalone porridge and beef stew noodle soup with tripe were all delicious! Would recommend and would go again!”
“My first time here at Hollywood Noodle House in Arcadia. It truly feels like a hidden gem in the area. This small restaurant serves comforting and incredibly delicious Thai food that deserves much more attention. Generous portions at very reasonable prices. Every dish is packed with bold, rich flavors that feel homemade and full of love. I was blown away by how flavorful and well-executed each one was.
The Khao Soi was rich and comforting, the Beef Massaman Curry was deep and aromatic, and the House Fried Chicken, which is marinated overnight, was incredibly flavorful and crispy. We also tried the Prik King, Poh Tak Seafood Pot, and many other dishes that were just as impressive. Every plate showed the care and authenticity behind the food. Hollywood Noodle House delivers quality Thai cuisine and flavors that truly stand out from many other Thai restaurants. If you’re in the SGV and love Thai food, this is definitely a spot worth supporting.”
“A cozy and homey casual noodle restaurant. They serve classic comfort food and have decent portions and good value. Simple menu and delicious food that is satisfying. The noodles came with lots of meat and was well seasoned. The interior is very clean and the staff are friendly. No credit cards under $25, but they take Venmo and Zelle.”

“Loved this place! The ramen was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the yakitori was perfectly grilled with a nice smoky flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was friendly, and you can really tell they care about the quality of the food. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!”
“When you visiting the area stop by for amazing tacos, we had the tripa, asada, cabeza tacos, pastor quesadilla and sincronizada, everything was delicious, the staff were very friendly, they are from Oaxaca and Veracruz means the taste is real Mexican style. They are parked on the street and the park area is safe.”
“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). Topped with nori, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, and ground meat, the ramen have the perfect flavor. Their chicken karaage were the best too!”
“Absolutely love this place. I don't really drink beer, but they do try to make it fun for everyone. And they have food vendors and pina coladas! It is a local brewery and it's more than just a bar. They have trivia nights and dog social nights and 80 dance nights outside in the back yard patio for people to enjoy. They care about the community and neighbors and to build rather than just churning over people. This is a wonderful place and I hope it continues to be a part of our wonderful community”

“Always wondered about this restaurant as there's always a line outside the establishment. My wife and I were seated with our friend group pretty quickly, a nice perk to the staff that handed out menus to choose your order to improve efficiency.
I love that the ramen is very customizable, from the amount of salt, oil richness, ingredients mix, sauce, and even noodle style. (Thin/Thick) There's moderate seating inside, some for large groups, duos, and some wall seats as well. It definitely has the vibes for a ramen shop, lights are a bit dimmer inside which highlights the kitchen staff (open kitchen). working on orders.
My wife and I both ordered the Original King Ramen and shared some appetizer (Chicken Karaage) with our group.
Orders came out pretty quickly and the portions are pretty decent size, a bit deceiving I'd say for the size of the bowl you receive.
1. The ramen is very flavorful, can't go wrong with either thin or thick noodles. In my opinion, the chashu is a must because it mixes the broth flavor with the meat, creating the savory flavoring, super yummy. A little side note is that the ramen is priced nicely, however the extra add-ons can accumulate in total.
2. The Chicken Karaage is a classic must try, Japanese styled fried chicken, super crispy coating, very flavorful meat, and bite size. The karaage is marinated very well & comes with some lemons for that sweet flavor if preferred. Highly recommend.
Overall, Ramen Nagi has very delicious ramen and is very much affordable. Huge plus for the ramen being very customizable & even has chefs recommendations for first timers. Only downside is that the shop is not super big, and long lines but it moves moderately fast if you don't mind waiting a bit.”
“Delicious food, this is the best taco spot in the area by far. There’s a reason these guys’ rating is so high, the quality of their food speaks for itself. It’s one of the only places I’ll happily wait in line as long as I need to because it’s always worth it. Everything is fairly priced for the quantity and the guys who run it are friendly. Highly recommend”
“Shwe Taung Rice Bowl and Burmese Restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Neither my wife nor I had ever eaten Burmese food, so we didn’t know what to expect. The restraint is small and hidden in a tiny strip mall. There is a small parking lot, but ample street parking.
Shwe Taung’s menu is extensive and full of exotic and enticing dishes. We ordered Coconut Chicken Khao Soi, Shan Noodles, and Mixed Tempura Fries. Each dish was wonderful. They all had unique mixtures of spices — flavorful but not too hot. Both noodle dishes were unlike anything we’ve ever encountered, and it will be difficult not to order the same things when we return. Still, the menu contains many other tempting choices.
The service was friendly and professional. Our waiter was extremely helpful to two Burmese food neophytes.
We will certainly return in the near future. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and try Shwe Taung.”
“Great restaurant, nice to be back . Love the food, the atmosphere and the staff”

