“So definitely not what you expect outside looking in. The bar like atmosphere is very chill, from the music to the seating. Pick a comfy couch with a table or regular comfortable seats at a table (equally comfortable). The lighting low and all good vibes. The food was delicious we forgot to take pictures, but the kimchi pancake (kimchi jeon) the Korean fried chicken and the bulgolgi quesadilla were all delicious. We like Korean better than anything else so we had Krush with honey do soju aka (somaek) the two were great together. The staff was awesome, and very chill (if you need constant attention from your server this is not the place for you, honestly). We loved the service, food and drinks came out in a reasonable time. I also had the Hechi (cocktail) it was delicious. Ordering isn't them coming to ask but an electronic screen with the full menu with pictures so very easy to order. Overall an awesome experience and will definitely be back!!!”
“Sushi and appetizers were top notch. Service was prompt and attentive. Of the 3 all you can eat sushi I've been to in the NoVa area, this was the best. I really liked the tuna, Tokyo mami roll, bolgogi, and gyoza.
My only feedback is I wish you could get more than one piece of the tuna belly on the all you can eat. That cut was insanely good.
I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.”
“Got the chicken and rib combo . the chicken was super tender and moist, and the ribs were meaty and tender as well . It was very good and the gentlemen that I picked up the food from , was very nice and friendly. and the place looked beautiful on the inside . I must go and have a sit down. thanks for a great meal !”
“Stopped by on a whim. Wanted to watch the football games. The food was amazing, a hybrid of korean/American bar food. The service was on point, Brandon and Samy took care of of me like I was one of the family. Everyone playing pool was soo friendly and there was so many tvs playing the games. Ill definitely be back just for the hospitality and food.”

“You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!”

“I came here today to try their new jerk chicken. The young man behind the counter was very nice and friendly.
I ordered the big platter with fries. Portions are very generous.
The jerk chicken is interesting. It’s sweet at first and then has a kick at the end. It’s good, the rice was delicious and so were the fries. Def worth it!
Also the guy at the counter was very nice and gave me 2 drinks on the house.”
“Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.”
“Amazing korean style ramen. I had the combination 1 with the ramen and bao bun and the bao bun was stellar. You have multiple bao bun options and I chose the bulgogi bun and it had a great amount of meat, veggies, and sauce. For my main course I chose the spicy miso ramen with a jeyuk topping on top and I can definitely say this is my favorite ramen in the entire dmv area. The pork chashu on top was cooked to perfection and literally melted in your mouth and the jeyuk was super soft and tender while still being flavorful. The broth was spicy and also extremely rich and yummy. I highly recommend coming here.”
“In a world where customer service is scarce, this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed AND appreciated. It’s not fake! It’s not forced, it’s just an amazing positive environment.
The food: phenomenal. I’ve frequented the restaurant a few times in the short time I found them and everything I’ve had is SEASONED to perfection. I’ve had the chicken, beef, and lamb kabobs. Whichever meat you prefer to eat, choose that! Cant go wrong with any of their kabobs. I had a dish with meat sauce and rice, and a few different sides. My favorite side are the potatoes. Those potatoes are made with love!
Overall, if you’re thinking about trying this place out, go for it!! If you don’t know what to try, just ask them!”

“Solid korean street food. Dish is $13 which is crazy cheap but great food. You can order large variety of dishes and try sharing. Food also comes out pretty quick. The restaurant interior is shabby so not your usual date-night spot. But a quick and cheap decent korean street food.”

“Entrees are a $17 and up but the portions are big. It's a food court so I only tipped 10% but I guess you could also not tip. Pictures show 3 entrees but we got 4. Two of them were the bolgogi beef.
If we had gone to a restaurant then it would have cost more than $120 but here it was $80. My seafood ramen was good and huge. Husband enjoyed his katsua chicken and dad & son enjoyed their bulgogi rice bowls.
The food court was empty, but clean.”

