“This might me my favorite sushi spot on the Peninsula! Everything we had was top-tier in taste. The service was fantastic as well. They gave me complimentary miso and gave us both some yummy salmon to try. This place is small so I anticipate a wait during peak meal times.”
“I asked to be called on my cell when they're in front so I can give them a cash tip but apparently they did not see my message on the app so the pizza was dropped on the front door step. I got a text saying it just got delivered.”

“The portions were huge, which is great because you get your money's worth. If that's your thing. I thought the bibimbap in the stone pot was great. My spouse thought her soup was a bit salty. The pancake was good.
The staff was nice and the atmosphere was typical restaurant vibes.”
“Best Thai in Bay Area, flavors are bold and delicious. Highlights included the Musaman Curry with beef. We didn't have reservations but was able to dine at opening time. We will definitely reserve next time and also try the brunch.”

“First food stop in San Fran area and let me tell you that these are the best tacos I’ve had in my LIFE. I still have plenty of tacos to try but omg. I dream about them every night. Something about the salsa stuff they put on them. Good thing I don’t live around here I’d literally be here every day 🤣”
“I went to a Starbread at a different location a few years ago and fell in love with the señiorita bread. I was in San Francisco for a few days and found out there was a Starbread here as well. I wanted to go back and get the bread that I remembered being so good. Well, this place did not disappoint! The señiorita bread was actually better here, it was fresh and sweet and buttery! Because I was traveling back home, I only got 10 for $6 however next time I will be getting a bigger box to bring back home!”
“This place is pure Guatemalan awesomeness! It's just as good if not better than the original. The pan francés And pan dulce are on point, and the breakfast is amazing. If you love Guatemalan and Central American style breakfast this is the place for you. I have to warn you though, parking and seating is tough on the weekends. So be ready to park a few blocks away, and hunt for a good table once you get there.”
“Good food!!! Tucked in a corner at Westlake Daly City but dont let the location fool you. This place is always packed with people. Come hungry if you plan to go!!!”
“The food is really delicious and the waiters are very friendly”

“I've been to In N Out several times as a visitor their food is amazing each time way better than another burger restaurant with a red and yellow logo, the service is always good and acceptable for the amount of people in the store never have I waited more than 5 minutes for food and the prices are unbeatable especially for the west coast. I highly recommend the Daly City In N Out.”

“In a never ending search for the best burritos in the Bay, I’m glad I found another solid option in Los Cuates. Super nice folks behind the counter, clean, organized restaurant, a solid salsa bar, and fantastic food.
The regular carne burrito was piping hot, and perfectly wrapped with a perfect balance of delicious meat, rice, beans, and salsa. Nothing groundbreaking, just solid Mexican food at reasonable prices served by nice folks. We need more places like Los Cuates.”
“Parking: free parking, but very busy over the weekend.
I have seen many locations across the bay area.
Food: Most of the foods are grilled or fried. All of them are tasty and fresh. Many fish choices, sauces, and sites to choose from. My favorite sauces are garlic butter and Cajun. The fish and chips are very good with tartar sauce. The grilled sea bass fish are very flavorful and would recommend having sauce on the side.
Price: very reasonable price for portions of food.”
“This is my favorite Super Duper location. I didn't realize how clean it was until I visited their Irving St. location. Lunch today was a super duper burger w/egg, jack cheese $13.50 and garlic fries $4.75. Both were OK. Garlic fries needed more garlic. The burger was juicy. Filled with some greasy goodness. Previously, you can add an extra slice of tomato or more lettuce/onions. That option is now gone from the terminal. The default amount of lettuce, tomato and onions is anemic. More lettuce and tomato for the super duper burger will balance out the extra patty. Service was quick. This location is 10 out 10. Good job.”
“We absolutely loved our order from Nick the Greek! We tried the Chicken Gyro Pita and the Beef & Lamb Gyro Pita, and both were incredibly flavorful. The meat was perfectly seasoned and the pita bread deserves a special mention, it was fantastic, so soft and fresh.
Highly recommend this spot!”
“With numerous options for Mexican restaurants, I decided to order a carne asada burrito to determine if this place was worth revisiting and reviewing. As I walked through the main entrance, I was immediately struck by a wave of nostalgia, reminiscent of a taqueria in Mexico, with the enticing aromas of fresh vegetables and cooked meats wafting through the air. When I received my order, I found myself holding a massive burrito weighing at least 18 ounces. This burrito was a heavyweight contender, and I could hardly wait to get home to unwrap it.
Once I arrived home, I eagerly unwrapped this Goliath and indulged in the impressive behemoth. The burrito was delicious; it fully engaged my senses and captured the essence of great Mexican food. I was thoroughly impressed by both its size and flavor. This taqueria is truly a hidden gem among other establishments.”
“Just ordered through the app from the parking lot. Order ready when I walked in the door. Cheerfully greeted. The espresso was perfect with a beautiful crema. Tried a new cookie. The chocolate chip with sea salt was surprisingly delicious. Everything I was looking for and more.”
“I love it!!! It's my happy place. Tried in other places but here are THE BEST poke bowls. All the ingredients are fresh and yummy. The fish is very good, specially when they cut it in bigger cubes.”
“Loved this place for being what it is. If you want a hearty Japanese meal without breaking the bank, this is the place. Not a lot of fancy, ornate dishes, but the price also reflects that. Parking is easy which is a big plus. I really enjoyed the food, the service and the convenience.”

