“This restaurant was born out of Hong Kong Lounge II, which was one of our favorites. This met our expectation. So glad to see returning staff from the prior location providing the same amazing service. Food was outstanding. My next adventure will be chicken feet.”
“What an amazing culinary experience! We had a three course meal. The waiter was very helpful, friendly and had great recommendations! I highly recommend this place if you're in San Francisco!”
“We walked in on NYE without a reservation and they graciously found us a spot in the bar area. Service was on point and staff were festively dressed! I love a crafty cocktail but most are too sweet. I had the Smokey mezcal cocktail 🍹. Perfection. Appetizers were delish as well. Perfect way to start our NYE celebrations.”

“We weren't planning on going here but changed our mind mid way and I'm happy that we did. The service was excellent, the food was good and the mezcals were mind-blowing
We joined the donaji mezcal club because why not, it's a pretty awesome concept and I'm not saying no to another shot of mezcal. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting SFvisiting.
Note: The quantities are good so be careful about ordering too much food. One entre is pretty filling for one person”
“The papusas are yummy, the plantains are perfect, great, the service is friendly, and the place usually has open tables at all times. A perfect choice on nights when Valencia street is too crowded and you need a last minute option.”
“Hidden gem for amazing food. Cuisine is primarily Peruvian but also has dishes from other South American countries. Prices are slightly higher but portion sizes are actually big so it evens out. Highly recommend the Mariscada and the Baja fish tacos.
If you haven’t tried Chicmorada, great place to try it as well. Very close to the original we had in Peru”
“Best laid back bar in town. Excellent foor and drinks.”
“This place has amazing and authentic Cuban style food and drinks. the pastries are made in house and are world class. the customer service is stellar. the amazing flavors of the food will bring you back, over and over. #cuba”
“Dacha is clean, friendly, & welcoming!”
“Its one of the best places where i am currently having best mango sago , it has the best mango flavor, small granular yummy coconut taste… i just couldnt resist myself to write the review while having it ☺️💛”
“It’s a great place to meet friends for fun food and have a glass of wine… it has a cozy interior or you can sit out on Dolores sidewalk and enjoy the lovely neighborhood. The owner and his wife make make you feel relaxed and welcome. It’s also a great date spot and the tables are set up for comfort or intimacy if you prefer- it also offers food to go! Most people who try it want to return!”
“Convenient location in the heart of the city. Fantastic, Involved and Caring owners. Quality Product, would definitely recommend.”
“Super yummy warm treats and coffee”
“Lily and her family make a great team. Very friendly bar, with good service and generous measures of drinks at very reasonable prices. Luckily we were staying just down Post so it quickly became our go-to bar during our short stay in SF. Lovely chicken wings too. Thanks for a great time. And a lovely fluffy cat to boot !!”
“This food is absolutely delicious, I ordered the truck for a company outing and the owner was so kind and responsive - but wow, this food was so good I dreamt of it and my mouth watered the next morning. I was staying by sfo to fly out, decided to go back onetime before my flight - real fresh, real delicious. Can’t go wrong , I could eat here daily.”
“My family and I absolutely love this restaurant! We tried a lot of Indian restaurants all over the Bay Area, but this is, by far, our favorite!
The tandoori is ridiculously good and the nan is so fresh and bubbly! I am vegetarian and the rest of my family eats meat so we always get the curries in vegetarian and chicken. We never have anything left over because it is so insanely good. Tonight we dined in the restaurant for the first time instead of ordering out and it was such a treat! The owner was a complete sweetheart and provided us the best customer service that we have had in a long time. It’s always convenient ordering to our home, but we will surely be back for the warm welcome and delicious food! 🙏🏼❤️”
“McCarthy’s is everything you want in a neighborhood spot—welcoming, laid-back, and just plain fun. The vibe is classic and unpretentious, with friendly staff who make you feel like a regular the minute you walk in. Drinks are always cold and poured strong, prices are fair, and it’s the kind of place where conversation just flows. Whether you’re catching a game, grabbing a pint with friends, or just stopping by after work, McCarthy’s nails it. West Portal is lucky to have this gem!”
“Holy Schnike!!! The food is incredibly delicious, the non-seafood versions I am getting are the most amazing tastes. The Wines paired with the dishes are inspired and spot on.”
Restaurants with Delivery
“Liholiho is a fantastic restaurant! The space is modern and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen where you can watch everything being prepared, which adds a lot of energy and transparency to the dining experience.
The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The cocktails were excellent, and even the non-alcoholic one I ordered was made with care and tasted great.
The food was outstanding. The bun with beef tongue was extraordinary, the tuna tartare and ceviche were perfectly balanced and fresh, and the shrimps with crispy rice were especially memorable. All dishes showed creativity, originality, and were prepared with high quality ingredients.
For three people, including first and main courses, drinks, and one dessert, the bill came to $260, which I found fair for this level of quality. The only minus point is that the restaurant does not offer coffee, which would have been a nice way to finish the meal.
Overall, I really enjoyed everything at Liholiho. Highly recommended, and I hope I will get to return again!”

