“Got a burrito was really good. Our server , Sylvia recommended a margarita…it was great. So…great food, great drinks and great service.”
“Wonderful Sunday lunch last week. The fried cauliflower florets starter was great. Nicely fried, not greasy with a good thick pesto labane sauce. We loved the muhamarra with the fried pita strips. Had some the next day and it was still fantastic. The chicken pita sandwich was good. My chickpea salad was tasty, but I wasn’t expecting the chickpeas to be so firm. The chocolate babka was great, not too sweet. The staff was attentive and the service was prompt. Nice atmosphere too, casual and welcoming.”
“Lunch with good friend. He is vegetarian. Excellent selection of northern Indian cuisine. Highly recommend salmon dish. Grilled to perfection. Patio dining available to bring your furry friend. Enjoy 😉”
“Love their foods, so delicious and fancy will bring my family & friends there again!!”
“Angus beef - Generous portion. Good quality. Actually pretty good deal.
Veggie combo - We were disappointed they didn't replace the veggie that we didn't like. Because it was part of the elite freebie, we got it anyway but I wouldn't order it if I come here myself. The yellow corn was very sweet.
Pork - good portion, good quality
Squid - I was very impressed with it. Taste really good if you like seafood.
Soup base - Disappointed that a few were out of stock. The numb spicy I didn't like. It's very spicy which is fine but it lacks flavor. I think if they use herbal or other soup base or just adding salt will improve the taste a lot better.
The herbal soup was very flavorful. Loved it! But a bit salty.”

“Boba Bliss is my go to milk tea shop since is walking distance from work. The place is clean, modern and with plenty of in door and outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Menu has seasonal items, coffee, teas and drinks that are more on the milk shake side. The tea is freshly brewed if you're like milk tea for the tea flavor. Boba is soft and chewy. Overall one of the best milk tea options out there.”
“The food was incredible. I wanted to order almost everything on the menu. So will have to come back at least couple more times to try everything to look good and we couldn’t order in one night. Our old fashion cocktail and blackberry Mojito were perfect. And I can’t say enough about considerate, professional service.”
“The entire experience was amazing. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were perfectly, and the ambiance was simply. Our server, She was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and made the morning even more enjoyable with it thoughtful service. Almost forgot chilaquiles were so good!!!”

“I took my son to Sushi Jin for his 14th birthday as a birthday gift while my wife was out of town. We both got the Omikase, along with the uni flight and a dessert. The food was outstanding in every regard and the best sushi I have had (including Japan). My son loved it and enjoyed the experience (yes, he appreciates fancy food, as we cook with clean ingredients every night at home except on special occasions when we eat out). The service was excellent and each course was well presented and explained by the chef. Most importantly, the fish was super fresh with a variety of flavors. I will take my wife there next time we have a special occasion. Highly recommended.”
“Every time I visit GK Pastry in Mountain View, I usually get the jalapeño cheddar bread (so satisfyingly good, toasted or not), but this time I tried the tomato cheddar bread—crunchy exterior, soft and chewy interior. Awesome toasted. My other go-to is the chocolate jar cake. The chocolate they use is delicious, not too sweet. This time I had the mixberry jar cake. A nice, change-up. Never disappointed. Definitely try and support this local bakery! They opened a new location in Los Altos, too.”
“Pricey. But very high-quality. Had a CHICKEN CHOLULA, very tasty, a little bit spicy, enjoyed it. If you get the clam chowder (which is great), they’ll give you toasted pieces of sourdough with it. But if you rather have soft instead of toasted pieces of sourdough, just ask them.”