“Just found out Serramonte Center has Yang Guo Fu in the food court 😂 Perfect spot for a hot bowl of malatang on a foggy Daly City lunch break. $14.99/lb with fresh veggies, meats, and three soup bases (beef bone, tomato, spicy dry). Loved the beef & lamb rolls, mushrooms, lotus root, and konjac for a lighter option. Their red oil wontons ($5.99) are freshly made and so tasty—can’t wait to try the dim sum they’re adding soon!”
“A neighborhood gem serving the usual Chinese takeout fares as well as more authentic dishes. There is something for everyone to enjoy. I personally really like the dan dan noodles, fried rice as well as a number of the chicken and beef entrees. Very reasonable price and generous portions that are great for sharing.”
“It is melt-in-your-mouth dessert, Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecake is a must-try. Light, fluffy and delicately sweet. It feels like a cloud of creamy goodness dissolving on your tongue. The texture is what truly sets it apart. It’s not dense like a traditional cheesecake, but rather airy and moist with just the right hint of cheese flavor.”
“Not bad for Daly City. The restaurant was mostly empty on a Monday evening. The menu has a big +$1 price adjustment on top. My Five Spice Chicken garlic noodles $16 tasted OK. The chicken was a bit dry. Luckily they have fish sauce on the side. The pickled vegetables were served on top of leave lettuce. The garlic noodles had a hint of butter and a mild garlic taste. The disappointing part was that some of the noodles would break apart due to them being flimsy. Service was fine as I received a water refill. I was left a bit hungry still and had to get some popcorn chicken and a Thai iced tea next door.”
“Majikku Ramen in Daly City is a Japanese restaurant my husband and I like to go very often. Not only that their food quality is good, their servers are always courteous and friendly. Although the place might be small, it's still maintained very nice and clean. Another plus is for a vegetarian like myself. Majikku Ramen is one of the few that will take special care to accommodate the vegetarians. From their Appetizers, Salads, Noodles, Bento boxes to Sushi Rolls, there will be some selections for the vegetarian lovers. I highly recommend this restaurant for my friends, families, and the vegetarian lovers!”
“Good food quality as expected. Spicy Ramen was done right with a good soup base. Unagi Bento was also tasty. Overall price was right and a good place for a casual lunch.”
“I have been a many times, usually when I am craving for some Korean food or just want something easy. It is located at the right side when you enter the supermarket, most of the times there is not a wait. Their menu consists of appetizers, authentic Korean dishes, specialty wings, soups, beverages, etc. I have never encountered an issue here thanks to their welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs. Everything is pretty much made to order which is always a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Korean spot, if you want to try something new or if you want a laid back spot to dine at. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.”
“Chick & Jajang is a fantastic spot for authentic Korean / Chinese comfort food. 🇰🇷🍜 Their Tang So Yuk is freshly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour sauce. 🍖🍯 The traditional Jajang Myeon is rich and savory, with that deep black bean flavor done just right. 🍝✨ A must-try for anyone craving delicious, freshly made Korean-Chinese dishes! 😋👏”