“This place has great Chinese food!! Love how it’s piping hot even after the 15 drive home after pickup or when they deliver. All of the fried rice dishes, beef chow fun, chicken with broccoli, beef chow mein are some of our favorites. They’re also very nice and friendly. Super quick too.
Can’t rate ambience. We always get to go or delivery.”
“Favorite Salvadorean cuisine. My favorite meal is the "yuca con chicharrón," which is fried yucca root and pork crackling (rinds). This also includes shredded cabbage in the center as a side. I recommend reheating in an oven for better taste and texture. My second favorite meal is the chicken sandwich, which includes fries. It's about 8", has some lettuce and mayo in it. Pretty tasty. Same as above for reheating. My favorite sides are red beans or "pupusa revuelta." Pupusas are probably a transliteration of "pupus" or "pu-pu platters," which are similar to "tapas." These are bite-sized entrees or platters, but in this case, it is a fried, corn meal, pancake-like item similar to a 'tamal' in that it is corn-based, but it is flat and round and filled with either cheese, beans, or a combination of both (revuelta).Lastly, no meal comes with a drink included, but you can choose soft drinks, water, beer, coconut water, "horchata" or "jugo de marañón" (cashew juice). Horchata is the name of several kinds of beverages, made of ground almonds, sesame seeds, rice, barley, tigernuts, or melon seeds (in this case, it's a powdered mix). Jugo de marañon is cashew juice, a light sweet juice somewhat similar to guava juice and almond milk combined.Prices are very, very reasonable as is the quality of food. However, I cannot guarantee the best customer service. This does not deter my 5-star rating because I enjoy the food, not the people.Lastly, there is music videos or live fútbol (soccer) usually playing on about 3-4 TVs. There is a restroom for men and women, bit the women's restroom requires a key, which you obtain from the counter up front. They also sell pastries of central American style.”
“From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a beautifully designed space that feels both inviting and stylish. The attention to detail in the décor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal.
The food here is outstanding! Every dish is crafted with care and delicious What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience.”
“We ordered the pan-fried noodle and triple delight. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and we plan to make this a regular stop for dinner. The portions were very generous. I should have taken a picture but by the time I thought of it my dish was half empty. Next time.”
“Second time we’ve come here and can’t wait to come back! Rooms are nice and clean, music selection is great, and food is so good! The bulgogi fries are especially my favorite!”

“Music was fun and there was a good variety of meat. Our server, Carlos, really drove the great experience! We were a big group of 10 people celebrating my friend's birthday, and he managed to help all of us promptly! He cooked between two grills efficiently and was friendly the entire time. Thanks, Carlos!”
“Wonderful service and equally wonderful food ! So glad to have good quality Korean food in our local community!”

“The yukgaejang was so, so good! It’s the best in the area and the best I’ve had in a long time. I love their radish kimchi. My honey ordered the oxtail soup and it was also great. Along with the oxtail were the most flavorful tendon bits. I look forward to trying their other items.”
“Friendly staff and fair combo pricing. I also appreciate that they don’t prompt for tips on credit card charges—refreshing for a mostly takeout spot.
Now, the food: we tried the pizza and wings, and they were outstanding. Fresh, quality ingredients, perfectly cooked wings (crispy outside, juicy inside), and even the ranch was thick and flavorful.
Solid 20/10. Highly recommend—Big Bites won’t let you down.”

“Unassuming exterior. Delicious delicious delicious food. Since I moved to the US from Korea 7 years ago, I’ve never been able to find a great bunsik (분식) place. That is, until now. This place is even better than most places in Korea nowadays.
We ordered the Holic Sampler + Udon. I was shocked at how tasty everything was. The sundae (순대) isn’t the most typical frozen kind. The 김말이 is clearly made in-house. The fried dumplings were full of filling, and overall the tempura (튀김) was light and very well executed. The kimbap was some of the best I’ve had in the US, with a very generous portion of egg inside. Udon was on-point, I appreciated the addition of 쑥갓 (I wish they gave more, but many places don’t give you any). And on top of it all, this place has great prices compared to other places serving similar fare.
If you’ve never tried bunshik, or if you’re a Korean living in the US with a years-long unfulfilled craving, I would definitely recommend this place.”
“Dining here was a mixed bag. First, I expected more fusion. It's not really a fusion restaurant. You can order tex-mex OR you can order Korean but the only real fusion on the menu is two taco choices or one meal.
I went with the tacos. They were fairly bland. Nothing made me overly excited to have ordered them.
Now what I loved was the ambient temperature. I HATE how no matter how hot it is outside I have to carry a jacket with me because it's always freezing cold inside in America. That wasn't the case here. I had my jacket with me but I never needed it. It was a nice comfortable temperature inside.
The restroom was clean.
The interior design is 100% Dia de los Muertos, no Korean fusion in the art but it was still cool.
The bar looked well stocked. I bet it's a fun place to have a drink with friends.
The service was okay.”
“The staff were very welcoming when I entered the restaurant. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar, and the bartenders were extremely friendly — the service was excellent. The food and drinks were great, and the owner even gave us a couple of pieces of sashimi to try, which were amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a fun night out with friends.”
“We went on Saturday around 6 pm and were able to find parking. Food and service were excellent. Not very busy. However, they are known for more late night business.
Keeping this review here from December 2025 or so: 3 stars
We have been trying to go here with no success. There is never amy parking even after sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting on someone to come out. Surrounding parking areas are blocked off or have towing signs posted. We will keep trying to go, however, since the reviews are good.”
“This is one of the best Korean bbq spots in the area. The food is phenomenal and it it’s also one of the most affordable places that I have been to. It can get busy at night so either call ahead or expect to be on a wait list. The wait is worth it though. Parking can also be a challenge when you show up at a busy time so be prepared for that. This is my go to spot when I want to feast.”
“So many good dishes to try. Four of us shared Combination Tofu Soup ($14.99), Beef and Pork Tofu Soup ($14.99), Bibim Bab ($15.99), and Jeyuk ($23.99). Everything, including the sides, was delicious. Great food and service, reasonable prices.”

