“I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.”

The service is top notch, and the chef, Mr Cotch is the best. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, it's a great place to have events and parties, dine in, or call and order by phone. “Dropped in for my birthday, we’ve been coming to this shack for over 10 years. Come to find out the previous owners sold to a new amazing couple. Which kept the original flavors, menu and recipes. Still high standards with great flavor, and great portions. We stopped by a little after 10-11 am and got chatting with the couple who now owns the business and how they got it. A really amazing story and so so friendly, they gave our children a couple small dishes of sherbet while we chatted with them and waited for our burgers. Wish to have stayed and chatted longer but had to road trip back home. We will still be coming back as often as we can. WE LOVE POCKET BURGER!! ❤️”

Masala Waves is an absolute gem. We started with the tandoori fish and the samosa chaat and wow both were bursting with flavor. The fish was perfectly cooked tender and packed with smoky spices and the samosa chaat had the perfect balance of crispy tangy and comforting. The mango lassi was so refreshing and creamy easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken biryani truly stole my heart. It honestly reminds me of my mom’s cooking. The spices the aroma and the tenderness of the chicken made it feel like a warm homemade meal made with love. On top of all that the service was wonderful and so kind and welcoming which made the experience even better. I absolutely love this place and cannot wait to come back 💓🍛✨”

“Yet another winner from KEI Concepts. The hand rolls are served warm, one at a time, so you get the full flavor of the roll. They advise you eat them as soon as they are served + follow that advice. Consider the yuzu kosho sauce to complement the rolls. The lunch special of four rolls, miso soup and edamame is a great bargain, and they will substitute if you have allergies. The cucumber salad and crispy rice tartar are a nice way to start.”

“I love Oscars, quality food and ingredients. Oscar is always super friendly and I love seeing his family hanging out. He’s there from early morning until late night and greets everyone with a smile and welcoming attitude. I am from San Diego and this restaurant reminds me of a lot of the Mexican restaurants down south. The food is very authentic and I love their salsa bar! The Cali burrito is delicious. Their breakfast burritos are delicious and affordable.”

“One particularly hot night my mom and I searched, “Best Gelato near me” and the top result was Mangiamo! After eating the gelato 3 times in a row, we can definitely say that title is well earned! The Double Chocolate flavor is for sure the best chocolate flavored Gelato in the whole state of California; not to mention it’s totally authentic too! The server is also incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. Overall, this place is such a phenomenal experience and we would highly recommend it for vacationers and gelato connoisseurs alike!”

The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. Perhaps my review is heavily favored in a positive memory but to me I like that it's a little crowded and a tiny little place, I love the food every time (My wife wasn't too thrilled but she's born and raised for Mexico so this is whitewashed to her (she says)) and the employees do their best and i think thats far better than expected for the area and its pace. Expect a line but it's fast and worth it.”

We had a couple of blonde beers at $3 each and were really good also. You order at the counter and they bring everything to you which happened very quickly. You can grab some pickles which are off to the side if wanted. The restaurant was really clean and I noticed they clean the tables really quickly once vacated. Everyone very friendly.”

They do have tables & bar seats that either look to the street or into the coffee bar. They do have coffee beans and other goods for sale. Plus they do other snacks & foods. Their coffee is sourced from Guatemala and Columbia. Their roast as they described is slightly dark for medium roast. We purchased the Guatemala beans per their recommendations and like the full flavor of nuttiness, chocolate background tartness. We shall be returning to try their other coffee beans.”

The wings were good and DO NOT skip the whitle garlic dipping sauce..... Chef's Kiss to the entire experience. Definitely worth the drive from the Inland Empire to Huntington Beach”

We had the mixed pho, rare steak pho and chicken pho, plus a side of their fried calamari which was also excellent. Breading was perfect - not greasy at all, very fresh.

Learned that’s it’s a woman owned/ran business.