“Greetings to America and for IHOP Daly City California. The Best IHOP I can definitely recommend. While the line appears to be long let that not deter you here this IHOP gets you seated. The waitress all Great at this location. I was lucky Rachel was my waitress always smiling and quickly taking orders serving out IHOP Great fantastic food Breakfast.”
“I could just give you the stars I think you deserve, but I prefer to take 5 minutes out of my evening to talk about what I really thought of this experience I had today, January 11th, at 9:50 pm!!!
After having a horrible day and arriving home extremely tired from work, I just wanted to eat fast food and relax. However, as soon as I entered the establishment, I met an employee named Ian. He was cleaning the place and, with all the kindness and a smile on his face, he came to serve me with the utmost patience, answering all my questions, as it was my first time buying from this place. He gave me several options, and it was clear that he knew the entire menu. Today was my birthday, and thanks to him, he managed to bring a smile to my face on such a terrible day. I truly hope this young man achieves everything he deserves in life because I could see how much effort he was putting into providing excellent service while also taking care of other things at the restaurant. Ian, if I never see you again, continue being this kind, cheerful, friendly, and intelligent young man. The company loses a lot if you ever leave. I will recommend the place to my friends!!!
Thank you for everything, your Brazilian customer, Yuri!!! 🇧🇷”
“I think they improved now with everything except for this cashier in the morning before 8 am I ordered for big breakfast asked him if it goes with hash brown he said no so I ordered for extra hash brown next thing you know I had 3 hash brown when my order came 😏 But everything was ok”
“Just got a new alaskan husky puppy and i kept seeing instagram posts about pup cups. Decided to go. The location has changed a lot. Its nicer now, no indoor tables, no more public bathrooms neither. Staff didnt really call out drinks but the cashier was very helpful. Bonus the pup cup was free. Service wise there was a line. Workers (hs/college kids) just talked amongst themselves instead of making drinks which irked me a lil. Shrugs*”
“This location had plenty of parking , both ADA and regular. It was our first time visiting this location. The service was great, the Kahlua Colada drink tasted amazing and the dinner was excellent!!”
“I celebrated my birthday today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for that successful gathering. The stuff cooperated in a splendid manner, the meals were yummy and my guests were extremely joyful. We shall no dout come back again for more events. Thank you very much.”

“We had a great experience working with Yana at My Baking Creations! Yana was responsive, creative and an amazing cake artist/baker. From start to end of the process, Yana was communicative and helpful to bring our design idea into fruition. Delivery was seamless and on-time as well. The cake had beautiful fondant work and the chocolate cake tasted divine and decadent. Looking forward to going to Yana again for future birthday cakes!”
“I have been here many times mainly when I am craving for a doughnut or when I am in the area where I am in need of a quick bite. They have a wide selection of fresh doughnuts made daily, sandwiches, coffee, refrigerated drinks and much more. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never had encountered an issue during any of my visits. You can dine in at one of their tables or simply purchase for takeout if you decide to. I have to say this place is a plus, because there are little to none doughnut shops within the area. I highly recommend this place to all doughnut enthusiasts, if you need a quick snack for the morning of if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.”

“Hofbrau style large sandwiches cut fresh from the meat out of the oven are possibly as good as sandwiches get. I like the roast beef and turkey but they also have pastrami, rotisserie chicken, ham, pork ribs and salads. Services friendly, food is excellent. Definitely five stars.”
“Wonderful texture, and great value for money with too good to go. I got the ube, churro and funnel flavors along with a iced coffee.
Ube: No ube flavor, just the color but still nice
Churro: The best of them all
Funnel cake: A little bitter weirdly
Iced coffee: Way too sweet but refreshing”
“Super impressed with the quality of meat and portion size on their burritos. I should've added the sour cream, cheese, etc. but the burrito was still super good as is, especially with the variety of salsas. Enough of the filling fell out of my burrito while eating it that I had leftovers for the next day!!
100% recommend.”