“I went to KEN for my birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal. The fish was delicious; so many new flavors and combinations; the chef was superb - talented and entertaining, with great attention to detail. The service was impeccable. I cannot say enough good things!”
“My friend, Mike, who lives nearby with his wife, raved about it so much that my BF and I decided to come after a short trip to Marin. It was everything that he described and more. It was fantastic! Excellent food and atmosphere. Will definitely add to my list of favorites and will recommend to my Palo Alto friends!”

“Quintessential experience of culture, top quality authentic food, and a staple. If there’s a place I’d want to help carry San Francisco culture this is one of them. So lucky for it and you’ll multiple returns to try different taco, burritos, and their great aqua Fresca. Got their mangoes and it hit the spot”
“A lovely dinner experience at Aziza. The food was exceptional, and well presented. The service was also outstanding. The staff person was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great time was had!”
“Exceeded expectations. The concord grape shaved ice was probably the best dessert I've ever had in my life. Other highlights were the savory flan, rockfish taco, and uni mole. Staff were delightful to boot.”

“I felt like we were back in a Michelin starred restaurant in Provence eating here. I loved sitting at the counter and watching the sou chefs prepare and dress the dishes. It was the first time since then that we got to enjoy Monkfish. A rare find! And cooked beautifully with a light curry sauce. We did the 4 course option and were stuffed after, it was a lot of food but well priced! The strawberry gelato desert with geranium foam was a memorable and perfect ending to the rich meal. The staff was attentive. We will definitely go back as they change their menu daily. Truly an unexpected gem to find on a random corner of the mission.”
“This review is particularly for the Ilna pop-up on Sunday nights. Maz, the chef, cooks with so much passion. He collects the best ingredients from local farmer's markets, even using his background as a wine maker to create special ferments, and shares his family's Lebanese origins with so much care in each dish. The meatball and prosciutto are not to be missed!”
“Hostest and barman were excellent as we waited for our table. The cocktail he recommended was perfect. This is the best dinner we have had in SF. The duck gnocchi, osso bucco pasta and focaccia were all divine. They brought out a special dessert for my sister as it was her birthday dinner. Waitress was the perfect level of attentove without interrupting us too much. I can't wait to come back”
“~This is such an amazing little Detroit Red Top style pizza joint w/ unique locally sourced fresh ingredients. The staff are attentive, accommodating & pleasant to interact w/. They really make you feel welcome like you are eating a pie @ a friend's place. There isn't a bad item on the menu. I always look forward to coming back!¡!🤤😋~”
“Intimate and cozy bar with an excellent wine and beer selection. The interior is gorgeous but small, dominated by the bar. The walls look like they’re made of green velvet but it’s actually concrete. The service was friendly, and they made to sure to keep our glasses full. The food is from Ernest, which was a treat. The bread is from Rize Up Bakery and highly recommended with the wine.”
“Visiting San Francisco all the way from Texas and we 100% recommend this family friendly restaurant. The food was authentic and delicious. We left no crumbs. The customer service was also amazing. Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos muy pronto!”