“While being a small restaurant (it's pretty much a kitchen only with outdoor seatings), the food is absolutely delicious! Arguably the best chicken Tikka masala I have had in San Jose. I have brought some of my friends here and even they had nothing but great reviews for this place.
Update: I can strongly say that the chicken tikka masala, chicken boti sizzler, and mango lassi at Zareen's are god-tier. I have taken many people (both Indians and non-Indians) and so far, I dont think I have met anyone yet who disagrees with me on this. It's soo good that one of my friends, who wasn't a fan of Indian food, got converted and loved Zareen's. I cant stress this enough, you need to go eat at this place when you get a chance.”
“This is our go to spot when we are in town for an amazing ice cream I would recommend this place to everyone if you’re with the family , traveling by yourself or taking someone special . The staff is great it’s always clean and the service is wonderful! Just a great all around pick for a delicious dessert spot !🍨”
“Solid fried chicken, was very juicy and the fries and biscuit were amazing. I opted for the white meat and shrimp combo, I'd probably skip the shrimp next time (they were good but it was so much food), think the meal and a drink was 27 and change.
Will definitely be back, don't suggest eating inside though it's a bit small and very warm inside.”
“Katsu is a refined, intimate omakase experience that redefines what it means to dine with intention. With only eight seats at the chef's counter, the chef-owner, Katsu Maruyama, treats everyone as a special guest.
The omakase menu evolves with the seasons; the meal's pacing is thoughtful, allowing diners to savor each bite while engaging with Chef Katsu, who shares insights into his techniques and ingredients. The fish is incredibly fresh (often flown in from Japan), and the rice is perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere is calm and minimalist, allowing you to focus entirely on the food.”
“Definitely the paella and the desserts”

“Was excited to try Tony Gemignani’s “Apricot Fields” slice (exclusive to Mountain View), and he did not disappoint. Chalk up another winner that went great with our Cal-Italia, and the Wise Guy. A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!”
“I've been coming here for twenty years!! Always the best food , best staff , drinks and perfect location DT Mountain View. Love this spot! #highlyrecommend”

“Handmade noodles and dumpling. Best siu Mai in the south bay. Everything we ate was very tasty. You cant beat the prices. My new favorite dumpling and handmade noodle get away. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. Beef noodle is on point if you cant decide where to start”
“I like the tri-tip, roast chicken and pulled pork. Not a fan of the brisket.
The BBQ meal combos come with 2 sides, a slice of crispy grilled garlic butter baguette, pickled onions, slice jalapeno, and pickle.
The sandwiches are good too.
They have a shaded patio in the back for outdoor dining.”
“Wow! What an experience! This is a truly special bar.
I walked in as someone who didn’t like red wine, and left as a true convert after being guided to exceptional wines, by the extremely knowledgeable owner Manny. Every wine Manny suggested absolutely hit the mark, with my two favourites being a red 2021 Koncha & Co sweet Saperavi from Georgia, and a white Koncha & Co Kisi.
The atmosphere is really cosy and welcoming. Hours will disappear here as it’s so relaxing.
Highly recommend and will be back next weekend!
Oh and the cheese board was Amazing too.”
“Came here for the first time with our pup and had the best experience. The servers were SO nice, not just to us but to our pup too, which honestly made our day. They brought her water and gave her lots of love. Food was great, vibes were super relaxed, and we felt really taken care of. Definitely coming back. They also have draft beer”
“A hidden gem near Costco Mt View. Had the 911, great mix of flavors including the Sriracha. And I had the agedashi tofu... also good.
I'll be back. 🙂”
“Good Japanese restaurant. Check out the photos of the menu to see their large variety of sushi rolls. I had their dinner bento box. My husband ordered the barbecue unagi served with an orchid.”
“A good Chinese restaurant with above average food. We tried the cabbage and pork boiled dumplings, the steamed pork soup dumplings, and the pan fried pork soup dumplings. The pan fried soup dumplings were the best – good flavor, crispy bottoms, and juicy soup inside. The boiled dumplings were only okay. I thought the pork filling for the boiled dumplings was a bit musky, and I found a piece of gristle in one dumpling. The steamed pork soup dumplings could have used more soup but were otherwise fine. We also ordered a side of cucumber salad, which was decent overall but a bit salty and garlicky. The service was brisk and professional. They brought us rice for no extra charge – a nice touch. We thought the atmosphere was pleasant overall, with warm lights and plants.”

“This spot is definitely one of the best around! The drive-thru moves smoothly, even during those late-night cravings. Every time I’ve come through, the customer service has been top-notch, friendly and efficient. As for the food, it’s always been on point. Never once had to return anything or toss it out,
now that’s saying something!”

“Great shanghainese place. Get the pan fried pork buns 5/5 and the xiao long bao soup dumplings 5/5. The place is small so expect to wait a few minutes during lunch. If you are looking for dumplings and in Mountain View this is the place to try.”

