“This is the place to go if you love hot pot. Good quality food, tasty, and flavorful broth. Good service and friendly staff.”
“Despite the very long wait, me and my family thought the food was very good and I loved how some meals came with sets and desserts. The atmosphere looked fairly new and nice and despite the lack of service, I thought the workers were pretty nice. We should come back one day.”
“Super late to the party but finally trying Menya Hanabi!! Been huge fan of Mazesoba and have heard amazing stories about this place. It’s pretty busy on Saturday lunch time but we got the last available table! Ordering was seamless with online order via QR scan. Took awhile until it’s ready, but understandable with the high traffic.
We got the deluxe one, which was complete package with minced pork, chashu, ajitama, and poached egg. In this economy, having this huge portion at less than $20 felt like a good win; especially with it being so palatable just like how everyone has raved about it.
The namban did make awesome side, serving huge juicy boneless chicken with crispy batter and yummy creamy sauce on top.”

“We waited around 30 minutes for a table on a Sunday around 7pm. I would say overall that this food tasted very authentic and reminded me of what I had in China. However, it didn't suit my Americanized taste buds.
The pickled fish fillet dish had a strong white pepper flavor and the fish had skin on it. I prefer boneless skinless fillets, and while this fish was pretty tender, it wasn't amongst the varieties of fish fillet that I prefer. My husband really really loved the soup in this dish. I liked that you could choose two add-ons -- we got the bean curd which really absorbed the soup well, and the vermicelli noodles, which I prefer a bit thicker in this type of soup.
We also got the sizzling shrimp with vermicelli. I liked the garlic flavor and the shrimp was mostly tender. The noodles were a bit soft and oily, but otherwise this was my favorite dish.
The truffle fried rice was pretty good but oily. I liked the stir fried greens with garlic.
Overall I felt that the food was a bit heavy and the fish fillet was not quite my style. But again, it really reminded me of the food I had in China, so it seems very authentic!”

“this definitely deserves the michelin recommendation. every piece of meat was so tender and every dish was just so flavorful. i really liked the braised beef noodles. it had a cilantro taste and the bok choy was so soft. my family really liked the texture of all of the noodles - especially the fried ones. the scallion pancakes were very good and the food came very quickly. the staff are very nice and the water hits hard 😁. definitely come here”

“Sashimi is fresh. Grilled items are tasty. Good selection of sake. And the service is very good. Thank you, Nathan.”
Outdoor Dining
“I had to update my review because this place just got a serious glow-up! They finally got rid of those old picnic-style checker tablecloths, and the dining room looks so much more upscale and sleek now.
We came in for dinner with a group and ordered one of their set menus for 6 people. It's honestly an incredible deal, it comes with a whole Peking duck and a bunch of great dishes, including the shrimp with vermicelli, beef in soup, broccoli, salad, sweet and sour pork ribs, and a 6-item appetizer platter. The food tasted fantastic, though the portion sizes for the set felt a little light for 6 fully grown adults. To make sure everyone was full, we added an order of their famous braised noodles with pork ribs, which absolutely hit the spot.
The service was highly impressive and completely matches the new elevated vibe of the restaurant. We had such a great experience that we’re actually coming back again next week for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend checking out their new look!”
“This little gem has that nostalgic 1950s vibe, only accepting cash. There a couple of tables outside the little shack where they offer crispy bean and cheese burritos that are unbelievably good! Service is. Always with a smile. I also tried crunchy tacos and taquitos which j added cheese to and it was so yummy. There js no satisfaction like a treat from taco treat. Don't forget the hot sauce!”
“When got to drive-up the guy couldnt gueas which order was mine. i had to remind him. Fries were cold and soggy. The size of the burger was the smallest than I've ever seen before. Same was true for the fries. My first visit for a long time. Disappointing. Wayne Weaver 6262622068”
“what i like about Cabreras 1st the awesome service. 2nd the best mexican food that is made with love. and what makes so good is the great music they have it's like eating at home which makes feel like your with family. keep up the great family feeling. oh and when I asked for something that's not on the menu you make it just like eating at home..”
“Was at Santa Anita Mall and it was dinner time. Had seen Marugame Udon many times, but had never tried it until today. Tried the new Bolongese Udon with a potato croquette and sweet potato tempura. Ambience is great and the wall artwork is fabulous. Noodles were fresh and bowl was warmed before plating. I ordered a large size and was not disappointed. Free toppings were nice: tempura flakes, wake, cilantro, grunions. Tempura was nice and crispy. Potato croquet was good but a bit too sweet for my liking. Grabbed a Calamansi Ade to drink; nice Calamansi flavor and not overly sweet. Tempura dipping sauce was excellent. Appreciate the Togarashi and chili oil as well if you want a bit of spice. Free water cups also appreciated.
For the bolognese, please don’t think this will be similar to an Italian restaurant; this is the Japanese riff on bolognese. A boiled egg may seem odd at first, but it gives the dish a wonderful creamy texture when mixed with the cheese. The ground meat rounded out the dish well. Cilantro and togarashi paired really well by providing freshness and a hint of spice (I love spicy stuff). While this dish will not be for everyone, I’d encourage people to try it, as it is quite filling and really good for what it is. If you’ve had Japanese pasta before, you’ll know.
Will be coming back to try other Udon options and tempura. Udon is great comfort food, and Marugame does it well!”
“I like this place. $13.99 per pound of food. You get to choose all your toppings. I recommend going heavy on the meats and light on the carbohydrates. That’ll be the best bang for the buck. They also have frog meat if that’s your lingo. I tried their beef bone broth and I like it a lot. I’d come back again.
**UPDATE**
Just a heads up. If you can’t eat mild this place won’t be for you. They can’t alter the broth. The only option is the tomato broth which is no spicy.”