“Needed to pick up a quick dessert after enjoying the most amazing pizza a few doors down at Outta Sight. Gateway drew us in with their stacks of pink donut boxes--an immediate sign that this is a legit donut place. Our go-tos: blueberry and crunch which were immediately recognizable in the glass case. The lady behind register was very friendly and before we could assume it was cash only, she brought the POS out for us to tap and go. Gotta love it when a humble mom & pop keeps up w/tech. One excited bite out of each donut and we knew that Gateway would be our fav shop in the city. These donuts are AMAZING. They're fresh but more interestingly, they're sweet without being sickening (think opposite spectrum of a Krispy Kreme). I'm sure there's some kind of sorcery involved behind the recipe, but whatever they're doing is incredible. Even the small detail like the blueberry colored dough inside the donut is testament to their special touch. By the way, 2 donuts only cost us $3.75! What a deal.”
“CJ and team are excellent. The commissary is well maintained with all the equipment you'd need and if they don't have something they are open to working with you to figure out a solution. Super helpful staff and overall good people that you're sharing the space with. Would definitely recommend if you have a food business and need a licensed commercial kitchen. The staff are responsive and action-oriented which feels essential when working in a shared space.”
“I have been twice and so far everything has been delicious. I need to go back a few more times to try everything on the menu. Don't forget to save room for dessert. The cocktails are fantastic.”
“The usual wait time is 20-30mins always but if you go solo or as a group of 2 then wait time is ~10mins. I got the classic I think it was a solid choice but the lamb one because of the broth was so much better.

“Went to Popi’s for the first time for HH. Awesome food / drink options for a very reasonable price. Quick, friendly service, delicious snacks on the HH menu (oysters, mussels, and baby fried shrimp sandos). Got some bread and butter to dip the bread in the mussel broth. Sat outside on a beautiful (but windy) day. Highly recommend!”
“this is the best lobster roll i’ve ever had in my entire life. such meaty and buttery pieces. got the truffle butter and it was so amazing. please open one of these in toronto i am begging you i will eat there every day! the staff was so kind and cool. i don’t like the chairs but otherwise everything was perfect!”

