“My daughter graduated college and this was her choice for a family dinner after such a long day! Such an amazing experience. From the second we arrived until we left service was excellent. Thai food was delicious and the cocktails were unique and highly recommended. We had a decent size party and they accommodated us comfortably and every one of us enjoyed our meals.”
“Delicious food, delicious Thai-Laos flavor. Recommend to come to this restaurant you won't be disappointed.🤟👍”

“this was my first time eating at Nangma and I enjoyed my experience. The workers were very attentive and handled our food with care. The crispy mala fish was one of my favorite dish there. I would definitely be returning to this restaurant.”
“Took my mom here for Mother’s Day. Service was great. You can tell it’s a family run restaurant. Food was authentic and delicious. Can be slightly pricey given the portions for that area of queens, but I think it’s worth it. For 5 people it was roughly $200 at the end. So not the worst :) seating is limited, but servers were friendly and accommodating. Will be back!”

“June 26, 2022. Walked to get our order of a Lamb wrap, chicken wrap and fries. First time there and a welcome place to the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, the place is new and clean and most important the food is very good. Will return many times. Check it out.”
“I used to go into the city for halal then by richmondhill/glendale. one night after work i decided to try essa's chicken over rice by qcm... 10$... that was 2021 best decision ive made and price has stayed exactly the same from when i first went there till now, not only is his chicken seasoned great but he blesses you with a perfect mix of veggies, fries and one falafel(if thats what ur lookin for but if u a plane jane then he'll bless ya wit that to. His green sauce is crazy good too. he's a genuine down to earth guy and always says wassup when u walk by.”
“In my opinion, this is the best Indonesian Restaurant in the U.S. Most Indonesian restaurants in the U.S. taste are unauthentic, which leads to an unauthentic experience. This place definitely had its ingredients set for a memorable experience we will never forget. This place is definitely worth visiting over and over again as it has some of the best Indonesian food you can get in the U.S.”
“One of the few sanctuaries of culture and non commercial world music. Viva Terraza!”
“...Spectacular! The atmosphere is super good, the DJ is incredible, and the music is excellent! The drinks are delicious... and the service is top-notch!. Thanks so much to Ricardo , such a nice server.”
“Selection was amazing! Waitresses are very attentive. They keep your water cup filled. I went on a Saturday evening so the price was $38.99. A little pricey for all you can eat sushi. I called first and was told that it was $28.99, which informed my decision to go. But when I got there the sign said $38.99! ,"Oh well, we already traveled here, I could've sworn she said $28.." "What's an extra 20 bucks" Overall the food was amazingly prepared.”

“Will be back soon! Only had time to choose two items from the lunch menu to takeout. The pork chop and fish fillet were more than worth it. The lunch special came with rice either white or brown and a cup of soup. The food here is super homey. The service at the restaurant is great. The hostess was super friendly. The place was packed and I believe there is a second floor. Waited a hot minute for my food but there was room to sit while you do.”

“I’ve been to every Thai restaurant in Elmhurst, and this place takes the crown. My boyfriend and I come here every weekend because the food is incredibly authentic. Their Saturday $6 boat noodles are absolutely amazing, and the papaya salad actually tastes traditional (so hard to find around here!). The staff are also amazing people. Highly recommend!”
“This shop has gradually grown in size. The cakes here are really delicious. I have been here several times and bought more than 30 dollars of desserts every time. Now they also add milk tea, which is really delicious. There are also meals Yes, but I haven’t tried it. I will try it again when I have time.”
“excellent food. there is always a little wait but that speaks to the excellence of the cuisine and how good the place is. if you go for dimsum it’s really affordable. it you opt for some of the entrees the prices are good but we tend to favor their lobster sticky rice which is so big we can rarely finish the entirety of two lobsters and it’s so incredibly delicious.”
“Came in to get a quick bite. The omcheese burger is amazing must get. Our waitress Jeysmari was the best! Friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Mr .Williams very nice made my friends birthday special. Will be returning for the great service and food!”
“Came for the breakfast burrito and now I want to come back and try everything else. I was craving a breakfast burrito and this was one of the few places that had them on the menu. Really good flavor and the chorizo was not super fatty. The chile de árbol sauce is chef’s kiss! It was also a nice touch to have some café de olla (coffee sweetened with raw sugar molasses and cinnamon), which brought back some good memories. Service was top notch. The decoration is fun too with some Lucha Libre artwork. The tamarind sweet at the end is fun. They have some traditional Guerrero food that would be worth coming back for.”