“This place is sooooo goood my mom and I love it I got the meatball sub and steam dumplings 🥟 yummmmm my mom got tuna sandwich it was good then I got a tea it is good and the man is kind I told him about some of the plants he has and the people are kind I would really recommend this place”
“Great bakery where it is run by one person - baker, owner, etc. Therefore be patient when ordering. The red bean buns are delicious and looking forward to trying more. He has been there for decades and has been generously been giving back to the community. Love supporting a lovely small business.”
“Ben Gong's Tea locations are not that common, but they make their mark by producing consistent drinks every time I go.
The cups here are unique and I like their designs. I get their cheese slush or mango sago. While I like Yi Fang's mango sago better, ben gong also has a decent drink.
I always feel like their drinks are never that cold. Perhaps because the cups are a little more insulated?”
“Pho Anh Duong is a personal favorite of ours. The dining area is fresh, clean, cheerful and relaxed. We have been very happy with the food but the one item that makes me go out of my way to come here is the Banh Xeoh, the Vietnamese crepe (pictured). Its hard to describe because it's like a crepe only in its shape, but it is an unique and very flavorful experience. (Wikipedia will tell you it is a type of traditional Vietnamese street food). Many other places dont have it on the menu and of those that do, Pho Ahm Duong is the best I've had - which given how spoiled for excellent Vietnamese food northern Virginia is, is saying something. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying it!”
“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. I definitely recommend this restaurant and feel spoiled to be able to eat there so regularly. 💯”
“I’ve been coming here for years— even when i moved all i could think about was this place. Coming back, it was even better than i remembered!
Don’t let the ratings steer you, they’re coming to a pho spot & not getting the pho!
Pictured below is the XXL Shrimp Bowl + fat brisket. 10/10”
“My wife grew up in Yanbian and we keep coming back to Jang Won. Delicious Korean Chinese food. Haven't had a bad dish here yet. Abundant menu choices. Servers are friendly and professional. Portions are generous. Place is clean. We highly recommend it. Be hungry and you will be happy. 😋”
“Excellent Korean restaurant with varied menu and kind service. I was really excited to order jjukkumi somyeon and naengmyeon in particular. The staff were kind to offer wooden chopsticks to members of our party who were having trouble using the metal ones. They also recommended some menu items based on ability to eat spicy food. I look forward to returning to try more menu items.”

“Best K BBQ in the area!! Authentic ban chan side dishes and seasonings, organic and fresh produce, high quality and generous portion of food.
Catering, authentic Korean ban chan side dishes, desserts, etc. available immediately next door to the restaurant.
Nondescript area so use Google Maps closely. Ample parking available in front, side, and back.”
“I started going to L&L last summer, and my father and I instantly fell in love with it. The Loco Moco and The BBQ mix are standout favorites to us. The staff there have always been friendly, especially with the challenges coming their way with the renovations at the moment. Would recommend.”
“First time trying this Korean fried chicken place, we have many around the neighborhood, thankfully the food made up for the lack of customer service, be prepared to wait since the food is made to order or order ahead, hands down best Korean chicken I've had.”
“Great Korean spot! The army stew came in a huge portion — easily enough for 3–4 people to share. The pork katsu was a bit on the harsh side for my taste, but still decent. It’s a solid place for late-night eats, especially for night owls, but keep in mind that although they close at 2, the kitchen shuts down a little earlier.( Been there once around 11, was told their kitchen was closed) Overall, good food and worth checking out!”

“I really don’t understand the one-star reviews from people who complain about prices at an all-you-can-eat place especially the same people who probably don’t tip. If you can’t afford to tip, cook it yourself. :) simple as that. If you’re expecting prime steakhouse quality on a budget, that’s a you problem.
I’ve never had an issue at this location. Service is friendly, refills come out on time, and you get exactly what you pay for. Come hungry, tip your server, and manage your expectations.”

“20251129 Stopped by around 3:20 pm for a snack, and got a large fries and large strawberry banana smoothie. The fries were hot and yummy. The smoothie was in a large cup with medium size content. It had small chunks of ice. It wasn't as good as the Mango Pineapple smoothie that I usually get. I wonder if I was to order a medium, Seoul the cup be filled with size small content?”

“Great food and true Filipino hospitality by the pretty ate Wendy. We ordered Bistek, Sisig and Lechon Kawali, all ala carte and fried tilapia value meal. The serving sizes are good for 2-3 pax. The Bistek was tender, Sisig was savory and the Lechon Kawali was juicy and crispy! The tilapia was also crispy too! Plus the calamansi juice drink was sooo good. Got to meet Mang Eton and hear his stpries as well.
The food tasted like homecooked Pinoy food. Satisfied are tummies and our hearts. ❤️”