“I had been wanting to try this spot inside H Mart because it's highly rated on Yelp. The portions looked generous, and I finally found someone to share the meal with.
We ordered the chicken and pork curry katsu combo, which came as a full set with miso soup and rice. It was definitely enough for two people. The katsu was crispy, though I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had—but it was still very good. I was satisfied with the meal and couldn't even finish it, so I had to take the leftovers home.
This is a solid spot in Arcadia if you're craving katsu.”
“What a wonderful little diner to come across. The food was wonderful, the staff super friendly, the portions generous and the price was very reasonable. Met a gentleman in the table next to me who said he has been coming here since he was a little boy and it's always been this way.”
“Update:
Stopped by this cute spot again today and tried their ceremonial hojicha drinks — and honestly, so good.
We got the iced hojicha latte and a hojicha affogato, and both were super smooth, earthy, and not overly sweet. The latte had that perfect roasted flavor, and the affogato was such a fun treat — creamy, rich, and topped with a fluffy swirl that looked as good as it tasted.
The ordering area is bright and clean, and their menu board makes everything look extra tempting. If you love matcha or hojicha (or just want to switch things up from regular coffee), this place is definitely worth a stop.
Would totally come back to try the matcha affogato next time. 💚
We ordered “chunk and swirls” and “caramel fudge cashews”. They are so good, so satisfying. Highly recommended these two flavors. (Sorry my husband ate it all before I can take a picture of his)”
“The new franchisee will not accept my gift card purchases from previous owner.
5/5
this gift card saga has a happy ending.
We went to the shop again and ran into a employee from the old franchisee ( still working there).
The old owner did instruct him to return the money.
Thanks!”
“Albertano’s Mexican Food is an absolute gem! The food here is delicious, authentic, and packed with flavor. The carne asada is tender and perfectly seasoned, and their burritos are huge definitely come hungry! I also tried the menudo and it was rich, comforting, and spot on, just like a homemade recipe.
The service is friendly and fast, and even though the portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal.
If you’re craving real Mexican comfort food with big portions and great taste, this place will not disappoint.
Highly recommend! 🤩💕🇲🇽🌮🌯”
“Been wanting to try this spot. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or eugh. I got their pork rou jia muo, saozi noodles, and beef noodle soup to try. The pork rou jia muo had a fluffy pan fried bun that reminded me of the bing my grandma makes and was filled with savory tender umami pork. The sao zi noodles had savory meat, bright cilantro, crunchy bean sprouts, tofu, soft potato bits, and qq noodles. The beef noodle soup was really comforting and had a savory flavorful broth, tender juicy beef, crunchy boy choy, and soft noodles. Tastes authentic and yummy, Portions are massive, and prices are fare, this place is pretty good.
Pork Chinese burger $6.25
Saozi noodles $15.75
Beef noodle soup $16.25”
“Went on a Saturday evening as part of a group of 5. There was a small line but the cashier was fast and we quickly made our way to the front to order & pay. We ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup, black bean noodles, and sweet and sour pork. We received them all within a reasonable amount of time and it was all yummy. We found seating in the food court dining area but we had to be quick to claim seating, so be prepared to possibly not find seating if your group is larger than 2 people. The seating area can also be dirty, but I wouldn't blame that on Kyodong Noodle.”
“I ordered coffee and donuts here — and I was really impressed. The coffee was aromatic, rich, and pleasantly energizing, with that perfect balanced flavor you want to savor slowly. The donuts were fresh, soft, and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they’re made with care. It’s a lovely place I’d gladly return to in order to enjoy this delicious duo again.”
“I usually don’t write reviews for boba shops, but my experience at AU 79 in Arcadia today was so exceptional that I had to stop and write one.
I visited yesterday and ordered the Peach Green Tea — and honestly, it was divine. The peach flavor was perfectly balanced with a strong, clean green tea base. These days, so many boba shops rely on artificial flavors and you can barely taste the tea, but yesterday’s drink was perfection. It impressed me so much that I went back today just to get it again.
Today’s drink, however, tasted very different — more floral and missing that strong green tea note I loved. I wasn’t sure if it was the same drink, so I asked the staff. The store manager was incredibly kind and immediately offered to remake it. Even though the second cup still wasn’t quite right, I appreciated the effort and decided to enjoy it on the patio.
About ten minutes later, the manager came outside with another freshly made cup, asking if we could try it to see if it matched what we were expecting. And this time — it was spot on. Exactly like yesterday’s perfect version.
I was honestly blown away by his dedication. He didn’t have to go that far, but he cared enough to keep trying until it was right. That’s the kind of customer service that stays with you.
Yes, they could work on consistency, but the warm, welcoming attitude and genuine desire to make things right will absolutely keep me coming back.”

