“I rarely do reviews, but I had to come on here to say: I had a chicken panini sandwich from this restaurant last Saturday. I swapped the pesto for mayo and I’ve been craving it ever since. The bread is so fresh, the protein, veggie and condiments ratio is perfect! This has to be the best place to stop and grab a meal in between wine tasting! It’s really clean. The customer service is superb and their chips are sooo delicious! Let me say this again, the sandwich hits perfectly and tasted like it was made with love.”

“Ordered the #1 which is chicken, beef, short ribs. Flavor is good and consistent. Chicken is tendered. Every cut thin which i love. Beef and ribs were slightly chew but to bad. Rice perfect. There teriyaki sauce is spot on. The have Hawaiian juice drinks which I would expect. Plus Hawaiian chocolate chip mcadam that cookies.
Despite the slightly chewy Beef and Short ribs. I still give 5 because of everything else.”

Make sure you have the fried meat gyozas and the pork belly chasu!!! 1000/10 would recommend. Also their kimchi is to die for, I always order extra. I wish they sold it by the tub! I think the best part about Jack in The Crack is you can always find one and they are open all night and they serve breakfast 24 hours which I love and I don't think it's on the menu but you can also get a bitching grilled cheese sandwich there. The sad part is I don't eat fast food anymore but I do consistently crave Jack in The Crack 100%.”

“So so glad to have found this spot! The udon noodles with pork belly, soft boiled egg in the tonkotsu broth is a comfort food I have been yet to find around here, have only known of one place in New York to use udon noodles instead of ramen and it is my absolute FAVORITE. The broth here is so rich and flavorful and the noodles are chewy and comforting. Tempura has the perfect crunch and even holds up to be delicious as left overs the next day which I have never known tempura to be able to do. They give generous portions of everything, was especially surprised by how many pot stickers where in an order and also very yummy. Hot sauce is unique and delicious with the perfect kick for spicy lovers. People working there are nice as can be, place was clean and service was lightening fast. Ordered a TON of food and it was all ready in 15 minutes flat. Over all really really delighted to have found this place. Will definitely be my go to comfort food from now on. “If you love quality baked goods, this place is for you! I stayed in Santa Rosa for a week and went here twice. The set up is a glass case with the options, wait in line, order, pay, and take your goodies to a table or to go. I went on a Monday & Friday morning around 830, and there was a good amount of people. No line on Monday but about 6 people ahead of me on Friday. This location is located in a little strip mall so parking can be crowded.
I got so many baked goods & everything was incredible.No complaints, only praises! Items I tried were the lemon meringue pastry, vanilla eclair, chocolate croissant, regular croissant, almond chocolate croissant, baguette, cannels things (on top of the counter), fleur de sucre, chocolate orange creams puffs. I would get everything and more over again!
The only thing I disliked was the set up. Not sure how you would even fix it, but all the goodies are lined up in a glass case and you can only see the ones In front of you, if there is a line you won't be able to get a whole glimpse of the options until you make your way down, therefore ordering is harder if it's your first time there. Even if not your first time, you wanna see all the options! I also get anxiety when the workers and customers are just looking at you while you look at all the options ahhh getting sweaty palms just thinking about it.
They also serve coffee options w Straus's milk, my mom and I both got regular coffee which was good. There is seating to the side and seating out front which is a nice like place to eat your goodies. Overall, a must visit when in the area!”

I ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Udon Noodles box which consisted of the Udon Noodles, kale, bean sprouts, steamed rice, side salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with a Japanese dressing. The udon noodles with pork belly, soft boiled egg in the tonkotsu broth is a comfort food I have been yet to find around here, have only known of one place in New York to use udon noodles instead of ramen and it is my absolute FAVORITE. Tempura has the perfect crunch and even holds up to be delicious as left overs the next day which I have never known tempura to be able to do. They give generous portions of everything, was especially surprised by how many pot stickers where in an order and also very yummy. Hot sauce is unique and delicious with the perfect kick for spicy lovers. People working there are nice as can be, place was clean and service was lightening fast. Ordered a TON of food and it was all ready in 15 minutes flat. Over all really really delighted to have found this place. Will definitely be my go to comfort food from now on.