“Every dish truly amazed me!
The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding.
I’m a huge fan of uni, and theirs was absolutely delicious — fresh, rich, and unforgettable.
The chef and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend!”
“I recently celebrated my birthday at Kiln SF, and it was truly unforgettable. We indulged in their 20-course tasting menu, which was a culinary journey from start to finish. Each course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully explained, and absolutely delicious; an experience that went far beyond just a meal.
What really stood out was the level of detail and personalization. At the end of the evening, the staff surprised me with a Polaroid photo of my husband and I, and a customized menu with our name’s and celebration printed on it. It felt so special and added such a personal touch to the celebration.
The atmosphere was intimate yet lively, with Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, Kid Cudi, and similar artists playing softly in the background, creating such a cool and personal vibe that elevated the entire evening. The service was impeccable, and every bite showcased the creativity and passion of the kitchen. Kiln SF exceeded all expectations and made my birthday feel incredibly memorable.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for an extraordinary dining experience in San Francisco!
Thanks again, Kiln! 🎉🥂”
“San Francisco Wine Society was outstanding. Danielle was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in our event’s success. She anticipated what we needed—offering full event guidance and clear communication every step of the way.
Even though I was managing the event remotely, Danielle made the process seamless. She was hands-on, detail-oriented, and ensured everything came together flawlessly. As an event manager, it’s rare to find a venue contact you can trust completely—but she made it effortless.
This was our second year hosting with San Francisco Wine Society, and they once again exceeded expectations. I was able to plan the event quickly thanks to the responsiveness. I can’t recommend this venue enough for anyone looking for a high-touch, dependable, and truly exceptional partner in San Francisco.”
“The chocolate mint cookie was very good. Slightly stressful purchasing process: long but quick line, we couldn't see their vegan options until we were at the pay counter with the cashier waiting for us, and and had to select and bag our choices from the cases on the spot if we didn't want to hold up the line. It was a Saturday afternoon. Maybe there are days when you actually have a chance to look for the 'vegan' label and evaluate your options.”
“A great way to experience a four course meal at an affordable price, with delicious food. We will definitely be back.”
“fantastic little restaurant - excellent wine list and great beef bourgogne”
“My friend, Mike, who lives nearby with his wife, raved about it so much that my BF and I decided to come after a short trip to Marin. It was everything that he described and more. It was fantastic! Excellent food and atmosphere. Will definitely add to my list of favorites and will recommend to my Palo Alto friends!”
Fine Dining
“7 Adams is a great restaurant for European cuisine suitable for any occasions. It is a little bit tightly seated but the crowd wasn’t too loud. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food is well proportioned and balanced. Pacing of food is perfect. Never a moment did I feel like I was hanging and bored. My favorite dish is the halibut, which was tender and goes really well with the sauce. Dessert was just ok but I am not a dessert person anyways.”
“Tasting menu was tailored for the 4 vegetarians/pescatarians out of 5 in our group. Each item was very tasty and we enjoyed to the last bite. Servers were very professional and knew their stuff. Since we were there for our anniversary, we received a card from them which basically thanked us for making them part of our celebration. Classy touch!”
“Have been here a few times now, and Tiya has been consistent with the quality of food and service. I ended up taking their tasting menu everytime so can only comment to those .. and they never disappointment. Being a person of Indian origin, I must say that they have done justice to the flavours of India... a modern take on traditional flavours while maintaining the true essence.”
“The best omakase and multi-course dinner I’ve ever had. We came to celebrate our anniversary here and a great time. The atmosphere was perfect and the food/fish were literally hands down the best I’ve ever had. If you want high quality omakase where every bite is the perfect blend and diversity of textures and flavors you must go here.”
“썰 was an memorable experience. Every dish was beautifully executed. For a Korean American, the ingredients were an emotional process. While each dish focused on/showcased the high quality of ingredients, the flavors were a nuanced balance between Korean and Western cultures. Choosing quality over local at each crossroads, many evoked memories of my Korean childhood.
The lynchpin for this beautiful evening was when the chef unexpectedly spent time with us; shared a rare insight behind the scenes. At our table, few were from the East Coast or not Korean American, thus not realizing the backstory to arriving to this moment. I so appreciate the honesty as validated the constant struggle between balancing Korean/American expectations, especially in this time/place. To tie such a diverse audience, the chef executes well.”
Cheap Eats
“Food were great and delicious. I had the food delivered to my place. Everything was great except for the delivery person was half an hour late. I don’t feel it should be mandatory to automatically give 20% tips if I’m not sure if my delivery person is coming on time. Doordash tend to make other stops.”
“This was our first time trying House of Pancakes, and let's just say--the name is definitely misleading in the best way. While you might expect a traditional breakfast spot, this cozy, mom-and-pop-style restaurant serves up hearty Northern Chinese dishes packed with flavor.
We came with a large group of extended family and were impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They even made thoughtful dish recommendations based on our group size and preferences, which made the experience even better.
We ordered quite a bit to share:
Beef Pancakes (a house specialty)
Lamb Skewers (spicy and non-spicy)
Lamb Dumplings
Pork Dumplings
Lamb Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles
Fresh Cucumber Salad
Overall, the food was delicious and flavorful. That said, if you're not a fan of lamb (like me), just be aware that the lamb skewers and dumplings can be a bit gamey. The spicy skewers helped mask it a bit, thanks to a generous sprinkle of paprika.
Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the lamb stir-fried noodles--the lamb in that dish was melt-in-your-mouth tender and tasted more like beef than lamb to me. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the beef pancakes due to dietary restrictions, but my cousins absolutely loved them and said they were a must-order.
The pork dumplings were a standout for me--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. And the cucumber salad was refreshing and balanced everything out nicely.
The restaurant has a small, casual diner vibe that gives it local charm--nothing fancy, but welcoming and perfect for sharing a flavorful meal with family or friends.”
“A very cozy place in the financial district. Even though we went on a weekend, there were still a lot of people working there. Their pour over coffee is reasonably priced and they also provide coffee beans in the shop. I like the paintings they have inside. The coffee also comes with a postcard telling us where the coffee beans come from and the history, which I think is very nice. If you like coffee, I recommend giving this place a try.”
“Best bagels in town and it’s not even close. Staff is super friendly, service is quick, and it smells like heaven in there. It’s a rip’n’dip situation, which is now my preferred method of eating bagels”
“The view is comfortable and the dishes are exquisite. It is highly recommended.”
“Everything we ordered was good. In fact we couldn’t eat it all. Your pizza was so delish! Never had chow fun wrapped up in little rolls but it was pretty good. Your shaking beef salad was good too. Definitely a dining experience in Asian fusion!”
“Excellent food! The prix fixed tasting menu was very generous and delicious. We were stuffed!”
“Amazing food, attentive and knowledgable service made for a memorable first night in San Francisco!!!!”
“The service is always amazing and the food is great. It is one of my favorite neighborhood spots and it's so nice to have family owned spots on divisadero.
You'll quickly become a regular and be happy you are. You'll enjoy anything on the menu!”
“The service was amazing, rhe server is soo nice and attentive. The pizza was good, crispy thin crust, sauce had a soft taste pretty good, the ingredients were really fresh and tasty!”
“Exceptional fine dining experience! Attentive knowledgeable owner, chef, and staff. Amazing cocktails and well prepared French food.”
“Smugglers cove is the cutest tiki bar! Beautiful decor
What a drink menu, it’s so good! Many cocktails to choose from and the bartenders are phenomenal. The drinks here are an art form and the presentation was excellent
Sat with our group in lower level it was pretty warm in there!
Must stop if you in the area!”
“It had been at least a decade if not longer since I last visited Zuni Cafe and it felt just as it did all those years ago in the best way possible! Lovely ambience as always and great service. I raved about the chicken for months to my kids and although the bread salad was perfect, the chicken served was quite dry. Aside from that, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon at Zuni”
“Cute little place, limited seating but great service and food.
The croissant sandwich was nice but the avocado ricotta toast was out of the world”
“Great service, food, and drinks!
Let me just start by saying anchovies are not my favorite fish. However the anchovy bar has absolutely changed my opinion.
We started with the oysters, they had three varieties available so we tried each type, I didn't realize how different they could be.
The pinxos where prepared with the anchovies I am familiar with, but the olive and peppers told a nice little story.
Next, I had to try the anchovy toast. When they set it on the table I saw a thick slice of bread topped with shimmering anchovies. The first bite made me realize I was eating something special. An absolute umami dream.
I asked our server about the preparation of the anchovies and found out the anchovies were locally caught and cured in house, but the real trick is they needed to start the curing process within 3 hours of the catch to preserve the pristine flavor.
You should also order the warm foccacia with butter and garum salt.
Don't skip the anchovy toast!!”
“I’m here for business from Canada. Was taken here for supper by a coworker. The quaintest little restaurant, the owner and his wife are just awesome. The food is gorgeous! And his limoncello is the best I’ve ever had. Will be going back before I head home. ❤️❤️❤️”
“I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I am a business owner a few doors down and I wandered in with a friend after work one night about a month ago. We were met with such incredible warmth from the staff and the environment itself, even without a reservation. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Josh, only to find out later that he is the owner. He made excellent recommendations on everything from our drinks to dessert. The bar didn’t feel isolated from the rest of the restaurant and guests, but rather was lively hub frequented by kitchen and serving staff and warmed by a smoldering wood fire. The coziest. We swooned for the poke appetizer, complete with house-made toasted, but not crisp, blue corn tortillas. The pork shoulder tacos—also to die for. I have to say though, that the star on the sidelines was the beans. I honestly didn’t know I could feel this way about beans…but I digress. Josh bounced around from table to table all night, never letting a single ball drop, making every guest feel like *his* guest. A pot de crème sealed the evening in perfect bliss. I’m back a month later with the same friend, eating different and somehow even more incredible entrees: ribeye, halibut and a rhubarb crisp for dessert. I scarcely ever take the time to write a review as I prefer to vote with my $ and my feet, but I simply couldn’t eat here again without taking the time to sing it’s praises. Eat here.”
“Loved the decor and the vibe, great place to hang out with friends. The food was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on.If you're in the area, this place is a must-try!”
“My fiancé and I found your restaurant Saturday afternoon while sightseeing the city. We were so impressed with the atmosphere and hospitality. This place is the best for nice afternoon seafood lunch! Thank you so much for the delicious meal.”
“The pork chops are above world-class!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'll be back.”
“Takes reservation. Outdoor dining. Heat lamps. Fast service. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced.”
“Anchor Oyster Bar is an icon in San Francisco in the heart of the Castro neighborhood. While their hours and space are limited, it's well worth the wait. The seafood selection is top quality and service is friendly & professional. I love the open kitchen with aromas that make you salvage.”
“I cannot say I had a bad experience. Everything was my favorite”