“Lunch special combos are great! Great price for the food you get. Surprisingly good service with only one lady running the whole front. A real gem, could get busy with a little bit of wait. Customers are friendly, seems to have lots of regulars/repeat customers.”
“Visited here from Germany. Nice restaurant to have typical American breakfast. We had the pancake combo with eggs, hasbrown and 2 pancakes. Good mix of everything.”

“This was a cool little outing. I went with just me and my baby. They had a ton of food options. Lots of vendors you could by anime things but if your not into that kind of thing there are or other option too. I ended up buying a dress and ring. As well as handmade press on nails. They even had and area with games to play and a stage with live music.”

The coffee is great, and their sandwiches are honestly the best value for your buck — better quality than anywhere else nearby at a price that’s hard to beat. Every time I order, the owner throws in a free muffin or two, no charge. Small touch, big difference. Highly recommend.
Don’t sleep on their sandwiches!”
“Very friendly and quick service. I think it is the best Taiwanese restaurant in Arcadia. The flavor was very good and tasty. It was recommended to me by my Taiwanese friend. So I would recommend this restaurant for everyone. Price is excellent. You can order for takeout.”
“Taiyaki is bomb and a great deal and I would give them 5 stars just for that. Usually just get the cheese. Service is also amazing, the shop owner is super sweet and once asked if I wanted a plastic bags to put all my things I was carrying. She won me over from that but we do frequent this place often just for the taiyaki. Bingsu is good on a hot day as well. Every time I'm at the mall my wife makes me come here to get taiyaki. Very simple and well made.”
“Cleanest donut shop I've been to! Their breakfast sandwiches are good and you get the option of adding different bagel spreads and vegetables which most donut shops don't offer. Their coffee doesn't taste watered down and the donuts are fresh. You might want to call ahead for breakfast sandwiches because they get busy in the morning. They don't sell lottery tickets though. Family who owns the business are very nice and hardworking. Thank you”
“I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!”
“Friendly service and delicious food. I had har gow and shu mai and shrimp+pork+chive dumplings that I ate at their table and I brought leftovers and other food home as well. Haven't tried it yet it's waiting for dinner. The place is clean, there's easy parking, and the service was friendly and attentive. There's no picture of the har gow because I inhaled it. I was here at 3:00 in the afternoon so I was the only customer for the first half hour.”
“Cool place. We sat at a table that looked like it was framed in a sake bottle. Plenty of parking. The ramen broth was tasty. Had a lemonade and at half sweetness was perfectly sweet. Lots a food and drink choices. The desserts looked really good, but I was too full. Can't wait to come back and try something else.”
“Great food and great service”