“The sandwiches are great and more than anything they have amazing customer support. I made a mistake when ordering one time online and ordered from this subway when I was over an hour away I came back in two days and they were able to provide me with the food I initially ordered that I never picked up, the food is always great. They work fast and I appreciate it.”

Takeout Restaurants
“Great dishes!
We had
-Moo ka ta a Thai pork hot pot.
-Papaya salad with tiny blue crab
-Suea rong hai a really flavorful sliced beef dish with origins in Northern Thailand
-Beef tartare from the issan region of Thailand.
The owner and the staff were super nice.
Check out Tea Cup for unique Thai flavors and don't skip on their drinks like the coconut milk with butterfly pea and shaved ice dessert.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **John's Pizza in Elmhurst, Queens is the REAL DEAL.** If you want authentic New York pizza, stop what you're doing and go here. The crust is thin — and I mean *perfectly* thin, the way it's supposed to be. The sauce is delicious, the cheese is real, and every bite reminds you why NYC pizza is in a class of its own. But what truly blew me away was meeting **Susan**, the owner. Her parents opened this pizzeria back in the **1960s**, and she is still there, carrying on that legacy with so much pride and love. I watched her make my pizza right in front of me — this is a woman who genuinely cares about what she puts out. That kind of dedication is rare. We talked for a while about how much the neighborhood has changed over the years, and she still works hard to keep her prices as low as possible for the community. That says everything about who she is. Susan, you are a gem. Queens is lucky to have you. 🍕 I'm already planning my next visit — every time I'm in the area, I'm stopping by. Highest recommendation possible. Don't sleep on John's Pizza!”
“So in-love with their ube cake! Must if you really want to get a good ube cake! Location: It is located along Queens Boulevard. The store was typical bakery, few seatings inside. Good display of breads, cakes and items from the Philippines. Service: not much interaction cause I just bought cake and go. Food: UBE CAKE: omg it is so good! The cake itself is moist even few days after I purchase! The frosting is like cream type, its a bit a lot but it taste good because it taste ube as well. Unlike other ube cakes that the cream does not taste ube! I almost eat half of the cake because it is so good! Price rating: 7/10, $45 for a round cake. Thats the usual price now for more stores! Definitely will come back here I will try their other flavors! But get the ube cake!!”

“Really loved the halo halo! Came here after a different place ran out
- Halo halo: 9/10, first time trying this! Ube ice cream was creamy and strong, but wish the scoops were larger tho. Jellies were very yummy. Ube slush was a little too icy, but I get that’s for the drink to last longer and for transport if it’s take out”
“I noticed Smashburger recently went through a rebranding, so I decided to give it another shot. We had some not-so-great experiences at this location years ago, which kept us from coming back—but after seeing the updated menu featured by YouTuber King Schratz, we figured it was worth trying again. I’m glad we did, because it did not disappoint.
The food and service were both excellent and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly across the board, and Ashley at the register really stood out—she gave great recommendations and helped us choose some items.
Our order included the BBQ Bacon Burger, Smash Fries, Smash Tots, a chili cheese big hot dog, and milkshakes. Everything came out quickly, and the team even brought the food to our table. The Smash Fries and Tots were delicious , with a flavorful garlic, herb, and olive oil seasoning. The burgers were large, juicy, and had that perfect crispy crust you want from a smash burger.
The milkshakes were also a highlight. Made with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, they were rich but still easy to drink. The only downside is that the caramel flavor has been discontinued. I really hope they bring it back because it was a favorite.
Overall, this visit completely changed my impression of this location. Definitely worth checking out.”
“Best of the best... small, cozy, amazing... enjoy it. Lo mejor de lo mejor... Pequeño, acogedor e increíble, Disfrútalo”
“Reliable chinese spot that we’ve been coming to for years. It’s gone through a few ownership changes throughout that time but the food is usually on point. Recommend fried flounder, sweet and sour chicken, winter melon soup, duck feet, walnut shrimp, clams with black bean sauce, snails, sang san beef, chow fun noodle, salt and pepper pork chop.
Some seafood items like fried flounder and lobsters are market price, you can ask before ordering. Sometimes you can be unlucky and get a smaller size flounder than other times.”