“Excellent Food! Excellent Service!!! I was having a stressful day and decided to get some delicious Pad Thai from my favorite restaurant, Srisiam Thai Kitchen. The cashier delivered the food to me while I was in my car and I was gifted eggrolls! Thank you so much for ending my stressful day on a good note! I truly appreciate your delicious food and superb customer service! Thank you so much!”
“Happened to accidentally come in during a vtuber event so the place was packed. Despite how busy it was, the maid rushed to the front door to greet us as soon as she saw us. She was very friendly and it almost felt like meeting a friend during their work shift.
We got drinks to go because of how busy it was but we will definitely come back during the week to actually try the food!”
“The restaurant is clean, modern, and comfortable, and you can even watch the staff hand-make dumplings, which adds to the experience. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient, even during a busy meal.
If you’re craving authentic Shanghai breakfast or comfort food, this is definitely a place worth coming back to. Highly recommend!”
“Wow, a wonderful gem here in Arcadia/San Gabriel! I have been going to Meet You BBQ for skewers, but I might have to start coming here now!
Service is ok. You order on the QR code anyway. Skewers are 4 for $7.99, which is on the pricier side imo. I loved the lamb soup. It was a big bowl for $14.99. I also got the spicy vermicelli $14.99, which had a lot of fatty meat. It was good but could have been spicier.
I didn’t like that I had to ask for the bbq seasoning. I think they should just keep it at every table.
I think I might have missed the white buns on the menu? I would have liked to order that. I also want to try the shredded potato dish next time!
-Small parking lot, next to HOP cafe

“I have been frequenting hotel Le’Meridian that has Longitude 118 bar lately. I specifically want to give a shout out to Erik who works the [early] a.m. shift at Longitude 118. He is always accommodating and VERY customer-friendly! I enjoy our conversations when I’m sitting at the bar. He always has a smile on his face and he’s very down to earth. I feel like he is a great asset to the company! There are others in separate reviews that I would name specifically as well, but in this one I want to especially highlight Erik! He truly goes above and beyond! @Longitude118 #Logitude118Ar Asia”
“Loved how fresh the noodle rolls were—the texture was so delicious! It’s really cool that you can pick and choose your meats and add-ons. The stir fried udon noodles with black pepper beef, chicken abalone porridge and beef stew noodle soup with tripe were all delicious! Would recommend and would go again!”
“Very quick service. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were immediately seated and very quickly seen by the server. Our food was fresh and came out incredibly quickly. I always enjoy the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken gnocchi soup. The breadsticks were soft and warm and everything you want them to be. I would highly recommend.”