“I passed by here many times and never knew if it was open because the curtains block the interior view. Today I finally have this place a shot on a hungry mindset. It’s like a hole in the wall that serve authentic Chinese dishes at great prices. Also the service was great and the food was very delicious. I definitely will be back to try out other dishes.
Vegetarian options: Non-meat options available
Parking: Parking throughout the area
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors for easy wheelchair access”
“Consistently delicious. Its always nice eating Jollibee fresh vs. to-go. I tried the kbbq sandwich again since I've never had it made to order and it was tasty. Crispy and saucy and the cucumber relish they add is a nice touch to battle the sweetness of the sauce.
Chicken is always juicy and malabo is so much better right away so it doesnt coagulate in transit when ordering through food delivery app.
The service is the best if any fast food place. The staff is quick, friendly and you can see they work as a team almost like a family unit. Prices are inexpensive so it makes this place one of the best if not the best fast food place to visit and enjoy.”
“(2025) Fresh food; Good Customer Service by Wayne and just met the owner, May (friendly, too); and the restaurant is clean and welcoming as well and the menu has varieties, too. (for vegans also).
(2026) Best (Rock Cod fillet) sweet and sour I’ve ever tried - will definitely come back in this place.
Roasted Peanuts is being served while you settled in before ordering dine-in.”
“I had the signature rolls and a bento box, and everything was delicious. The rolls were fresh and well-balanced, and the bento was satisfying with great variety. Portions were generous and the flavors really hit the spot. Definitely a solid place for sushi and Japanese comfort food. I’d happily come back.”
“My family loves this restaurant, so much we don’t want to share. The crab when it season is to die for. I sucked every piece of the Dungeness crab. The owners are really sweet. They have both American Chinese food, and canton dishes. That crab….i will dream about you.”
Cheap Eats
“I'm fortunate to live in a region of the Bay Area where there are a lot of Filipino restaurants and each of them do so much to sustain the cultural significance of the Philippine population of the area.
For years in having this restaurant as part of my rotation of Filipino cuisine, one of their superpowers is their consistency for delivering good tasting food. Time and time again, I find their offerings to be as good or better than their competitors.
Their service is great and you can count on being warmly greeted by the staff. I also feel that their portions are more generous than their counterparts. So if it's good food you're after, I highly recommend them.
And as is typical of a lot of Filipino joints, decor, atmosphere and aesthetics aren't their thing. As you'll see in the accompanying pictures, this place is about as basic, utilitarian and modest as a place can be, as stripped down as an apartment of newlyweds. But then again, you don't come here for the furniture and art on the walls did you? If you did, you'd be richly disappointed.”
“One of our weekly go to locations to get pastries after groceries shopping at Ranch 99. We normally get baked Pork Buns, Cream coconut bun, cocktail bun or egg tarts. We have also bought cakes here. Love the tiramisu, mocha cake and their fruit tart cake. Unlike other cakes, their cakes are not sweet and doesn’t have too much whipped cream. Love it.”
“This Ohana Hawaiian BBQ location felt dirty and dilapidated. There's a weird outdoors picnic table inside the restaurant. Food crumbs and trash are on the tables. The girl taking orders spoke with barely audible words. Probably not the best person for that job. My meals were fried fish $11.25 and bbq katsu mix $12.25. Both tasted OK.”
“The restaurant was empty at 7pm. They have a $12 snack & drink combo. My popcorn chicken and Thai iced tea tasted fine. The random thing is, they have a wall of Chinese knick knacks for sale, like candy and ceramic bowls. I like how my drink weren't too sweet. Service was fine and my food came out in a reasonable amount of time.”
“Average price for 5$-7$ each. Freshly made and soft boba. We tried the Thai Tea and Strawberry fruit tea. No complaints on either on them and would go again.
Plenty of parking and fast service. Each of the 5 workers were doing a task with the constant orders during my visit, it was nonstop customers.”
“This pumpkin bread is really cute which caught my attention. But it was dry. There was pumpkin filling inside and u have to make sure u eat the bread with the filling in order for it to be good. Other than that, this place has some great pastries! The potato croquet, choco bun, and cheese bread are my favorites 😋”
“Came here on Saturday for late lunch and there was no wait. The hot pot dishes were delicious and the owner was very friendly. AYCE is a plus, which is $36.99 for weekends and holidays, $32.99 for weekdays dinners and even cheaper for weekday lunches.
We liked the original spicy soup base and the skewers.”
“I can’t even describe this place! The food is so good and delicious. It was so fresh and clean at the restaurant and I was very pleased with our food!”

“The kind worker, Amir was really welcoming and thoughtful. He gave my friend a strawberry and chocolate cup when I got the Dubai chocolate one because she was allergic to pistachio. Even though she couldn’t eat it in case of cross contamination, it’s the thought that really mattered to us. The froyos we got were really good. Definitely recommend!! 10/10”
“I've been to a few sandwich and cos and this is by far the best run. Clean, organized and good service. Others I have been to felt like they were cutting corners, this one maintains a higher standard.
Overall it is basic sandwiches done well. Morning to write home about, but is also exactly what I want sometimes.”
“I had the beef tapa on the first visit and it was amazing! I felt that I was really getting what I was paying for. The next visits, we ordered the bangus sisig and burger steak and as usual, it was great!
The staffs were very kind and accommodating on every interaction I had with them which just make every experience I had with then very positive.
I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!”
“Excellent food, high quality and well worth the price. Lots of additional perks which make this a special buffet experience including: chocolate fondue, abalone and super fresh crab and oyster, customized grilled meats/seafood and hot pot. All you can eat sashimi and great selection of drinks. Probably my favorite buffet in the bay area, and I've tried quite a few.
I came for dinner ($49 after tax and service charge), I'd like to try lunch to see if it's equally as good of a value.”
“Exceeded expectations. Extensive menu. Highly recommended!”