“A small pleasant restaurant with excellent Tunisian/Mediterranean food. The tagines are excellent as well as some of the more unusual dishes. While not extensive, the wine listing is interesting and well-priced.”
“One of our favorite spots in SF! The food and service is always great and the wine list is excellent. And the experience is never rushed. We will continue coming back for years to come!”
“Definitely not your typical brunch. We loved the Filipino inspired creations. Don’t skip the French toast with caviar hollandaise, crumbled bacon, and shrimp. It’s AMAZING!”

“Excellent food and service. My friends from NYC enjoyed their dinners as well. Will definitely be back!”
“Our party of 4 pre-ordered a whole Peking duck. It did not disappoint. It was moist and tender. Not greasy as some I have had. It is served with crepes instead of the usual buns. We ate every piece! The miso sea bass was so moist and buttery! We totally agreed it was the best we've ever had! The garlic pea sprouts were cooked just right. For dessert we had the almond jello bunnies. So cute! Could have had more almond flavor but we all finished it anyways! Our server was pleasant and fun. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. Wish I could remember her name. Would definitely eat here again! Note: they have an 8% surcharge for employee whatever. Typical of SF restaurants.”
“What a great place, a hidden jewel in the city! Fresh fish, fresh chips and guacamole… Everything was perfect! DELICIOUS❣️ We will return…”
“Ordered birthday cake and it was divine. Cake was so moist and delicious. Customer service was fantastic too. Will definitely order again”
“Daeho is hands down my favorite Korean spot. The kalbi jjim is the best, and it’s the main reason we keep coming back. There’s always a line here, so definitely try to get on the waitlist if you can, otherwise be ready to wait. The vibe is pretty noisy and bustling, but the food makes it all worth it. Great spot if you’re craving amazing Korean comfort food.”

“I went there for brunch and I totally recommend it. Be mindful you will have to queue outside, but if that doesn’t stop you, you will enjoy one of the best brunches I’ve had in town.
We ordered the cdmx and the special of the day. They were both really good and filling.
If they have agua fresca de mango, order it. It is delicious!!”

“We stop Here every time we go through San Francisco. Their coffee is marvelous and the pastries we have tried are delicious. The atmosphere is definitely San Francisco neighborhood welcoming and the mural Inside reminds me of an Italian village. Don’t miss this stop.”
“This place was one of the best highlights of our trip!! Real Italian food. The owners were real gentlemen. The way that they worked that restaurant was amazing. I was amazed by their food and service, both authentic. My friend and I had the best time. We would go again and again!”
“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?”