“We had a great dinner at Fujiya Ramen tonight! The food was delicious—especially the yakitori, ramen, and sake. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.
What impressed us most was the service. There was only one server taking care of the entire dining room, but they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt neglected.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!”
“This is basically the only brewery left in the area. Three breweries closed within a year. MT. Lowe's has a variety of entertainment throughout the week, check their schedule. And the menu of beers change frequently. Just another note, they also serve wine, but not a large menu on that. And one more thing, different food trucks come on different days.”
“😁Since I was a little girl we have been patroning The Shrimp House when it was in El Monte and now here and the Jumbo Shrimp have always been our favorite. It was my mom's favorite food so now it is a great reminder of our wonderful family times and the food and all the sides continue to be delicious!! Thank you!”
“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). Topped with nori, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, and ground meat, the ramen have the perfect flavor. Their chicken karaage were the best too!”
“When you visiting the area stop by for amazing tacos, we had the tripa, asada, cabeza tacos, pastor quesadilla and sincronizada, everything was delicious, the staff were very friendly, they are from Oaxaca and Veracruz means the taste is real Mexican style. They are parked on the street and the park area is safe.”
“Every bite feels like an artful blend of freshness, flavor, and precision. Good place for catching up with your favorite person”

“This cozy mom-and-pop sushi restaurant has been a neighborhood gem for well over a decade, and it’s easy to see why. It’s run by the sweetest elderly Japanese couple who pour their hearts into every meal they serve.
The sushi is always incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and every dish is prepared with care. What makes this place truly special, though, is the genuine hospitality. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m coming home. They work tirelessly to make sure every customer is taken care of, and it’s amazing how she remembers my order by heart every single visit.
In a world full of trendy restaurants, this place is a reminder that great food, hard work, and kindness never go out of style. If you’re looking for authentic sushi made with heart, this is the place.”
“Delicious food, this is the best taco spot in the area by far. There’s a reason these guys’ rating is so high, the quality of their food speaks for itself. It’s one of the only places I’ll happily wait in line as long as I need to because it’s always worth it. Everything is fairly priced for the quantity and the guys who run it are friendly. Highly recommend”

“Good old fashion breakfast place. Menu is big. We haven't been here for awhile. Prices do go up, but it is what it is. Prices are high everywhere. Portions are large, so it's all worth it. Their pancakes are some of the best you can find. Although I wish they'd serve the larger sausages than the regular sausage links. Other than that, it's a nice place for breakfast.”
“Albertano’s Mexican Food is an absolute gem! The food here is delicious, authentic, and packed with flavor. The carne asada is tender and perfectly seasoned, and their burritos are huge definitely come hungry! I also tried the menudo and it was rich, comforting, and spot on, just like a homemade recipe.
The service is friendly and fast, and even though the portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal.
If you’re craving real Mexican comfort food with big portions and great taste, this place will not disappoint.
Highly recommend! 🤩💕🇲🇽🌮🌯”
“This place is so delicious and fun! I love the mochi mango drink 🥭 The passion fruit with cheese foam was also really flavorful and delicious. Each of these drinks felt like a meal, they are big and filling with the add-ins. Not the cheapest at $7+ it's more fun than a coffee sometimes. I want to come back to try everything!”
“Ordered a vanilla caramel chunk single scoop with a cone to rest from walking around the mall. The ice cream was thick and creamy, and the flavors were great. The waffle cone was warm which was a nice surprise, and workers were friendly. This spot is a great place for a fast and tasty sweet treat!”
“Went on a Saturday evening as part of a group of 5. There was a small line but the cashier was fast and we quickly made our way to the front to order & pay. We ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup, black bean noodles, and sweet and sour pork. We received them all within a reasonable amount of time and it was all yummy. We found seating in the food court dining area but we had to be quick to claim seating, so be prepared to possibly not find seating if your group is larger than 2 people. The seating area can also be dirty, but I wouldn't blame that on Kyodong Noodle.”
“Been wanting to try this spot. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or eugh. I got their pork rou jia muo, saozi noodles, and beef noodle soup to try. The pork rou jia muo had a fluffy pan fried bun that reminded me of the bing my grandma makes and was filled with savory tender umami pork. The sao zi noodles had savory meat, bright cilantro, crunchy bean sprouts, tofu, soft potato bits, and qq noodles. The beef noodle soup was really comforting and had a savory flavorful broth, tender juicy beef, crunchy boy choy, and soft noodles. Tastes authentic and yummy, Portions are massive, and prices are fare, this place is pretty good.
Pork Chinese burger $6.25
Saozi noodles $15.75
Beef noodle soup $16.25”
“I ordered coffee and donuts here — and I was really impressed. The coffee was aromatic, rich, and pleasantly energizing, with that perfect balanced flavor you want to savor slowly. The donuts were fresh, soft, and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they’re made with care. It’s a lovely place I’d gladly return to in order to enjoy this delicious duo again.”
“Very very rich broth! I like the bean sprouts for sides and the veggie gyoza was nice with the crispy starch layer. I did expect the thick noodles to be thicker, but it’s about as thick as a spaghetti.”
“Great restaurant, nice to be back . Love the food, the atmosphere and the staff”