“Great Shish kebabs for insanely good prices. Most $2, some 2.50-$3.00
Cash only, no cards but she does take Zelle.
Sweet couple, extremely nice.
You're going to want to eat a minimum of 4, but if your hungry easy to eat 8 🤣
Its an outside food cart with limited street seating, but these guys were open at 10pm when it was 27° the other night and they still had a line of people. Absolutely worth every cent.
The lamb was odee slamming, the beef was great. They're all good really, but my fave was the fish balls with the spicy seasoning. Give it a try!”

“Came with my boyfriend whos been here multiple times and said it was delicious, and he wasn’t wrong. We got chicken, squid, chinese sausage, ricecake, shrimp, and beef skewers that were ALL amazing. HIGHLY recommend the spicy powder on any skewer you order. I have low tolerance for spice, but it was just a small kick for a couple seconds. I will be coming here way more often, I found my favorite food spot for late night snacks.”
“Great little bakery in Elmhurst. I do believe it a bit underrated. I actually prefer to come here than any other bakery around the neighborhood. Some of their bread are more unique than other places, and love the bread that is in packs, great for breakfast and the price is also fair. The egg they use for one of the egg ham bread is actual fried egg, unlike other bakeries they start to have eggs like the egg from mcd, some artificial look thing.”

“I didn’t know which one tasted better, so I tried them all. I found 3 things I liked... I asked them their names, but it turned out that the person working on them didn't speak much English. She answered me in Spanish...I don't understand Spanish, so I ignored the name? One is filled with egg, and the more you chew it, the more delicious it gets...The other one has the same texture as mochi. It's a potato on the outside and meaty on the inside.”
“cute, casual thai place with quality homey dishes. service is always friendly, quick and environment is cozy. tables are a bit tighter together bc of the space but if you keep things to a smaller party its great. i love their kaprow tilapia and fried dumplings. their pork and rice soup is also great. theres no restroom but if you live nearby its easy to remember to go beforehand, if traveling it would be great to stop off at the mall or other destination first”
“Everything rocks from the cracked seats to the small space. The bartender Melissa or Michelle I can’t remember, she got me so drunk I can’t remember, is great. They don’t sell food but will let you bring in any food.”
Cheap Eats
“Absolutely delicious!
They sell soy milk with sugar and no sugar, I love the flavor, Tofu is other level, love it so much.
You should definitely improve in package, paper box for tofu with whey not the best.
Prices are extremely good and overall good place to find delicious food.
I highly recommend this place”
“I order from KNA pretty often and I am always satisfied. This time I ordered the B2 Green juice. I am not a big fan of green juices, I drink it for health reason. But this juice was so delicious. Very refreshing, everything was perfect about it. I also ordered a lbs of grilled chicken. Wow! It was perfectly cooked, moist and tasty. It worth every penny!”
“Dining at a Colombian restaurant is always a blast! The food is bursting with flavor and the portions are huge. The atmosphere is super inviting and the service is always friendly here. Whether you’re in the mood for some tasty street food or a full-on traditional meal, this restaurant are the perfect spot for an authentic Latin American dining experience,
The only downside is that the chairs are a bit tall and uncomfortable to sit in. It’s great that there’s a window table bar chair, but for the center table, I think it would be better if they had normal dining chairs”
“The ambiance is amazing, I really enjoyed the food, the service, the guac, and the red and green salsas were very tasty. Tacos were great and so was the mole. Would definitely recommend.”
“Excellent place, very quiet, there is not much noise and that is what I like, the volume of the music allows the client to have a conversation with friends and enjoy the pool players, all the players are very well organized and respectful above all and among all. The service cannot be less, Sol and Angy are very attentive, excellent service, I dare say it is a personalized service. 100% recommended.”

