“If you've never had Egyptian feteer before, The Feteer Guy is definitely worth a visit. We tried one savory and one sweet feteer, and both were so good in their own way. The savory one was warm, cheesy, and packed with flavor, while the sweet one was the perfect treat to end the meal. The layers are incredibly flaky and buttery, and everything comes out fresh and made to order. The portions are generous, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each pie. Such a unique spot in Huntington Beach and a fun place to try something different from the usual food spots. Definitely won't be our last visit! #t”

“I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.”

“This was my go to Indian food restaurant in Huntington Beach before being diagnosed with Celiac’s and I was so excited to meet the owner Sal and learn that he and the entire staff are so knowledgeable about the disease and gluten free kitchen practices. Sal’s mom has food allergies and so he has maintained his kitchen with strict gluten free dishes and separate areas for food prep. There are many options on the menu since most Indian food is naturally gluten free. My favorite has always been the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lama Vindaloo, but since the staff always brings out little samples of stuff I now love the Lentil Soup! And testing with my Nima Gluten Detector always shows NO Gluten Detected and I'm good to eat without fear...but I already knew that. Thanks you guys!!! Love love love this place!!!”

“Rally tasty ( 5 star for food) but 3 star to team members timeline. I am really disappointed with your timeline of making things on time.

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

“My husband and I where staying at the beach for our Anniversary and the Pocket was right down the street. We walked over got some burgers and drinks . It was really good and the fresh watermelon drink was good . We will back down in June for our 2 nd Anniversary . So see you soon the owners are amazing people try it out.”

“One particularly hot night my mom and I searched, “Best Gelato near me” and the top result was Mangiamo! After eating the gelato 3 times in a row, we can definitely say that title is well earned! The Double Chocolate flavor is for sure the best chocolate flavored Gelato in the whole state of California; not to mention it’s totally authentic too! The server is also incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. Overall, this place is such a phenomenal experience and we would highly recommend it for vacationers and gelato connoisseurs alike!”

The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. I will wear their sweatshirt with the pride I have for other veterans. Stop in and say hi. I wish I got the bartenders name. I will tell many. Love you forever!!!! Patriots”

“I wish I got the name if my waitress but she was incredibly attentive and nice, last night Monday before they closed for cleaning from 12:30am-4am. She didn't rush me out, got me everything I needed, kept my drinks flowing, and didn't judge when I ordered two meals just for me. I was really exhausted from a long day and she definitely made me feel better. If she is reading this, THANK YOU! Also, the food was excellent and came out quickly. Delicious 9 grain pancakes, eggs were perfect, and I also got onion rings with a super bird sandwich. I haven't been to Dennys in years, and this makes me want to come back.”

The only part we.don’t particularly like about this location is the dog patio area. It’s kind of cramped & higher table & chair setup isn’t great when you’re with your furry friends. Highly recommend this GR location if not with a dog, just ok if with one.”

“I used to go this del taco when i was a kid when my family would take a trip to the beach, always stopped here every time kinda like a routine habit. Hadn't been in over a decade until i took my daughter and wife after our first beach trip. Felt like i had too, for the sake of nostalgia. Perhaps my review is heavily favored in a positive memory but to me I like that it's a little crowded and a tiny little place, I love the food every time (My wife wasn't too thrilled but she's born and raised for Mexico so this is whitewashed to her (she says)) and the employees do their best and i think thats far better than expected for the area and its pace. Expect a line but it's fast and worth it.”

“I love this place and when I’m in town with my family we take the kids and it’s such a fun experience. Tonight we made it 5 mins before closing not knowing what to expect or if we’d still be able to order. They were extremely accommodating and even made my daughter the cakey character that wasn’t on the menu. She was so excited cause that’s what she really wanted. They even add little dodgers hats and stuff for a couple bucks extra. Also it’s really hot outside so even when they were closing they said we can stay and eat it inside while they clean up, so it doesn’t melt. Excellent customer service and I will be recommending them to everyone. Also super cool that you can watch them make it, it’s so interesting. 10/10 would recommend!!”

Like, we're already planning to come try lunch here in a few days. The prices were very fair for the portion sizes (the breakfast burrito was huge!). Of course we had to try a couple of street tacos because my husband and I are kind of on a street taco kick right now, and omg. When I say their carne asada is the BEST we've tried so far - and we've tried LOTS - I am 100% serious, it is so freaking delicious! The al pastor too, soooo good. We can't wait to come back and try more! Also wanted to mention the gentleman at the counter who served us, I didn't catch his name, but he was so welcoming and kind. He might have been the owner, not sure. You HAVE to try Roman's if you're in the area... and even if you're not, it's worth going out of the way for. Amazing experience!”

“This place is always great. We love their pies! Some of our favorites include the Joint Decision, Special Agent Utah, and Fiin’n to Fire. Their buffalo habanero wings are phenomenal (though they are definitely spicy). We had the Mo Money Mo Problems pie Detroit style and it was a bit dry since there is no pizza sauce (white pie), but we love getting their pizzas just the classic thin style. Wait times can be extremely long (over an 1.5 hrs) if you are eating at the restaurant, but it’s nice that we can order a beer at the bar and wait for our table in the meantime. Staff are all friendly! Definitely a great time”

I had the pork osso buco over rustic mashed potatoes and spinich with a pan reduction sauce to die for. My wife had the (very large) chicken breast portobello over the potatoes and Spinich with another pan reduction sauce to die for. Shared half a huge salad. Nice glass of wine. Finished and people were waiting outside to get a table, happy to talk while waiting. It’s cash only so bring cash, or ATM inside.”

Drinks are creative without being overdone, the food is solid, and the whole place leans more toward vibe and energy than anything overly formal. It can get lively, especially on weekends, but service keeps up and the experience stays smooth. Easy place to meet up, have a drink, and enjoy a good atmosphere.”

And next time you get a soda or any drink for that matter look at the bottom of it and there's a scripture on there from John out of the Bible every cup has one it's really cool a lot of people don't know about it but check it out but I would suggest all people go eat here The lines are always there because people want to eat their hamburgers. A little bit on the downside is that the places are all small inside and is not enough sitting for you to sit down and actually enjoy your meal there and while you're there and there's a lot going on but all in all it's a great place to eat.”

Broth was super good as was the salad. 10/10 highly recommended if you like simple authentic Chinese food without the unhealthy American twist. Was ready super quick.