“Excellent food, clearly popular with tech conference goers (so crowded, trendy and loud), service was mostly great (watch out on food allergies), beautiful setting, classic SF elevated dining experience. Oysters were really good and fresh; our table had the swordfish, blackened cod and risotto - all excellent. We brought our own wine which once they figured out what it was they offered to decant it - all and all a really nice meal. The one watch out is we had someone allergic to gluten and another to dairy which we pointed out multiple times and they still brought us a dish that had diary - had to ask again to have it removed - once pointed out they quickly fixed it and verified everything was okay - but we really should not have had to ask a second or third time and then ask for an item to be removed from the table.”
“In at 6pm. Excellent, efficient service. Great food. A bit pricey but it is SF. Packed to rafters!! Actually good to see, makes the world seem normal again. We had a table right by the bar - over the top noisy, but it is a small place. Be back every time we can.”
“I have frequented other RHs before, but had not been to RH The Palm Court San Francisco, and I must say it was phenomenal! Although it was a lunch visit, there is nothing better than good company, sensational food (had truffle and regular fries, vegetable salad and kale caesar salad both with grilled shrimp, choc chip cookies accompanied with raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream; but were seasonly saddened no gelato), Joe (our server) was so kind, professional and proactively efficient, and the ambience that provides the entire dining experience like someone has hugged you, or the surroundings just make you happy and content. This RH The Palm Court does that! I have been debating having my 65th birthday at RH at the round table that seats 14 people. Hmmm... we will see if that is feasible. Until that decision is made, thank you, and we WILL be back again!”

“The coffee here is amazing and it’s a great place to work. They source directly from Columbian farmers and there’s an option to send tips directly to farmers. A latte is $6.50, and they have some interesting syrups you can add on (banana, maple, blueberry, etc.).”
“I definitely recommend this place because of the great original taste and quality of the tatar national cusine!
I'm originally from Kazan, Tartarstan Republic, and the the food serving here, remind me about my homeland and my grandmother's home-made pastries. 😌💛
Don't pass and check AyDea's amazing ochpochmak serving with broth and salad; pelmeni, and herbal tea! We'll definitely taste other delicious tatar food here next time!
Thank you for the warm welcoming us here and your care about guests by the people who work here and who appreciate snd love Tatar cuisine and culture.❤️
*Children tatar books were a special surprise to remember reading on tatar language!
🅿️ We found 2 city public parkings marked with blue signs on the street: on the same intersection and 3 block away, cheap and close to the cafe.”
“Headed in today for pizza and a beer after hearing great reviews. Neat little gem. My kind of place. Pizza is incredible. Reminds me of back East growing up in NJ/NY Philly area. Closest pizza I have to back home. Beer selection on draft and in bottle is also incredible. I def will be going back. I wish I found this place sooner as I live in neighborhood (3 years now) Only thing I would change is making it more known in neighborhood. I’ve walked past this place 100 times and had no idea it was a bar with awesome beers and INCREDIBLE pizza. From the outside u have no idea. I only found out from great reviews online. DEFINITELY TELL A FRIEND/FAMILY. Check it out for sure”
“Nouvelle Asian cuisine. We enjoyed the tasting menu, which offered many delicious and artistically presented courses including two desserts, all for a reasonable (by San Francisco standards) $120 per person + drinks + taxes + tips, bringing the actual total to $200 per person.
The Happy Crane cocktail made is a gimlet style drink, small yet so tasty that one of us ordered two of them!
Each course was presented promptly. Understandably, given the rapid rise in popularity of this new dining spot, some of the wait staff appeared to be still in training. That said, servers were eager to please and friendly.”
“So glad to know that our favorite Hong Kong style noodle place is back at the same location as the late Beyond Cafe with apparently the same chef but new owners and an expanded menu! Their wonton noodle soup (exquisitely complex broth with taste of dried scallops, springy noodles, and perfect wontons with juicy ground pork and plump shrimp) and spicy beef brisket noodle soup (tender chunks of gelatinous beef in a nicely balanced spicy beef broth and springy noodles) are so good it will be difficult to try other delicious looking offerings on the new menu!”
“The food was delicious and so were all of our wines, but unfortunately the servers didn't know how to handle an allergy, which left a bad taste in our mouth about the whole experience. I'm writing a review in hopes management will take training their servers about allergies more seriously! We arrived at 5 PM, so when the person who brought our food out wasn't able to understand what we needed regarding the allergy, there were plenty of staff available that could have helped out. Instead we asked that person 3 times, and then 2 other servers. Only one of the three staff members correctly informed us of the type of nut and understood that we needed new utensils to avoid cross contamination - it was a big distraction to our otherwise enjoyable meal.”