“Everyone is great, from the person who takes the order to the person who delivers it. Very pleased.”
“I actually quite enjoyed this place. My and my 4 friends came upon here just out of curiosity. At first I felt we had stumbled into the beginning of a horror movie seeing as the entrance was looking rather sketchy. The place itself resided on the entire 2nd floor of what I believe to be a housing complex. It had looked pretty run down and seedy like most other places that haven’t begun to gentrify like the rest of the neighborhoods but once inside you get a whole cool vibe of the place. It’s Nepali owned so you would see a lot of Asians pulling up to the spot and playing all sorts of billiards games. My favorite part of this place is that they offer a relatively low price for 2 sets of pool games: Regular and European. European is a bit different with a set of colors orange and pink while the regular follows a numbered system of stripes and solids from 1-15. The price is $5 per person per hour and obviously you have to pay a fee and taxes after the whole bill but believe it or not our bill for playing 1 hour for 5 of us only came out to $28 total! I enjoyed this place quite a bit because it just seemed so chill and relaxing. They don’t allow cigarettes, e cigs or any kind of smoking and no drinks are allowed anywhere on the tables so they managed to keep it clean and smooth. The rest of the place is massive and I believe there are about 10-15 tables available for grabs. This place can get quite packed on the weekends and even more so on the holidays and other special occasions. We were lucky to have the whole place pretty empty so it made the experience quite enjoyable.”

“I really wanted to leave a comment about my experience at Longhorn. I truly enjoyed my Flo steak with Bacon sprinkled Mac and cheese, Broccoli with cheese, sweet potatoes, and bread. Everything was well done and I had the pleasure to sit at the bar where I briefly met a skinny and gorgeous Moroccan Girl bar tender who was bartending. She was great. I certainly will be coming back”
“Visited this location yesterday with my family and I have to say everything was great. Friendly staff, clean location and bathrooms, food was amazing. There was an employee that to me stood out, Saha. Saha was very friendly, very detailed oriented and very respectful. Thank you Saha for your help!”

“I had a great experience at this place and can honestly say it’s a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The skewers were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, grilled just right, and full of flavor in every bite. You can really tell they put effort into their food, and the variety of options makes it even better. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a nice spot to hang out and enjoy a meal, especially in the evening. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided fast service, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a place I would definitely come back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for flavorful food and a great vibe.”
“It took three trips to this cafe to manage getting one picture of the incredible drinks and food we got bc we ate it all up so fast.... You too may have this problem.
1. Chopped cheese - High end restaurant worthy, it's incredible and big. (Forgive my pics, I assure you reader it looked picture perfect)
2. Ube Latte - something special, and something purple... Good match, better taste.
Plus outside seating on a cute street. What more can you ask for.”
“stumbled upon this spot randomly and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing decor and vintage thai memorabilia. It was so cute! Also no wait which was a plus. “Tried the jamaica and horchata it was pretty delicious. I got a tolera sandwich with extra avocado and the al pastor pizza. Both were 10/10 and would come again, maybe to try a different kind of pizza. I believe Tuesdays and Thursdays you can get free soda from making a purchase.”
“Delicious food.Best service.Thank you.”