“Plate so delicious, I drove back again after housing the tacos. Get suadero as your meat choice (smoky and deep flavor) - the suadero quesadilla was cheesy and so rich with the nice sauces too. Been here a bunch before, I've made the mistake of not going more often after I tried the suadero. Chezburrito is fire too. Service is lightning fast and friendly.
if you're looking for a late night food spot that hits, don't be on the fence with this one.”
“Very very good. I have gotten multiple dishes, my favorites are probably the French toast, breakfast burrito, quesabirria everything I have tried is delicious!! Also very nice people, I enjoy having them so close to my work, and they offered me a free water! They are so nice and respectful, pay them a visit! It’s worth it!!”
“Our family went to the downtown MV Pokéworks on Friday afternoon to do take out and were delighted to find this location on Castro Street nicely blocked off, shaded, with ample clean and widely spaced seating if you want to dine-outside. Really highly recommend this location of Pokeworks - you can order&pay online and the manager of this location is meticulous about safety and YUMMY food. They even have the Disneyland DoleWhip for dessert 🤤.”
“Delicious! I had a super burrito asada which was very flavorful. My wife had pigs ear and beef tongue tacos which she enjoyed even more than my burrito. Excellent salsas, pickled jalapeños, carrots and red onions.
No place to sit, so we grabbed our order and went to a nearby park.”
“This was a fun choice for a Girls Night Out in one of my favorite downtowns: Mountain View!
AMBIANCE: Cute outdoor patio to enjoy a summer night. The interior has a nice minimalist design with a variety of seating (bar vs tables).
FOOD: Loved all the dishes we tried! Special points for the Rootstock Flatbread. I would love to come back to try the sandwiches which looked fab and filling.
DRINKS: My friends tried the Summer Sips flight and enjoyed all three choices. I had a white wine which was also delicious, light, and easy to digest.
SERVICE: This is where we lose a star. Within the 2-3 hours we spent here, both of our waiters clocked out, leaving little to no attention or checking in throughout our dining experience. There was also confusion as each waiter told us different info about what wines were actually available. Lights on our outdoor umbrella weren't turned on until after we had paid the bill (prob 1+ hour after sunset. I would've appreciated more attention for the price.”
“Amazing shrimp quesidilla highly recommend this fabulous place on Castro St Mountain View”

“O’Malley's Sports Pub has the kind of vibe where you can just kick back and relax. Plenty of TVs, so no matter where you sit you won’t miss a play, and the atmosphere is friendly without being over the top. The drinks are solid, the food hits the spot, and it feels like the kind of place you can hang with friends for hours. Definitely a go-to spot when you want good pub energy without any fuss.”