“Entrance fee was like 8 dollars, not too bad but still. Their parking lot was confusing because the paint was faded and the people directing traffic to the lot weren't doing very much. Good amount of food stalls. There was some live performances but stopped around 2 hours before it closed. Overall was fun”

“Yi’s Cafe is hands down the most competitive for the value you’re getting. The coffee is great, and their sandwiches are honestly the best value for your buck — better quality than anywhere else nearby at a price that’s hard to beat. Every time I order, the owner throws in a free muffin or two, no charge. Small touch, big difference. Highly recommend.
Don’t sleep on their sandwiches!”
“Very friendly and quick service. I think it is the best Taiwanese restaurant in Arcadia. The flavor was very good and tasty. It was recommended to me by my Taiwanese friend. So I would recommend this restaurant for everyone. Price is excellent. You can order for takeout.”
“Taiyaki is bomb and a great deal and I would give them 5 stars just for that. Usually just get the cheese. Service is also amazing, the shop owner is super sweet and once asked if I wanted a plastic bags to put all my things I was carrying. She won me over from that but we do frequent this place often just for the taiyaki. Bingsu is good on a hot day as well. Every time I'm at the mall my wife makes me come here to get taiyaki. Very simple and well made.”
“Owner is really nice and chill. I love her energy and warming welcome greeting. It’s self service for the proteins and veggies as well as sauce. Customers were enjoying their food and so were we. It’s my first time here since I’m not from California. I wish Massachusetts could have a place this good too. Wish I could come here more often!”
“Cleanest donut shop I've been to! Their breakfast sandwiches are good and you get the option of adding different bagel spreads and vegetables which most donut shops don't offer. Their coffee doesn't taste watered down and the donuts are fresh. You might want to call ahead for breakfast sandwiches because they get busy in the morning. They don't sell lottery tickets though. Family who owns the business are very nice and hardworking. Thank you”
“Review edited for a very sincere response. Thank you! I like the coffee and scone here!
asked for my scone to be warmed up every time I visited, and it has never been an issue before. This time, however, I was met by a very rude staff member who refused to warm it up. I told him I was happy to wait, so I waited patiently, but were still served a cold scone.
I’ve had many wonderful experiences here in the past, and the coffee is always great. Unfortunately, I really can’t accept this kind of rude service. It was very disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from this café.”
“I’ve been loving ordering from here for lunches, it’s such a good portion size and always looks so yummy! It was my first time picking up food in person and it’s such a cute and clean place to go eat. The staff were super friendly and when they told me they didn’t have the drink I wanted, they ended up gifting me a strawberry matcha! :)”
“Great food and great service”