“A delightful find in Mountain View - local favorite boba place that has won Best of Mountain View awards several years in a row. Bobas are super soft and chewy! I would like my Hazelnut milk tea with stronger tea flavor and my husband’s Dark Plum smoothie to be slightly sweeter at 50% sweet. Not too many sweetness levels in some drinks - it’s either 100% or 50%, prices more reasonable than other boba places.”
“Modern elegance combined with a cozy atmosphere, it is a great place to meet people or hashing out ideas! The cappuccino I ordered was expertly prepared, with a creamy foam and a rich, robust espresso base. What truly set it apart, however, was its temperature—served just right, it provided a satisfying warmth without being scalding.”
“Moderately expensive sandwich place with a Peet's coffee station in a different area of the cafe. Good varied selection to choose from. However note that they do not take cash! You pay using credit or debit card only. Also the paper receipt I got had faded ink so some places so be careful if u need it for business reimbursements. They give you an indicator which will light up when your order is ready and you have to come by to pick up your order. You can get free regular water from a fountain tap or buy the bottled water or other drinks. Sandwich I got was of moderate size and tasted fine. They have outdoor tables with overhead umbrellas to shade against the sun.”
“My wife and I like to do take-out Tuesdays where we don’t cook and instead order food to pickup and bring home so that we can watch whatever TV series we have that comes out on that day. This week we ordered some Papa John’s to watch the Bachelor Finale! What a great pairing (although what doesn’t go well with pizza… let’s be honest… nothing).
Our favorite takeout chain for pizza is Papa John’s because they have the Papa Pairings deal, where as long as you order two or more eligible items you get them for $7.99 each. We ordered a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms (must be one topping for the deal), some boneless parmesan chicken bites, garlic knots with marinara sauce, and an extra side of the spicy garlic dipping sauce. We always order an extra dipping sauce because I like the spicy garlic sauce and my wife likes the normal garlic sauce that comes with the pizza order.
The pizza was warm and delicious, just like we would expect from a Papa John’s. We always make sure to check the extra sauces are there before we leave because they’ve been left out before, not from this location, but another.
This is the location closest to our house and we’ve ordered here before. We order from the mobile app and drive to pick it up. It’s a clean storefront, there’s no seating, but that doesn’t matter for us.
We’ll order again!
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a peanut allergy and we can order from Papa John’s”
“The vintage DragonBallZ sodas made my day!! The service was fast & the 15min wait for spring rolls was WORTH IT—everything was delicious and they made us smile the whole time. What a neighborhood treasure!
Vegetarian options: spring rolls, egg rolls, & a veg/vegan banh mi option!
Dietary restrictions: Great vegan & vegetarian options!
Kid-friendliness: Check out the anime-themed sodas for the kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible!”
“We went for dinner on a Friday and there was no wait.
We got the Veggie Spring rolls for appetizer - The peanut sauce and the hot suace were great accompaniments.
We wanted to try the Vegetarian Banh Mi but unfortunately they had run out.
We ended up ordering the Pho Chay - Which was served warm and the broth had a really nice umami flavor (a bit on the salty side though). We also got the Bun Chay - Which was alright - It was very similar to the Pho Chay minus the tasty broth.
The surprise of the day was the Sugarcane Juice with Kumquat - It tasted great!!Quantity for price was questionable as it was just filled with ice but the drink tasted great FWIW.
Very generous portions for the entrees and we had leftovers enough for another meal for two.”
“This place is a neighborhood gem! We keep coming back to Pho Avenue for its wonderfully fresh and flavorful food in a relaxed, casual setting. The staff is always so welcoming (Vin, in particular, is great!), which makes every visit a pleasure.
A huge plus is their dedicated vegetarian menu section, with plenty of delicious and vegan-friendly choices. My go-to order is the #17 Vermicelli Noodle with Tofu. Pro tip: For a little extra, I swap the fried egg roll for their amazing vegetarian summer rolls.
If you’re craving something more spicy, try the #16. White Rice - Chilli Lemongrass Tofu Spicy.
Just a heads-up: parking in the area can be tricky during peak lunch times, but it's always been worth the effort for us. Highly recommend!”
“A true hidden gem in Mountain View. We love coming here for our Saturday morning bagel fix. The bagels are made in-house and have a fantastic texture, with some unique flavors like Swiss cheese, spinach, and jalapeño. Their homemade cream cheese is also a must-try. I'm a big fan of their Vietnamese coffee—it's got a unique blend that's unlike anywhere else. The place is simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff always wears masks. Just remember, there's no seating; it's takeout only.”

“We had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant. We were there all weekend. The staff is amazing. The food is out of this world. If you are in the area, you must stop there thank you. I’ve never eaten such an amazing pasta dish and I love Italian food and you guys nailed it and let’s not even start with the lamb chops. Omg. I need to come back again soon.”
“Amazing — with a capital A! Easily the best restaurant in Mountain View. Dinner was outstanding from start to finish: miso-glazed salmon with black spiced rice and peanut coleslaw, cider-glazed pork chops on rösti, and pesto tagliatelle with house-made ricotta. The local wine selection was excellent, and the desserts — especially the chocolate pot de creme and apple fritter bites — were simply irresistible. Exceptional service made the evening perfect. Thank you!”

“Elaborate and tasty lunch thali. The sambar, rasam and kuttu were perfectly executed.
Thair sadam and pickle was so good we went for repeat
The only thing lacking was service - had to wait for a long time for someone to come to our table for seconds. The restaurant was not full but the service was still lacking.
Overall go for the food for sure”

“I love Next Level!
It's great for playing board games with my little kids - they have a shelf that's sorted by age.
It's also great for advanced strategy games. The staff give great recommendations based on what you like to play. They have lots of newly released and independent games that I hadn't heard of but ended up loving!”

“Wonderful food! The meat in all the dishes was very flavorful, and I absolutely need to come again to try more. The noodles had great texture, the xiao long bao paired well with soy ginger sauce, the lamb kebab was crispy on the outside and tender inside, and I was gnawing on the lamb shank bone like a caveman by the end :)”
